I have only been to this business once before and received the item needed. This time the young lady stated they did not keep this on stock; but, they had another that could be used. I bought it and left. I had to return it to the store as it was the wrong size. I live across town. It was upsetting to have to go back and have her say there's nothing she has for me; it was her attitude. She was the most insensitive, doesn't care, robotic person in a position of customer service. As I waited for my refund another young lady looked it up and wrote down the description and said it could be ordered through Amazon. It arrived yesterday and it is the wrong size. I wonder who hires these people. Needless to say I will not be returning to this store -- ever!!

I've shopped Here are several times for different various bulbs& they were always knowledgeable about their products. However, I was looking for a special European bulb and they had no clue where I could find it. They just had a clear and I need a white coated one that's slightly ĺarger than the clear. I hope someone can steer me in the right direction to finding one.

I went into the store simply to buy a few lightbulbs and I do not live in SA. The girl working didn't seem like she wanted to be there and it showed when I was next in line. Remember, this is a lightbulb warehouse so you would think they knew about lightbulbs. I gave a description of the type of bulb I was looking for and it's an average bulb, nothing out of the ordinary. The girl didn't know what I was talking about so I brought up a picture. She then started to ask about the wattage I needed. I told her I think it was 65 watts. She said she needed to know exactly because if anything happened it could come back on them. So I said yes, it's 65 watts and informed her of 2 other types of bulbs I would need. She took my phone to her manager to show pictures of the bulbs and make sure she could sell them to me. She comes back and tells me that they have the 1st 2 types but she needed to know exactly the type of bulb the 3rd one would be. I asked if the bottom portion that screws on comes in different sizes and she said no. So I'm frustrated at this point and told her if it fits and has the correct wattage, that's all I need. She continued giving me her excuses that it has to be exact as if she didn't want to sell me a bulb. At that point, I said forget it and walked out without purchasing any bulbs. Hopefully Walmart won't make it so difficult to by a lightbulb.

After going to several stores looking for small light bulbs with low wattage (per manufacture) bulbs for my sconces including Lowell’s, Home Depot, 2 lighting stores, none had the bulbs that would work on the sconces. More over many of the places I visited mistakenly tried to tell me it need candelabra bulbs: wrong!! The Light bulb Depot was recommended by the special lighting stores. Within 2 minutes of looking at my sconce I got the perfect bulb. Not only did they have the right size light but because it was an LED light I got a stronger light for less wattage . Happy happy 😊

I was referred to Light Bulb Depot by one of their competitors. At the order counter I gave Michael a "specialty bulb" that came out of a 35 year old Enesco AA battery operated "light up" music box. Within a very limited search perimeter he was able to match the voltage and wattage requirements of that "specialty bulb." Michael was friendly, professional and patient in his quest to locate the correct bulb in his "parts book" (computer.) It surprised and thrilled me that they actually had a small quantity of them in stock!! I highly recommend the Light Bulb Depot for any of your lighting needs common or specialized!
