My first trip to Casablanca. This is in the middle of nowhere, but it was nice.
The hotel rooms are old and in need of upgrades. However, it was a great deal for the low prices they charge. We received a flyer in them mail that gave us by one night and get a second night for free.
The casino was on the small side when comparing it to Las Vegas casinos. However, they have a great selection of slot machines. They have the modern newer machines. Many are penny denomination, but they have a fair number of quarter and dollar machines. The best part (for me) is that they have LOTS of old style, low Volitility machines.
They have lots of Top Dollar, Double Diamond, Triple Star and similar slot machines. For those who like these, you'll be delighted. If you like the newer style machines, they have plenty of this too.
They have a very nice pool to take a break from gambling and take a dip to cool off.
They have free entertainment with some pretty good bands to listen to and maybe cut a rug.
If you're looking for a change from the big Vegas casinos, you should take a drive and explore this casino.

Wake up and smell the coffee at the restaurant because the tea is 4.00 a glass. Pretty spendy for people spending money in there slots.Service was good until the waiter disappeared. We sat 20 min waiting for our bill and finally had to find someone else to help. Slots and service is better in Reno slots here are pretty tight. No real perks like Reno for your players card.
It was a decent place to visit. I didn't participate on any activities but my family did. They enjoyed every activity, the only complaint is that Even with reservations you can only use a ride once. Which was very disappointing. You're offered an hour slot yet if you cleared the activity in less than an hour you couldn't go back and do the activity again.
Lots of fun on the 1lk and 4k zip lines. Loved the mountain coaster and slides.
Do not miss the mountain coaster. It's worth every cent.
The room was very spacious and it was a very awesome hotel for the family. My only complaint is I think they have some kind of woodsy scent in the hotel that my kids didn't like. They are sensitive to scents. Otherwise, they had a great time. Also, I wish they had a hot tub. That's why I didnt give 5 stars.
Stunning place!! Great history, beautiful grounds, easy access to most anything on the island. The breakfast buffet is overpriced and the food was marginal at best, but the spa and everything else makes up for it. Wonderful place - I can’t wait to go back!!
Stellar location. The staff were all friendly. Lots of little shops. The pool and grounds are beautiful. The view is incredible. We didn’t stay there but wandered through. Loved the old time elevator. Just a wonderful place. You can feel the history there.
The little mermaid room was adorable however, there were only 3 very small drawers which did not allow us to have one drawer each. The pools were decorated so fun! There were plenty of statues to take pictures with. The food was good, good choices and affordably priced. Overall worth the $$$
We did the zip line (3 adults and 3 kids) and the alpine coaster (1 adult and 2 kids). Cost a ton (around 200 for 4 people to go down the 4000’ zip line just once) and took forever (we had to book the nearest time, which was 30 minutes away and had to sit for a long time, then had to wait for an entire bus full of people to get their harnesses on, then the actual bus ride up the slope.) The coaster had a long wait too.
All in all it was fun. We all enjoyed it. But we were there for about 4 hours and paid over $250 to go on rides. Worth it? I’m not entirely sure but at least the kids made some memories and we all braved some fears.

The staff here was incredible. Only positive experiences to speak of. Gift shop employees were so kind to my daughter. Don't forget to stop by and pick up your free wolf ears. Summer Camp dance party in the lobby was super fun and the "counselors" really got into it.
A few inconveniences like no housekeeping during your stay, and all pre-set buttons on the in-room phone lead to nowhere (housekeeping, front desk, security calls weren't answered). If you want additional towels or linens, you had to stop at the front desk to request them. They were delivered crazy fast (within 5 mins) but it wasn't convenient to wait in line to request them.
Breakfast (takeout to our room) was amazing and a ton of food for the money.

Water park is extremely fun and interactive. Definitely make time for the Flow rider and all the big slides. One stop shopping for all things kids would love like arcade, rock climbing, ropes course etc

Last minute family get away. We stayed 3 nights in a family suite in the Lion King wing. There are six of us, including four adult children. The suite isn’t huge and there isn’t a kitchen or dining area, but we ate all of our meals in the park so it didn’t matter. There was plenty of dresser storage space to unpack if you like. I can’t comment on the dining since we only ate at the parks. We did buy one resort refillable mug and since we were pretty close to the main building we got decent use out of it. When the sofa bed and Murphy bed are being used there isn’t a ton of extra room to walk around, but it was totally manageable. I’m not a fan of the hard floors, they kinda hurt my bare feet. All of the beds were pretty comfortable and easily fit six adults. Our wing was conveniently located near the lobby and skyliner. The skyliner is such a great way to get to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The bus to Animal Kingdom was less than 9 minutes and the buses to Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs, respectively were around 20 minutes. We didn’t have time to swim, but the pool is pretty large and nicely themed. Overall we enjoyed this resort and I’d recommend it.
This is pretty solid for an on-property family-of-4-or-less Disney Resort. It's certainly more expensive than the hotel room itself deserves, but the theming is really cool, and the location/transportation is where you save money. We stayed in the 'Little Mermaid' section (the least expensive), and had the furthest walk to everywhere in Art of Animation. The resort isn't huge, so it's not a big deal. Overall, would recommend if you want to stay on-property, and save some money (especially if you've got some younger kids)
This hotel is sham. They are charging you for better “rooms” but will give you a below standard room. The front desk is a disaster. They do all the sweet talk at the front desk but once they have to do actually something for their customers they are backing off. I spend close to 2 hours back and forth on my arrival while I’m dealing with my two little ones. They will lie through their teeth and in matter of 5 min you will hear a different story or basically for their non sense reasoning while they have given you that the room that “they” think is the best. One other thing is do not waste your time discussing with them. The higher managerial people are even worse. The young kid that are taught how to lie and pretend each hotel guest is “VIP” is much smarter than them. The amount of dead flies inside the room by the sink should have been the biggest issue in every hotel but that was my last worries. That should show you how bad my experience with them was that the dead flies in my room was not as bad as interacting with them..
Time in the sun is always amazing, although the service personnel (Anthony) that helped us through was amazing, both RESORT PASS and Wilshire Beverly hotel had mislead and and I think predatory practices. Resort pass did not indicate that there would be an additional $80 service charge at the hotel, including having the wrong photo attached to the hotel , causing all three guest to go to the wrong/sister property and hotel charged us 20% gratuity even though there were three not 6 people to warrant this charge. It was disappointing to attend using this service when in theory the total checkout it would have been better just to be a guest and get all the perks of being at the hotel

What a cute resort! My family traveled here for Disneyworld. We stayed in the little mermaid building. It is the furthest building from the main hall, which was a little tiring. The room itself was small, but had your basic essentials. You pay for the decor and theme of it all. Our kids loved it! Room service was good. Pool provided lifeguards and life vests of all sizes for kids! Laundry room is available, but cost $3.75 per load. The cafeteria/restaurant provided a good variety of food,snacks,beverages, and desserts! Every team member from shop to transportation driver was friendly! A must for the best experience! Would overall rate this resort an 8/10!
I am a grandma who visited with my daughter, and my 3 year old granddaughter. The theming doesn't get any better! We stayed in a Mermaid room, and the grand was over the moon impressed! The pools are great! We enjoyed the meal that we had at the food court. We had heard that the mermaid rooms were a LONG walk from the bus stops, but it is really not that bad. You're at Disney, walking is part of the adventure! And 6 months later my grand is still talking about getting to shower in the "Ariel's grotto" tub. I've stayed in a lot of Disney resorts and (traveling with a child) this is my favorite!

Awesome place would suggest going there. If you’re visiting that area in Pennsylvania the staff was super friendly was pretty decent prices. The roller coaster was absolutely amazing. My family also did zip lining. They like that as well. A lot of fun things to do weather was beautiful they could have more food and drink options. They only have a small gift shop with very minimal things.
We loved this resort! We celebrated my son's 5th birthday there and had friends come celebrate with us.
There was plenty of space in the room due to its configuration. It was nice to be able to sleep separately from the kids as well. The food was good - we ordered 2 pizzas and had breakfast the next morning.
The pool is the perfect temperature at 83°F so we stayed in there until the evening. The kids didn't want to leave! So with that said, we will be back.

Stayed here in the late Spring 2023. The place is very nice, picturesque, beautiful pool area, clean well attended. The rooms were very nice. Housekeeping staff were friendly, warm and wonderful, especially Sheleka. Ours had a separate living room/dining area and a little kitchenette that came in very handy. There was a microwave to warm up some breakfast items and a full refrigerator for beverages you could buy near by. The only small thing I have anything to say about was in the spacious bathroom, there was just one hook by the shower to hang items on. There was enough wall/door space to put many more hooks but unfortunately there was only one ☹️. Otherwise, love the place and we will definitely be coming back.
I have never stayed in a cleaner hotel! The staff at this location is absolutely wonderful. The list of activities is endless. We stayed for 4 days and never ran out of stuff to do! They have an arcade, waterpark, bowling, lots of dining places, a great gift shop and a lot of little things for the kids to do every day in the lobby (yoga, dance parties etc). Back to the cleanliness, though. They had staff mopping, sweeping and doing general cleaning every single time we went anywhere in the hotel. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be going back!
So far, my experience has been pretty good. The room is nice and clean, but it has very poor lighting. The shower was small, but clean. The AC works, and isn't obnoxiously loud. The traffic noise level isn't too horrible at night.

Service is impeccable and location is perfection for experiencing Rodeo. Rooms were renovated but there are some signs of old/wear/cracking. Quiet rooms. Great late night room service. Thanks to the front desk ladies who recommended Ocean Prime. The BLVD is a great for lunch (was able to grab an outdoor table) and dinner. Will def be going back.
Save the money and stay outside of Disney property. The only benefit you get from staying in the premises is being able to enter the parks 30 minutes early. But for half the price you can get a similar room at a brand name inn or hotel and most likely it will include breakfast.

What a place! Amazingly beautiful hotel. All staff super friendly and welcoming. My kids had so much fun here. Their dream came true thanks to you guys. Thank you so much for the Cars room!
Very nice hotel. Staff here are amazing. If you need anything, they are willing to help! Amazing views of the ocean. They event have a nice little water park that kids can even enjoy. Rooms have been updated some and are cozy.
The motel could use some updating - but you can't beat the view of the ocean- very dog friendly. Charlotte who works the check in desk was so friendly and very helpful. This was a last minute vacation trip so the purpose was served.
So much fun! Very family friendly, water level at its highest is 5 feet (and only at the back of the wave pool!) Great lazy river, plenty of tubes and lifejackets, amazing scan and go system, very fairly priced locker rental, plenty of bathrooms, awesome splash pad, lots to eat and drink, arcade, gift shops, bowling, ropes course, mining. You won't be bored!
It was really fun and they have a nice staff. The only recommendation I would make is make sure you order your tickets online and fill out all the waiver forms at home before you even head there. Trying to do that on the ride there was near impossible with the lack of cellular service out there.
I stayed here the 1st - 3rd of august. On the second we went to the spa. When we walked in it was super hot. Then they tell us the AC was broken. I feel like that they should’ve told us that before we came. There was construction going on right outside the quiet room, so it was loud and you had to walk outside just to get to the locker rooms etc.

The room is nice and the location is great. They do offer complimentary umbrellas and beach chairs. The valet, housekeeping, and pool staff are all amazing. They were allowed to check out 30 mins later. The pool and the spa were well-maintained and clean. Now let's start with all the weird stuff that happened during my stay at the Zamora Hotel. My room AC wasn't working after 2 hours of back and forth with the hotel staff, I was told that no rooms were available for me to switch. I asked for at least a fan for the night. No fan. Mysteriously a room was vacant and I could finally switch, all of that around 9/10 PM. If you like to get dried after going to the pool, forget about it, towels are not available. The ice maker wasn't working, and one of the elevators wasn't working, I could hear the next room's music and the tv from my room, and finally, I asked them to email my receipt after checkout, called them, send an email and I couldn't get it. In my opinion, the staff at the front desk needs way more training. I would be coming back to St Pete Beach, but I will look for another hotel. This is only my experience and maybe I was unlucky.
The view is amazing, and the service is good. Depending on your room staff you may get an animal shaped towel daily! It has a good restaurant but pricy gift shop. It also has a nice gym and private shuttle if needed! Overall, good.
Stayed here in the end of June 2023. The location of the place was perfect! It was right on the beach. Now we got lucky because our room was on the 6th floor with views of the beach! The room was very outdated: old furniture, old appliances and with mirrors throughout the walls. Even though we had a great location, the room was so dusty. There was dust on the walls, ceilings, lamps, fake plants, ceiling fans, every where. The filter for the a.c. was so disgusting, I had to ask maintenance to come and change it, which I must say they came quickly. The kitchen area is small. Not that much counter space. The inside of the dishwasher was moldy (it was black and blue). There was some mold around the soap dish in the shower. Needless to say I ended up washing the dishes instead of using it. The worst part, was being woken up at 8:30 am on Monday. There was construction being done in the rooms right behind ours. It was so loud that it sounded like it was coming from every where. We were never told that this was going to happen at all during check in. When I asked I was told that this work was going to go on the rest of the week. Unfortunately, I was told that they couldn't switch me out to another room because none was available.

Our wedding took place on Dec. 2 and was the most perfect day! I will recommend The Hotel Zamora to anyone getting married! From the very first meeting, Jacqueline was extremely nice and was very responsive through the entire planning process! Carly was amazing as well! Jacqueline and Carly were both quick to address any concerns that we had and come up with remedies. We felt like we were their only clients with how attentive they were, even though I’m sure they had a ton of other clients. The wedding venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and between the venue coordinators and our wedding planner, everything on the actual wedding day went seamlessly. Our guests STILL talk about how amazing the food and the venue was. The beach is right across the street for amazing sunset wedding photos and there are so many awesome spots for pictures on the hotel property! Our day was perfect and we loved every minute. Definitely have your wedding here! Also the rooms are super nice and they have a large “getting ready” room for the bride/bridal party, which was super nice as well.
The hotel is in a great location and across from the beach. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The building is well maintained. The room was very spacious. It had a massive shower and a big tub as well. The room was very clean and no issues. There is a pool that is half outside and inside. The roof top was very nice with a bar. Overall, a great stay with may places within walking distance.
Beverly Wilshire holds true to its reputation! From the moment I stepped in, I was ensconced in luxury and elegance. The staff's attention to detail made my stay unforgettable. Truly a gem in the heart of Beverly Hills. Will be dreaming of my next visit. ✨🥂
My stay at Zamora’s was from 7/19-21st and I have to give this hotel a 4.5 as I only had one complaint which it was the water in the bathroom. It started cold but then it will stay warm/hot. Everything else was perfect, from Shakira Hawkins, restaurant amazing food and service and the rest of the staff it’s definitely a place to return. 👌🏽👍🏽
One of the best location on the Coronado island. It's on the beach, with expansive lawn for kids to play or for events. They have beach lounge chairs for someone to relax after cold dip in the ocean or without it.
Nice restaurants options to enjoy lunch or dinner.
The top notch place is their bar which is open late and makes it for perfect nightcap. It makes perfect addition to the date night. We always base a point to do nightcap here and loved the atmosphere and ambiance under the cloudy sky, all the time.

We had a great weekend getaway and we were so impressed with our visit. The dinner at Katherine's was excellent and our meals at the Cafe were great. The coffee shop had good coffee too. Overall it was a great value and it was nice to get away from our normal routine. It was too hot for us to enjoy the pool, but we could see people were having a blast out there. Very nice pool area and the spa specials sounded amazing.
Nice overnight stay. Stayed on the 9th floor so it was pretty quiet. We had a refrigerator in our room, but not a coffeemaker. There is a coffee shop right at the elevators on the first floor. Buy a coffee and the refills are pretty cheap. Gaming area is not too large. Service on the gaming floor was excellent. We had prime rib and crab legs at the buffet. The food was excellent.
Jeremy is the best. He drives the shuttle, when I left my wallet in the shuttle, Jeremy went back and personally dropped it off inside the restaurant after he had already dropped us off! He is the best along with the other great edge water staff! To go along with that Corey, Greg, mark, and Gina make the experience even better!
Great place love the bungalow . Clean and had everything I needed and great location to be right and I mean right on the beach. The pool was cool and refreshing too. Great staff very helpful. It has everything around it from shops to food and even Dunkin donuts lol. Will be back again. I'm not a time share holder yet. The sunset on the beach is like no other. Highly recommend.
We have had nothing but wonderful service from this marina. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The store has so many options for clothing which is nice. The hotel is one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. There was always someone available to get us towels or fresh sheets. The food and service was great at the restaurant. Our servers Jocelyn, Summer, Piper and Madison were fantastic. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to stay/visit at Norris.
We stayed here recently for 4 nights. Overall I would say it's a very nice place. I like the continuous efforts of the staff cleaning the common areas. Everywhere you looked someone was always cleaning something. We enjoyed the food options available on site. We ended up using the on site food options more than expected due to the odd water park hours. Which brings me to my 4/5 star review. The water park hours are 10 am to 8 pm. This was a negative for my family as we wanted to go do everything the cities had to offer during the day and then come back to enjoy the hotel. 8pm closing time was very frustrating and then it not opening until mid morning made it even worse. I understand why they have it this way, but definitely frustrating for the pricey stay, we didn't get to allocate much time for the extras on site.
We arrived at 8:30 AM, and the staff found us a room to check into early, that was much appreciated after a long week of travel. The pool was very clean and I was highly impressed with the way the lifeguards kept their focus and payed attention to make sure everybody was safe. The food was reasonably priced and was very good. I highly recommend Casablanca Resort in Mesquite.
This is a great place if you want to bring your dogs and kids. Great price! The rooms aren't nice and clean. The jacuzzi wasn't clean either. I got in it, though. I love the lazy river...it was a plus! There is really only 1 pool, and it's not indoor. It's under the shelter beside the lazy river and splash pad. The ocean view is very nice. There are palm trees that make it look very nice. What I do like is the Broadway sidewalk starts here, and you can walk or bike all the way down to 14th Ave. I love the pier being right beside the place, too. If the rooms were a little nicer and the whole place a little cleaner....I would've given it 5 stars. Price is great! I will probably come back again when I'm short on cash.
Amazing location! Close to everything. Many restaurants and activities are available. The food and cocktails were delicious. Our room was recently renovated. Classy and Clean! The views were worth every penny. We also received great customer service. Would definitely recommend.
My wife, two daughters and I stayed recently for 2 days with late checkout. We were very impressed with the entire facility. It was very well staffed, and the people who worked there were very friendly and attentive. In addition to the water park, there were tons of nice activities for the kids to do. My only complaint is the quality and price of the restaurants. The food was below average and high priced. We ended up ordering in from Uber Eats, and will definitely go that route on our next stay.

We have been coming here for over 20 years. My mom is an owner. This by far is the worst family vacation ever.
Upon check-in on Saturday July 8th we were not notified that there wasn't any air conditioning, not only our room but the whole building. No, we had to find out in the middle of the night. From that moment it was constant lies of when this situation was going to be fixed. It is now Thursday and a mere 91 degrees in our room. It has been about 87 to 91 since the middle of the night on Saturday. We were forced to buy fans to get some relief lol very little relief. HELLO....IT'S FLORIDA IN THE SUMMER!!! Most of the staff have been very rude with no empthany. DALE the manager said he understood our frustration LOL. He offered to extend our days LOL he said possibly he could give us a long weekend LOL. 1) we are owners, that pay very high maintenance fees yearly for this outdated place. 2) I'm a single mom that has to get back to work. Who knows when and if I want to bring my family back down here. We were not offered any kind of compensation which puts us in a place where we are kind of stuck here till we check out on Saturday. 3) The staff here has not handled this situation well at all. Oh and their elevator was down for some time....my mom is disabled. We are on the 5th floor. Oh, I don't know maybe offer to put your owners of over 20 years in the other building with air!!!

We’ve always wanted to stay here and finally treated ourselves to a 4 night stay. We booked a room in the old original Victorian wing with a balcony which was beautiful and peaceful. My only suggestion was that there was a lot of wasted space in the bathroom and it was in desperate need of more counter/sink space. But it was lovely. The beach was beautiful. Not too crowded. We left before Fourth of July and I think it’s very crowded that week. Lots of eating options. It’s pricey but good. We walked into town several nights to eat. Lovely shops. Also, if you go do the headphone audio tour on the history. It’s great. You can do it on your own time at your leisure. Check out the headphones in the on property museum.
The Hotel del Coronado is absolutely beautiful. It is a large resort that has everything you need in a perfect location. We stayed here for a long weekend. They had a special brunch, several nice restaurants, a pool, a gym, immediate access to the beach, etc. So, you really don't have to leave the resort. I signed up for classes at the gym and it was a lot of fun. We loved the ice cream shop and restaurant on the beach as well. It is also very family-friendly. For example, my mom really enjoyed the historical tour. It was great that the hotel was so wheelchair accessible.

Shanghai Resort is a hidden gem on Norris Lake. As a marina, it boasts a delightful ambiance and offers a truly enjoyable dining experience. We had a fantastic time during our visit. We had dinner here outside on the patio, and the food was excellent. We definitely plan on returning here!
Well, it's not bad. I'm pretty sure I went to Scoops and got ice cream. Sorry to disappoint. They didn't have the ice cream I wanted, but it's cool. I'm a big girl, so a different flavor 😋 is okay with me. I tripped on my way into my car, not the casinos fault. However, I remember it happened at the parking lot, and it makes the experience as a whole worse . 😅
The staff could be a lot more friendly. I did not have room service to clean. The door didn't lock at the top. The rooms looks like it could use an update.

Rented a boat from them, and when we brought the boat back they pointed out a scratch that they claimed wasn’t there when we departed with the boat. They had no way of showing us the damage wasn’t there prior to us taking the boat out, so we ended up getting charged an extra $250 when we know we didn’t do the damage. When we tried talking to them they just said “I’m doing my job” they gave us Lucas’s number and it took 30 minutes to get through with the guy. He treated us fairly poorly and didn’t try to make anything right at all. We ended up having to pay over $1,000 for this boat rental. Definitely not worth the price, and I’d recommend any other boat rental.
We rented a speed boat and it turns out there was a scratch on it before we took off, then when we brought it back they saw it in the inspection and told us it was our fault and charged us $250. It must have been under the buoy when we did that first inspection. There was no way we could have caused a scratch that deep since we never docked on that side of the boat. Would definitely not recommend this company. Will not go back.
Had terrible customer service. Was charged for damage previously on the boat that we did not do. A $500 boat rental turned into over $1,000 that was charged to my card. I would never go back or recommend this company to anyone. I will be sure to let all of my friends and family that love Norris know to never come to this place. Warning to take your own overview pictures prior to taking the boat out if you decide to go with this poorly ran rental company.

Food was good. Very impressed with the staff. Glad to see teenagers helping people and not on the phone. My only complaint is they had a political flag under the American flag. No matter what side you are on you shouldn’t be displaying your political beliefs for the public to see.
Our family had great fun experience trying their 1000ft zip line (4000 ft was out of order as it was struck by lightning), and mountain coaster. Buy tickets online for a better price and reservation.
Very strict. Parking is annoying. After they sold the old building to tradewinds and they added parking we are lucky to ever get a spot.
Awesome all around! The only issue is parking, because perhaps others not staying at the hotel park on the hotel grounds parking spots. Fun fact, the hotel is made up of 3 buildings which do not connect with each other (meaning you can't walk down the hall from a said floor to all 3 buildings). That's not an issue, it's just something you ought to know, especially if you're brining quite a few bags of luggage to stay for a bit at this wonderful hotel. There staff is friendly and helpful, and the Publix at the shopping plaza is about 0.7 of a mile away, you can totally walk there or ride a bike from the hotel to it. The beach is GREAT, the water is warm, and it's shallow, which is great for kids!
Nice hotel. Customer service was AWESOME. The room was amazing as well. We were able to walk to rodeo drive and all the restaurants were less than 10 min away from hotel.
The hotel room was uncomfortably hot when we arrived, and unfortunately, the air conditioning did not function properly. Adding to the discomfort, there were no fans available in the rooms. Additionally, the room pictures on the hotel website were misleading, as they did not accurately reflect the reality of the accommodations. Another drawback was the poorly lit parking lot. On a positive note, the room was at least clean.
One thing to note is that the hotel does not inform guests about the turtle light restrictions, which can be inconvenient. Moreover, the staff had the audacity to wake us up at 11:50 PM to remind us to close the curtains. These disappointments led us to make the decision to check out a day early. Given these experiences, I have no intention of returning to this hotel.

I stayed over for the father's day weekend and the rooms are fine. Soft beds and clean rooms. Bathroom was a bit small in every detail from tub to toilet. The food there was just mid, nothing great but not bad either. The pool looks bigger in the ads. I didn't golf so I can't say much on that. All in all enjoyable.

Yasmin at check in was great and we had a wonderful glass of champagne upon arrival. Our suite was ready early and they honored my request for a high floor.
We had a suite on the 6th floor of the tower and it was fantastic. The architecture of the hotel lends itself such that 6th floor suites have enormous balconies. We could have had a party out there! Dining table, sitting chairs, and comfortable lounge chairs all fit with plenty of space to still walk around.
The room itself was nice and clean and the bed was super comfortable. I liked that the AC worked well but was fairly quiet and having a full-size fridge came in handy. I would 100% request the same room again!
Allen at the beach was great and Enrique was our pool and restaurant server, who was also great. The beach is beautiful and the pools were also very nice. I found the water temperature perfect. Cool enough to be refreshing but warm enough to jump right in without hesitation. We had just come from the Ritz Tiburon so my kids could enjoy that waterpark and honestly I liked the pool here better (the Ritz felt like bath water).
Rosaline at the front desk also accommodated my request for a late check-out and was very sweet to do so. We may have gotten lucky coming in the slower season, but truly felt we got a great value for the price.

My boyfriend and I did an unexpected trip to Myrtle Beach to take a break and treat ourselves. Our mistake was not look at reviews before booking.
Due to our stay in this hotel (Room 304) we have resulted with various bed bug bite marks on our necks, arms, shoulders and legs. There were burn marks on the bed sheets. The bedroom smelled like someone had smoked weed minutes before our arrival. The floor in the bathroom had a puddle of water when we arrived but would not dry up. The toilet tank would not refill its self with water. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like its near collapsing.
Huge mess.
Lesson learned. Look at reviews before booking.

The mountain coaster was fun; however, the fact that you only get one ride for $18 per person is a little disappointing. The ride up takes about 4 minutes and the ride down is about 1-2 minutes. I feel that you should get two runs for the money not just one. Also, it costs the same for kids who cannot go solo due to not being tall enough, which doesn’t seem right either. Overall, I am glad we did it once but would not spend the money to do it again.
We love this place! We go multiple times each summer, and enjoy it every time. My only complaint is that their menu has shrunk. They used to have arguably the best food on the lake, and a large variety. Now it's gone down to a limited menu with not great options. I wish they would put the old menu back. Otherwise it's a great place to hangout and be at!

I grew up in this hotel and would vacation here with my family every summer but the energy has changed. I don’t know what has happened with management but the employees seemed unhappy and disinterested in offering the same level of service they used to provide. With some exceptions like the OG bartenders serving up heat by the pool. All in all, decent experience even though I didn’t sleep a second. Check your alarms and disconnect your room phone so you don’t lose it like I did at 4:30am.

I worked for the Four Seasons Hotel and recently stayed at the property. It was awful. The employee experience that my spouse and I should have received was just not given. The hotel is very old and out of date! Need major renovations! The staff was not helpful or courteous at the least. Rooms very small and dirty. They refused to move us. Manager I spoke with yo me he would take care of everything yet once I left the property they started trying to charge my credit card. It was the most awful stay I ever experienced. They also sent emails to my job trying to have my benefits taken because of their faults but after this hotel stay I completely left the company. Nothing that it’s shaped up to be. I wouldn’t suggest any stay at this property. Management staff wouldn’t come speak with me because they felt I was an employee and they could do whatever to me! Beverly Wilshire is trash. And they keep reminding me that I was on discovery nights which is completely out of line! Do not stay at this property! Hotel very old with no new technology. And every thing is about money you will do better going to the Beverly Hilton or the Beverly Hills but this hotel is not any good and I work for them so I can only imagine what regular guests goes through here! Awful experience and service.
The Edgewater Beach Hotel Naples deserves a positive endorsement. This Beachfront Boutique Hotel offers Suites, more like a one-two bedroom apartment with Kitchenette. So stay in or go out to eat as desired. Complete Room Service & the Coast Restaurant on property provide great options as well. We enjoyed regular breakfasts (& dinners) at Coast with its beautiful views overlooking the pools & out to the Gulf. Great sunsets! There is also a pool bar serving cocktails & lunch. Or, raise your flag from your chaise lounge on the beautiful white sand beach. You'll be well taken care of. If Relaxing pool or beach side, Reading, Sunning, Playing & Dining amenities are a part of your agenda, you will surely enjoy the luxurious- feeling details of this special Naples, FL resort.

She then proceeded to offer a different class of room at a higher price. I explained to her "this does not seem fair as I performed on my end of the agreement". Since the room was not available, I asked if we could cancel the reservation so I could go elsewhere, she told me I would be charged for the cancellation. WOW!
Isabella went on to tell me the hotel was completely committed, and there will be absolutely no exceptions. Long story short, I took the class of room that was offered at a higher price. Looking over the room, provided an image of something you would find at a "Motel 6".

-wardrobe doors completely broken off the hinges
-windows falling apart and unmaintained
-poor finish work within the suite

A true 5-star experience! The ambiance resembles Paris! Elegant & beautiful. Located at the crest of Rodeo Drive, the Beverly Wilshire is like a relic of history and beauty! The location couldn't be better for quick access to shops and high-end luxury designer stores. If you stay on site you'll be pampered and treated with the utmost care. Our 5 night stay, all members of the staff from the front desk to the spa, to poolside lounging with champagne was immaculate and exceptionally fabulous.

The location was prime, close to all the popular Hollywood sights, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The pool was the highlight of my stay, as the view of Los Angeles was breathtakingly beautiful. I would highly recommend staying at the Beverly Hills Wilshire for any traveler looking for a top-notch experience in the city of Los Angeles
The Best Birthday Trip! The Hotel Zamora was so dreamy. The location is unmatched to any other, along with all of the amenities. We had a short stay but took advantage of all the activities available there. The staff was so friendly and ready to serve with a smile. We had an incredible deal on the room and there were no hidden surcharges for water in the room or using conveniences. I would 100% recommend staying here. The building, room and views were all so beautiful. It was definitely a trip to remember!
Absolute worst hotel experience of my life. went to check in, and the lady at the front desk was horribly rude to us and also quoted multiple different prices for this one room, increasingly becoming more expensive, then acted like we were dumb when we were confused on the price. We asked to speak to a manager about the price and she said “do you really want to do that? You really want him to come over here? He’ll cancel your stay because not everyone is 21” (when only one person checking in needs to be 21??) we ended up paying $200 for one night in what had to be the most disgusting room I’ve ever seen. For starters the hallway outside the room was piled high with trash that never got moved the entire time we were there. Bathroom was covered in gross stains, beds were incredibly uncomfortable, furniture was broken and the walls had cracks and warps in them. Walls were also paper thin and you could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms and the hall. Pool was disgusting and had mold in the windows. Do not stay here- I wish we would have saved our $200 and slept in the car.
My Parents (snow birds) have been owners at Coral Reef for about 25yrs now. They have other properties however Coral Reef is their 1st acquired & (it seems to me) it’s hands down their favorite.
I visited with them back in 96’ & hadn’t been since. Then My Step Father passed away (2yrs ago) & my Mother had to start flying solo. This year after her being there for 2wks by herself, I decided to leave NY & join her for 1 week at the Coral Reef & then drive & spend one more week with her in Orlando!
Overall, I enjoyed my stay (as a adult) way more than I did as a teenager & at the end of my 2wks in Florida MY ONLY REGRET was not coming earlier. I wish I had spent my entire time at the Coral Reef ONLY!
Although it is a older resort & the place isn’t as modern as her other properties it has a nice & comforting community feel to it. The people range in age, race/ethnicity, etc. &
are very friendly. It’s very diverse & very welcoming & having the ability to walk out the room & see the ocean is so beautiful & serene! It also has a great pool with multiple jacuzzi’s that light up different colors its a nice place to have a cool beverage & hang out at in the night. I believe it’s open until 11pm too!
The place was well taken care of & clean which is most important for me. The staff are knowledgeable & they seem to truly care about the people. They all know my mom & to me that was impressive b’cus it means they have a good retention rate. She speaks highly of the staff, which (most of them) she knows by name & Vice Versa.
All in all the place rates # 1 on my top 10 list of places to visit/vacation at! ☀️👙🌊🌝🌚

This is a timeshare resort that happens to rent the unused rooms to the public. As such, you cannot expect things like daily room cleaning, etc. the laundry room was complimentary and easy to use. We visited during the coldest Christmas season in 20 years. The pools are heated and the hot tubs are in great working order. Other than the place being a bit dated, our 2-room suite was very comfortable. My mother-in-law wanted to sell her condo in St Petersburg and move into one of these, lol. Our suite had a sliding door that opens nice and wide to the patio area. Very convenient.
The supply room to get more toilet paper, clean towels, etc is closed Weds and Sunday so they can have the day off, but they were up front about that at check in. We would definitely stay here again, maybe even Florida would be warm enough to get in the gulf next time.

This place is not well run. Management isn't paying attention and the kids working these summer jobs that are supposed to help you don't want to do the work unless they know you'll tip them. They nickel and dime you for everything. The food is expensive but you can't bring your own. $35 for entry if you're with a member and $25 to park on top of that, cash only. The entire town has no parking unless you're a resident so you will need to park.

Staff was absolutely great. Super nice and welcoming. Brach was gorgeous and cabanas were clean.
The houses are beutiful and the atmosphere is very calm and peaceful. The beach view is wonderful and sands are very soft. The beach is very long and connected. One of my best place to live in NY.

Wonderful beach experience. Fresh food, pristine beach, and awesome service from the hard-working cabana boys.
We're enjoying every minute! Love it. The beach and pool are very clean. The staff is kind and attentive. We're looking forward to many years here.
Its a nice beach club, it is definitely awesome having your own bungalo, and the food and service is good, but the beach is so filthy from all the slobs who frequent it and don't clean up after themselves, shame on you guys.
