We have had nothing but great experiences here in the Village Drey community! I feel like I’m living at a resort! We love the music from the each club and love all the restaurants and shops. The dog park and walking paths are AMAZING. Nightlife is cool too. I even walk to Blythe salon once a week to get a low out. we hardly ever have to leave. Staff is so helpful.

I toured with Summer today and she was absolutely amazing, super knowledgeable, very friendly and most of all genuine. You could tell she cared about her job AND the community!!!

The best part of it all I was totally a walk-in and definitely was not expecting such exceptional service and care so really cool experience. Plus the place has so many great amenities and seems very well kept :)

Wonderful community! It is a warm, friendly, and really beautiful complex, we especially love the infinity pool! There is also a lap pool, a private gym and a coffee shop. The staff are especially kind and very attentive to any and all requests. That includes requests for maintenance on your apartment, as well as the awesome staff at the coffee shop. Stop by in the morning and grab your coffee prepared by the barista, or join in one of the weekly activities. All the ameneties are included, so why not?!

Living in The Village has been a fantastic move. I spent one year in an apartment close to the dog park and then moved into a different complex still within the Village for year 2. I have been impressed with the leasing agent's ability to listen and understand what I'm looking for, both times, and to find an apartment that fits my needs exactly.

The maintenance team has resolved issues quickly and easily; from pest control, fixing the door, to even installing a hook in the ceiling where I wanted to hang a lamp. The grounds throughout the entire complex are immaculately and beautifully kept. There's a wonderful amount of green space, trees, and trails to walk in The Village. Even though we're smack dab in the middle of the city, it feels quiet and calm once you step on the trail.

The fitness center and pools are other awesome amenities to note. No need to pay for an extra gym membership! Serious props to the Village Staff who keep this place running! Ya'll are amazing!!

Had bug problems the whole time I was there. Bug people came and sprayed a few times but it never worked. Not even a little bit.
My building was super old. From the 1960s.
Without notifying me of outstanding bills, they sent my info STRAIGHT TO COLLECTIONS after I moved out. I thought I paid for everything and even left my contact in case they needed anything. Being yelled at by collections people and being assumed that I was a lier and a criminal gave me acute and unnecessary stress.
AND it’s not even a good price. Just go somewhere else.

We love living here because you guys do such a great job caring for us! The work order was completed promptly with no issues as far as we can tell. Also exceeded our expectations by not just replacing the screw for our toilet seat, but gave us a whole new toilet seat as well!

Moving from the Northeast and The Village was the first of a handful of places I toured. Emily showed me around and was very knowledgeable of the property . The coffee shop is great (puts Starbucks to shame), and the property is beautiful and honestly one of a kind. I came back the day after the initial tour and signed my lease. A very streamlined process which made me feel very welcome and at ease!

While this management company and the property manager Georgia Barton was responsible for my building numerous thefts occurred under her watch because the property manager was careless in securing the building and having her crews lock up. For the losses incurred due to her irresponsibility the property manager sought to lay blame anywhere but where it actually belonged.

Even general day to day management was lackluster. Fees were absurdly high for services rendered.

The property manager seems to have lacked both personal and professional acumen. Moreover she was incredibly unpleasant to deal with.

I would advise any property owner to steer far clear of this company and its manager. You’ll be saving yourself an unnecessary headache.

Nice venue for special occasions. Island Breeze Party Rentals delivers here frequently for customers who rent the venue for their events.

Lovely place very secure wish there was more information for visitors. Not very welcoming vibes for the newcomers.

Nice vibes and vegan options available for food. I had a dish with noodles and wontons and it was pretty tasty. The drinks were just average to me. I was not a fan of the Tech music for several hours. I mean, they switched DJs and the next one played the same Tech music. But for beach or vacay feel it’s a good spot to visit and mingle.

The most rude person i ever met in my entire life.

Fees are absurd to apply to their buildings. Thousands of dollars beyond broker fee. We jumped through hoops for a month, were approved for a co-op in the UES and the owner unexpectedly passed away 24 hours after we were approved. Barton MGMT kept our $650.00 processing fee even though the apartment is no longer listed/available for rent. Georgia Barton wouldn’t even respond to our emails and her assistant screened our calls. Avoid at all costs. Only interested in taking your money.

You would think living in Townelake everything is A grade with the amount taxes we pay. The gym stinks terribly. The worst part is they have these yellow dim lights in the night that we can barely see. Eyes would strain tremendously just to work out. They need to put white bright lights just like any other normal gym. Very disappointed!

Beautiful venue! Love the grand doors at the entrance. We had a wedding reception here and it was lovely. The front desk staff was attentive and helpful. It was easy for venders to make deliveries through the front doors since there is ample space for cars and trucks to pull right up to load and unload.

The Lakehouse at Towne Lake is amazing, beautiful, stunning, unique, and makes you feel at home. They have an amazing aquatic area for all types and they so have an "adults only" pool. You can see the beautiful boardwalk from there and thr amenities there are top notch, they should include a punching bag in the gym somewhere and ropes for training. I'll give this place a 1000/10! The staff are such sweet and amazing people also.

This is a beautiful facility. It is broken into 3 main areas. The first is a large conference area with a big room suitable for weddings or conference. Includes audio and visual as well. The second is a fully featured gym, with about 30 pieces of workout equipment. The third is a bunch of breakout rooms for meetings, and a daycare area as well.

We were out there playing with a friend last night and found it absolutely awesome. It was clean, well lit with ample parking spaces. Hopefully we will play again soon.
