Lovely, absolutely lovely! Super location, full kitchen, and space to spread out a bit. The staff at the Front desk were super helpful, and everything was clean and comfy. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Next time, I'll bring my swimsuit : )

They cancelled my reservation 7 days before after I booked through Expedia. I bought insurance for the booking and never received a refund. These people are scammers.

We stayed in DC three nights on M St SW. The apartment worked out great for us as our son lives several blocks away in the Wharf area. Apartment was clean and well furnished. The cleaning person was there when we arrived early with out bags and was completely accommodating and helpful. All aspects or our stay were great--will do it again.

I booked the hotel in Miami with Booking.com and paid. The cancellation was free of charge. But after the cancellation, the money was not returned. More than a month.

Power was out in our unit during our stay, turns out it was for the whole block. 5 stars because the support staff was quick and was always there to assist us during blackout issue. They provided an exemplary support just to make sure we do not feel the heat that day and when the power came back up we didn't even know it. Thanks for the wonderful stay!!

Excellent place!! Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. The staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The room was nice and bright and great for getting work done in the day. We had everything we needed to cook and enjoy the room. We were easily able to walk to the national mall as well as the waterfront. We also enjoyed using the gym and having a glass of wine on the rooftop.

Do not use this service! They just sent us a notification a week before our trip "The property you booked is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances". Still waiting for a refund.

I've already stayed at SoBe's New York City apartments and was surprised with the high quality of the apartments. Very clean and neat units. Staying at SoBe's apartments in DC was also a great experience. I strongly recommend.

If I could give them a zero, I would. I booked a room through booking.com back in February, had to cancel my trip due to the travel restrictions in D.C. and my state (the event was also canceled) due to COVID19. I canceled my reservation within the allotted time-frame, only to be given the run-arounds with both SoBe Waterfront Apartments and Booking.com. I have not received my refund of $1481 since cancelling my reservations in March. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I visited there to see friends from Australia. They were on a 5 week family tour, of our country. The accommodations looked like a home setting. A 2 bedroom apartment. With a kitchenette. I had dinner with my friends. I would highly recommend it for a traveling family, because meals can be prepared, washing and drying are available. The convenience of home.... makes it easier... Highly Recommended...
