The staff at Thorpe Chiropractic is very friendly and super accommodating. Nancy is the very best at what she does.
Amazing first experience. I can tell that they genuinely care about me, and want me to get better. Very thorough intake, and they make sure everything they do is comfortable and working well. If you’ve been in an accident, or are seeking wellness, go to Thorpe Chiropractic and Wellness!
I love Thorpe chiropractic, Because the facility itself is very inviting and clean, the staff is very friendly and the doctor is extremely caring for her patients. I’m sure she makes everyone feel like they are her most important patient.
Great service and they offer way more than I expected! Dr. Lorraine Thorpe and her staff are great! The services are so helpful. I’m so thrilled I don’t have to cross the bridge to go to Tampa for services that I now know are offered right in her St Pete convenient location. Great People doing great things local!
I had an outstanding experience at this facility. From the exceptional staff to the top-notch treatment I received, everything exceeded my expectations. I couldn't ask for better care. This is truly a 10/10 establishment, and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Thank you, Thorpe, for your excellent service.
Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Thorpe! I had a facial today with Sam, and she was simply amazing. Her knowledge and expertise were evident from the start, and she created such a relaxing and soothing atmosphere. I felt completely rejuvenated after my session. Thorpe now offers a wide variety of skincare options, which is fantastic. I was so impressed that I booked a red light facial for next month, and I can't wait! Highly recommend Sam and the services at Thorpe.
I have been an active client here for many many years! This place is like family! Everyone in the office is so friendly, so kind, and goes the extra mile! Lorraine Thorpe hands down is the best and has the biggest heart! This is the best spot for your health and wellness! Thank you Thorpe Chiropractic :)
I was referred for PRP for my knee. $400 to meet with the doctor who was nervous, edgy, distracted, and gruff. I came away with a plan before even considering PRP that included four rounds of FSM at $250 each, and a follow up with the doc at $250. Then I was taken to a small room to meet with their financial advisor who wanted PAYMENT IN ADVANCE. When I asked why, I was told they were making a huge commitment to me. I felt pressured. I declined paying in advance, but said I would pay at the time of service. Should I have continued, their PRP cost $2100. Later I discovered that you can get FSM at $155 and PRP at $550, all from reputable hospitals that don’t want payment in advance. I promptly cancelled all of my appointments. Maybe that’s why they use high pressured sales tactics. I would not recommend that anyone go there.
Amber Warren listened to my concerns and we discussed in detail the plan for me. She did not give a blanket "protocol." She helped me understand my role and responsibility in MY health. I appreciate her research, money spent in gaining the functional knowledge to help more than just me and her willingness to share this with me and all whom are before her. I felt heard, seen, and understood after leaving our first appointment together. I love working with heart-felt humans.
Dr. Thorpe and her staff are excellent when it comes to patient care and efficiently administering treatment plans and follow up procedures.

If your in need of any of her services, I highly recommend this office. It's conveniently located in Pinellas county and the office is spotless and staffed by caring and competent professionals.
My experience at FMI COH has been 100% positive. Working with Dr. Holthouse and multiple members of the staff on my PAR-1 program has absolutely exceeded my expectations. I have learned so much about my own body, including my strengths and my vulnerabilities- things I never would have figured out on my own. With their help, I am creating a very individualized plan to increase my healthspan and live the fullest life I want to live- complete with nutrition help, health coaching, exercise guidance, and medical expertise. I was also able to rule out some possible hereditary medical concerns that I had worried about for years. I also appreciate that many of my appointments can be telehealth appointments from my home. I am SO happy that I decided to make this a priority in my life. It is truly the best thing I have ever done for myself.
I have been a patient x 4 years at FMI, and have never had an issue. In fact, I am a health care provider and have referred several of my patients and family/friends to FMI. Although my PA at Optimal health, Josiah, is a 5 star, I am giving an average of 2 stars for the extremely unprofessional interaction with Amber, the PA/part owner of the clinic. I had a scheduled appointment for a follow up regarding bio-identical hormone replacement. It was not explained to me who would follow up, but I was under the impression it was a billable tele health call & would be a RN based on the interaction from my last appointment. Because I am a very busy provider, I have to block my schedule for personal appointments at least 4 weeks in advance. I received 2 reminders for my appointment that was scheduled for 15 min starting at 3:00-3:15. This was during my work shift and I had my own patient arriving at 3:15. Nobody called & I attempted 3x to call the office. At 3:20 a voice message was left, by whom I thought was a RN. I immediately called back after explaining/apologizing to my own patient that I needed to speak with this provider as I was having some issues. When the individual answered, I expressed that I was a bit upset being that my appointment was supposed to be at 3:00 not 3:20 and I was a clinician with a patient at 3:15. My tone was raised as this interfered with my own patient care. I did not receive an apology, nothing. I went on with the call and was polite to the individual, answering all her questions as there was no need to hammer on her since I already explained I was upset. 1 hour later I received a call from a very hostile, Amber. I was expecting a call from a MD regarding my patient I had sent to the ER that a.m. and had provided my cell number in case it was after the clinic closed. When I answered a call, I thought it was my patient's MD. I had my phone on speaker because I was in my office with my colleague/boss who was involved in the care of the patient sent to the ER. To my surprise I was greeted by a hostile unprofessional PA, who said her name was Amber. She began lecturing me like a child the entire 5 minutes. She raised her voice "you will treat me staff with respect." I explained that I only told the person I was upset as my appointment was over when I got called and had a patient of my own. In her hostile tone said "you should know better." I learned this was a MA not a RN who was 20 minutes late calling me. I also figured out it was not even a billable appointment (which changes things somewhat). I then questioned why patients can not be late or need to reschedule but why does a provider not have to respect a patient's time. She then said "You need to find another clinic for your care." WOW. She is not even my provider telling me this. In my 23 years of experience dealing with medical professionals and surgeons on a daily basis, never have I ever witnessed such unprofessionalism. She was accusing me of yelling at her MA, which I did not, then calls me in a complete hostile tone dismissing the fact that I have obligations of my own.
I will say when my colleague/manager sat through the speaker phone conversation, he was shocked by this and inquired about the nature of this. He prompted me to reach out to the Director stating if this were his own employee interacting with a patient in this manner, then he would want to know. He, also refers a number of patients to FMI & verbalized his reservations of doing so in the future based on this hostile interaction. When I reached out, I learned Amber lied stating she called me to apologize when she did nothing of the such, and she said I was the hostile one when she called. Just simply appalling. I at least had a witness to this event. I would not recommend ANY person you care about to ever see AMBER as a provider. I am guessing the MA was having a bad day & when I confronted her about being upset, she was sensitive, & blew this up. Then someone, who should know better, made a very unacceptable phone call.
Dr. Pennick is awesome. I will say he took the time to ask me tons of questions, let me talk through everything, and I mean, everything.
He gave great advice, and recommended some products for my gut so that I was able to enjoy and eat all the foods I wanted to again. He also recommended an extensive bloodwork panel to be done. However my reasoning for three stars is not necessarily towards Dr p, but the practice due to miscommunication the cost of each appointment. I was expected to pay $200 for my initial appt, then the bloodwork panel which was about $300 after insurance, then I was told the follow up to review my blood work would be included in the initial appt cost, when actually I showed up for it and they presented me with an estimate for another $350. I was fully invested in continuing my health journey there, but after I felt like they had offered me one thing and then taken it back, and surprised me with more charges I just felt like that was how the rest of this process was going to go.
I recently had an appointment with Dr. Musnick and he is INCREDIBLE! He listened to all my concerns and was telling me things that my rheumatologist completely swept under the rug! He is the autoimmune expert and takes your health very serious!
The level of compassion and well being given by Dr. Penick is incomparable to any other I’ve met with over the years. His level of knowledge is off the charts and he has real solutions to offer. The office staff are also so very kind, funny and engaging. Take your health seriously and put that as your number one priority and these medical providers will make it happen for you!
I started suffering from pelvic pain and did not get any help from my GP or GYN. My GYN said I needed a hysterectomy but that didn’t make sense to me. I found out about Pelvic Rehab Medicine (PRM) in Atlanta and decided to make an appointment. I met Dr. Yogita Tailor who was very kind, took her time to explain what was going on, listened to my questions and concerns, and began treatment for Chronic Pelvic Pain and Pudendal Neuralgia. I drove 2.5 hours four weeks in a row to see her for treatment and she made it so comfortable for me. Also, PRM has other specialists that hold workshops for your recovery. These are virtual classes for things like nutrition and retraining your brain. The Retrain Your Pelvic Pain workshop was stellar! This helps you help yourself feel better and gives you medical explanations for how your brain handles pain so you can learn to mitigate it when it flairs up. Please give PRM a chance (if you’re a man or woman) because if you suffer from pain in your pelvic area they will definitely be able to help you!
I’m so grateful to Dr. Holthouse! He has totally changed my life and health! After seeing multiple doctors for Mold Illness with no improvement I was recommended to see Dr Holthouse. His knowledge and expertise was astounding and now I’m recovered and feeling healthy again! I’ll be forever grateful for his help and the incredible attention given by all the medical staff at Functional Medicine of Idaho!
I’m so thankful that Dr. Taylor is on my team of specialist. She has wonderful bedside manner and really cares about each patient. She is compassionate and kind. I’m so incredible blessed to have found such an amazing place to help me recover. It has really helped build my trust in doctors. She is truly amazing!
I cannot say enough good things about Dr Tailor! I searched for 6 years to find a practice that could help me manage and release my pelvic pain. The trigger point injections and CBT pelvic pain therapy go together as a healing process.
I went from having a progressed case of undiagnosed endometriosis and a partial hysterectomy along with bladder spasms, a tense pelvic floor and lots of pelvic nerve pain related to sex and sometimes even friction from walking to a place of complete management. I was able to do all of the normal sports/activites I had lost with the pain and be back to a normal lifestyle. Dr Tailor and her practice literally gave me my life back! I highly recommend Dr Tailor and her protocal.
Dr Tailor is the most thorough and knowledgeable doctor that I’ve seen (and I’ve been to A LOT of doctors for my pelvic pain). She’s the only doctor who hasn’t given up on me, has continued to ask questions and find new ways to help reduce my pain. When many doctors throw their hands up in the air and dismiss your pain, Dr Tailor actually listens to you and cares about your well-being. If you’re struggling with pelvic pain and are seeking relief, you should come to the experts at PRM Atlanta.
I just finished my six week course with Dr. Tailor and wanted to leave a detailed review of my life-changing experience.

Anyone living with pelvic pain will tell you how much of an effect such a clandestine area of your body has on your life. I came to Dr. Tailor with little hope after more than a decade of dealing with this problem and, frankly, some disillusionment with healthcare in Georgia (I’m from CA).

Dr. Tailor is one of the rare medical professionals who deeply listens to patients. She is warm, knowledgeable, and clearly top of her field. Besides her bedside manner, she alleviated about 80% of my pain within the first two treatments. Throughout this experience, I’ve been extremely emotional because of the absence of pain because everything else I’ve tried has failed. I would recommend Dr. Tailor to my mother and best friends without hesitation. She is hands-down, the best provider I’ve seen in the United States for this problem.

Moreover, she never makes you feel rushed and her instructions on treatment are clear. Lastly, she’s very communicative, explaining the “why” behind her treatment, elaborating on each step of her method, and talking you through each stage of the injections every time.

Kim at the front is fantastic as well. She’s very responsive via email. I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than 20 minutes for a response from her. She’s friendly and flexible, rescheduling without making you feel bad for having to change up an appt.

The nurses Latayia and Brittanie bravely endured my crazy stories in the room each week and always have smiles on their faces. Again, they were happy to answer questions, clearly understood the treatment they were providing, and made a very difficult experience quite pleasant.

Seldom do I leave a review with out elaborating on the downsides, but there really are no negatives to discuss at this clinic. If you have pelvic pain, do yourself a favor and see Dr. Tailor and her staff.
I hear Dr. Tailor is amazing and an excellent doctor. Other than the excellent care that Dr. Tailor provides, it is disappointing to hear that they treat their employees on the front line awfully. Leadership and managers are not professionals and they are the reason why their frontline workers leave the company so so often. I suspect the turnover rate is significantly high and this ultimately impacts the way patients are treated. Really hope the CEO of the business hires more competent, kind, genuine, and professional leaders in those leadership positions. Your employees are the people who carry this business and if you want this business to run efficiently and effectively, strongly consider taking care of your employees and most importantly, hire professional, educated, and kind leadership who know how to manage/support their employees
I have struggled with Pelvic Floor and bladder issues for at least 10 years. I saw multiple specialist and gynecologist with little relief. I was finally able to see Dr. Tailor after some insurance changes and her treatments have made such a significant improvement in my symptoms! I finally have been pain free most of the time and just as important I finally have someone to go to that actually understands these types of pain issues. If you are struggling with long term pelvic floor problems Dr. Tailor may be your answer. Great staff and environment also!
Dr. Tailor is a fantastic Doctor if your are suffering from pelvic health issues. She will fully listen to all your concerns. She is feeling detailed and plan on the first visit it may take longer because this in not the typical 10-15 time with the Doctor that we have gotten used to. She is a great doctor to have on your team!!!
