I was visiting the area for a family reunion and had an alternator go bad on my boat. Katherine and the team at Idaho Power Sports knocked my emergency out of the park! They fit me in on an emergency appointment, went out of there way to find my part. The next day it was installed and ready to be back on the water! Saved my trip!! Excellent service and caring! Really need to get better about customer follow-up I would of had a lot more work done if the advisors would have followed up better. Still need more work done to my boat but I can trust that it will be done timely. The work I had done was done well and the mechanic and I think it was the service manager were great to deal with. I would have been more understanding if I had been told about the issues they were having with the boat. Seemed more like my boat was being put off for more expensive boats.

I can't say enough good things about my recent experience at Idaho Water Sports. Billy, Tiffany, and Daniel were absolutely amazing. They took the time to help us with our boat and made sure everything was perfect. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile really made a difference. Thanks to Will Nunnelee at Idaho Water Sports, I can say teaching an old dog new tricks is possible. For most of my sixty years I have dreamed of having a “ski boat” and spending as much time on a lake as possible. From the first days hanging out on muddy prairie lakes on buddy’s boats, to memorable times on crystal clear coastal lakes I was hooked. Unfortunately, a boat was not in my cards and I that was the way it was going to be.

After a life altering health scare last year, I made a commitment to really pursue the things I wanted – YOLO. Being close to Lake Lowell I saw the potential to experience boating as I had always dreamed. Being older, however, the thought of having a boat was extremely intimidating and I was hesitant to begin my journey towards getting a boat.

Luckily last February on a cold winter day I took the opportunity to stop at Idaho Water Sports and speak with Will. Will was fantastic! He spent most of the afternoon explaining the different boats and how they related to what I wanted to do. Not only did he answer all my questions he suggested I bring in my wife so she could educate herself on my new endeavor.

A couple of days later Will spent another afternoon with my wife and I showing us boats and answering questions. Will was patient, supportive and best of all, applied no pressure to buy. It was a great experience for both my wife and I to learn together about the boats and get excited for the possibilities of having a boat.

We ultimately settled on a used Malibu 23lsv, and Will was great in working out the details to store it until summer. Yesterday Will took us out in our Malibu and showed us the “ropes”. What a great morning on the lake. Will was patient and thorough in going over everything the Malibu could do for us. While the whole process of launching and docking was intimidating Will explained everything in such a way my wife and I could understand.

Since purchasing the boat, we have had to make a move out of state. This has complicated things with our new boat but once again Will stepped up and has been great in facilitating the shipping of our Malibu to our new home. We are disappointed we will not be able to keep dealing with Will but will be forever grateful for his help in starting us out on our boating journey.

We have now purchased three boats from Matt and Kaleb, two MasterCraft's and a Barletta. We have had many service appointments with them over the years and they always take great care of us. Seriously, if they opened a car dealership next door, I would buy ever car from them as well, just because they are so straightforward and easy to deal with. Highly recommend Aqua Sports Marine!

It's a nice place. I took sailing lessons with my son here, and we rented a boat to take out and practice. It has been good for both purposes. The lake is small, so you can't go on any big voyages, but you can at least practice the basics.

There is not a marina in the area like Lake Fairview for boat rentals on a lake. We had our sailing certifications, but needed sailing hours to increase our experience and abilities. Cynthia and her team are fantastic! The prices are great, and they offer as much help as you need to get out on the lake. They got us the time we needed to graduate to larger boats, and get out to the ocean. Great team, love them! Would recommend in a heartbeat for sailing lessons and boat rentals.

The experience was good. However, I felt it would have been an easier process towards the decision making to purchase if everything was explained before
signing. When the financing manager gave me the documents to sign and explained each individually, there was sufficient time to have all the questions answered,but not to critically
analyze it.However, the pricing attached to everything was not communicated before. Therefore, the sale price when added to the final cost was extremely high,and this I think must be communicated upfront.

I didn’t purchase our boat from them but should have. That being said, Aqua Sport took care of the winterization for me and couldn’t have been more helpful. It was so easy and convenient! What surprised me the most was how many of them remembered me from when I stopped in several months ago with some questions about trading and other options. You don’t find that kind of service these days. It sounds small and simple, but the little things are what can make all the difference and the folks at Aqua Sport get it! We’ll be back to do business with them again

Amazing volunteer-run non-profit offering public rowing twice a week (every Sunday from noon until 4pm, and Wednesday evening after 5:30 pm). I was actually heading to the Pier 40 Wetlab but accidentally stumbled upon this gem of an organization. My son is one month shy of turning 4 years old, and I've never held an oar in my entire life, yet everyone welcomed us with open arms. A volunteer lent my son an infant life vest (he's a very small 3 year old), and me an adult life vest. We were given a terse yet highly informative briefing before we set off down the ladder, into the rowboat, up the Hudson against the backdrop of the stunning setting sun. Everyone was extremely patient, kind, and thoughtful towards me and my active little boy. I highly enjoyed my time on the boat and the amazing views. They also do boat building at the same site. They take donations so please be generous if it won't break your bank to do so.

I’m grateful that I was assisted by Kevin, he was of much help and all of my questions were answered. A deal could not be worked out in the beginning but after discussing some details, in agreement was finalize and I’m now driving home the car that I wanted!

My experience here at Mitsubishi was superb! My friend and I were immediately attended by Elizabeth who greeted us a soon as we walked in! She was lovely, funny and most of all super easy to work with. She got my friend his car in no time and was lovely throughout the whole process. While planning our trip to the Orlando area for the typical amusement parks, we ran across Lake Fairview Marina. Having previously owned a 22-foot Catalina I wanted to introduce my 13-year-old grandson to sailing. We decided to give Lake Fairview a try. I was rusty with rigging, having not sailed in a long time, but everyone was extremely helpful. Once out on the lake my wife and I quickly retrieved some of our skills, and as we grew more confident we began teaching our grandson. He took to it right away and soon was at the tiller. Our visit was a highlight of our trip! If you enjoy sailing at all, a four-hour sail on Lake Fairview is a must, and it's a perfect place to teach a new generation of sailors.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. The whole process from start to finish was amazing. These guys really love what they do and it shows. Jack at the shop walked us through all options and gave his honest opinion on what he thought we would and would not use. We are completely new to boating so he was very helpful. upon delivery he spent the day showing us how to drive the boat and even showed the boys how to wake surf and wake board. Not only do I feel like we gained an awesome new boat but a friend as well! You won't find a better shop out there so skip the search and go straight to them!

I visited the Lake Fairview Marina to inquire about sailing lessons and ended up buying a beautiful small little sailboat. They were super helpful during the whole transaction, Cynthia even helped me negotiate a small discount on the boat. I'm yet to go back to take my sailing lessons ;) but I have joyfully sailed my little sailboat plenty of times.

What a nightmare. I bought a Barletta pontoon boat from them in 2021. After only 15 months on a brand new boat, I haven’t been able to use my boat. It’s been over a year and after multiple “attempts” to fix it, we’ve been stranded multiple times on the water.

I’ve been given a multitude of excuses. Do yourself a favor…. Find a different dealer. This one’s not the one. I just wanted a boat…. Bought a brand new one and it’s been nothing but problems…

A wonderful place to experience the Hudson River in a unique way. The boathouse offers free rowing on the river, and visitors can also volunteer to build boats. At a given point in time, several projects are usually ongoing, ranging from building to repair and maintenance on boats. The members and visitors are a very friendly bunch and I found it to be a great place to spend my Sunday afternoon.

My husband and I took our first introductory sailing lesson. Our instructor was the absolute BEST! He knew how to make everyone smile and we all were so comfortable with him. He taught us a lot! We will be going back when it gets a little cooler to finish up the sailing lessons !!!

Awesome place. The crew was super helpful, they made renting their pontoon for a couple hours as easy as it possibly could be. We spent a great afternoon relaxing on the lake and drinking. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our intro to sailing outing with Steve. The entire staff was helpful and friendly from the very first phone call through to the end. We were made to feel at ease and confident with our first experience with sailing. I highly recommend you take lessons here or just rent a boat, kayak, or paddle board. You can even rent and relax in the tiki hut for a those without their sealegs.

Friendly staff and volunteers - despite the wind and current we had a good row out into the Hudson. Definitely coming back.

Amazing place to row and to meet great people! The facility is messy, but there is real treasure inside of there. Great place to row in good weather!

This place is full of nice and interesting people. This is a voluntary community boathouse for everyone adult. It's sponsored by donations. They provide free rowing sessions and boatbuilding.

Free Community Rowing Sundays at noon, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 pm. Community Boatbuilding/repair/restoration Wednesdays at 3:00 pm and Sundays at noon. All are welcome!
