Saw low reviews and was skeptical, but went ahead and did it anyway. Took both my younger sisters parasailing for the first time and it was the best experience ever! Austin and Julian were very welcoming! We felt a good vibe the entire time. Will be coming back! Again Austin and Julian were super cool. Will be leaving a tip asap!
Purchased extreme package as well as photos. The experience was fun, although it was nearly impossible to hear the host, and the harness was not comfortable the whole time. Got 3 "dips" when paid for 4. No phones or bags allowed, but they want tips(?). My photos were completely awful. They said to expect up close and far away. We had zero up close shots. Had I brought my phone, to document this experience, I would have been much happier. I have made repeated requests about my dissatisfaction through messages, to no avail. They have not refunded me for the lack of a single, recognizable picture of my daughter and myself. DON'T BUY PICTURES. Wasted $30.
Whole experience was awful, minus the kind young employees. Advertised as $99 a person and ended up being $440 for four people because I used a card. We had three flights on our boat - one went up for 8 minutes, one 7, and one 5. Naturally; my daughter was the 5 minute one. The photo package is $55 online, which is outrageous compared to other companies $20 packages. I did travel offsite to get the free souvenir print and asked to see it before she printed it and she said I couldn’t. Once printed, my daughter’s body was turned and you can’t even see her face in the photo. It would have been nice for her to tell
Me that as she’s looking at a larger non-copyrighted image in the shade on a computer screen and I’m looking at smaller images in the sun on my phone with a watermark across them. I will tell everyone to avoid the beach kiosks at PCB.

Best experience of my life! I could’ve stayed up there for hours! The entire staff was helpful and friendly. We’re definitely going to do it again!
As a parent I would for sure be leery of using this company ! There was little instruction beforehand and before our group took off the staff pulled my daughter forward in the harness . As soon as we were in the air her harness slipped making it very painful for her and making it feel like she was gonna fall as you tell by the photos . It also put her life jacket in her face so she could not see . When I complained to the captain when we got done he “ just yeah I saw that “. When we talked to the staff on land they stated that this has “ never happened before” but then blamed on my child . It definitely ruined the experience. The lack of instruction, short time in the air and staffs lack of caring especially with kiddos did not make this experience worth the money !
The guys outside The Summit that we booked with were amazing and helpful. The workers on the boat were terrible. I told the guy putting the harnesses on us that I did not want to be dipped THREE TIMES. He looked at me and just kept doing what he was doing. He was clearly ignoring me so I looked him in the eyes and said DO NOT DIP ME. He laughed and then told the driver of the boat not to dip us. THEN DID IT ANYWAY TWICE. They dragged us through the water the second time quite a ways. I was pissed. When we got back to the boat the deck hand was laughing about it and mocking me. We spent good money to do this activity and they did something to me and my kid that I made clear I was uncomfortable with.
This was a bucket list trip as a cancer patient. Parasailing was something I have wanted to do for years. I am a friendly person. But one of the guys in the stand behind Pineapple Willie's was extremely rude for no reason. How hard is it to be kind? I am in my 70s. And he made me feel like I was bothering him. I wasn't going to let his attitude take away from my moment. I paid my $100 and was whisked off on a banana boat. It is a shame how much they rush you. Got on the boat with a little bit of assistance, but not much. The dip from the boat captain was ridiculous. His only job was to dip you maybe to your knees. But I was completely submerged 2 times. It slammed me face first and almost pulled me from my cradle. I'm not a complainer. Life is too short. But...these guys running things don't care. The photographer was friendly but the captain and the guy in the shack were HORRIBLE. Not the thrill I had hoped for. I will do it again if afforded the chance, just not with this company.
Connor was amazing and the guys on the boat were just awesome. Took such good care of me and my mom. Were very helpful getting us on and off the boat and getting us up in the air. I definitely recommend this great experience.

Experience was absolutely amazing and the crew (Jason and Eric) were so welcoming and great people to have guiding your parasailing experience. I just wish I was up in the air a little longer.
From scheduling, arriving, safety and fun this was a 10/10 experience!
We paid for the premium photo/video package and found out at the end that there was a problem and it only got 40 seconds out of the entire flight

I have a samsung and they can't do that so wanted someone with an iPhone?
No communication about this extra unnecessary step and if so, could have brought my own cheap card

Such an awesome time parasailing at Ocean City Parasail. My first time parasailing and it was awesome! I’ve been here a couple times and the crew is great!Definitely a place to visit when you’re in Ocean City NJ.
I’m posting because I read another review that was not good. In order to rent a wave runner, drivers do have to pass an exam. I understand it is for liability and safety. As a mom, I’m okay with that. They had some sample tests. My son (17) studied and had no problems passing. I’m glad we called and knew before we went. The test took a while to study and then they do a brief training. Just fyi. I know we’re all used to being on a tight schedule, but just wanted people to know to budget in extra time for study, taking the exam, training and then time on wave runner. The staff was very helpful and made it a fun experience for our kids. Thank you!
We had an absolute blast . The boat ride was safe and fun and the parasailing was breathtaking. Captain Eric and his first mate Adam were very professional and got us on and off the water very safely , even the young lady in the office was very helpful and patient with all of our questions and phone calls . We bought the picture package and got some wonderful shots , thanks Adam ! This is my fourth time parasailing with LBI Parasail. My son ( who is now 12 ) started a tradition about 3 years ago and he now joins me. We absolutely love it! The crews are amazing and listen to you regarding if you want dipped or not. They also do a great job with photos.. well worth the money. All the way around a great experience. Will definitely be going back next summer.. see you then LBI Parasail!
Simply the best. Been flying with these fine folks for a few years. If you have any reservations they will put you at ease. Looking for a fun ride and fly then choose OC Parasail. Five stars and more.

What a great time! Captain Chris and first mate Haley were very friendly and professional. Haley took some great photos and Captain Chris was able to dip us in the bay even though it was a little breezy. Definitely recommend the adventure! 👍😎☀️🌊🏖️🤙
We made a reservation they day before for 11 then we got there and they said we don’t do reservations and we had to wait 2 hours then we were riding the jet ski and we had 20 minutes left and they jet ski stopped working staff was very mean
Fantastic Crew!!! I highly recommend this adventure with Captain Chris and his lovely assistant Hailey. My friend is afraid of heights, they were so kind, and encouraging. They made the experience wonderful by explaining exactly what would happen, there were no surprises! You won’t be disappointed.

My boyfriend and I went on for the first time and we had the best experience. The view is absolutely beautiful. We seen some stingray too! And the crew were very nice and friendly. Definitely can't wait to go on again!
I had an absolutely amazing experience with an all-star crew. I enjoyed my entire experience, from check-in to landing back at the dock. It was peaceful, beautiful, and thrilling all at once. Great vibes, safe navigating, good music, and attentive staff. I will ABSOLUTELY be returning.
Took the Banana Boat ride out with some coworkers on our annual "Girls Weekend Out" trip. THE. BEST. FUN. EVER!!! Our "Boat Captain" did an excellent job on keeping his eyes open for any downed riders and other waverunners. Highly recommend!
Go and do it, it was a blast and great people. You won't regret anything, they make it a blast. Was on the boat within a few minutes and a few minutes after that up in the air to enjoy. Thanks for the fun ride.....
My friends and I (there were three of us) had a fantastic time in the air with incredible views over the bay! The crew was fun and they kept the fun going down on the boat while we watched the rest of the group go up. The experience was worth what we paid, we’d totally go again!
How can this be 5 stars? We called bf we came to Florida they said no reservations to parasail just call us and we will tell u what time. We call they say no it’s first come first serve the boat is here at 11. Get there at 11:10. No boat. Boat will be there around noon. What does that mean? Well 12:01 or later we don’t know!! So we leave. Try again 2 days later. Come around noon. Now they say boat isn’t here until 1pm. We wait. It’s 1:36 and he says no boat bc of clouds in the way way distance. If boat was there at 11 am like website says everyone there would have been able to parasail. Very bad experience. If there is no boat for the week. Just tell us. Don’t offer us your free chairs to sit in for an hour waiting.
IT WAS AWESOME! Booking was a little hard due to an issue with the website, but once I emailed them - they quickly fixed it and I was able to book online with no issues. We showed up for the parasail, greeted by a really nice gentleman, signed waivers, and off we went. We were the only ones on the boat besides the two guys that were taking care of us (I forgot their names, forgive me) but they were great! I highly recommend getting a photo package - they were high quality photos of an amazing experience that I will never forget. We were up in the air for 15-20 min and then the rest was a great boat ride. Highly recommend - you won't regret it.

A must TODO thing while you are in AC. Staff is great and very friendly. We were running late by a few minutes and they called us to confirm we are on our way and held the boat for us. Thanks to our 2 fellow parties for being patient as well. Very good view of AC from the sail, we felt safe all the time. Wearing glasses is fine just don't wear a hat on the sail, you will lose it.
Check-in takes place in a yellow shed. We parked next to the aquarium. From there, just walk next to the water on the path in about 100 meters. Parking is free.

Bobby and Dylan were the nicest guys to have with this experience! Boat ride was beautiful, directions were explained clearly, and for an introvert like myself, conversation was easy! The time in the sky was absolutely wonderful, you don’t want to miss out on this adventure if you’re in LBI.
We had a wonderful parasailing trip today! The crew was awesome, fun , and knowledgeable! Great music on board! The boat top of the line! The owner understood the needs of my autistic daughter and they willingly accommodated! The docks were clean! The bathroom on the dock was clean! This is out third time using ocean city parasailing and we highly recommend them for a great experience!
We had a great time jet skiing. It was our first time on jet skis. The guys explained everything & made sure we were safe. They are great guys! We will definitely return next vacation.
Had so much fun with the crew of my parasailing adventure!!...the take off and landing on the boat was smooth...I was dipped in the water and our driver was able to locate a pod of dolphins 🐬😀👍I mean seriously we just had a great time...🙂😉😊. I only wish they had t-shirts to purchase.😒
I went parasailing for the very first time and the employees here made it such an enjoyable experience!! So much fun and reasonably priced. I love the picture package they have too. The crew on the boat was super nice, helpful, informative, and funny! Highly recommend coming here :)
I have been coming to Brigantine for 13 years and have wanted to try this since my first visit. I am SO MAD I waited so long to do it. Truly one of the most amazing experiences in my 40 years on this planet. Marty and Savanah were a great crew. The picture and video package were very reasonable and so worth it! We will be going again next year with the whole family! I can't wait to do it again! Thanks Atlantic City Parasail!
If you are going to experience Parasailing this is the crew to do it with. 100%. Captains Zack and Ty made us feel comfortable and safe from the moment we arrived. We were impressed that the boat was super clean and seemed brand new and had the most up to date equipment. The crew were polite and professional, yet sociable, and put safety in the forefront. We took a short ride out to the ocean which was slightly bumpy at times but that was part of the fun … even the two young kids on the boat were laughing. They gave instructions while riding out and then again individually when it was our turn. We were 1 of 4 groups of 2 that were going to be going up. Both the lift off the boat and the landing back were so smooth … nothing to be nervous about. Within seconds of floating up we were in amazement of how peaceful it was. I would say our session was about 10 minutes and the entire time on the boat was about 1 hour. Definitely get the photo package!! Sooo worth it.

Great time! Very professional, and customer friendly. We couldn't make our morning booking, which was already paid for, but they were able to move us to a later time slot. The captain and first mate/photographer/all around cool dude definitely added to the experience. Highly recommend. GR

We were parasailing for approx 8-9 minutes and the views were amazing. Long beach doesn't have any cityscape, so, it's Ocean in all the directions with a small strip of the island. The views are superb.
So, I would definitely recommend the place.

Those who are doing it for first time, & never been in the water before, the ride is superb bumpy because of the waves (depends on weather conditions as well)

We made a reservation for 4pm. We got there and had to wait a little bit but Michael and Alex were really good to our group. We took two jet skies out and had a blast. We recommend anyone looking for jet skies, this is the best place around.
We had loads of fun. Truly an amazing experience! The staff was friendly and clearly explained everything to us. We paid an extra $35 for photos and they came out okay.
They have a variety of boats and let ski for rental.
Great family owned and operated business. Staff were very helpful. I felt important from start to finish. Had a blast here for hours. Banana boat was so responsibly priced. Staff were very professional and knowledgeable. Stop by and see them. I highly recommend them. Happy vacationing.
