This place is great! Love the vibes and Mirren is amazing! I came in to get a moldavite stone and didn’t know which one to choose and she was able me! She also helped me pick out a bracelet! Customer service is awesome here! The vibes here are great! I will definitely be coming back!!!
This place is fantastic. I’ve been a customer for years, and have tried everything from their delicious house-made vegan mango lassi, fresh fruits, and incense/herbs/spices. The selection is top notch, high quality, and you won’t find fairer prices in this area. Extremely nice staff as well. Grateful for this local mainstay!
ALERT ⚠️ they sell expired stuff. I have been visiting this store for over 2 years now. I am writing this review now because enough is enough. They sell expired food items and remove/hide expiration dates. This has happened with me couple of times. I bought roasted nuts ..so expensive.. and I had to throw all of them away. This was same case with many other food products. It is so expensive as well almost 4x the market price and it pains to throw food away.

80% of the stuff is expired or stale. I’m a frequent customer. Every time I visit I come home with foul smelling items. They are extremely overpriced, thrice the amount from other stores. Also look out for expiry dates, because they erase it on a lot of stuff. Even the stuff they pack themselves looks good from the outside but when you open it, there’s a high chance it’s stale.
Great location for spices, loose tea, and general groceries in Lower Manhattan. They offer a discount if you use cash and have a great reward program (5% off on your first purchase if you make an account with them!) Will definitely be returning for bulk spices!

The guy behind the counter was pretty rude, was trying to see if he'd exchange something and he kind of just stopped responding, he could have handled it better. Used to be my go to but I think I'm going to skip this place now. Least he could do was talk nicely to an old customer even if he wasn't going to exchange

I’ve been coming to alchemy for about twenty years. You will be hard pressed to find a more welcoming metaphysical shop on the city that caters to a variety of faiths, spirits and deities. There used to be a couple of cute cats you’d find sleeping on bookshelves and snuggled up around candles adding to the overall ambiance that you’ve slipped between time and space. A shoppe with an E of you catch my drift.

i love this shop! it’s the only shop i get my incense, and there’s lots of variety/choices. they also sell candles, plants, and dish sets/mugs:) it’s a nice little gem
i'm seriously considering going back to california just to visit this store again. the owners are SO kind, the man is super knowledgeable and patiently showed me samples of many different incenses to help me decide. a little slice of heaven inside san francisco <3

It is a beautiful store. I bought a backpack and a mink blanket. They also have beautiful jewelry, scarves, etc. I will definitely be coming back.
They have a wonderful variety of tarot cards, books, herbs and incense.They have candles that are also hard to find. I found a coupe tarot cards I have been looking for over an year. Owners are nice. They have also an area where there was a sort of a meeting going on, it seemed very interesting. I wish I had the time to stay a more and browse all the books but I was with children, so hopefully next time.
At one point last year I used to shop there a lot, but then I noticed that the two people at the front desk never really answered any of my questions. Although they didn't say it out loud, there was a tremendous sense of arrogance and discrimination. I don't know why you think less of me, you are probably just blind—I mean it, because that's how I hold a grudge. And I'm not going to apologize for what I'm saying right now—don't say that I'm twisting your words, I was just offended. I’ve now learned how to do magic rituals, on a self-taught basis. On the bright side, I remember a young employee who was very kind and patiently answered many of my questions. I don't remember his name, just that he said he was a Leo. There was also a friendly female manager in the store.

I am extremely happy to have these 3 BEAUTIFUL high quality bracelets made for me in front of my eyes! NO FAKE STONES! Excellent price! I have visited literally every metaphysical supply store in southern California, and I have to say this place is the real deal and worth checking out! Definitely my No.1 place to make specialized bracelets for my spiritual work. And gorgeous gifts sending positive blessings tailored to clients and friends.🥰
I found the location on Google and I was happy to call and find out they had Selenite in store because I had gone and called other crystal shops where they simply didn’t have it or you needed to order it before hand. I drove there and the location was a little suspicious because it’s a little hidden in a car wash and I was skeptical at first but when I met the owner he was very nice, friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. Great prices too!
The prices are a bit expensive but on the bright side it looks like the original products & I got me a nice winter hat for $27.
This store is horrible. Simply capitalizing off Native American indigenous culture. Selling sacred tribal items towards to anyone. Most of all of their items aren’t even native made, they’re made in China. Not only that, there is a confederate flag hung in their store. The “war bonnets” you sell are sacred to native men and warriors, most specifically women by the Plain Indian tribe. The only reason war bonnets are seen as an ALL native wear, is because of colonists and natives trying to appease to them for safety, and you’re simply contributing to that history! What a deplorable store. If you actually knew confederate history, you would know only the a few select native tribes fought for the confederacy, on a common goal over dis state for the US government

Absolutely delightful place. The couple running it were fantastic and very kind. I was able to find a great selection of vintage ceramic tanuki and kitsune and I struggle to find those anywhere. The incense selection is huge and you're bound to find something you like.

Having a superb experience receiving my first online order I thought we would check out the location yesterday. The Knowledgeable and friendly people helped me with purchasing a larger box of some fantastic kyara sticks as well as some other accessories. We hope to be back soon.

My family and I love this store. The owner is always friendly and helpful. Whenever we go to Woodfield, we stop in this store and always buy something. Everything is so interesting and beautiful. I bought my husband a jacket a few years back and he wears it every year, its so warm. Yesterday we visited the store, and my son's friend found a beautiful dress and cowboy hat. She loves it and can't wait to wear it. We'll see u next time we're at the mall Native Arts.

Visiting San Fran and the Japanese Mall for the first time. The (what seemed like the owner) was the kindest most helpful person ever. Helped me smell and select incense and gave me some insightful knowledge about it. After buying some, he packed everything in original boxes so that I can find it again. Left me feeling at peace and fulfilled for the rest of my time throughout the mall. Highly recommend. Oh and the incense was amazing!
Got two beautiful rings from here last week while I was out here for work. This week I came back again and noticed the ring on my pointer finger began to tarnish. I went back, the lady was super sweet for one during my first visit I was there for like 30 minutes and she was super patient with me as I was looking back and forth between two rings. Coming back the second time she was even better! Allowed me to do an exchange for the exact same ring (I’ll just not wash my hands with it on so it doesn’t tarnish), & a lovely conversationalist too. Every time I travel I try and find a ring to add to my collection and I found two here and I love them so much. Thank y’all (and apologies for forgetting your name) but thanks again to the young lady who assisted me. You’re wonderful and the jewelry is stellar. (Pardon the paint on my hands)
What an awesome shopping experience!! Peter (aka the Real Crystal Guy) is one of the friendliest and helpful people I have ever bought stones from. He was helping me online through IG because his shop is located in CA and I am located in WI. He sent me videos of specific pieces I had questions about and gave me so much helpful information. Everything was packaged immaculately and this such care AND he had my package shipped out the vet next day. AND, he even added in two very lovely gifts. I mean, customer service like this just doesn't exist much anymore. This was a lovely shopping experience. The stones I bought are so lovely and the quality is very high. Pricing was competitive and all in all, I give the whole experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5!!! I'd love to be able to visit his shop in person! Peter, it was a delight working with you and I am so happy with my stones!!!
As someone else stated in thier review, my 1st visit went well, I bought a few items and left. The next day I bought my mom and cousin in with me, because I knew they'd be interested in a few items they had, my mom offered to buy me a necklace so I tried it on. I took it off and put it back because the owners demeanor changed as if he thought i was going to steal it. Instead of being treated like a returning customer I felt I was being watched. Nice items but I won't be back.
Great little store! I came to check out this spot and was so happy I did. Ok first, if the car wash is closed and it’s still open hours for the Wellness World Shop you need to find the other entrance which is a single door to the right of the white double doors. When you enter the little space it will be the door to your left, I believe the bathroom is on the right. Don’t let the small space deter you as Peter has a good sized inventory of crystals hiding all over. I really enjoyed his enthusiasm whenever I asked a question. I really enjoyed talking to him and he told me his thoughts and information on different crystals. His prices were great too you will find a little something for every budget. I will definitely be coming back!
This place is truly a hidden gem (Wellness World Shop)! It is inside the Alamo Hand Car Wash. My college daughter asked me to for some crystals since I was visiting the area. I did a search and discovered this shop due to the 5 star rating. I went with my niece for guidance since I am not familiar with crystals. WOW! rest assure if you are new to crystals because the owner Peter is amazing! He will answer all your questions and help you select the right pieces. Never did I feel pressured or rushed. I ended up with 3 beautiful crystals for my daughter. Plus, the prices $$$ are reasonable. I will definitely be back when I am in town again visiting my family
Beautiful little shop with very colorful items. I bought a candle and some incense there and every time I light an incent I can feel my body relax and my charkras balance out. It's out of this world amazing! Wish I was able to find a smugging bowl but still a wonderful experience!
So few months back I was shopping for rings and came across this place. I love their design and style that I end up purchasing 2 rings. I decided to return to browse for new ring but this time around my visit was unpleasant. 10m inside browsing the owner/manager decided to call security. I believe he thought I was there to steal. The fact that I was taking long and customers coming in and out buying stuff I did seem suspicious. I have lots of money to buy all the rings. Its disgusted me watching security just following me around. I felt discriminated. So disappointed that the owner didnt recognized me coming back as a customer but instead thought i came to steal. Have some loyalty! This place have nice stuff yet his attitude is demeaning he should hire someone more welcoming.
This shop is packed with interesting items. We did some holiday shopping here and we're absolutely delighted with what they have. This is the best incense selection I've seen anywhere, and the jewelry and handmade crafts are beautiful. I will definitely be back!

Best incense store in the Bay Area. 100% recommend. They have probably 1000 different types of incense, some I’ve only ever seen in Japan. They have cheap, good quality stuff, but also, high quality rare items as well.

Very high-quality items, gorgeous crystals, rocks and Stones, huge variety of essential oils, candles, sprays, jewelry. Upstairs they have a gorgeous display of statues, and other inspirational items! We purchased several crystals, Stones, essential oils and candles as well as a statue to set up our meditation zone for our family! Very knowledgeable staff.
What a wonderful store in Lincoln Square! It's amazing what unique and delightful items they sell. I've seen jewelry, art glass, pottery, pocket knives, stemware, scarves, tarot decks, hand bags, and hand dipped candles that don't drip. I bought a dream catcher, candles, a jewelry box and a few cute magnets to put on my fridge. The perfect store to buy gifts!

After doing some research I do know their rare spices and medicinal items are sourced mostly in China which aren’t guaranteed organic nor free of heavy metals. With that, research what you buy and consume. I still love this store even after researching their products. Still my mushroom jackpot.

Come here if you're looking for not your typical gifts. They have beautiful jewelry, bags, buddhas, incense etc. Great collection of greeting cards supporting great causes. Owner is nice and helpful.
There was a lot of inventory of crystals and rocks at the store. The spectrum of the chakra stones and the healing stones and protective stones was pretty much covered. And the prices on the small, pocket- sized stones were very reasonable, most of which were priced at 2 to $3 and I really appreciated the pricing which made them accessible to more people. They also offered a book explaining all of the stone's meanings which I thought was helpful. They also had a room filled with aromatherapy products but I didn't go in there beacuse I wasn't interested in them. But from looking in the room it seemed like they had quite the selection. They did have some tarot cards and Spiritual Development books in which focused on a wide range of topics including actual rituals that can be practiced and spiritual development concepts. I do think they could have some holistic healing products or natural remedy products which I know a lot of Crystal stores do and I didn't see them when I went. Also there's only one person there to help people out and I felt like there could be more people doing that. I will definitely be going back here though!

Wide variety of handmade gifts and knick-knacks. It wasn't really my cup of tea, but my girlfriend liked it and said she probably would go back to find birthday and christmas presents for her sister. So great gift ideas for that free spirit in your life who enjoys incense, candles, and handmade jewlery etc. They also have some hand towels and magnets with witty sayings on them that I thought were pretty funny.
