Poop on the wall once we got the room that wasn’t ready until 2 hours AFTER check in at 3 pm. (So we missed time at the parks)Didn’t fix it until midnight ( not kidding they sent someone to clean our bathroom at midnight and woke both our girls up)… oh and it took 2 days to get our bands and our 2 key cards(provided by the hotel at check in, only one unlocked the door) to get finally working. Worst hotel ever before you talk about the crazy price. Do better mickey, do better.
We stayed here one night. It was few feet away from the Pike place market. The rooms were clean and spacious. The customer service was beyond exceptional. Would highly recommend.
Hello 👋 my first visit to the Grand Geneva Resort. It was very nice to visit. The people were very nice. I didn't get to explore the whole resort, but I can tell you the place very nice to go to. I went there to see the gingerbread house contest. It was unbelievable what some of the structure looked like, and the Christmas tree in front of the Geneva Geneva Resort would make anyone feel a warm welcome to anyone. So, if you ever decide you would like to visit The Grand Geneva Resort, I promise you will love the decision you made. 👋
Our stay at the market was lovely! The hotel was charming, clean, and very comfortable. We could easily walk everywhere and return to our room for things we forgot! We would definitely stay again, and enjoy the charm of this area for longer.
This resort really needs to be updated. What was once a beautiful resort sitting on picturesque land now felt like a weekend money grab. We had a basic deluxe 2 queen room which actually saved us money in the long run, we had wanted a suite but to bring our dog we had to get a deluxe level. This was a blessing… still cost $350 a night plus tax and resort fees. Once we got to the hotel I wanted to show my spouse the beautiful grounds… we opened our curtains to show our view… a dilapidated building that was falling apart with no roof… see pictures. Picture in your mind the set of a horror movie at night… just unsettling and not resort like in anyway. We had upgraded our stay to Geneva Club level, which was a joke… the appetizer food offered was mediocre, eclectic and sparse with food sitting out for hours on warmers. One chafing dish had the lidded broken off, did they replace it, you ask?!?! No they actually used the same broken dish each service. The supposed warm food just open to the elements of the room (people coughing, sneezing) and room temperature air. They served things like pot stickers with no sauce and two types of shrimp salad at one time… one shrimp salad was good enough, think options and variety. People complained but were brushed off… We are Marriott club members and this club was a joke. Offering 20% off drinks with no bar just a cart with few options and not readily available or staffed.

Very disappointing experience. Went in for a nice New Year’s Eve brunch. Was told that there would be a 10-15 minute wait. We ended up waiting about an hour. I ordered the crab cakes. They tasted like vomit and cat food. This brunch tarnished a reputable and honored brand.
Dirty, cheap mattresses, made my sister in law pay to go in and watch her kid swim while she held her new born, property owners clearly don't put any money back into the property. Have a back ache from their $50 mattresses, come here with low expectations and you'll be fine. This place does not provide the value that would expect from paying $200 a night. The best part about it, apart from the swim area, was the lady that cooked breakfast, she was very friendly. Buckets in the hallway, unfinished projects and just lots of TLC needed. Littles will like it, but don't expect the money you pay to reflect upon the service and amenities this place offers. They know you are forced to use this place if you don't want to drive to the cities or if you're coming to Duluth and want the kids to come swim. This place was just ok..
My family and I visited Sunset Walk on Christmas Eve for the light show. It was a really fun time. There was a DJ in the square playing the latest pop music. The kids got to take pictures with Santa Claus, and there was even a little train for them to ride on. The adults were able to lounge in the seating area with cocktails while the kids played. Overall, it was a great experience.
Great place to walk around, spend and evening, enjoy the music and street activities. Lots of restaurants around to pick and choose what your heart desires.
I wish we could have stayed longer! From the minute we checked in, I was immediately sad that we were only staying for 3 nights. The location is amazing and the town of Bar Harbor is so adorable! It’s a super close drive to Acadia. The hotel amenities are so nice: beautiful pools, tennis courts, etc. The rooms are nice and Nest NY bath products, so nice! The lobby is very cute with a wood burning fireplace. You can grab pizza to-go from the restaurant onsite. The cocktails by the pool were great. It was a very enjoyable stay!
One unique thing about this hotel is that during low tide, you can walk across to Bar Island, which is a fun thing to do at sunset for a quick hike on the island.

This is my first time staying at a four seasons and I’ll definitely be back! The rooms are the perfect size and have all the amenities you need, all of the employees are super friendly, and the location is perfect for walking to all the local attractions. The gym has everything you need to get a good workout in - from cardio equipment to weights. The spa and restaurant Maximón are great as well! I cannot recommend this place enough!
Nice Hotel, great staff especially Andrew and Duncan at the front door, they both were very polite and attentive. The rooms are slightly outdated for the brand Four Seasons and do require some updating. Room service was subpar as my breakfast was delivered uncovered and I did not like that at all for the price of room service delivery. Location is great and the Christmas Decor was very pretty. I did find a long hair in my bed in the sheets which grossed me out and dissapointed me as well as I thought the shower could have been cleaned better too. The towels were not fluffy and the robes smelled of some sort of chemical chlorine. The view was great and the front desk staff was very professional and kind. I have stayed at the neighboring Marriot and found that hotel to be as nice as this one with a much lower pricetag. All in All this a pleasant place to stay.. The staff is great!!
Love that it's indoors. Fast easy service. Pizza was so delicious 😋. Hot tub was actually hot. I find it weird though that the lazy river you have yo have a float. Most places we walk or swim it. Good though that there are enough floats. 1 tube ride or double ride and 1 no tube slide ride, both great. Splash area for youngsters and also another area with a whirlpool and basketball fun and a lilypad crossing. We had a fabulous time.

My first visit. I was just browsing until it was time to return to the movie theater. There are several interesting restaurants that I'd like to experience. I'll give a better review after I return to the area.
Second time staying here and it was a great experience both times. They can’t usually get you in early or accommodate late check-outs but they store your bags and the staff is super friendly. The rooms are very clean & the transportation options to all of the parks are great. We’ll continue to go back.
Hotel is very nice looking, it is a Disney resort, dressed up for the part. Location is key when at Disney and this is in a amazing spot. Rooms and pool are average, but Narcoossee’s is one of the best food locations on property, wonderful place to watch fireworks while eating. Beautiful view of lake, park is walkable. Monorail is the best way to get to Magic kingdom and Epcot. This is the most expensive location at Disney, location has a marina and a boat service, firework cruise.
I have never written a review before. I will never go back to this place. The beds are very uncomfortable. The rooms are very outdated. Your key never works and have to go all the way downstairs to front desk to get a new key everytime you plan to leave your room and coming back. The waterpark was the worst experience I have ever had. First of all the hours are only from 5 pm to 10 pm and 8 am to 10 am and it's 20 a ticket. Big cost
My daughter who is 7 and has 2 years of swimming lessons. She knows how to swim. The lifeguard for whatever reason didn't think she was safe to swim without a life jacket. I told them she was just fine. I was standing right next to the area she was swimming the whole time or another family member was. She was just fine swimming she loves going under the water and does this head bobbing thing. Anyways we got kicked out because I refuse to put a life jacket on her. She hates them and truly doesn't need them. I could see if a life guard had to jump in to save her then I wouldn't had any issues putting one on her but no one had to jump in for her and there was always an adult near by watching her. I am so upset on how I was treated at this waterpark. The lifeguards were very rude and disrespectful . My family and I will never come back to this place.

Beautiful hotel rooms, location is wonderful, club level is not at all worth it. Dirty floors near the dining area, tables are rarely cleared, and the service is not what I’ve come to expect from Disney. First world problems, I know, but this should not be the case at this price point. We won’t be staying here again - at least not in the club level.

Went to Chop House and had a fantastic dinner with Hugo as our server. He was fantastic. After dinner went to the cocktail lounge where there was a dj. Riley was our server and she was excellent and very friendly! Highly recommend.
We wanted a romantic evening and the hotel provided the best possibility for our resting needs after dancing and enjoying the city we walked into the Four seasons and felt like we were at home, loved it.... The staff was wonderful and the property was beautiful we will be staying again

Sunset Walk has seen many changes since its conception. Took an opportunity to visit it on a Thursday night when the streets come to life with artisans selling their goods. There are so many NEW shops and restaurants available. With the holiday lights and movie theater within walking distance, this would be a great way to start or end a date night or night on the town.
This hotel is opulent but VERY pricey. I'm normally a Pop Century kind of guy. The beds are the same comfort level to the best of my observation. Grand is so quiet and well located. The quick service food choices are much more limited at the Grand. This hotel does make you feel a little bit high bar top shelf. The dress code is just like everywhere Disney, which is comfort chill and every day American. It's a huge treat to stay somewhere so nice!!! The Christmas decorations and Ginger bread house were amazing!!! Lastly, you can watch the Magic Kingdome fireworks from the hotel or your room every night. They even pipe in the music from the Magic Kingdom to the Grand outdoor sound system. Cool, huh?
This place is so cool. We did not stay here but we went there to eat and the food is absolutely delicious. The casino is not huge but has a super fun vibe. The brewery here produces some excellent beer as. If you're looking for a great time, a really fun casino with delicious food, and a fun 5, then this is the place to be. It is a short walk from the strip, behind the horseshoe

Focused for families. There is no housekeeping service while there unless specific need. You have to place the used laundry and the garbage out your door. They place new laundry on a bag outside your door if you're not in the room. Still have COVID distance rules in place for the elevators. Free coffee is not good. Only 1 voucher per stay, not daily.

Perfectly located and appointed. Top notch service. Love the restaurants, except for By Gone, which I consider over hyped. Everything else about the 4 Seasons and truly excellent.

I simply needed to note in a public space how magnificent the people who work at Four Seasons are......special shout out to Joshua the host at Goldfinch who is effortlessly charming and charmingly deft at diffusing a vociferously entitled snowflake of a guest (not a hotel guest)......kudos! The bartenders at Goldfinch are disarmingly gracious and seamlessly attentive.....cheers! Looking forward to basking in the general loveliness again soon.
Don’t know much about Ellis Island Hotel as I was only there for the F1 Race, but I can tell you that the hotel is conveniently located near the Las Vegas Strip. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, offering a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. Additionally, the hotel features a variety of amenities including a pool, fitness center, and on-site dining options. Overall, my experience at Ellis Island Hotel was pleasant and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Las Vegas for the F1 Race or any other event.
This place is definitely a rip off. I paid over $500 for a dirty room and no tickets are included. The Waterpark is only open from 8-10am and 5-10pm. I’d go to any other hotel with a pool and have way more fun. I will never come back. In fact I didn’t get to even go into the water park as my 3 year old was too tired and cranky by 5 pm. I’m so upset at the price and waste of money. OT recommended. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Beautiful setting, nice renovation. Beautiful views. The food is second rate. At dinner the vegetables had no seasoning and the gravy was drowning in salt. The caramel nut ice cream had none of either. the breakfast? Inedible. Never before seen any restaurant ruin oatmeal. Like paste. Bagels were a week old. It is a nice place. Two blocks down from strip, you have a quit place with good access for all famous place in Las Vegas with a good value for a night. There is a restaurant and beer place in the same area. Good to have a breakfast. The only problem is the smell of the room. There is a smell like cigarettes. Not a big deal, but they say this environment it is cigarettes free . Overall it is a good choice.
Lots if fun. Staff are a little confused when it comes to using the bracelets at the Waterpark but easy to deal with. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Water is a decent temperature and the hottub is actually hot.

My family went for thanksgiving brunch — which was an absolutely appalling $85 per head. While we hadn’t realized the price in advance (our mistake), we would have been happy for the experience had the experience not been basically just the slightest hair above what you’d expect from a free continental breakfast at some mid-priced chain hotel, say, a Hilton Garden Inn. The selections were *incredibly* limited and the actual quality of the food was ridiculously average. Most of the selections in the metal trays weren’t even hot…seemed like they’d been sitting out at lukewarm temperatures for hours. The service was fine. It was overall an absolutely enormous disappointment given the exorbitant price for the extremely limited, deeply subpar selections. You’d be better off going to a Cracker Barrel …. And probably save about $600 for a party of 7 while you’re at it.
We went to kpot. It's a place where you cook your own food that you ordered off the menu. You can only pic from a certain food group and get refills on that food only. They have a soup group and can only get refills on that group. You can only spend two hours there and on the bottom of the menu it says if you waste food they charge $16.00 a pound of food they consider a waste. I looked at it as an experience but I won't go back to pay $30 and cook my own food.
Loved our time at Harborside! Rooms were nice, clean, and modern. Very peaceful and romantic hotel. Location is outstanding. Only time you’ll need a car is when you go explore Acadia. Highly recommend and will be back in the future!

We ate at the restaurant. It was WONDERFUL!! About $125 per person. Worth every cent! The steak was amazing! The service was on point! We will definitely be back!
I travel for business, and my usual place was fully booked, so I "took a chance" on this one, and WOW, I will not be returning to the other guys! The Inn at the Market has everything you need and more. The location is perfect- I walked around Pike Place every morning. The amenities and small touches were excellent: room service for breakfast - I got ham and Beechers cheese omelet with sourdough toast and roasted potatoes one day, and eggs Benedict the second - yum!! The rooms have robes, slippers, and shower caps, among the other toiletries you'd expect.
Last but not least, the VIEWING DECK on the 5th floor has a panoramic view of the Cascades to Mt Rainier.... I was in awe.
Security is excellent and staff was very friendly. This is my new go-to spot!!

The casino is where I mostly go. Haven't stayed in the rooms since they upgraded the rooms. I usually go to the casino to eat at The Village Pub cause the food is good and inexpensive. I also go to eat at Ellis Island BBQ. It's pretty good. If you have a players card you get a discount on the meal by swiping your card at the players club card kiosk. Enjoy!

This hotel has its reputation for a reason! It’s exceptional and the safe is beyond amazing. Having the monorail and ferry right there is handy!

I would advise to give yourself about 30 minutes from leaving the room to arriving into the park (magic kingdom and Epcot).

We went at the end of the season, so it was really quiet. We loved it. Do yourself a favour and book the room with the hot tub in the balcony (especially if it's cold) it was totally worth it. It was 33 F outside so we really used the tub after doing the hikes. We had an amazing view to the harbour

So we hadn't been here in a while... but wow! It seems like they have cleaned up the joint! No heavy smoke smell any more... the floors & walls are clean! Even the bathrooms got a face-lift. All in all the casino area seems to be much cleaner and more enjoyable. Still not a great location and parking can be a bit of a pain... However, you will get a decent view of the new sphere as you drive over there! For a small off strip casino its pretty good.

I haven't stayed here but I come to the park all the time. We are using the ballroom for an event in a few months, and the package will really help us out. They don't leave us anything to worry about! I am really excited about this!
This place is extremely dated. The room had a musty smell and looked like it needed to be renovated. There was no central air and the air conditioning unit and wall heater were both very noisy. The heater made the room too hot and we had to use both at the same time to get to the desired temperature. The sink did not get hot water unless we used the shower first. The Internet connection was too slow for the smart TV to load the menu. But somehow we managed to get Netflix to work.
Only good thing about this place is the location and other amenities like kayaks, tennis courts etc.

An unexpected find that was great. Arrived late Saturday night and couldn't find any hotel that wasn't over 500.00 so did some cruising one block off the strip and found Ellis Island Hotel. Great staff reasonably priced and their own Casino that was one of the best times I experienced in a Casino. Rooms super clean and the Restaurant is always open with delicious choices. Recommend for anyone that wants to enjoy a great time without having to put up with the crowds on the strip.
My wife and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon and it was amazing! Beautiful views and great size rooms. The service would be 6 stars if I could. Felt so at home there and everyone there was so nice! Location could not of been better. You do not have to worry about the crazy parking in bar harbor when you stay there. The restaurant attached to the hotel is amazing too. Best part for us was breakfast and dinner right to your room! Will for sure be making a trip back.
Loved loved this new lodge! We had an amazing weekend! Full service restaurant and bar with good food. They serve a full continental breakfast. The rooms were so clean. Beautiful property at reasonable rates.
The experience definitely matches the pricetag here. Views in the photos are from room 415 and from the outdoor seating area one floor up. If you want a good home base near everything in Seattle this is an excellent choice. Beds are extremely comfortable, bathrooms are exquisite. Every employee seemed like they were happy to be there and were more than happy to help. It was so nice to walk out of the room in the morning and grab breakfast and coffee real quick from local shops, although room service breakfast is an option. Valet was quick and easy and definitely the best option if you have a vehicle. We were assisted with our luggage from bumper to doorstep. Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed our short stay here! While not the most modern hotel you’ll ever stay at, it’s charming and the location is absolutely superb. The hot tub and pool area have amazing views and the hotel is in a central location perfect for exploring Bar Harbor and Acadia. The service and staff were all very friendly to us as well. Would recommend!
Wow!!! Is basically how I would describe my stay here. Everything was so amazing. Fast and easy check in. Smelt amazing throughout the hotel. The food and drinks were fantastic. Every single employee I encountered during my stay were friendly, helpful, full of life and extremely pleasant!!!

Had my wedding hotel block and rehearsal dinner at the lodge. All the rooms were clean and staff was wonderful!! We had a beautiful rehearsal dinner out at the pavilion. Ethan, the group manager was awesome to work with!
Last minute getaway with my son & youngest daughter for Labor Day weekend . Atmosphere was amazing the entrance into the lobby was welcoming the decor with the flower arrangement was perfect!

The Grand Geneva Resort & Spa is a beautiful establishment. We stayed overnight for a wedding reception. Everything was great. Our room was amazing with a fantastic view from the balcony. The food was delicious. The steak was done perfectly and so tender. The staff was incredible, always helpful and smiling. The next morning we were up early walking and searching for a cup of coffee. There is a coffee maker in the room but that's not my thing. Nothing was open yet but one of the staff in the lobby offered to check the kitchen for us. They didn't have any ready either but it was the thought that counts. We waited 30 minutes for the Starbucks shop to open. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We booked a table for brunch but we received the breakfast menu! The server was totally off! It took him longtime to get our orders. The food came with long delay! And we couldn’t ask for more services because the server wasn’t showing up. It wasn’t our first experience in the restaurant but we got horrible services this time! And they already charged us for a Big tip for their bad services.
This hotel is in The Best location for walking right outside for Pikes Place Market, lots of restaurants, waterfront and more. Staff were very professional and friendly. Room was clean and well equipped with all you could want. Best views from rooftop sitting areas. Easy walk to so many fun places.
We had such an amazing time! Our ocean view room was perfect. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly. We took advantage of the kayaks, mini golf and pool. We are looking forward to returning next year!
My Bride and I were celebrating our 36th anniversary by traveling around the New England area. Stumbled upon this place In which to lay our head. What such a beautiful and wonderful place. Awaken by the sound of waves lapping up on the shore. To see crabbers heading out and local birds whistling.
They had a splendid breakfast in their dining hall and then toured their grounds. Dreaming how cool it would be to have all our grandkids here enjoying all this. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. I highly recommend this place from a Texan!

Loved our experience here. We were here for my partner's birthday, they were very accommodating throughout the entire experience. They even left us a little birthday cake in the room when we checked in.
Pool was nice and warm. We were lucky enough to have it mostly to ourselves in the evening, as it was a bit chilly outside. View was beautiful at night.
Location wise, this hotel was perfect. Very close to touristy things, but easy to get out of the area if needed.
Definitely will stay here again for our next Seattle trip.

*Rooms* were a little outdated, beds were ok but definitely well used and old. One blanket was clearly not switched out because it had some stuff on it. We had a balcony room which viewed Lake Superior and it was absolutely beautiful! Only thing is that the balcony door was just a regular door and not like a sliding one. Didn't like that the balcony didn't have a closed barrier either from the next room so it was a little awkward. I could see if it was an adjoining room (which had a closed barrier to and from) and shared same balcony area but it wasn't.
*Service* was more than welcoming and professional. Staff was polite, informed and informative on any destinations in the area that we'd like to see during our stay. The food and kitchen staff were above and beyond! A must for us! Cheap prices and fulfilling. Water Park was a hit for sure. Boyfriend and kids loved it!

Awesome staff , beautiful clean rooms, amazing steam room and sauna, two peloton bikes plus other fitness equipment, pool and hot tub! They surprised me with the most delicious birthday cake, amazing view of Elliot bay, close to pike market and other amazing food and coffee spots ! Goldfinch the restaurant bellow is delicious !
Stayed for two nights at the apt style rooms with a back deck. We stayed at this property four years ago and it was in much, much better shape. Something must've happened to management to make it into its current condition.
The positive is the staff was great, attentive and accommodating. The canoes and kayaks were well maintained. Breakfast was also good. They fixed the mini-golf and bikes were in good working condition.
Now, for the bad things. I looks like the rooms were half-way complete and they had to make it look usable for the 2023 summer season. The room we had contain unfished doors and were unevenly mounted that is would not close correctly. Windows shades were not installed correctly or not working. Drywalls were left unfinished and some places had water damage because of it. Simply, it was just not a fit-and-polished room for the price point and "resort" type of place.

Extremely pet friendly, kid friendly. We go for the car shows and usually grab some dinner while we're here. We are locals and have never stayed in their hotel or resorts. So the rating here is solely for Sunset Walk outdoor events and restaurants.
The water park was excellent! The pools and pool areas were very clean, they have lifeguards on duty which is nice when you have little ones. Our teenager loved the water slides and the hot tub was amazing! The arcade was super fun, but most games cost $1, so you burn through money pretty quick. Our room was clean, nothing special which is fine since we spent most of our time in the water park. They also have a fun mini golf area, and complimentary s’mores kits at night that our family loved! It was the perfect little getaway for our family!
You can’t beat this place for location! Rooms were clean and lovely. We got upgraded to a better view because we were like 10 minutes early to check in so that was nice. Staff was very friendly. We didn’t park on-site, we parked at a garage about a 1/2 mile away because it was way cheaper. Overall a lovely stay. Will bring my whole family next time!

Very convenient location in the market being walking distance to several attractions. The view from the rooftop was very nice. Lobby was a reasonable size. Staff were friendly and attentive. They held our luggage at check in u til our room was available which was helpful.
An amazing place to chill, relax and recharge yourself. The location is very beautiful, rooms are modern and very comfy and have everything you need for a good stay. The service is great, you feel how they care and want to make your stay really pleasant. The only minus (but it was a minus for us) most restaurants work until 10pm, I believe one works until 11 pm. We spent about 30 min to realize that there is no place open, so we can't eat there... and we had to go and eat outside the Resort. But anyway, we enjoyed our stay there and for sure will come again!
This is not a tourist trap. This is the real deal. The grounds are absolutely perfect. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Checked in 8-23-23 around noon. Had asked for early check in. Told room was not available so we ordered lunch in the restaurant. 5 minutes later received a text room is ready. Our top floor ocean view room was great...room and view of harbor and sunrise. Shower was a bit small. Facility if gorgeous. Staff was excellent. Room wasn't made up first day. Guess we were in room on balcony when they tried. As I flew in privately, we left a day early due to weather. They said as long we check out before 11am no charge for the night not stayed. We paid $560/night plus fees. Only drawback for me was it is a completely non-smoking facility. I enjoy a cigar. Although I'd prefer on my balcony, a designated smoking area would be acceptable. I should smoke less anyhow.
Had a nice experience at the Four Seasons in Baltimore MD and really appreciated the level of service and attention to detail. From arriving at the valet, drinks at the bar and poolside, to departure, the service was above and beyond. Highly recommend the property when staying in Baltimore and spend time at the pool where you can relax and have the resort type of experience you'd expect. While not part of the Four Seasons, I also recommend dinner at Bygone, to get an amazing meal and view of the harbor.
Very nice rooms and friendly staff, I had a view overlooking the pool and lake. The elevator was out, but the steps still worked, so I took them instead. It is a beautiful setting for the work conference that I attended, and the conference rooms were great for the meetings we had.

I have never been to a hotel where the staff really treats you like family the way they do here! I've stayed here twice- our first experience was so great that we couldn't wait to come back. Not only did the staff remember us, but they greeted us so kindly and left a little handwritten note in our room! People like Kasey and Jen truly ensure their guests have the best stay possible. It doesn't hurt that the grounds are beautiful and the amenities are fantastic. Would give 10 stars if I could!!
We absolutely loved staying at Inn at the Market during our visit to Seattle. The location is unbeatable and the hotel itself is clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had a water view room on the top floor and the vista from our window was spectacular. We really appreciated the willingness of the staff to let us check in early and store our bags while we explored the city on our first and last days. Will definitely return next time we are in Seattle!

Pleasantly surprised with our 4 night stay. Staff were amazing. Room very clean though did have an odor. Room 224 has a great view but needs drapes rehung so you can see it from bed. Mini golf in great shape. Hot tub broken but pool was fun - though a bit chilly. Recommend a few more shade umbrellas. Breakfast was great and offerred a few hot items with usual cold items. Nice patio to eat on if didn’t want to eat indoors. Tennis courts need tennis balls. Kayaks and paddle boards in great shape and used by lots of guests. while not fancy it was much nicer than prior reviews led me to believe and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Didn’t offer housekeeping on 4 night stay but did replenish anything we asked for.
I do not understand the 4.4 rating of this hotel as of this review. The elevators did not work, and it has been like this for a while as I understand it. The free breakfast was fine, as long as you got there right at the moment it opened. If you go late, there won't be food or coffee. The restaurant was so slow on Fri night that we canceled our family reunion reservation there on Sat night. We stayed 2 nights & barking dogs kept us up both nights. All this, plus the rooms are not inexpensive at all. With all these negatives, I have no clue how this hits 4.4 in ratings. The golf was fun. There's not even HDTV in the rooms! Baffled.
Stayed here for two nights. Our room was a bit dated, and walls were thin. We could here our neighbors tv and talking till very late at night. I did like how the beds were very comfortable and the view was amazing. We stayed in room 225. The entry way could have used some TLC and a quick vacuum. The place reminded me of an old school kids summer camp, where you had water sports ( kayak, canoes, paddle boards) a nice little pool and mini golf. We even played a few rounds of ping pong. Guests enjoyed fire pits, bikes, and tennis. The complimentary breakfast was great! Staff were super friendly as well. Not sure if I’d return, because it’s a little more rustic then I would like for a vacation.
We were pleasantly surprised by our room and the resort! We had a wonderful view of the ocean the only Thing that was disappointing was the hot tub was out of service and we were looking forward to that probably the most.

We rented 2 igloos for our family of 10 again this year. Unlike last year when we could choose items from the regular menu, we had to pick food and drinks in advance, otherwise we could NOT RESERVE the igloos. We got finger sandwiches that were not tasty and an order of " small lobster rolls", which consisted of 5 one by two inch sandwiches for $50. It came out to $10 per sandwiches ! My wife and I have eaten at some of the best restaurants, so it's not about the money. But, $750 for a party of 10 for 8 drinks and small trays of food was extremely disappointing. No more!
Narcoossee's, even takeout, was incredible! The updated rooms are really nice. USB-C everywhere. Water view was well worth it. We loved the boat light parade on the lake. Magic Kingdom fireworks were visible from our balcony. Bell service was incredible. The biggest disappointment was the lack of outdoor dining options. No microwave in the room was inconvenient. The beds here were nice, significantly better than Art of Animation (painful). The Christmas tree and Gingerbread house in the lobby were impressive. The overall Christmas decor was excellent. The rooms were super quiet and insulated from your neighbors.
These cottages lend you an opportunity to step away from the hustle of everyday life. It is relaxing and quiet right on the waterfront. The cottages are comfortable and clean with nostalgic charm. The property has everything you need for the perfect get away; rental boats, fish cleaning house, laundry facility, docks, each cottage can sleep up to 7 people, making it a great family destination. The owner is nothing short of friendly and more than willing to help with advice for fishing and activities. Highly recommend this cottage experience.
This was one of the best vacations I have had in years. I travel quite a bit and plan on going back very soon. this place is great for a quiet get away or for your family. their is so much to do close by or just relax by the water!! I took my 24' boat with me and he has a dock right at the cottage.. The cottages are clean, comfortable, and charming. Although they do not have a/c the breeze from the lake and cross flow of air is plenty to keep it comfortable. I will recommend this resort to all of my friends and family!!
For the price you can do no better than these cottages! They are clean and cozy. The owner Dan treated us extra special even rescheduling our week due to my husbands illness. You would be hard pressed to find any cottage on Hamlin with air conditioning. We have stayed in many places and none were air conditioned. 2012 was just a really HOT summer. I highly recommend ATW. Your dog is welcome too!
