.they make you load and unload your vehicle so be ready just warning you and if you go there you will see...make sure to look at your paper work at pick up for extra fees and make sure they don't charge extra when you return...you have been told so here...honestly go else where...

Eventful had so many options to choose from when we did the consultation for my wedding. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. My wedding looked so elegant and clean. We were so pleased how everything came together.

They have everything you need, but there are some hidden cost in the contract when you sign. I was going to pay the same price somewhere else while having them delivered, but their price took me to their whare house. I go there and there was a fee for "insurance" which made it more expensive than having them delivered. Also, their website says it opens at 10, but nothing can't be returned any time earlier than that 11 AM Plan accordingly if you rent here, they won't load or help you at all for that matter. They will set the tables on the side and you have to load them yourself. I found that the receptionist was a bit short and rude. I needed the tables last minute so I had to go with them. Like i said, they have all the stuff you need but since its a bigger company, they tend to be less nicer.

Leigh and her team are absolutely amazing! I have worked with them for years and their efforts are always fabulous. They were tasked with staging a TH built in 1968 which offered original floors and kitchen cabinetry. They opted for a mid-century modern vibe which showcased the home's features to perfection. Thank you for being flexible with us for our short notice mini wedding ceremony. Even while we didn't have plans solidified, Eventful Rentals was super friendly and open and didn't put pressure on us to commit to a rental before we were ready. So easy to work with and made our micro wedding come together beautifully! Chairs and cocktail table from Eventful Rentals.

Hours on website show they are open on Sunday from 10-2. We drove 27 minutes to see a 8in x 11in paper sign on the door saying Sunday-Closed.

It’s ok to rip a hole in the couch just for you asking them to pick it up because I have no need for the couch anymore.that’s pathetic the mover should be fired. They litterally ruined the couch putting the hole in it from lookin for bugs or whatever he was doing. Also threaten to take us for court garnishing and they did it!!

This is the best true value around. Their hardware selection is complete. They have the most stainless steel hardware anywhere you can find. This is what a hardware store should be. Other local stores do not compare. Oh and very friendly and helpful.

They have it all! This place is unique and has a great staff. The shelves are neatly, well stocked. I love browsing and an old school hardware store.

Rude and totally inconsiderate. I’d waited in line for 15 minutes while the older lady was on the phone. A gentleman walks in and immediately she assists him. I politely shared with her that I’d been standing in line to be assisted, and she proceeded to return the gentleman’s items as though I didn’t exist! I’m human too, clearly not the one she preferred to assist that day. Customer service sucks here! She shouldn’t be in service with that attitude and disregard for people!

Fairytale wedding thanks in large part to Branson Party Rentals and their sister business, Rosewood Floral. My bouquet, the flower arrangements, the table settings, the dance floor, the lights and the overall ambiance was perfect (and I have big dreams and high expectations). Sarah and her team really listened to what I wanted, guided me through what was possible and best (including a Plan B if it rained) and brought it all to life! And they made it look easy. We rented a laptop from them on a Saturday, and when I opened it to set it up that night, the mouse pad would not work correctly and the “new” laptop I received was freezing. I had to restart it multiple times. The new manager was highly rude, told us we were lying, acted like we didn’t know how laptops work, and made a huge fit about refunding us the 2 weeks we paid ahead for the junk they gave us. Would give them 0 stars if I could. The previous manager was the sweetest man, but this lady took our loyalty to this place and broke it in one conversation. NEVER GO HERE! Who sets up a contract for rental for a computer that is obviously broken!?

Great True Value location!!! Walked about a mile in quaint downtown/center of Hammond.to reach this store, looking for bleach. All of the employees were super friendly and went out of their way to help me out. If you have hardware needs, this is the place in Hammond, La to make your destination!!

Eventful is hands down one of the best in the biz. They are always willing to help us when our clients have last minute emergencies or forget to rent important items. Rent Mart is the best in Middletown, I love the employees and the service I always receive there. I always work with the assistant manager Lindsay, she is the best!! True to her word she does what she says and makes the entire process a pleasant experience. She always has a smile on her face and eager to help you find the items you are looking for and helps with payments and what you can afford. So if your looking for furniture, appliances, or anything else definitely go see Lindsay she is the best!!!

Sarah and her team at BPR/Rosewood did an absolutely fantastic job with our wedding decorations and flowers. She took my vague ideas of what I thought I liked and created an absolute stunning vision. She also was great at perfecting the specific boutonnière that my husband asked for. She was creative on ways to save us money and keep costs within budget while still getting a lot of great bang for our buck. I was OBSESSED with my bridal/bridesmaid bouquets and received so many complements from guests on her work. The final result was better than I could have imagined. If you are looking in the Southwest Missouri area for a florist/event decoration rentals Sarah will not disappoint. Would highly recommend the BPR team!

I rented large tents from several rental agency's, then I found All Occasions , and remained a loyal customer ever since. Every rental with them is stress free experience. Delivery and Set up are timely! The tents are always clean and white.

For my husband and my wedding in December of 2017, we decided to get married closest to my family in Southern California. Our reception was outside, and since it gets cold after sunset, we decided to rent two large outdoor propane space heaters, and two 3' tall pillars for decoration from this business.
The pillars worked fine, because they just stood where we placed them, the heaters, however, did not work at all.
My father-in-law, half of the groomsmen, and a couple guests worked for the majority of the reception trying to get the heaters to work. We called the rental company for assistance, and they said, "Sorry, that's your problem."
We followed the instructions to the "T" to start them, and even researched troubleshooting procedures online--still to no avail. They could not get the propane to flow.

Throughout the reception, we heard our guests complaining about the cold, and most left, which is the last thing a new bride wants to at her own wedding reception.

The following morning, my in-laws took the the heaters back to the rental company, and explained everything that transpired. The faculty at "All occasions Party Rentals" tried to start them and couldn't either. The staff told them, "It's not our problem either" and took the heaters back without reimbursing my Family at all.
We would have not paid if they had not required us to pay in advance as a non-refundable deposit of nearly $300 dollars.
My father-in-law believes they overfilled the propane tanks which set an internal safety valve from allowing any propane to flow.

These folks gave us terrible customer service, and terrible equipment. They cost us a good sum of money for nonoperational heaters, and ruined our reception.

I greatly recommend you steer clear of these people if you are looking for equipment to depend on, and good customer service.

These people were amazing. They assisted me with a wedding back in March of 2018. It was very last minute and they were able to accommodate my needs and in my price range. I recommend them to my friends and will be using them again. Thank you for everything. Keep up the great service!

AMAZING STAFF - hands down the biggest reason I keep coming back. Their furniture selection is vast and what I would consider good quality. The delivery and set up was quick and the gentleman were a hoot to conversate with. They helped adjust the furniture and set up the perfect living room - not to mention they practically read my mind. Would gladly come back, don’t think going anywhere else would be the same!
