His willingness to go above and beyond to make sure my experience is hassle free just goes to show how dedicated and personable he is.

Don't get me wrong however, it's not just Big John. It's the entire company. Kelly, Allison, Little John, Shawn and the rest of the Sourgum crew are all incredibly dedicated and take no shortcuts. It's amazing how an entire company can be so professional, yet make you feel like family all at the same time.

Hired Sour gum waste for multiple construction jobs we had. One of the invoices was accidentally never paid so instead of a courteous call or email asking for payment they sent us straight to collections which racked up multiple collection fees, which they tried to have us pay for, all while destroying my credit for absolutely no reason. When attempting to resolve the situation, it was impossible to get anyone on the phone, and when I finally did, they had an attitude with me and said there’s nothing they can do. Horrible business practice, I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Working with Sourgum Waste was easy, from friendly and accommodating sales representatives ( shoutout to John ) to efficient dumpster drivers. They made everything fast easy. Will make sure to recommend them to everyone.

I ordered a dumpster from Sourgum on May 7. It didn’t come until May 8. When it arrived, DumpsterPros of Savannah brought the dumpster and hit my house. Today is June 4 and all the repairs in my home have not been completed. DumpsterPros agreed to take care of all damages per Alex Sapp but have failed to do so. They sent a roofer who decided to pull out a Budlight beer in my driveway after he repaired the damaged roof. Yet, my motion light is still damaged and hanging and the inside of my ceiling is cracked from the impact. Both companies keep passing the buck and the job is not completed. The communication has been horrible. I shouldn’t have to keep calling, emailing and texting to get things done. I will NEVER order from Sourgum again and definitely not DumpsterPros of Savannah.

Great company great customer service reasonable pricing easy access to customer service over the past 30 days. I’ve had so many issues with other contractors and companies and setting things up and on time deliveries and pick ups and bar none, sourgum was above and beyond. They actually sent the dumpster back after pick up because I still needed it so great company highly recommended.

When your manager mentioned to me over the phone that my dumpster will be picked up on Tuesday, one day later due to an accident involved with a driver resulting in driver shortage, I replied that delay one day to Tuesday is not acceptable because the property will belong to other people on Tuesday. Your manager managed to have a driver picked up the dumpster on Monday. The action is very much appreciated.

They took out $187 from my account they weren't supposed to 2 months ago. I keep calling, talking to Penny, she says she can't do anything and that she'll send an "urgent message" to my sales rep Jessica. I have never recieved a call back. Its impossible to talk to anyone there.

Not consistent on pick ups. When I called to talk to someone in local office I was told my pick up was missed because my dumpster was blocked. It is never blocked, for this very reason. I asked when is my actual scheduled day, its supposed to be every 4 weeks, because it hasn't been consistent, sometimes 4 weeks, sometimes 6 and a few times 8. I told her the driver had told me that because of fuel costs he hadn't been picking up our trash on its normal time and only coming when he had other commercial pick ups in my area that were on a 6 week schedule.He didn't want to be driving out here every other week. She told me she found that hard to believe. I told her that's what the driver told me, she still said she found it hard to believe and basically called me a liar. Then sent me an email saying as a one time courtesy they would pick up my trash, next week, two weeks late, to make up for last weeks non pick up. UNFORTUNATELY I just signed a 36 month contract or I would be canceling my service with them and finding someone else.

20% fuel surcharge. Started at $35 per month. Up to almost $75 in 3 years and nothing changed with my service. Look around especially if your in Marinette or Oconto County. Theres a new guy out there is way cheaper and offers weekly pick up so you don't have to smell your dumpster trash for weeks on end.

Raises prices without notice. Even after you have been using them for years. Absolute Trash. Pun intended

Very poor service. Constantly miss pick up schedule. This company also will raise their rates at whatever time and whenever they want. Bad business.
