Went in on November 7 at 11:10 am. Easily there was a staff of 10-12 people and no one even bothered saying hello to us. Everyone busy in their laptops as if they are managing a top 500 fortune companies.

I had a great experience at Lightology on Chicago Ave. I went in looking for a ceiling light by Lithonia. The representative Brandon looked to see if they had it, and came to the conclusion they couldn’t get it. Instead of just sending me away, he looked to find where I could get it elsewhere. It was such a nice gesture. I took his recommendation and ordered it where I could get it. I so appreciated his efforts that I will continue to go to that location FIRSTto find what I need before I go to any other company because of the way he took care of me. Great job Brandon!
An order was placed for 2 lights, and their website showed 3 were available. They processed the payment and then let us know the lights will not be available for about 3 months. When questioned about returning funds until the product is shipped, I was told they will keep funds to ensure our place in queue. Disappointing.
Customer service took forever, constantly on hold. Was told the wrong price multiple times. This is my second replacement. Will never order lights through lightology ever again.
Bought 10 lightbulbs. The light bulbs are lower CRI which means they don’t reproduce colors as well as an incandescent. I was new to this and thought 80 CRI would get the job done. It was very poor light as it was dimmed. As a result, I attempted to return and spent twice as much on higher CRI bulbs with another company and am satisfied.
When emailed to return, Lightology sent back a form email stating it will be 2 days to respond to my return request. 12 days later they respond and tell me no returns. Poor customer service and poor product . It’s inexplicable why you can’t return to lightbulbs, at this cost, in such a quick turn time.

Brought my car in yesterday for a battery replacement and spoke with a guy name John who helped me out pretty quickly because i had some deliveries for work already on me so i was in a rush, he found the right battery for me quick and then gave me the rundown on the warranty to where i could understand how many times i could bring the battery into replace once it died and stuff like that. But yea, with that being said im of course going to come back and i recommend asking for John if you need help and don’t know that much about car stuff lol.
Fantastic experience working with them, especially Shannan from the Web Sales team. I spent a ton of time looking at all of the online lighting retailers and they were the only ones that had detailed specifications for each product and would respond promptly and completely to any questions that I had. And I had a lot of questions. Everything that we've purchased and received looks awesome and the few items that we did have to return were processed very quickly. There are many online places to choose from when ordering lighting and electrical products, but now I exclusively look to Lightology. Thanks for all the help!

The YouTube videos have been so very helpful! They helped me know exactly what to order and how to do what I wanted to do! I ordered lights and the supplies to make my own professional-looking power cord. The products arrived much faster than expected and everything worked very well. Everything shipped and delivered within a day or 2! I received it all within a few days & everything was perfect! 500ft light strand, all light bulbs, in line connector, female/male connector and the bare wire. Our house looks amazing & very impressed with the prices after shopping around.
Stay away from these con artists!!!! I needed to replace my car battery and purchased it online. I went to the store and was informed that Arizona requires me to do a registration reset on the battery. I took this as being a mandated state requirement. I only found out later after doing research and a friend of mine telling me that this is an optional programming reset of the battery to my car. I have a 2018 Kia soul and found out that the car will reset itself within 24 hours. They charged me $60 to do 5 minutes of work, if even that. I earn a minimum wage and every penny counts for me. I called them back after finding out about this unnecessary battery registration reset for a refund. They said it's too late. "Nothing can be done" no refund was offered to me for the $60. Even a partial one would have been nice. It's unfortunate that a company will be dishonest and scam people for extra charges and make it sound like it was a state mandated requirement. I am a hard-working blue collar person that makes minimum wage and it really hurts my pocketbook.
Donovan and his team are so detail oriented in what they’re doing. They are in a business ALL about the customer, and they are going above and beyond at the services they are providing. You will be so glad when you take the Christmas lights training seminar. The hands on training course was such an empowering tool for this business. I was in a class with people who have been in business for 15 years, 1-5 years, and people just starting out. It doesn’t matter where you’re at, you will benefit from what they’re teaching.
I just finished the Christmas light training in Raleigh NC. Donovan is incredibly knowledgable about this industry. After the class and hands on training I feel very confident I’m now equipped with all of the marketing, sales and hands on training I need to grow my business. I learned more in a weekend in this class than countless hours over the past year in the Facebook groups.
First time visiting the store as an electrician to ask about a specific type of light. I walked in and there was a lady on the front desk and a gentleman who was helping the only other customer in store. I stood in line waiting for my turn in the front desk but both employees completely ignored me, I waited 15 minutes by the front desk and was never acknowledged (the lady just avoided eye contact and sat there looking at computer) i started walking out and still not a word, so I decided to visit Turney Lightning where I was immediately welcomed by the 3 front desk employees and helped out.
They were so fast to respond and swiftly took care of my key fob! They were patient with me and very kind. Found exactly what I needed in under 5 minutes. Very impressive!

Did my first online order with batteries plus. The order was ready within minutes and the price was better than the auto parts store! Best to walk in to get your item upon arrival due to the lengthy automated prompts when calling for curbside.
I ordered and paid for an AGM battery online. I then received confirmation of my order and that the order was ready for pick-up. When I arrived the battery had been set aside. The salesman who assisted me went through a sales process suggesting other items I might want/need. Although I didn't purchase any additional items, I felt he did a great job trying to get more sales without coming across as too aggressive or pushy. Overall it was a perfect buying experience for me. Great job to everyone at Batteries Plus, from your website designer to your salesman.
Christmas Light Contractors are amazing to work with! Tyler and Fred know what they are talking about! They have been instrumental in helping me build my business. I just did a big installation of Minleon Permanent Lighting that I ordered from CLC. The product was amazing to work with. I had one LED that was not working. I contacted CLC and told them the issue and that it was an out of state install and I was only going to be there for a few more days. Within the hour they already had the new piece packaged and sent overnight to me! I got the piece the next morning by 10am got it installed with zero issues! Amazing customer service!! Thank you
Truly a lifesaver! - My phone was dunzo. Cracked & busted beyond repair, or so I thought. I walked in just before 10am on a Sunday & had a fully functioning iPhone w/ new screen, screen protecter & cleaned charging port by 11am. Bryan hooked it up & had me out the door in 1hr. ⚡️Would absolutely recommend!
I recently bought a new car battery and had it installed at Batteries Plus at this store. It took two different guys to install it. Two days later I went to a doctor appointment, came out and my car was dead-not even lights on the dash or clicking noise. When assistance finally arrived it was determined one of the battery terminal connectors wasn't tightened properly and had come loose. I won't bother describing the terrible inconvenience this was-any one who's been stranded alone knows.
I also found out that the battery terminal was bent sideways for some unknown reason & had to have that fixed.
I paid $200 for this battery. I went back to the store the next day and spoke to the manager. He offered me $32 refund for my trouble and refused to pay for the cost of fixing the terminal.
I give a review of no confidence to this store.

From start to finish, we had an outstanding experience at this location. They were able to service us within minutes of calling them, it took Evan 10 minutes tops to change our car battery, and the customer service was fantastic! Highly recommend if you need a new car battery!
This is a great place for batteries, flashlights, bulbs and anything connected. They are a great place to replace your car's key fob as well. Just had that done today. The staff is friendly, fast, and knowledgeable, and the lifetime free replacements on key fob batteries is a big Plus ;)
Batteries plus is a great store. Its the only place I go for watch batteries - they give you LIFETIME warranty so I'll never have to buy a new one again! They always have them in stock and it takes seconds to get my second hand ticking again:-) Also have used them for cell phone repairs. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable!
Called to verify they could cut and program my jeep fob. Told yes. Drove 40mins only to be told they do not have the connector. fletcher ave. tampa.
Excellent service! I went into their website to search for a vehicle battery, and it was easy to navigate with detailed information provided. Placed my order online, received a follow-up confirmation text, and my order was ready to pick up within a half-hour. Doesn’t get much better than that. Really bad business wont recommend..got there at 11am waited for 2 hrs and no one opened the door..it says they open 10-6, i called the store about 30 times no one answered. I drove 1hr 30 mins for nothing. Waste of time, very unprofessional..worst ever!

just plain bad service. Upstate LED takes your money then installs sub-par materials. Then when you call for maintenance and bulb replacement they ignore multiple voicemails for over multiple months. I eventually had to replace the bulbs my self. Buy the bulbs from the nearest big box store and bypass the ballasts yourself. There are many YouTube instrustional videos on how to do it in minutes. Update: Owner reached out accusing me of being a competitor, even though he serviced my local business. The wonderful service compounds. That being said, in fairness to their response. I have removed the scam warnings and edited the text to better suit.Thank you for making my point sir.

Fantastic customer service and super knowledgeable people, went here for a hobby project and they knocked it out of the park!!! They were able to work with us to get exactly the colors that we needed for our leds and installed it for us as well!!
I had an issue w/ a previous lighting system install in my workshop. Contacted Tim at DEL -Lighting and he and Mike came out to the shop took a look, and gave me a fair price for the work required to my specs. I now have a completely new system that will last me for many years to come that works infinitely better than the one I had. Go w/ DEL-Lighting for your LED system needs......you won't regret it.
Our kitchen monorail lights that we purchased from another company failed after about 2 years. The company said the lights could not be repaired and the product had been discontinued and replacement parts were not available. We had been to another company and received a quote in excess of $4k to replace. We were running out of options when we met Brandon at Stevens, we explained our situation. He said for the cost of a service call he may be able to salvage our lights and give us a solution. When he paid us service call he repaired the existing lights to use temporarily until he could find a solution. Within two weeks of our initial visit he fixed our lights that we were told could not be fixed. Brandon and Stevens Lightning saved us thousands of dollars and not only fixed our lights but they also improved our lighting.

Good prices on supplies but, even more importantly, they have excellent customer service. Part of my order was delayed and they did a great job of keeping me updated on the shipment and were incredibly friendly when they were called. Highly recommended!

Absolutely AMAZING customer service! I happened by their shop several years back in search of an odd-ball bulb to match some lightning in an RV and I they were able to help me out. We are currently remodeling our kitchen and had some led tape and a driver sitting around, so I figured I’d add some under cabinet lights. I needed a few connectors, so I ran by Del-Lighting to see what they had. I was super impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable they were. They truly went above and beyond helping me, even though all I went in there for were a few $2 connectors. Rachael spent nearly an hour talking me through how to install lights that I didn’t even purchase from them, sharing tips and tricks that saved me a ton of time. In the end, I realized that the driver I had was too small, the lights I had wouldn’t have been bright enough, and I wanted to do the above cabinets as well. Del-Lighting was able to set me up with the drivers, dimmers, led tap, track, clips, connectors, and everything else I needed for less than a 1/3 of what I thought it would be. I am so happy I walked in there in search for those clips because it saved me from going through all the work of installing something I wouldn’t have been happy with, and then having to tear it all out. I ended up being a few connectors short, (because I decided to change a few things in the layout) and Rachel was super helpful, working around my work schedule to help make sure I was able to get them before the weekend! I’m sorry this review is so long, but I really can’t say enough about this company. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of lighting!!!
I purchased three under cabinet lights from here. When our electrician came to install them a week later, they will not work with our style of cabinets. I called the store 13 days after my purchase about returning the lights and was told they have a three day return policy. He said there was a sign posted. Three days is not very long to return an item and not the normal return policy for most stores. If I had been told that the return policy was three days, I would have never bought the lights because I could not get someone to install them that quickly. So, if you are going to make a purchase from this store, make sure that you are 100% sure of what you are buying because of the three day return policy.

I hired DEL Lighting to install under cabinet lighting in my new home and I am so happy with how it turned out! They custom built an LED light kit to fit my kitchen and I even got to choose the color tone from a variety of options. The customer service was outstanding and their prices were also better than the other options I investigated. I definitely recommend DEL Lighting!

I tried HLO for the first time this season. I’ve been doing Holiday lighting for about 17 years now, and have stuck with (2) suppliers. My main supplier could not get me teal 5mm lights in a short time frame (customer request). And not many suppliers online carry them. But, with one call to HLO, I had my account set up, lights ordered and they arrived today. Greet service, and the lights are perfect!! - Thanks guys!!
Wow, All I can say is they knocked my project out of the park. What a fantastic and seamless experience this was. Showed up on time to all appointments times that we had agreed on. Brought lighting samples of all shapes, sizes, colors, lengths you name it they had it. Lots of photos to look at and great design ideas. The install craftsmanship was flawless. Not a wire or cord in sight. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone of my close friends or family for any lighting project. Thanks again DEL lighting.

Have used Stevens for 4 years and am back again for sconces, fans, under-cabinet electrical outlets and lights and more. Great customer service, and Brandon is a workhorse, going above and beyond if there is an issue. Pay a little more and avoid the junky stuff made in China and lack of service in the big box stores and other lighting dealers. Hands down best around.
Good service but a little awkward. I didn’t know what battery my device needed. Gentlemen opened device and suggested the battery. Asked if I wanted lifetime guarantee to which I declined because the battery I was replacing lasted more than 5 years. With two that’s 10 more years of battery. He wasn’t clear that he asked me that because putting the battery I just bought back in was not something they do without an additional charge. He said "you know what I mean.” I said no, I don’t know. Anyway, he replaced the battery but he it was so awkward. If he couldn’t do it just say so and I’d get the tiny screw driver and do it myself.
I was so happy to find a local place for ordering our Christmas lights for our large Cedar tree. We wanted to do a Community Christmas tree lighting. Being able to save on shipping was our first joy, but working with Genevieve and her company was a true pleasure. This place isn’t your average lighting store. Nor do they carry your typical Home Improvement big box store fixtures. My clients are always impressed with the fixtures provided along with the latest devices including dimmers , receptacles and smart lighting systems and controls. Gerard is thee lighting Guru and is well known in San Antonio for his knowledge and lighting designs.

The crew did a fantastic job working with our busy schedule the were able to get our 9500 sqft shop converter over in less them 2 day. Updating our lighting saved us over 50% on or electric bill. Received my LED light last week and this is the absolute best LED light you can possibly find for the buck! We own a detailing shop and need light for our interiors/exteriors of vehicles but have always struggled to find a light bright enough to resemble the brightness of the sun to bring out scratches , dirt and even dust inside cars that can't usually be seen. This light is the one the got our attention from the start! It has a V shaped led strip to get a much more wide range of light and brightness. Simply don't know how we manage to not own one of these a long time ago but will be buying more for around our shop! Thank you very much Upstate LED , extremely happy customer!

Steven's Lighting, Inc. was one of the best brick-and-mortar sales interactions we’ve encountered. While at Steven’s, the team helped us with a couple of ceiling fans. I was impressed with their pressure-free environment (even though we were indecisive). Steven’s gave us knowledgeable recommendations, asked how we would use the product, and gave us tips/expectations when installing. After we had our ceiling fan installed by an electrician, we had a question about a knocking sound coming from the fan. Steven’s came out to assist us and diagnosed and fixed the issue! You do not see this level of customer service compared to larger stores and online. We will use them in the future . I would highly recommend them based on their expertise and customer service!

If you need help with lighting, you can't go wrong with Stevens Lighting. I stopped by to look at lighting options for my living room. While I was there, I asked about fixing a pendant light from my kitchen. The sales staff was very friendly and gave me a lot of ideas for increasing the lighting in the living room. Their spacious show room is full of unique and stylish lamps, and fixtures. What's more, they knew all about my pendant light, and were able to help me fix it! The big box stores couldn't tell me anything about the pendant light, except that they could sell me a replacement. I will definitely be visiting Stevens Lighting again!
