I just received a collection call! What? For what? Sterling Urgent Care? From July 2024... so, I called down to Sterling billing dept to see why I even I had a bill. I spoke to some guy, I explained that I never saw a provider when I went in back in July. I had my vitals taken, was asked why I was being seen, then had to leave due to (personal) resons before i saw a provider. So, the appt should have been canceled. I should not have been charged. The billing guy got snippy & told me that I owe the money. I told him that I didn't see anyone. He refused to answer my questions & he hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone else. So, I called the actual facility I went to, and that lady is calling the billing dept to see what she can figure out for me. I'm incredibly frustrated. That man should be ashamed of himself

As a service-disabled Vet, I was told by the VA to come here as it showed on their end that Sterling Urgent Care took VA insurance. When I arrived at the facility, I told them that the VA sent me here and the lady said that they took VA insurance. I was there for close to 3 hours for issues with my neck which are a result of my injuries while in the service of our nation. A few weeks later I get a bill from Sterling for $531 and some change. I was very confused by this bill as I am covered 100% by insurance through the VA. I called and spoke to someone who works in the Sterling billing department. They were rude beyond measure. I don't remember the gentleman's name, but he was short with me throughout the call. I explained to him my situation and he would not help me in anyway. I reached out the VA several times for answers on this and in their system, it shows that Sterling accepts VA insurance, but Sterling claims they do not. So, I am now getting sent to collections for a bill I should not have to pay. I guess this is Sterling's way of saying "Thank you for your service."

I love the doctor who saw me, she is the most amazing person- kind and gentle and compassionate. Not to mention she took my IUD out in seconds with absolutely no pain. She has magical hands and a beautiful soul.

They are great here. Not only was every single encounter with everyone here friendly but they were helpful and patient. The Doctor, took time to listen to me, she didnt rush me through like most urgent cares. She provided caring and professional care. We used to go to St Als urgent care, where they provide the exact opposite experience, horrible customer service. Highly recommend Sterling Urgent Care!!

I went in with a dog bite that needed to be stitched up. It was around 8:15pm. I paid my co-pay, only to be told by the physician that I needed to go to the ER because “a plastic surgeon needed to be the one to do it”, as the guy looked at his watch. The ER doctor told me that they could have easily stitched it up just like they would. I told the ER doctor where I went and he rolled his eyes. He said they’ve had several cases where the physician at this Urgent Care refuses treatment because it’s near closing time. Either way, the doctor didn’t do anything for me and they refuse to refund me the copay. Absolute scam. I work in employee health benefits and I can tell you that I will preach till I’m blue in the face to NOT visit this urgent care. I will be writing to the Idaho Medical Board about this.

This urgent care is not close to me and there are several that I live within 5 minutes of, I always go here though because the staff is quick and friendly. From a tetanus shot, brass burn, scratched cornea, ear infection, they’ve always helped me out. Highly recommend.

I wasn't charged at time of service (I was in too much pain to question it) and later was billed a $40 copay instead of $25, which is the rate for urgent care with my insurance.

The doctor I saw said it would take two weeks for me to have a CT scan (which is what I needed to find out what was wrong) and that I should see my GP if I wanted it faster. Thus, the visit was entirely pointless.

I spent months speaking with their billing department, trying to get this resolved (including a phone call with my insurance where they told me Sterling billed incorrectly), but they refused to change the bill. As I continued to try to get this figured out, they threatened to send me to collections over $15 (I paid them the $25 previously). (Edit, a week later: They actually did send me to collections, despite me immediately paying by phone when I received their threat. Wow, the pettiness gets even better.)

Classy, Sterling. Classy.

Edit after response from Sterling: I went to Sterling in January and was charged a $25 copay. This was asked of me upfront. In May, I was not charged upfront, clearly due to company greed of changing everyone at their urgent care to specialists. If that's how they want to do business, then so be it. But I'll go anywhere else but Sterling for urgent care in the future.

Dr.Patel and the staff exceed my expectations. Dr.Patel made sure at my visit that she answered my questions thoroughly based on things she found with my eye alignment. I’ve been using my neurolens that are recommended and have had great relief. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and also you’d feel very comfortable with as well. I recommend this place to any one that’s asks about a great eye doctor to go to!!

I had an amazing experience with Southwest Orlando Eye Care! The doctors are incredible and the staff is very knowledgeable. If you want the best for your eye care, this is definitely the place! I highly recommend it!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Southwest Orlando Eye Care that I feel compelled to share. On Wednesday, August 21, 2024, I arrived for my 11:00 AM appointment at 10:49 AM, only to find the office closed, despite staff being visible inside. Unbeknownst to me, they were close and would not reopen until 1:00 PM.

Despite my efforts to get their attention by knocking on the door, the staff ignored us completely. It wasn't until I knocked hard enough that a gentleman finally came to the door. When we explained that we had an appointment, he informed us that it was actually scheduled for the following day. While I accepted this mix-up, I couldn't help but ask why they had been ignoring us when they could clearly see us outside. His response was unsatisfactory, claiming they were all preoccupied with a training phone conference. This explanation felt disingenuous, as they were clearly aware of our presence.

Overall, the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the staff left a sour taste in my mouth. I expected better service and communication, especially when it comes to something as important as eye care. I would not recommend Southwest Orlando Eye Care based on this experience.

I will never go back. This was the worst eye care experience of my life.
The front desk associate was rude and extremely condescending to everyone that came in. My appointment was at 3pm and i wasn’t seen by anyone until 3:45.
The front desk associate was down right cruel to a little old man that came in while I was waiting.
After the extremely long eye exam with an intern, where I saw the actual optometrist for less than three minutes, I was yet again rudely treated by the front desk associate about my insurance policy.
Finally after everything was finished, i asked for sample contacts to get me through until my prescription arrived, the same associate refused to give me any. So I had to ask for the doctor to come back again, just so i could ask her the same question, and was instantly given samples.
Extremely bad experience. 👎👎👎👎

I have been seeing Dan Reed for a year and a half and not only has he corrected the issue. I initially came in for but has always been a lot of fun to be around. He and his staff are extremely friendly and helpful and recently Dan took the time to research Nerve damage pain that I was having and explain what additional things I may need to look into. I appreciate his care and concern and highly recommend his services. -Robin

I am so pleased to have found Mission Chiro in Grandview. Dr. Dan is a humble family man and a great doctor. I was having severe neck pain and stiffness and we took X-rays and I was able to get adjusted that day. I have since been in several times for follow up care and I thoroughly enjoy the staff and ease of each visit. Booking is also easy via an app so I can book in under a minute for services day of or in advance. Office is clean and there are three or four treatment rooms. I also love seeing smiling faces on kiddos when I pass them on their way out of the treatment room! An overall excellent experience from this team!!

Came a few months ago basically with no ability to walk due to an accident. Not only am I able to walk now, I went on a Vacation recently and was able to walk 15miles a day. I am very happy with the results.
My improvement is continuous. Cases like mine don’t heal overnight and I’m grateful doctor Reed was available and able to work with me!

I was very pleased with my eye appointment today. The initial diagnostic exams were done thoroughly and professionally. Dr. Nowell then did more checking, and had a friendly discussion and time with him. I felt extremely satisfied with entire visit. Would highly recommend this practice.

I’ve been receiving treatment by Dr. Dan for over a year, I’ve never missed an appointment. When I first came in, I was misdiagnosed with scoliosis, in constant spasm and pain, had regular headaches and UTI’s, and was completely out of energy at the end of my 8 hour work day (I’m only 30). Instantly after reviewing my X-Rays, Dr. Dan told me I did not have scoliosis and my condition would improve. I did however possess multiple curvatures (including a reverse curve in my neck) and over half of my back was locked up with subluxations. I began feeling the benefits of chiropractic care literally immediately! Now, after sticking with my care routine with him and at home, I rarely have a headache, my spasms have drastically decreased, I have energy to be productive after work, I no longer get UTI’s, I’m more balanced, flexible, and strong, and I’m regaining the curvature in my neck. If you’re struggling with pain or headaches, it’s absolutely worth it to stop in and get adjusted.

We didn’t need to schedule many appointments but the information gained allowed us to get a more detailed perspective on what may have been causing the issue that we were referred to Brockton Physical Therapy for. I value the information provided by the doctor who assisted my child and I in gaining more insight and knowledge about how to figure out what to look for.

I am so appreciative of Rachel and the whole team! Devon and everyone they’re so nice! I have been struggling almost a year out with my neck/lat after surgery to remove a tumor. I’m very active, a pediatric ER charge nurse and a flight nurse with mercy air and a volunteer medic for San Bernardino County’s air rescue devision. Needless to say I don’t have much time for pain and immobility. BPT has been there for me for months now! Rachel was able to figure out that much of my pain comes because of scar tissue! I’m feeling 100 times better and you will too!

All I would like to say is that I love coming to this place ! Everyone is always so kind and friendly Kim at the front desk will greet me every time I go and will check me in right away as soon as I walk in (she memorized my name quickly in a short period of time). Michelle and Sarah are amazing I have been doing my physical therapy with them and I have seen results already, and I love the massage from after my session. I always feel welcomed and leave happy!🤍

I had an emergency with a contact lens stuck in my eye, and the care I received was exceptional. Tatiana and Dr. Phu were professional, caring, and thorough. They made me feel comfortable and ensured the lens was removed safely. The staff treated my situation with urgency and professionalism, making me feel reassured throughout the entire process. I'm truly impressed by their kindness and expertise. It's a shame I don't live in Florida, as this would be my go-to optometrist. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of eye care. I’ve been receiving pelvic floor therapy from Physical Therapist Abigail Anderson, and my recovery has been life changing. Brockton Physical Therapy is very professional, helpful, and welcoming. All of my interactions with everyone at both locations in Riverside have been very positive!

I was hoping my Dr. would send me to a chiropractor because I didn't really want to do physical therapy, since I've had bad experiences in the past. But. Brockton Physical Therapy is an exception to that, there staff and therapist really try helping, especially with there pressure point massages, my sciatica pain is alleviated every appointment. Thank you!

Fabulous staff and physicians!! Not only are they friendly, they know their stuff and helped me go from no grip in my right hand to almost full mobility and usage - I couldn’t believe that I was able to make an almost complete recovery. Everyone here has wonderful energy and makes patients feel comfortable, which is so important as we all strive towards health. I couldn’t recommend Brockton PT more, they turned what would have been an overwhelming, stressful and painful process into an appointment I looked forward to!

I am from out of town and I needed an x-ray, so I went to Sterling urgent care. The place is really nice. All the staff, including the receptionist, the nurse, and the med person were very friendly, courteous and professional. I am from out of town and I need some assistance so I went there. I was lucky that it was in network for my healthcare provider. I was also lucky and then I went on a Wednesday afternoon and there was no one waiting. After I filled out the information on the tablet, I was seen right away. It was a great experience. The interior is as fresh and new as one could ever expect.

Dr. Priya Patel was great on today's visit. Assistant nurses have to be careful how to attend clients. Needs professional training not just trained by anyone.

I had two experiences, a few years apart. They have a lovely facility. Every person I came in contact with treated me with compassion and kindness. My therapy enabled me to resume my daily functionality. A+

DR. DESPAIN AND Therapist Abby were absolutely amazing. I felt heard, understood, and really taken care of when voicing my pain and concerns. I highly recommend I am absolutely satisfied. I feel much better physically do to the care they have for their patients. Thank you so much to the staff as well!!

Wonderful clinic! Dr. Meade is very knowledgeable, quick response on messages, and so caring! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrician, he is wonderful with children!

I was diagnosed with anxiety and have panic attacks get prescribed meds for a week. I can take up to 3 a day for 7 days. I make a bottle last over 3 weeks and they are refusing to fill it or help with my sleeping issues..the sleep meds they prescribed do not work. Yet the same doctor and doctor's clinic prescribes Xanax for people for 30day supply at a time and keeps refilling it!

We absolutely love the staff at the bright clinic. They are very sweet ladies who have caring and compassionate hearts. Ms. Amanda was very knowledgeable about my kids situation and helped us out alot. We live in meridian which is about 90 miles north of Hattiesburg, but the staff is worth the trip.

Super comfortable environment filled with some of the most friendly, helpful people I've ever met. Without them I would still be in pain and struggling to do daily activities. it was one of the best decisions I've ever made to make the phone call and book the appointments. Feeling relief on my first adjustment visit was life changing!

Since our son was born, we have been fortunate to have him cared for at Meade Medical Clinic. Dr. Jim has a serious passion for what he does which is exemplified through his quality of care for children. As new parents, we are extremely overly cautious about our child’s care. With the reassurance of Dr. Jim and his staff, we feel at ease, we feel heard, and we feel understood, each and every visit. Our son absolutely adores Dr. Jim as do we. He’s a great man, intelligent and experienced, caring and compassionate, and most importantly, empathetic. There have been numerous times we’ve called on weekends/after hours with serious concerns and either doctor will call back usually within the hour or soon after. That feeling of reliability when it comes to your child’s health is indescribable. If you are considering Meade Medical Clinic, I can promise you, you will not be disappointed and your child will be beyond cared for.

Very good nurses and doctors, however, reception is lacking. There’s been very few times I’ve called to set up an appointment and gotten an answer. When I do leave a message, they typically take 5+ hours to call back.

I want to specifically make an appreciation for Jan Beyer. She’s such a great NP and really takes the time to get to know her patients!

Been here for years. The doctors, nurses and reception staff are very friendly. Waiting area, bathroom and rooms are clean. Pediatrics and Family medicine.

The doctors here are incredible. I have never seen a doctor more caring and engaging than Dr. Jeff. He is always so responsive when we have any concerns or questions. He has never once judged us or mocked us for any concern we had especially as first time parents to a newborn who had frequent doctors visits. Our son loves him and sits so good for him during each visit. He is attentive, engaging, and takes the time to really listen. You can tell he truly cares and worries about our child. He shows it at the visits and even follows up on how he is doing. We could not ask for a better doctor for our child. Dr.Martin has only seen our son a couple of times but he also does an incredible job at listening to my concerns. Dr. Jim, as well as Dr. Jeff, have the best bed side manner. The nurses in the office have always been incredibly kind to us and Vanessa ,in particular, has been so helpful. She is the best with our son and we look forward to seeing her and dr Jeff when we come into the office!

I am not one to give five starts unless it is deserved and in this case it is. The pediatricians are great to work with. They are open, honest, communicate effectively and sincerely care not only about our children, but, us as parents as well. I never feel judged by the questions I ask and I always feel like they carefully consider what we share with them. I highly recommend!

Have been a patient of Dr.Meade since the 90’s. My 3 kids went to the pediatric side and I went where the big folks go. Best Doc in town and has great taste in music! He’s smart, creative & always greats you with a positive attitude. The staff ALL need a raise! They’re awesome! They get things done in a timely manner and do it with a smile. I highly recommend the “Meade Medical Clinic”
