It has been difficult for me to get a good match for foundation color. I love the blue plumping face moisturizer product. I think they should give you the makeup brush for free when you buy the foundation. Site is somewhat difficult to maneuver.

My makeup shade, done on line, is spot on perfect. Because I'm fair with some red in my face I've always had trouble with getting the correct shade.
The makeup covers pretty well, perhaps not like the ads. However it is as good as any other I've used. Pricing is bit high. Both orders arrived well packaged and on time.

Makeup is the best I’ve ever used! Good coverage yet looks and feels natural. Excellent customer service! When I had shade questions, they answered right away. When I returned an item that didn’t work for me, so gracious! I highly recommend!

It's okay. The product moisturizes, as promised. I don't see any difference in my skin, but maybe I haven't used it long enough. I bought this to try out as my daytime moisturizer, because it is less expensive, and also clean. I find that I do not like the texture at all. It's more like a gel, than a cream. I find it sits on top of the skin, for a really long time, and feels almost greasy. If you can get beyond the texture, or simply like it, maybe if you use it long enough it will work.

All of the products are good, though a little pricey and matching the correct color took several tries. I don't remember ordering a recurring subscription but apparently, I did. In the process of canceling the primer & concealer subscription because I don't use it often enough.
I did order an under eye brightening treatment subscription today. I really do hope that it works as well as it does on the video (awaiting the 1st arrival)

If anyone does order the concealer, it is worth the effort to get the right shade, just remember to document your order date, order # and remember to return & try for an updated color in the appropriate amount of time & not just throw it in the makeup reject pile in your makeup cabinet. Also, I recommend the make up brush (also pricey, but it is their best & most effective product and will blend the concealer much better than your finger or an over the counter sponge- trust me)
Only giving 3 stars because if the price & the challenges with finding the correct color and the challenge to cancel an old recurring subscription. But again, the products are good.

I can't say enough good things about this company and product. I have a few of their products on auto-replenishment and have never had an issue with any of them. The color match is flawless and the products are incredible across the board. But the biggest thing for me was what happened when my latest shipment arrived. My box came damaged from the post office and had nothing inside it. Sucks, but it happens. Totally out of their control. I contacted their support team not expecting a reply very quickly. In less than 5 minutes, I had an email saying they'll resend it and to let them know what was missing. In less than 10 minutes, I had confirmation that a new box was on the way (thank you, Reese!!!). Problem solved! Great product, exceptional service. 10000% recommend!

I have been using this makeup for a very long time. I love it so much. I do the auto replenishment. This last month I received this foundation. I didn’t open the package for a few weeks due to having some left from my previous shipment. Upon opening it yesterday I discovered it was broken. I reached out to customer service and they stated I can’t exchange because it’s over 30 days. I understand there policy but that’s all I wanted was a new foundation. They did send me a 30.00 credit which doesn’t cover the cost of the make-up. I just wish companies would treat their customers better. I will definitely not to auto renewing. Very disappointing.

I have really loved the line of makeup from IL MAKIAGE and been using several different items of their line for over 2 years however when trying the perfecting concealer, the product container is defective and needs to be redesigned.  As the pictures show, you cannot screw the lid on all the way because it puts too much pressure on the lid (that you cannot see) and therefore it breaks. It is very difficult to use like this. For the price paid, I will struggle through until it it is gone. I love the product but have concern about purchasing it again after being told this time if past 30 days, there is no rectifying the situation. The price of il makiage is too much for something so poorly made.

Rescue balm is amazing and works wonders. I love Hero cosmetics. I even sleep with it on my Face if I have a pimple and it works wonders!

Ronie is the best for injections! Super gentle throughout the process and addressed all my concerns! Developed a catered injection plan for me rather than freezing my whole face like past providers have. 10/10 would recommend. Will continue coming back!

The only place I can find to leave a review since this company doesn’t seem to answer customer emails.
While my daughter likes the blush, the complete lack of customer service is atrocious. Doesn’t matter how popular you may be this minute, you need your customers, therefore providing customer service and support should be a priority. My email for assistance was NEVER answered and that was well over 3 weeks. Customers should have access to immediate assistance.

I went to SpaDerma for the first time at the end of January for laser hair removal. I followed the protocols, including not being in the sun for a month before the appointment. I was told I was too tan, I had taken a vacation over Christmas, and should come back in 2 weeks. I appreciated the honesty, didn't love the inconvenience and made an appointment for 2/14.

Today I arrived at SpaDerma for my 10:15 appointment at 10:20. I waited my turn in line. Once the receptionist got to me it was 10:25. I was told that I missed my grace period and would need to be rescheduled. The grace period for my appointment is 5 minutes. I had to ask for that info btw. I asked if there was a charge associated with the cancellation and the receptionist said yes, $50. I shared with the receptionist that a 10:20 arrival should fall within that grace period. She said I walked in at 10:23. I checked my parking payment and I paid at 10:20, literally feet from the front entrance, while I was walking in.

She was helpful enough to let me know I could call and dispute the charge and someone could put in a "ticket." That is ridiculous. Not only did I waste time arriving to 2 appointments which resulted in zero treatments, now I have to call a number, be put on hold and then plead my case?!

SpaDerma couldn't send more messages before your appointment via text and email. The messages say to call within 24 hours to cancel to avoid a $50-$150 cancellation fee. It does not say anything about being 5 minutes late and having to pay $50. It seems dishonest and unethical to over communicate but leave out an important detail like that. Moral of the story is, don't expect any sort of customer service from SpaDerma, better to go to a more reputable place like Elevare, down the street, that cares about their customers.

From SpaDerma: I deeply regret that you did not enjoy your last visit and hope that us waving your fee allows for some compromise. I look forward to connecting with you!
My response: Here's how to fix this, Clara. Call me and apologize. Change the communication policy from SpaDerma so that others don't have this same experience. Make the charges and expectations explicit. My guess is that it is intentionally muddy to allow for shady charges which account for xx amount of dollars in revenue for SpaDerma with the hope that most folks won't notice, will tolerate it or won't take the time to post a bad review. I'm not that person.

So far so good. I like that you actually have the first consultation with the Dr. I didn't feel pressure, the consultation was great. I can't wait to have my procedure done.

I have gone to Ilse for the last 3 years to get lip filler. She’s done amazing. She makes it comfortable and fast. I am always so happy with how my lips are looking when I leave my girl!

Done my lashes the first ever, two weeks ago, had a few fall each day since day one. After 2 weeks, I noticed my right eye lost not only the added lashes, which was normal, but my own too. I did not go to the set appointment because, well, obviously, there was nothing they could have done, but they did charge me 50 for no show. I hope I will see that reimbursed. No one would want to go back, especially when there are no lashes left to work on. Place is clean and they were nice and I am sure I am a unique case, but thus us my experience. Hope to see the reimbursement of the no show fee, so I can update and let you know that they are proactive and own up to the errors

First of all, the receptionist, Yvette, was amazing from the start, communicating via text message and so friendly when we came to visit, she was awesome! The room was decorated so cute & the nurse was so welcoming. Next Dr. Adams was so informative, honest, helpful & guided me to make the right decision from the beginning. He listened to all of my concerns and made the whole awkward experience feel very comfortable and gave amazing suggestions as far as options and for moving forward. Thank you to everyone who works there for helping me and I would recommend anyone who's questioning a procedure to seek Premier out first when looking, even for just a consultation! <3

I came here for a couple massage spa date- they got us champagne and chocolates from the beginning which was a very nice gesture.
My masseuse was very thorough and I loved the entire 72 minutes of it. Definitely recommend.

This is about the company and not the product. I asked, in an email which is their only form of contacting them, if the company can possibly taper down some of their commercials on the Roku.

Their commercials are absolutely gross, the acting is terrible, and it looks very outdated by about five decades.

Of course, they did not get back with me and ghosted me, When a commercial makes you cringe and is tormenting the customer, it would be nice to consider the possible consumers opinion.

About the product research, Hyaluronic acid for pimples has been around for a long time. I think all they have going for the product is the zit cover-up.

I purchased a package during summer for a body scrub, massage, and facial. The atmosphere is so relaxing and I partake of the sauna room prior to the body scrub to properly prep my skin. The staff are very professional; with the exception of the woman who did my massage, for which I raised a concern and the spa handled very fairly. I've returned for the body scrub, always with Cindy, and I leave completely renewed. I'd like to branch out and try their mani pedi next. I highly recommend Eden Med Spa, they do go all out to offer white glove service.

Dr Adams. Amazing. Answered all my questions and then gave me answers I didn’t know I needed. He let me know from start to finish what will happen, how I am going to remain comfortable, and what I need to do post op and what post op looks like for the body. I’m so excited for this journey.
After working out for years and achieving so much, I have small problem areas that I know can be efficiently and quickly fixed. He made me so comfortable with talking about my body and what I want it to look like and therefore I made the decision to go with him and his team.

I recently had my first chemical peel at SpaDerma with Dan, and it was an great experience.
Dan's expertise and professionalism made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I am excited to see the results. I saw Anne for a lip flip and she did an excellent job. Today was the day I was waiting for..My consultation with the Dr.Adams. The facility is very clean and the staff is polite and professional. Dr. Adams explained everything to me regarding best method and time-frame for results with my schedule. Pricing was also known before I left the office. After researching the procedure for several years, I've found the team at Premier Liposuction to be more concerned for your health and safety 👏 then treating you like a number. Kirsten is Wonderful in communicating and making sure you have everything needed..

I came here for microneedling, was not comfortable having “before and after” pictures taken as I have had places use on social media without consent. Employee tells me that it it is mandatory and if I don’t do it my money “will not be refunded”. Aside from this, the studio was overall unclean, and had dirty needle on ground.

Awful customer support; they only pretend to care in order to get paid, then silence. Take your indie brand anywhere else, even your own kitchen is better than ENGLEWOOD LAB

I had an wonderful experience. Everyone was nice. They really made me feel comfortable and I love my results. I had liposuction around my knees and hip and arms. I didn't have any downtime/ I was up and moving the same day. Annoying part was my sites was draining constantly for the first 3-4 days. Dr. Adams was my surgeon and I felt he always answer my question honestly. So thank you Dr. Adams Evette, LMT, and everyone else that was involved.

I got my lips done by Ronie back in March. I got SO many compliments after I got them done. 6 months later, I am STILL getting compliments! She listened to me when I said I wanted to look natural - and that's exactly what she did.

I also got a Moxi treatment done by Sophia. She was so friendly, and made sure I was not uncomfortable throughout the whole process. She gave me beautiful silky skin!

I can't wait to see them both again in the future!

Eden Day Spa is really good. I go there at least 3 times in a year. The massages helps with my blood flow. The last time I went I had Annie. She's very nice and helpful. I recommend Eden. The rooms are private and it is calming.

This office has very professional staff that work with you. It is a healthcare professional relationship with them doing the procedure and with me following directions and doing my part for the best results. I recommend them for everyone.

Jenny and Nicole gave us a outstanding couples massage . It started off with a 15 minute herb foot soak 🛁.Second we had a 60 minute massage. We got to set another one for 15 minutes drink champagne and eat chocolate.

I’ve been to many “Spas” in NYC and different states, and I must say that this place by far has been the worst place I’ve been to. I went there for a hot stone massage (gift), and it was mediocre. The customer service was ok, it felt fake. The back area where you sit and wait, is extremely dark. The chairs are worn out and you sink in,( I’m petite). There’s no hot tea and biscuit station as many other places. The bathrobes and towels are dingy in cleanliness and worn out, they definitely need to purchase better ones. The rooms are extremely small and not very inviting. No scented candles or relaxing ambience. Light switch cover had mold on it. The massage bed had a weird smell to it. The lady that massaged me was very rough to which I had to tell her to go easy numerous times. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. It’s extremely disappointing that they charge so much for any service. I wouldn’t take my dog there.

It is very hard to schedule appointments here. Mine were often moved and they were often unavailable for weeks at a time due to being out of town. Not to mention the phone is never answered nor did the web booking via their website work for a package purchase. It wanted to charge me again - so I was often following up with the owner via text multiple times to get an appointment confirmed.

Location is not ideal for relaxation as it feels like a cold doctors office - but I know the Ashland address is temporary so hopefully that will get corrected in time.

I started with a Groupon facial which was ok. Nothing special, and made worse by the environment - but again hopefully that is temporary.

My biggest recommendation is before you buy an expensive package (I did a $1500 prp treatment package) get very explicit details on how many passes you receive with each treatment as I always got far fewer from the owner than if my appt was with a tech. This lead to very minimal results. And for $1,500 I expect results. It was absolutely not worth the money.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star. Warning: If you buy any Groupons with them, they will continue to cancel or shuffle around your appointments since you’re not a high dollar appointment. It actually pays to just go and get a good service elsewhere… the aesthetician also tried to upsell some of services there which is beyond annoying. Avoid at all costs. Update: scheduling conflicts that only benefit the clinic. Asking people to reschedule MULTIPLE times is ridiculous. You guys are just trying to take the higher paying clients.

LOVE this place. 10/10 stars. Eden Med Spa is clean, welcoming and a super relaxing environment and place to destress. I've done the 72 minute massage with hot stones twice with Alice. Please do yourself a favor and ASK FOR ALICE!! She is an amazing masseuse, hits all the right pressure points and is professional and has such a healing touch. I recommend her x10! Really love this place and can't wait to go back already.

Dyana was amazing! She did my dermaplane and was super clean and did a thorough job and took her time but was also efficient! She explained every she did through the process! I highly recommend her if you want someone gentle and Professional and super informative on the procedure you get!!!!😊

I have been going to Michelle for a couple years now. Always love my results with her when it comes to my Botox! I recently had my lips done by her as well and I am in LOVE with them! Perfect combination of the fullness I wanted without being too much! Michelle has the expertise to know when something is not working for your particular body and when to change it up to something different. I will not go anywhere else!

I booked the dermaplaning chemical peel, but she refused to do the chemical peel because I had extreme dry skin that was reacting to the weather and a somewhat recent change in skincare products. Thats fine but she still charged me for the full service I booked, not the standard dermaplaning I received.

It would probably be great for someone taking a very medical/no-nonsense approach to a long-term skin recovery process but I was more looking for a relaxing spa facial experience.

It was much less relaxing than other facial experiences I’ve received in the past, there was no music, no facial massage, it was very fast and the majority of the time she was just continuously critiquing my skin and talking about other treatments I’ll require every two weeks (tbh I’m pretty young and have no noticeable sun damage, my acne damage is mostly healed, still working on getting enough moisture in my skin in the winter, but I’ve spent a lot of time and effort getting my skin to almost perfect where it is now, so it was wild to hear her go off for 30 mins about every lazer treatment and service i would need to make my skin right).

Fantastic products. I've been using the exfoliating cleanser and the moisturizer for a week and my skin is looking and feeling phenomenal. The lack of strong scent is fantastic for all types of sensitive skin, and the packaging is beautiful!

After reviewing numerous businesses, I came across iBeauty Clinic and I am beyond elated that I did. My mom lost most of her eyebrows due to a medical condition and I was very cautious in my choice for her microblading. The communication was so personable that I felt as if we had known each other for years. I had facial threads and filler in December 2020. I am 60 years old and people tell me I look 15-20 years younger! Best decision I have ever made. Michele was professional, precise, and made me feel totally comfortable. She explained everything in detail and honestly the pain was minimal. I will do it again in a heartbeat!

Wealth of experience in end to end development of cosmetics. Claire of HR is professional and very welcoming. Follow up is quick and timely. The office and facility are secure and very clean. Location is convenient off Route 17 near the border of New York State and has plenty of parking. Would recommend highly.

I only went twice so far but so far so great. I recently moved to OC and went to 2 other places but I'm so glad that I found this place. The first place I went to, the technician was talking to the other technician constantly in foreign language and her spit was all over my face. yew. And 2nd place I went for couple months, I liked my technician but I honestly think she didn't have a skill for this. My eyelash didn't last more than 2 weeks and by the time next appointment came, I had to do full set all over again not fill in. I understand it could be due to the glue they use but my eye lids were glued sometimes, the eyelashes they put on my eyelashes were pointing different directions and they glued the edge of my eyelashes on some of them and glued the root side on the others so I've been feeling so uncomfortable all the time. SoCal beauty is a bit expensive but I would rather to go back there every 3 weeks (3 weeks past, it's still looking good) than going back to the 2nd place every 10 days and pay a bit less.
Also, I like my technician Sophie. Not only she is nice but also she focuses her job and gets the job done!

This really is my go-to place. Whatever I need beauty-wise I go here.. They always accommodate anything I need , from lash extensions, to waxing , to spray tans ! They're professional in everything they do and I really don't like going anywhere else because I am guaranteed to get the best possible service here. The lash extensions are the best I've gotten and I've been to my fair share of places . I come here almost once a week for a spray tan because they have the organic vegan spray tan and it comes out the most beautiful color on your skin . If I could give them 10 stars I would !!!

I never write reviews, but appreciated my experienced here at infinite and wanted to share. Super easy to make an appointment, that way I am able to just come in and out. Which I am all about because I hate when it takes forever. I got my lashes done by Sophie the brunettish girl, which turned out great! I was super happy with the results, she was very accommodating to me. Got great lashes and free coffee, can't complain at all. I'll be back!!
