Alex, Sabrina, Rochelle and the entire staff are very professional. I have done around 20 transactions with this title agency so far, and will continue to use them. They also give back to the community through charitable volunteer opportunities. Efficient and friendly! Highly recommend!!!!
We were introduced to LB General Construction, Inc. and the general contractor, Louie when he was doing work in our building. Our initial impressions were that the workmanship was well done. He and his team were following the plans drawn by the architect and were following them with attention to detail. The worksite was clean and organized. After seeing the work, we hired Louie to renovate the bathroom. We were extremely impressed at the skill of the individuals that worked for him and the craftmanship they showed. Louie was present on site to ensure that the job was moving along and that the work was being done to his standard. We were so happy with the final product that we hired Louie to renovate the entire apartment. As expected, the job was done to specification and done with excellent skill. Louie does not take shortcuts and does not make decisions without speaking to you. Louie remembers everything that you speak about and is excellent in following up to ensure that he delivers. Most importantly the work is excellent, and we are so happy with the renovation. You can’t go wrong working with Louie and his team. You will be thrilled.

Due to ATA not verifying if there was an assessment of tax increases on the home we purchased, we ended up with an almost $1,000 bill and locked into a higher escrow payment that we thought we would after the closing. Would recommend another title company that actually does their full due diligence.
I was there at Choice Pain Management. The building is always neat, elevators working. The facility itself ran professionally. I have no complaints.

I had a total apartment renovation, which included 2 bathrooms, a new kitchen, new flooring throughout the apartment,, and skimming and painting. Louis and his Team were always on time and very responsive to what I wanted done..including what was in the contract and any changes I made during the renovation.. Louis also had many ideas that improved how the apartment came out. He finished on time and on budget. I would definitely recommend him
We hired LB general construction for our 1bed apt home renovation long time ago. The team handled the task efficiently and provided high quality work. After years of using/normal wear, the quality still stands out, so i think Louis and his team deserve a 5-star review. I would definitely use their service again next time.

The Traverse City office handled the closing paperwork for the property my mom and my husband used to own. However due to many issues involving Power of Attorney validity and Quit Claim deed errors, there was some dispute over who really owned the property, my husband's sister and mom or my husband and mom. The Talon Group facilitated a dubious sale between my husband's sister and a buyer who accused my husband of falsifying documents, saying his lawyer said they were fake when my husband's lawyer said they were not. The Talon groups should have had their legal team check into matters because this could still go to court. Not a very thorough group and deals with disreputable clients.

My husband and I renovated our NYC apartment and had an overall wonderful experience with Louis and his team. He was professional, communicative and experienced. He is solution oriented and always explained all our options. He kept his workspace clean and got the project done on time. I would highly recommend working with LB General Construction and look forward to the next project with Louis!
I can not say enough amazing things about LB construction and Louie. Louie is a pleasure to work with the most customer service centric contractor out there. He has amazing attention to detail, extremely extremely neat and organized and the nicest people working for him. Everyone that comes to my apartment is blown away by the quality of work and the outcome. He also took initiative on everything and created great timelines of when to order what. We did a full soup to nuts but renovation and everything came out better than expected. I couldn’t recommend a better contractor in the NYC area!!!!
I go here for my pain management I was told I have the right to go back to the doctor or N.P I choose to see I don't find it fair for any doctor to keep any patient for choosing who they want to see .

Delayed the closing several times lost our info. Stated I have to leave to pick up my kid from daycare even though closing was not done. Way to put their life before ours. Totally and I mean totally incompetent. Spent less time in front of the mirror to look cute. Remember the client comes first and stop giving empty excuses.
Unorganized. We sold one house and bought another within a week. They messed up several times and made more stress than what should have been for us and our realtor. The lady who did the signing with us was also extremely disrespectful. I’m a veteran. There was a form that needed to be signed by me because we used my VA Loan.. while I was signing, she repeatedly said the veteran needs to sign looking at my husband. My husband shared with her that we are both veterans and Using my benefit… I said it was okay. A lot of people assume. She never apologized. Now over a month after, we just found out another issue. I would not recommend using this group.

We ended up going in with no appointment or anything and the manager Sabrina was able to help clear up a couple things immediately. She also apologized for the other persons behavior. Along with the person who replied to my initial post. I highly appreciate that. It’s unfortunate how one persons bad interaction and disrespect can influence a whole team of people that don’t deserve the negative impact that can have. Thank you both for your apologies and understanding.

Just what to expect. Twenty four signatures on documents you had no time to read in 37 minutes and you were in for 30 years of mortgage payments. Who said , ownership is overrated?

Best property mánager very profesional and kind and Elise director of health is awesome. Need to work out about some tenants issues and do a backround ck and constant security is lacking. No security cameras in premises which increase insecurity and crimes. Ilegal tenants not included in lease t living all year long. This is inaceptable. Otherwise service n staff are nice.
The bank of America bank, has a great staff here! They're quick and thorough and make sure the customers understand their money. As an international student this is helped me to know and understand the financial aspects. They're led by a dynamic group of women, and I was super impressed and inspired to watch them go about their work! Its always my favorite part of visiting the bank. Thank you, BofA! :D

We selected Louis and his team from LB General Construction for a renovation of our NYC apartment that included a full kitchen and bath remodel, as well as new doors, tile work and custom closets. From the initial consultation and competitive quote to the last days of the project, Louis was incredibly engaged, helpful and responsive. In the early stages, Louis helped with the submission to our co-op’s managing agent and addressed their frequent questions (not an easy task). During the course of the project Louis worked hand-in-hand with our design team from Intelligent Kitchen (also great), kept the project on schedule and ensured the work was done properly. He reached out with suggestions along the way and helped us quickly navigate any unforeseen issues that popped up. Importantly, our building’s staff and our neighbors were very complementary of Louis and his crew throughout the 3 month project. We enthusiastically recommend LB General Construction and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We sold our home and built a new home and used Trans Nation on our sale. The builder used them on our new construction. On the sale of our home, everyone was paid (realtors, title company) five days before we were. Our proceeds were supposed to be wired to our account - never happened. Had to call there 5 times and send multiple emails and finally, five days after closing someone had to physically take a paper check to our bank and no one seemed to have an explanation. Their complete inability to function was also notable on our new construction when they submitted incorrect information on the payoffs to our lender. Their office manager, Megan Seaver, is completely incompetent. There are plenty of great title companies in town to go to. This one should be at the bottom of your list.
They didn't help me, but it's worth a try when your homeless.
Run far and fast, scam upon scam of people that already don't have much, Bed bugs, disrespect and impossible hoops to jump through is all your in for here as an employee or a tenant!

We used Transnation when we were building our house and paying cash. Sabrina helped us avoid problems and sort out our payments to the builder. It was so worth the small fee they charged for writing the checks. Sabrina's advice was invaluable.

Second renovation experience with LB General Construction! Louis and his team do not disappoint. Louis is a professional that enjoys his work. He understands the emotional element of a homeowner's renovation and he treats every job as if it is his own home. Their team is made up of a group of respected title experts with many years of experience in each of the various title services, like construction, public records searching and examining and in closing and escrow services. All this skill and expertise wrapped up in accommodating and friendly people!

While serving on a non profit board I had the fortune of working with Northern Title, and Chris Lambert. We sold a building with a long and complicated history. There is no finer title company in Northern Michigan. They are prompt, thorough, friendly, and professional. There are no other title companies with as much experience as Northern Title.
I am a business professional with over 18 years of experience. I have worked with New Hampshire Business Center and the property manager for close to five years. The facility is secure and well maintained. They will work hard to make sure your business needs are met. The property manager is intelligent, thoughtful, courteous, and responsive. I would highly recommend this office space.
Very rare to find a contractor in NYC area that delivers work as promised. I've had Louis worked on our condo on several occasions. Every time his men did very good work and on time. His price is a little on the high side. But Definitely worth it. Work with him if you don't want any surprises.

Since my last experience working with Louis he has become too successful for his own good. Three months ago I hired him for more renovation work. This time he was too busy to devote full attention to my project. Material was not ordered early enough to meet the expected completion time. I have to admit that the quality of the work is still good (whatever part that was completed). But supervision and management of the work was sloppy. There are areas of work that did not get completed even till now two months later. I've been unsuccessful in trying to get him to come out to finish the work. I now hesitate to recommend Louis.
