Obsessed, with White Opal. Not only is everyone friendly, nice and more than helpful, but they really are a breath of fresh air. Joelle has been my life saver with my damaged hair, and I don't know what I'd do without her! Oh, and Allie R. is the absolute most cheerful and happy person, next to myself, I have ever met. She is so sweet and helpful. This place has the best energy, and I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!
I have been here a few times and had great experiences, but moved two years? ago so it wasn’t as convenient for me to get to. When the place I had been going to closed for the month of August, I booked a massage at Reflexion figuring I would receive the same level of massage I had received previously. While the massage was fine, my biggest issue was that I was only given a towel to cover myself with that left me feeling exposed and uncomfortable at various points during the massage. The masseuse also used incredibly rough washcloths to wipe off the lotion/oil from the massage that left my skin feeling raw. While I am hoping it was a fluke from my previous experience, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to Reflexion again.
They care about your hair health, which I love. My hair is thick and they were very gentle blowing it out and combing it.
The energy and atmosphere in this shop gives great vibes and a sense of belonging and the feeling of being welcomed. The stylists are very professional and knowledgeable they work hard at making sure your comfortable and you get what you came for a hair style that makes you feel gorgeous! Also, the clean relaxing environment is a great way to start the weekend especially after a long work week. Mahogany and ladies….Thank you for your excellent customer service! ❤️
I am grateful that they took me without an appointment. The stylists were busy doing some amazing styles. They clearly are talented and I was impressed and recommend them based on what I saw BUT the shampoos was mediocre at best. The young lady that washed my hair was very gentle and didn't give me the scrubbing I came in for. She asked a couple of times if my head felt better the first time I said no and told her she could be more aggressive with the wash. She improved a tiny bit but only for a second then she went back to using feather fingers. I got frustrated so I let it go because they took me without an appointment and at least I was getting something. She didn't rinse the middle and back if my hair properly and I will have to go home and rinse out the remaining shampoo and conditioner. I know it's there because my hands are sticky and wit the residue. They put me under the dryer which I didn't expect because I literally just wanted a good wash but I wish they didn't because my hair never fully dried. I would like to visit again and give it another shot because the stylists were doing the thang for real but the shampoo was disappointing and I want to feel like my hair is really clean before I get it styled. Even so, I would say if you have natural hair, give them a chance.

Christine - the owner - is literally the best. Not only is she the sweetest inside and out, but she is the only one who can handle my boys haircut, and I won't let anyone else cut my husbands hair but Christine. The salon is so welcoming, the decor is modern and beautiful, and my boys love the fish tank. Christine has also such an incredible talent toward bridal hair! Love Joseph T. Salon!
For the first time I had my roots touched up by Stacey of sage salon yesterday. She did not leave any color stain around my forehead and behind my ears which I normally get whenever I do my roots touch ups by other salons in franklin. The service was flawless.

I have been getting my nails done by Eden for the past few months and am loving them and her. I have been doing the GelX and it’s helping to protect my nails while growing them. Eden is professional and extremely talented. I would highly recommend her.
I have been going to Kim aka shop owner for years. She has magic fingers with the scissors. She gets you in and out and accepts walk-ins. Prices are very reasonable.

Do not waste your money here. For over a $500 head of highlights, I left with unblended roots looking like I never even got my hair done (first pic). I went back and asked them to throw a few highlights in the top to blend it. The stylist literally turned the entire top of my head ORANGE! After much back and forth with the stylist and salon manager, we decided to throw foils on and try to lighten it more. It is still orange/yellow on top, but less so than it was the first go around. You can clearly see (second pic) how the top and bottom half of my hair is entirely two different colors. The top looks HORRIBLE. The picture doesn’t even do it justice. It looks awful- like I applied sun-in.
I have to be a bridesmaid next week and am so embarrassed my hair looks like this. I have been doing my hair blonde for 15 years and have never experienced anything like this in my life. The salon manager tried to argue with me my hair turned orange because of something previously on my hair such as dye (they were my 100% natural roots), hair product (which I only use on my ends infrequently), hard water in the shower (???), vitamin intake (???), ect. They absolutely refused to acknowledge the truth- which is the stylist did not leave the foils on long enough. DUH. I have been getting this done a long time.
I have no problem spending money on my hair for a good quality job. But I paid $500 not including tip to have what looks like sun-in applied to the top half of my head. Not to mention the 14+ hours of my time (and theirs) spent on this atrocity. This salon absolutely butchered my hair color and it will likely take me months to a year to fix this mess. I am DISGUSTED. Avoid this place like the plague.

White Opal was the perfect choice to do my hair for my wedding. I had two trials because I was undecided about wanting my hair down or in an up-do. We decided on a beautiful bridal bun, with some curled front pieces out. The wedding day was so smooth. Devan did an amazing job on all of the girls hair. My. hair was perfect! It stayed all night and photographed beautifully. I would absolutely recommend White Opal for anyone bride getting married in the New Jersey area!
I come here every two weeks I have had no issues yet so I keep coming just make sure you come in on time the online booking is pretty simple.
I made a last minute appointment with Christine today. She was 10 minutes early, super kind, and professional. I was a little nervous going to a place I've never been to get curtain bangs but she was absolutely amazing! I recommend anyone go to her especially if you are thinking of getting bangs or are nervous about it.

Hannah was really great with my son Isaiah he is only 3 years old I wanted him to get a bald fade. Not really thinking that’s probably not the best haircut for a three year old Hannah was very professional and did exactly what I said and she did a really great job considering how hard that type of haircut is on a three-year-old I highly recommend her she’s very professional and nice and you can see the heart in her job from my understanding though she is not at this location, but she was just filling in temporary but so far the experience I’ve had with sport clips has been nothing but rewarding

I booked white opal wedding for my 4.15.23 wedding. I also go to white opal hair salon I knew from the beginning I wanted to book with them. The day of my wedding they were there on time and a delight to work with. Everyone’s hair came out amazing. Definitely book with Cass and the girls :)
I’ve been coming here for a few years now, getting my hair done by Emily and she’s never done me wrong! Her and the whole staff at Sage are so sweet and hardworking. Making sure you walk out of that salon feeling like a model. I have no bad things to say about this place, it’s perfect! If I were to recommend a salon to anyone it would be Sage Salon for sure. You will not have a bad experience here. All the stylists are very good at what they do. Taylor Delltorre has an amazing skill at what she does. She makes you feel beautiful inside and outside. Stacy is also an amazing hair stylist (I'm a hopper depending on who I can get an appointment with) I have never left disappointed. They both get to know you and style you like you want. If you are looking for skilled stylists, nail care, pedicures, or even facials..... definitely try them out.

I love this salon! Every interaction I’ve had here with everyone has been super amazing! I started off with getting my hair cut twice by Devan, and then scheduled for a hair cut and partial blonding service with Lauren! Both of them were amazing! Devan even took the time during one of my cuts to help me practice curling my hair. I had my hair done by Lauren today and left feeling amazing. I love how they both spent the time to make individual recommendations for my hair. I think I’m sold and will be coming here for all my hair needs in the future 🥰

I called them on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to fit me in in the evening. Wonderful customer service! The atmosphere of the spa is relaxing and smells great. My Tui Na massage was top notch. I was really sore going into it and came out feeling physically and mentally refreshed.
I am from Michigan. I visited the salon as a birthday gift from my daughter. The minute I walked in I was pleasantly greeted. Soon taken to the shampoo station by Shaynee (excuse spelling)., who did an awesome shampoo and conditioner.. Then to my stylist Shanelle (excuse spelling if incorrect). Who did an AMAZING trim flat iron style. My hair was beautiful and I felt great! I tell you the energy in this salon was positive and uplifting. Thank you Ladies for a wonderful experience and day!

Went several times for deep tissue. This place is amazing! All the ladies here are so sweet (especially the receptionist) and the massages are outstanding. They are really good at asking what you are specifically looking for in each session. Prices are reasonable too!
ALL OF THESE LADIES ARE AWESOME! Mahogany was my stylist for 15 years. She kept my hair and my girls hair looking fabulous and healthy. She is an ACE at what she does and her heart is truly in caring for her clients hair. I moved back to GA 3 years ago and I surely do MISS HER! 😩 it is very hard finding a stylist that truly cares about having healthy hair. My first time here at sport clips. Veronica was awesome, gentle, and patience thru out the whole session. I did the online check-in and wait is on point, just be there when is your time. Like any other shops, they have you look at the mirror one last time before letting you go, she asked, "is that you". My response, "Hella yeah that's me, the REAL ME".
If you are in need of a 10/10 wedding make-up & hair team, look no further than White Opal. I met Cass in 2021 when she did my hair when I was the MOH in my cousins wedding. It was my first time meeting her and I said, “I don’t want prom hair.” When she replied, “we don’t do prom hair”, I knew she was my person. (I am sure she would do prom hair and maybe has done prom hair, it wasn’t literal, or maybe it was 🤣 but she knew exactly what I meant and that’s what I needed). I showed her one picture and she literally made my hair look identical (the picture I showed was also of a brunette with the same hair length as mine - so that helped too)! I wasn’t engaged at the time but knew she had to do my hair on my wedding day. Upon getting engaged, White Opal was the first vendor I booked for hair. I asked Cass if she recommended anyone for make-up and she suggested her sister, Lace. Let me say it loud for the people in the back, I WOULD NOT HAVE TRUSTED ANYONE ELSE ON MY WEDDING DAY. Cass and Lace are the dynamic sister-duo you never knew you needed, especially on your wedding day. What could already be a chaotic and stressful morning, Cass and Lace have the most calming energy that every bride needs. Along with Cass & Lace were a few other stylists who were the sweetest and most patient gems. In addition to AMAZING hair & make-up, Cass, Lace, & the team were on time and had all 10 of us ready with time to spare for touch-ups if needed.

I just had two amazing experiences at Sage Salon! The first was a keratin treatment with Stacy that was life changing. Then I returned for lash extensions with Gabriela, which was a wonderful experience, the lashes look incredible! I already have 4 return appointments booked with both Stacy and Gabriela!
I've been to many massage spots throughout Chicago, Reflexion is by far my favorite. Their attention to detail is impressive, you never feel rushed, and they really care to make you feel great walking out of there. The Tui Na is great for anyone who is active. Calming music, personal rooms, hot towels, and nice massage lotion vs oil. Most of all, nice people!
Juanita and Mahaney, and there staff are outstanding. My wife had an update on the style of her hair, she looks 30 years younger. Ladies check it out, your husband will be totally happy with the results.
I can't say enough positive things about this place. It's gorgeous, soothing, and clean inside. Vicki gave me probably the best massage I have ever experienced in a lifetime of therapeutic massage - not only did she regularly check in verbally, but she reacted sensitively to how my body was feeling, using different techniques for different issues (including some I had never experienced and will be adding to my own repertoire). The price is about $15 more than I am used to per hour, but the quality of the space and service more than covered that difference. I will be back again and again.

Sport Clips Har Mar is an excellent place to go to get a great haircut, it’s my favorite. Veronica and other girls are really good specialists and fun to talk to. MVP option (hair wash, hot towel and shoulder massage) is absolutely worth recommending. And you’d better check in online, if you don’t want to wait 1-2 hours: the place is popular!

This is my second time coming here and the service is amazing. Nisha has done my hair both times and I leave out feeling absolutely amazing. I get a good wash she does not try to retwist my hair dry and I love the styles we pick. Thank you and I will be back.

Although this is a "natural" hair care salon, they're not well versed with all natural, no locs, no relaxer thick hair. The young lady did advise she was I school and learning. No one likes to hear a "new" stylist is working in their hair, but I was "her" growing up learning to do hair myself. I always come with shampoo/conditioners/comb and brush. The shampoo was okay and very light touch. I asked for 3rd shampoo and to be placed under the dryer. She asked if I wanted my conditioner combed through? Is that a questions? She tried and placed 2 caps on my gigantic bush. I went to the bathroom and there is where I combed my hair properly and saturated my conditioner in and put my hair in 4 large twist. This enabled the cap to properly fit. Once rinsed, my hair was immediately blown out without pre-drying. The blow-dry didn't do much and left me with a deep wave pattern. She began to braid very light and unsure. I wanted to leave, but didn't want to discourage the young lady. This was not her fault at all. I requested a braid down for my wigs units. She did her best, but NONE of my units fit as they should. Salons are nothing like they use to be and I'm discouraged. A simple cleaning and braid down also shouldn't take 2 and 1/2 hours. Then the price confusion made me feel even worse.
On a positive note, the locs I saw looked very neat and professional. Oh, and clean your hand mirrors!

I have been a customer of Ashley’s for 20 years, she is awesome! She listens to you and will give you her professional opinion. I have never left there with a haircut/style I have not liked! That’s saying something for someone who has natural curly hair. When my daughter got married in September Ashley suggestion Christine another stylist in the salon to do make up and hair for bridal party and we were not disappointed! Christine went above and beyond our expectations with both! The bride got so many compliments!

She listens to what I think I want done and also makes great suggestions when I'm not sure what I want! The salon has been recently remodeled and looks great, very airy and chic. I have been a client of Joseph T Salon since it opened. I was there to see the transition to the salon it is today. It has such a warm and professional air about it. The stylists are so kind and they get to know what you want and will do a fantastic job. They are accommodating and will help you with any questions you have or problems you might be experiencing. Ashley and Janet have been together as long as I have been with Ashley and that is close to 25 years. The owner is amazing and makes the salon a home from home. Eva is truly the best. I’ve been going to her for 3 years now, since I first moved to Chicago. She gave me my first wax ever and made it the most comfortable experience. She is very quick and doesn’t miss a single hair! She makes lovely conversation and is an overall very kind person. I would never go to anyone other than Eva for all waxing needs!

Came in as a walk in for a see in and they tended to me right away. Miracle was very firm but gentle with my hair! She was done with braiding and installing within a hour! The fastest I ever gotten my hair done. It looks so good and I’m in love ❤️

Great massage from Rose. Great pressure. I got 90 min hybrid massage for $128. I didn't like the receptionist asking me about a tip when I was paying. That turned me off but the massage was awesome and I was very comfortable in the space as with Rose my therapist.

About two weeks ago I called this salon early on a Sunday more basically begging to be seen the same day.
The day prior a friend of the family installed a full weave with some leave out and, to be as polite as possible, it was horrible. I had to take out the hair the same night. I was upset to say the least and desperate to find someone to re-install my hair as soon as possible. A friend of mine told me about this salon and their work.

She asked me to hold for a brief moment and when she came back to the phone she told me that Tierra can see me at 3pm the same day. Take about a life savor!!
When I came into the salon, Tierra introduced herself and her assistant. Her assistant washed my hair and it felt amazing! (That’s a big thing for me) Then Tierra installed the hair. Two weeks later, I’m still loving this hair and I have no complaints at all.
And I will be back!!
About two weeks ago I called this salon early on a Sunday more basically begging to be seen the same day.
The day prior a friend of the family installed a full weave with some leave out and, to be as polite as possible, it was horrible. I had to take out the hair the same night. I was upset to say the least and desperate to find someone to re-install my hair as soon as possible. A friend of mine told me about this salon and their work.

Tiarra Matthews is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!!! She is truly a professional and takes great pride in her work. My hair has so much body, bounce and shine. I also took my mom whose hair was very dry and brittle. When Tiarra finished her hair, mom was truly amazed and very, very pleased. :-)
This shop is amazing!!! My daughter and I have been coming here for about a year and some change and this our hair has grown and it great customer service!! I am big on customer service and this place has excellent customer!!!

First time getting my hair done here today and I was very pleased. Tanisha, the shop owner, had me in and out. She was professional, great conversationalist, and she definitely worked her magic on my locs. Definitely recommend and will be returning.

This us your next stop and when you get there you won't turn back! Kim does a great job in getting her customers together. You're usually out in about 1 to 1 1/2 hours which is unheard of especially for people with thick hair, shoulder length or more. I'm the one that other salons have wait because they can get the people with the short or thin hair done or leave for the male hairdressers. Say goodbye to the all day hair salon experience. And then the prices are really reasonable. Check it out!
My mom and I have been coming to Kim for years. If you need a nice hairstyle that is affordable she is the best. Also she is open on Saturdays and takes walk-ins. I would highly recommend her to anyone. It's good to have a good stylist to go to at the last minute with affordable prices.
