After contracting alpha-gal from a tick bite in 2012, I had to drastically reduce, almost eliminating savory steaks from my diet. Upon discovering Happily Ever After Farm's farming and feeding practices, I decided to buy their meats for my household, and it exceeded our expectations. Surprisingly, I didn't experience adverse reactions to their beef, unlike even the premium cuts I bought from grocery stores.

Since discovering Happily Ever After Farm in 2014, I've made annual day trips to stock my freezer and my mom's, ensuring we always have quality meat at hand. Despite the 13-hour round trip, their consistent delivery of unmatched quality sets them apart from other grass-fed/finished farms and commercially farmed meat.

The farm's commitment to integrity in raising and harvesting is remarkable. I trust their products implicitly and have never been disappointed. Considering the challenges within the commercial farming industry, I am particularly grateful for this small farm and will continue supporting them for as long as they keep farming.

Thank you Judith and Jonathan! See you in 2024!

I have grown quite fond of meaderies, so it only made sense to visit Nashville's first. The bartenders were just awesome and knowledgeable. The mead selection was great and spanned a vast profile of flavors. If your looking for an intimate chill spot with some flights of mead and jenga the. This is your spot.

Tried today for first time and it was amazing. The space is extremely inviting and bartender was extremely informative and easy to talk to. We were given a sample of original batch. We selected two seasonals that just started today, Spice Girls and Midnight Meow Meow. Wonderful first experience!!

I've gone twice now and am sold. Jonathan and Judith are just great folks and know how to raise a cow! Kroger is right down the street, but I'll happily drive from Brentwood to Joelton to get meat I can trust. Nothing quite like some delicious REAL beef!! I will be getting all my beef from them going forward.
Nice place to have a beautiful glass of mead and listen to live 🎵🎶 music! Very intimate. Great place to bring a 🌹 date.
New this year at the Riverview Farmers Market is Hudson Grinding, an excellent knife sharpening stand. They really put a sharp edge on my old Wustoff chefs knife. It's so sharp, it now cuts through a sheet of paper like butter! I also saw that they sharpen fancy Japanese knives, scissors, hedge clippers, etc. A great addition to my favorite market.
Camryn was awesome as a bartender. SO friendly and knowledgeable and really made us feel welcome. I have never had mead before so this was new but I will be back and would recommend the “secret garden “ out back! Very groovy
Small but cute. Loved the way they set up all the stalls. We got there late so some were packing up or were already packed up.
It’s a beautiful market, with plenty of options: live music, taco trucks, 3 different fruit and veggie stands, fresh cheese and pasta as well as frozen homemade meals. They have plant and nut shops, sometimes there’s a pickle vendor. Fresh meat, seafood and hemp: but you aren’t going to save money on produce here.

It’s expensive. You could easily spend $100 on 5 things. They DO have quality items but think Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s prices.

I definitely recommend going to check it out and it’s a nice place that the community gathers.
What happens when you combine three of the best things in this world? Beer, Tacos and Jazz. Well, in the humble opinion of this chef, taco ambassador, certified Mexican, passionate about music and beer taster this place has become my quintessential happy place. But it's not just having a great product made with local ingredients and talent, that's not enough, customer service is exceptional. The guys at the bar are literally smiling the whole time and explaining their product to you, this is the only mead distillery in Nashville, possibly the entire state. The food is authentic (and I mean it) completely authentic Mexican cuisine (possibly the only 100% original) in the entire city. The service is THE plus of this comfortable place, you return because the food and the mead give you a smile to the soul. This place simply has the best trio (food, drink and music).

Absolutely incredible experience… the meads are exciting and not too sweet, their conservation awareness with their apiary is so crucial, the music/vibes/company/board game selection is PERFECT……. And they love dogs! It truly doesn’t get better than here

I'm new to Mead. I stopped by here for a tasting. A little expensive at $40 to try the 9 flavors (you get 2 oz of each), but I was able to narrow in on the flavors I like and did end up buying a bottle of their ginger flavor for special occasions. The two flavors I liked the most (both having lower alcohol content) are not currently bottled, which was a bummer, but they were really delicious.
Very reasonable prices, good variety of Turkish and Mediterranean products. Very good meat.
they have fresh kaymak. the quality is the best ever. must have it with honey and bread
HANDS DOWN the best in the area. My favorite Mediterranean grocery store. A visit to this store is worth the trip! Immaculate service, superior products. Great customer service, excellent quality of halal meats, baked goods, pantry items, and the wide selection of cheeses, olives, cured meats, the variety and quality is just exceptional. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, amazing clean atmosphere. Highly recommend.

My family and I have been customers for over 25 years and we can’t imagine shopping anywhere else. I recently moved to PA, and still manage to shop here for all my grocery needs. Worth every drive. Best ever!!!
Cute location with good mead. It's a very dry mead and not sweet like your typical mead is. Luckily, they let to try some first thing before you even pick. The flight was a cute option. I liked their seasonal offerings. The apple cranberry mixed with the mulled mead was on point. Love the atmosphere, lights, plant and, decor! Definitely recommend.
There weren't an awful lot of stands open when I got there at around 1:00 p.m and the selection of what was left was pretty limited. There was still another hour left before the end so that was a little surprising. Also, I've been there in previous years and there seemed to be more variety in what people were selling.

There was only one food truck and I waited almost 30 minutes for my food. I would have liked to see more food trucks or similar options.
Riverview Park Farmer's Market takes place on Sundays, May through November, from 10 am to 2pm. If you come in after 12noon, your selection might be very limited, so I suggest to come in before noon. Riverview Park Farmer's Market has a great selection of fresh veggies, fruits, artisanal breads, baked goods, dog treats, and sweets. Great coffee shop, Modcup Coffee, and an authentic Italian restaurant, Corto, are right across the street! Bon appetit!
The crown jewel of Heights living and visiting is the buzzy community created by this market. We make it a weekly stop for the freshest of ingredients, neighborhood hello's, dog shenanigans and abundant smiles and relaxation. The market organizers and vendors do an impressive job of creating a special, seasonal atmosphere where everyone is welcomed and thoroughly satiated. Situated against the towering vistas of NYC, it remains at the top of our Sunday "to do" list. Our only wish is that it was year round.

Love the Farmer's Market! Always tons of vendors, everyone polite and sweet and willing to answer any questions you may have. You can find bread, premade food, nuts, overnight oats, jam, honey, produce, plants, and pots here (and that's just what I remember off the top of my head). Always lovely to go and see what people have, even if I don't buy anything.
My favorite thing to get is probably plants. I snagged these beauties today, along with the pots.
Başçı is run by a family and delivers the best experience for Turkish & Middle Eastern foods. When you arrive at the entrance you have to take your time to discover the butcher, dairy products, olive varieties, tomato & pepper paste and other traditional food varieties in different isles. There are 100+ honey and jams alone from national and international suppliers, you will run into tahini, pistachio, various nuts, herbs, and many more authentic food items directly sourced from their origin. If you are Turkish, Mediterranean or Middle Eastern, or simply love these foods there is no better place to go to in a 25-mile radius from Columbus Circle.
Great selection of specialty items and very friendly staff. Would highly recommend!
Especially meat and cheese varieties are great. We pray for summer, because their barbecue and BASCI meats are perfect enough to be missed. Basci is the best example of Turkish artisanship in USA. Thx everyone 👍
My wife and I bought beef, chicken and lamb here. Always fresh and tasty. Definitely recommend.
Sep 17, 2023 update: the farmers market is in full swing and lovelier than ever. Tons of visitors and a lot of vendors with tents and trucks peppered all over the park.

Riverview Farmers Market will likely be operating out of a different location this year due to the year-long renovation of Riverview-Fisk Park that has just commenced. The renovation is said to be going until February 2021. It’s been reported in the media that while the new location is still not finalized they intend to start operating the market in May, as usually.

By far the best honey I have had, much better than even the store bought organic honey.
This is the best honey I have ever had! I am never buying honey from anywhere else. You will absolutely love both the product and the owner.

You cannot find better raw, local honey. Pick up a jar from the stand and you will be hooked. The honey's flavor varies seasonally, and has more complexity than most other honeys I have eaten. The property at Camden Hills Honey is a lush garden full of berries, fruit trees and vegetables, organically maintained like the hives themselves.
