Elsie Lee was so friendly and personable and made me feel safe and welcome! there was a lot of bouncing around to different people with all the intake but none of it took very long and I didn't have to wait very long in between talking to different people either. definitely one of the best experiences I've had at a walk-in clinic.

The staff here was very nice. Especially the first nurse who greeted me. And the intake paper-work woman. Both so kind. It is a little slow but that’s ok - it’s free. There was one nurse who takes blood who was very rude and yelled at me for sitting in the wrong area after I waited for 15 minutes for someone to come out, and I asked her twice where do I sit (she ignored me). I understand people can be dumb. I was having a rough morning and was confused, but yeah some people shouldn’t be nurses. This place does the job and most people are very nice, the one nurse with blue scrubs and long hair was so incredibly rude.

Everyone is kind and well-intentioned. But this is a really, really frustratingly slow and inefficient process. They were clearly understaffed. What should take 20-30 minutes takes almost 3 hours

I brought my mother here yesterday July 9, 2024 for her annual physical and I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent medical attention provided by Dr. Sydney Asselstine and the Medical student under her tutelage. Although, I don't have the student's name I have many compliments for her. The student was completely fluent in Spanish and very knowledgeable and I wish this student the best in her future endeaviors.

As far as Dr. Asselstine, Dr. A. for short; she is one-of-a-kind. Dr. Asselstine has outstanding bedside manners and professionalism. Dr. Asselstine understands the meaningful components of hospitality and she utilizes them in her medical practice elevating the medical standards of compassion, soft voice, empathy understanding and listening to the patient that so MANY professionals are lacking in the medical field today, to new highs.

Sadly other medical doctors don't get it. Don't make me call them out in this review, tho.

My experience with all these doctors from the Greenville Clinic with the Jersey City Medical Center: Dr. Forest and Dr. Corso has always been stelar. Dr. Corso is now retired and Dr. Forest was gone on a maternity leave. Congrats to Dr. Forest and her healthy baby! Hopefully, she will be back soon. Someone told me she was sick. Wishing Dr. Forest a speedy recovery!

These Greenville Clinic belongs to The Jersey City Medical Center and these doctors have great professional skills and medical abilities despite perhaps having less resources. Still these three Greenville doctora are comparable to Columbia doctors from NYC in their professional demeanor, throrough medical examinations/diagnosis and remedies for various illnesses as well as their oustanding bedside manners and for taking the necessary time to listen to the patient in this case my mom and myself as her only caregiver and provider.

It really brings tears of happiness to my eyes because I'm fortunate to have had found these excellent doctors. Thank you Dr. Forest and Dr. Asselstine. Special mention to Dr. Corso who is a retiree now but served my mom very well when she was suffering from an uncontrollable medical condition that's is now under control.

It's worth mentioning that there is a pharmacy and a lab on site. The receptionists and the nurses are also stelar. Never dissapoint with their excellent demeanor and high quality service to patients and caregivers.

A really great clinic full of kind and compassionate staff (on the first floor-rapid screening clinic). I had the pleasure of working with Evelyn and she made the entire experience smooth, calm and even a little fun. I am literally NEVER PULLED to leave reviews after I'm finished at a clinic, I usually just would prefer to pretend it never happened because it's hardly ever pleasant.... but this experience was different. If you need to get tested this is the clinic to go to. 10/10 care and great energy from everyone. Thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised by how fast I received my results. It definitely eased my anxiety to get answers so quickly.

The doctors are so helpful and dedicated to the job. I always come here to get tested every 3 months and everybody working there is so nice. Evelyn took care of me today and she’s so sweet and dedicated to taking care of the community. Always have the best experience here! It does get really busy though especially when you need to see a doctor, so make sure to get there early.

I Recommend this facility I’ve been going here since they opened. They don’t see kids but when they do mines definitely will be going the doctor is so sweet and pleasant she is very informative. The nurse is very knowledgeable and you can tell they work hard to make sure they help you with everything you need they are easy to get appointments with did my gender reveal with them as well. I am so blessed they were apart of that experience.

My experience with this heath care was not very pleasant. I never able to communicate directly with my doctor even when a sign consent to do so was in place. I was given information through third parties and the information provided was very limited. As parent of a young adult who is not able to make good decisions about his care, I felt very frustrated during his visit

This is a worst urgent care. I sing. They put me in the exam room for over 30 minutes and then I walk out. And they told me that PA is in launch and there isn't no MD Doctor .and that urgent care for prescription. They give me lots of headache. I went to pharmacy. There is no prescription. I call them 3 times then they send the prescription. But this is the worst urgent care. and I call the manager. There is no manager on this urgent care I do not recommend to anyone this urgent care

AFC urgent care is absolutely the best urgent care I’ve ever went to. All the workers there and Danny the doctor were very nice and helpful!! I already recommended them to many people and my friend already took her son there and was very pleased with the outcome!! I got all the care and meds there that I needed.
Also they are open everyday, most days from 8-8
which not many urgent care have these days and hours. If you need to go , look no further..located in Torrance!! I’m so thankful that I found AFC!!

Our experience was great! My son is special needs and he was happy I decided to go to urgent care instead of the ER. Staff was excellent and understanding. Will definitely tell other people about AFC Urgent Care Torrance.

Came with my elderly father who was traveling from abroad and developed a localized infection. The doctor drained it, dressed the wound, gave medication and did the after care for the next two weeks. She was caring, knowledgeable, made sure to know his medication,etc. We always felt he got the best treatment.
The front desk personal is also nice, efficient and ready to help.
Summarizing, this has become the urgent care for my family. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful Urgent Care!! Staff is always prompt, professional, and polite. I've been there multiple times with my son and they get us in fast and always give a doctors note for school. I recently went for myself on superbowl Sunday and was amazed not only they were open but had me in and out before kick off!! Would recommend it to family and friends!! Always satisfied

I had 820 appointment on a Saturday morning. This place was open before others in my area. I was able to fill out the intake paperwork online, so when I got there, I was ready to be seen. I was seen by a PA. I do feel that he was thorough and checking my lungs and my Vitals. I thought I had an infection and they did a test that proved I did. I had prescriptions faxed over to my pharmacy and was on medication within two hours. I would definitely go to the surgeon care again. I had a very good experience..

Everyone in the office is absolutely amazing! They were all very kind and answered all my questions. We got in and out very quickly.

I am so grateful Dr. Malavong is my PCP! He really cares and takes time to listen to me. His team are so caring as well! I'm so thankful for their amazing hearts!!

I was in extreme sciatic pain. I went to AFC and within 1hr. I had been seen, x-ray, and medication sent to pharmacy. This is including check-in. The lobby was super clean, staff was very pleasant. Super thanks to Sophia & Jasmine M.A., to the X-ray guy super cool, to the NP Ezioma. The entire team was great it's day 2 and I'm feeling so much better. If ever you are in need of Urgent Care I suggest this facility they really care about your needs. Pray for further success to you all truly be blessed.

Great , friendly, kind and fast. No appointment I think I was there a total of maybe 30 minutes at the most. They found a pharmacy for me that is open in Sunday so I could get my RX today. Hopefully I won’t get sick again but if I do I will come back for sure.

Elizabeth Bui, PA at AFC Urgent Care Wichita is extremely welcoming, thorough and well rounded as a provider! She took exceptional care of me and developed a plan to get me back to my baseline quickly. I will most definitely be returning to AFC in the future for urgent care needs.

I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Malavong for years. The only doctor I’ve known to address the mind, body and spirit, providing a treatment plan for each. I always feel empowered with tools to heal more than just writing a prescription and forgotten.

Been using them for years in place of ER calls and we have always been very happy with their level of treatment. Dr. Mansody (so?) was probably the most comforting physician I have ever encountered. Kind and very professional.

Everything was meant with the best of care. Gave us steroid for our covid and antibiotics. Steroid helped immensely even first night. Very nice nurses and PAs. Not a long wait.

I had an exceptional experience at AFC Urgent Care on Rock Rd today! Within 30 minutes, I was seen, diagnosed, and treated. The staff was incredibly friendly, and to top it off, the doctor even shared some of her personal Halls vitamin C lozenges. It was a 10/10 experience, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received.

Everytime I go to this clinic it is EXCEPTIONAL. The front desk ladies are so friendly and efficient and it is very clearly they care about helping you. The doctor is astounding as well, he really cares and takes the time to go over test results and everything you might need to know to get you to feeling better. On 09/13/2023 was my first time at this facility. It was very clean and comfortable atmosphere. They work quickly to keep the flow going with waiting patients to get everyone processed quickly and seen in a short timely manner. I did notice all the staff members worked very well together to keep a good flow going. This I dont see much at busy urgent care facilities with the staff members, most of the other urgent care facilities I visited in the past can't seem to keep up a good flow when there are several patients coming in back to back next thing you know your there another 2 hours before being seen even. The staff members who was involved in my care process were kind with smiles and good attitudes the whole time. I was back there after intake going to a room, getting x-rays, and all done within 10 minutes. I was impressed with the urgent and kind service as well. From when I arrived to when I left, I was there 1 hour total, given I had showed up during a busy period, that is a new record for me :) I received a phone call with my results within 2 hours after I left. This is the first time I have been able to say this about any of the urgent care facilities in wichita, KS (that I have visited),- I highly recommend giving AFC Urgent Care a try! :) I look forward to going back here again when needed :) To the Staff: Thank you all for your kindness and hospitality!

This place is amazing with amazing staffs. I recommend everyone to this location. The NP Elizabeth is very patient and kind and ofc knowledgeable.

As I seen on google. This place advertised they do all kind of testing. But no . I walked in was told to go on the 2nd floor. For all tests. Gets in the chair. Was told the cut off age is 29 for tests. How stupid. False advertising. Discrimination. Nasty attitude. Period.

Floors dirty and it recently opened. Tattooed arrogant Dr. with no respect for clients or workers. This place has so much far on the floor and dirt it shows the lack of cleanliness. The male Dr is arrogant, shows lack of empathy and knowledge and thinks the sun rises and sets when he wakes up. This place is "MAL PRACTICE" Waiting to HAPPEN. go elsewhere you will end up in the ER at a hospital getting proper treatment later.

The wait time was fine and the receptionist and triage personnel were great. The doctor however was not. I spent no more than 2-3 minutes with the doctor, in which it felt like she had diagnosed me within the first 30 seconds of our interaction. She did not allow me much opportunity to speak on my own behalf. If so, then I would have been able to tell her that everything she was recommending that I do I was already doing daily as a large portion of my job. She left the room telling me that she was sending medication to my preferred pharmacy twice but failed to tell me what medication I should be expecting to pick up.

They take care of you all the way, i was scared first but they are very welcoming and open minded, its great for first timers specially who struggling in this aspect. Kudos to Brittney! She fantastic social worker and the rest who works there

2:46 pm 03.24.2023 the woman at the reception said that they no longer accept people and was quite rude.
I'm not sure who they work for? With such a ridiculous schedule, it is impossible to get to the doctor or get tested. It looks like they're just emptying the bank account of the New York City Department of Health, which taxpayers replenish with every single paycheck.

The organization of the process is terrible! The staff of the clinic humiliates you for simply being there. you need to talk to 5(!) different people in the clinic and it takes 2.5 hours(!). 3 different people who check you in. Couldn't it just be one person? Why are these 3 different people? Then a nurse, then a doctor! plus 2 different people on the first floor and a receptionist on the second floor. total 8 people. Insane...
You must still remain 6 feet apart. Guys, it's 2023, not 2020. 🤦🏻
They have the police (!) as security who keep you on the first floor until you see the receptionist on the second floor and treat you like you've committed a crime. Is this a prison or a clinic?
The facility is insanely old, dirty, coupled with the angry attitude of the workers and the poor organization of the process, this is a terrible experience visiting this clinic. Is this for real for our own tax money?

RN coordinator Lilia is SO rude. Bed side manner is horrible. She doesn’t allow you to speak while she’s typing in her chart at all. Extremely passive aggressive. I’ve never written a review for a doctors office before that’s how irritating she was.

I went here for my chlamydia test, which was pretty quick and easy. The staff was excellent, and I didn't feel awkward at all. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs an STD test.

I'm a high school teacher, and I need a confidential and private test. This place is great! I had to wait a little longer than I wanted, but it was worth it. They have a great staff, and I recommend this center to others.

I am so amazed by the rapid results of this center. The test takes only 15 minutes, and you can get the results in 1-2 days. They also provide post-test counseling and results starting the next day. Thank you, guys!

They’re let customers waiting long time

I've come here like 4 times and brought my ladies here several times. My throuples don't happen without a negative battery of tests. So this place is great. And Ladies make ya men get tested so they cam shoot up the club all day. Lol 😆

My second time here and my experience has been great. Staff here is friendly especially the doctor I forgot her name but she is great. Today it was a quick visit however the other time did take some time.

I’ve been going here since 2000s. They’re very knowledgeable and I have actually skipped the trip to my actual doctor because they have more resources and info than them. I’ve even gone here while I was pregnant and got better answers than my own doctor. You get better help too because it’s their specialty. I never really had to wait king ever but then again I’ve only gone in the morning. Since the pandemic, then changed some things, like they are more safer with COVID and there is social distracting practicing in there. You don’t have to sit anyone, which is actually comforting that you don’t have to Sit next to anyone. The chairs are all 6 feet apart. Confidential and reliable. It’s a clean place and informative. There’s a TV while you wait which gives even more info. Pretty good.

The best staff in America. They care about each & every client. I have been with them since they opened the doors on 9th St. 1993. I miss Ragina so much, wish she would come back.

I was there today and I loved it. Every single person who assisted me was super friendly and professional. I am so glad I decided to go to this location and not the one I was going to go to in Manhattan. Getting there from where I live in the Bronx was super easy and like I mentioned every single staff at this location was super great and yes I was there to be treated so I am not just writing this review to be nice or anything like that. I wish I had their names but to everyone who assisted me at this location on 03/06/18 THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!!! Keep it up!
