Bob picked up the phone and basically invested 15 minutes of his time to share his knowledge with me and to qualify whether I really did need an appraisal. I am very lucky to once in a while stumble upon honest professionals that are not in a rush to charge you money as soon as possible but instead truly evaluate your personal situation!
