I have been using their products for multiple years now, great quality! I typically ordered from outside sources in the past but recently ordered directly through the website and they were fantastic. Got delivered super fast, nicely packaged with clear communication on order status.

NOT Fly By Night Contractors,
just plain bad service. Upstate LED takes your money then installs sub-par materials. Then when you call for maintenance and bulb replacement they ignore multiple voicemails for over multiple months. I eventually had to replace the bulbs my self. Buy the bulbs from the nearest big box store and bypass the ballasts yourself. There are many YouTube instrustional videos on how to do it in minutes. Update: Owner reached out accusing me of being a competitor, even though he serviced my local business. The wonderful service compounds. That being said, in fairness to their response. I have removed the scam warnings and edited the text to better suit.Thank you for making my point sir.

Julie’s work is unparalleled. The high quality, unique wine glasses are stunning. Unfortunately one wine glass arrived broken and Julie’s professional customer service had a replacement in the mail within a week. I highly recommend her if you desire statement lighting pieces or one-of-a-kind gifts.

Great customer service and energy-saving results. The highbays they provided were not only brighter and more energy-efficient than what we had before but also were so much quieter and turned on immediately. They changed the whole space and we haven't had any issues since they were installed!

I have used FX for about 5 years to provide led solutions, design and utility rebate support. My customers range from 25000 sq ft retail, churches and 500,000 sq ft manufacturing facilities. My projects are generally located in NC but some have been in TX.

This was my first time ordering from HLO and I agree with most if not all of the other reviews as I experienced quick response with shipping and customer service.

However, I did receive poor quality product (in my opinion). The green bulbs were poorly packaged and both sets of bulbs were eroding on the contacts. I sent an email and due to heavy volume they took a day to get back to me. In their reply they noted that they issued me a full refund but unfortunately the bulbs were out of stock. I think it is also important to note that they took my claim well after the 10 days that their return policy describes.

Poor service and products WILL happen. With everything. What doesn't always happen is the business owning it, standing behind their brand 100%, and making it right with the customer. That is how HLO handled my situation and that means more to me as a consumer than getting the product/service right the first time.

Good prices on supplies but, even more importantly, they have excellent customer service. Part of my order was delayed and they did a great job of keeping me updated on the shipment and were incredibly friendly when they were called. Highly recommended!

I tried HLO for the first time this season. I’ve been doing Holiday lighting for about 17 years now, and have stuck with (2) suppliers. My main supplier could not get me teal 5mm lights in a short time frame (customer request). And not many suppliers online carry them. But, with one call to HLO, I had my account set up, lights ordered and they arrived today. Greet service, and the lights are perfect!! - Thanks guys!!

The LED lights that Pat installed in my office have been great! No more running to Home Depot to get new lights to replace the old light bulbs that have burned out. I am saving time and money.

Received my LED light last week and this is the absolute best LED light you can possibly find for the buck! We own a detailing shop and need light for our interiors/exteriors of vehicles but have always struggled to find a light bright enough to resemble the brightness of the sun to bring out scratches , dirt and even dust inside cars that can't usually be seen. This light is the one the got our attention from the start! It has a V shaped led strip to get a much more wide range of light and brightness. Simply don't know how we manage to not own one of these a long time ago but will be buying more for around our shop! Thank you very much Upstate LED , extremely happy customer!
