Best Process servers in United States

No one answers the phone despite repeated phone calls & the advertised open "24 hours". I'm in a bind & this is wasted precious time I don't have.

I can't recommend this company highly enough. They are easy to do business with, accommodating and informative without any sacrifice to professionalism. They know their craft and execute flawlessly.

This company is a group of clowns. This is "F Troop" if you are old enough to have seen the sitcom you will understand. I had every problem possible with them. At least I can say do not use them if you need landlord tenant cases. They cannot guarantee getting you the affidavit of service before the three days you must get the affidavit back to the court. I was informed within 7 days I could get "something".
Stay away from them.

Do not and I mean do not !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Use this company very rude and condescending and I explained when the party will be home and over and over from the first attempt the server did what he wanted to do and still did not send the affidavit I reached out 8 days prior to the court date and became very disrespectful over the phone begin to over talk me and call me petty and tell me what he was not going to do ! Then invited me to go to google to leave this comment ha ! Such a buster !

I called the phone number listed on their Google ad/page. I think I was sent to an answering service, the answering service put me on hold, they came back and told me that they are not excepting any more services. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Sadly, I did not have a good experience with this company. Two weeks after delivering my papers to their office the process server had not yet made service and my calls to the office where met with unanswered questions and I was promised call backs 3 times and yet, no one called to explain to me why the server had not done his/her job. Then I made another call to the company and Louie refused to connect me to the manager or owner or explain to me why service had not been effected some 2 1/2 weeks after the delivery of the papers to their office. Then Louie told me service had been completed on the 27th of December, which screws up my case as respondent must, by law, be served at least 20 days before the return date. In my 20 plus years as a paralegal, legal secretary and law clerk I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism. From not effecting service in a timely manner, to refusing to answer questions over the phone, refusing to explain why no one returned my calls as promised to refusing to connect me to the owner or manager. Horrible.

I needed to use them to assist me in a tenant eviction process. They help with serving and getting documents filed in the courts. It took a load of shoulders. Thank you!

They called us up we require prepayment she was willing to put a check in the mail however was not willing to put a tracking number with the check there's another company that they share their name with out of Texas she claims that she hears this all the time well I don't know why you would have the same name as a company that does bad business and then you basically cut me off as I'm talking to you and tell me that you cannot provide a tracking number and it sounds like something like this isn't a good fit so I told her to keep looking.

For years, my firm has been utilizing ABC Process Service to serve our complaints in New York. Jay and Jasmin have always been fast to reply to our emails and phone calls. They stay on top of their servers, and we have been very satisfied with their work.

I've been working with Robert for a while now and finally found where I can leave him a review! Robert has been absolutely amazing to work with. You won't find a better server! He's affordable, experienced, reliable and hasn't disappointed me yet!

By far the worst process server available, Jermel is completely unreliable, he said “I’ll send you a copy of your receipt in 30 minutes” he ended up doing it 2 days later after I consistantly called him, he has one easy job,
To hand a piece of paper to someone and he can’t even do that, if people are that unreliable than you shouldn’t hire them, stay away, this is could possibly be a scam.

I had to serve some documents that were rush. I called a number of companies that wouldn't even work with me because I am not a lawyer. I finally found some that would work for a non-lawyer, but they wouldn't serve the papers for at least a week. I called Gotham and they told me, "no problem." I sent them the papers and they served them the next day.
Their service was excellent and I received my confirmation of service the same afternoon they served the papers. They even cost less than the companies that offered the 7-10 day service!

These people are great and highly professional. I would recommend them to anyone. The next time I am in need of this type of service, I am only going to make one call -- Gotham. Thanks people -- keep up the good work.

Worst process service company in all NYC. Do not use this company. Totally unprofessional dishonest and incompetent. They couldn't even locate my EX after I gave them 3 different addresses. Someone needs to report this company asap!! Trying to ripoff the public at large. Very rude and discourteous

This is a professional company. I actually once made the mistake of using a closer and "cheaper" process server and paid the price. Linda and her staff are great and know how to get the job done. I offer this unsolicited review and highly recommend this company.
