Fun pier to walk. Been in the winter & summer. Just be careful when it's windy!

Was a cool spot at night to visit..plenty parking, open late.. good social meet.
The very end is still blocked off. The first right side pier is closed off. Been years now, I'm sure they'll never fix it. Pretty sure someone will get injured on the pier before they either close it completely or repair it fully.

This outlook is beautiful and well worth the trip out to see. We loved the view and the little picnic area this spot offered us.
Beautiful location. 😍 peaceful ✌🏾
What a gem. The trails are excellent(nice and wide) and the calm waters make for a wonderful paddle around the lake.

Went at night, though the ocean 🌊 creeps me out, I thought thought the boats were beautiful at night

My best place to relax
Nice place to fish in Erie. Has bathrooms, picnic tables to eat at, benches to relax..Great view of the lake
Lots of ( what I call ) seaweed on the bottom of the Lake but it's a beautiful area

My favorite spot on Presque Isle to picnic. Great views with plenty of picnic tables, sheltered picnic area, bathroom, fishing, great view of Erie, a Marina, easy access.A great place to build memories. We have a small group of friends that get together there for a picnic. We always enjoy the atmosphere and convenience of parking and the bathroom. I'm a snowbird and my Woman who still works in Florida was visiting. We had a cookout there. We were listening to my Bluetooth, painting shells, being together there and enjoying nature. I highly recommend it.I highly recommend all of Presque Isle to visit.

Love watching the boats. I go there for some quiet time and meditate on the goodness of God while looking out at the water
Great sunsets, great fishing.

We always love coming here and my dad collected lighthouses when he was alive. It is a good place to remember him and do some fishing. Get big spray if you'll be there at night because the mosquitos are bad!
Very scenic and laid back...
This place is a gem! All the amenities you could need with relatively private campsites. Clean bathroom and showers. So many beautiful walking trails, and kayaking on the lake was so peaceful. Appears there are kayak and canoe rentals as well! I also loved how many garbage cans and recycling containers were provided throughout the campground!
Quiet fishing pier with nearby dog park and recreational facility, as well as a camp site.
This is a beautiful Center. Well kept and lots to do if you like the outdoors.
Big pier with a beautiful view.
Not crowded since it’s on the base.
Campground is ok. Sites are private like a state park. Clean pit toilets. Bath house is nice, except you need quarters to take a shower!!!! Dump station is right as you exit. Hiking, and kayaking are the main attractions. We even saw a gentleman panning for gold!
An awesome location to take a walk and admire the scenic views and all the commercial fishing vessels. Great photo area.
Good equipment. Reasonable prices. Exceptional location with birds including Ospry families. Wonderful resource for military families living in the area.

A cool place to visit. Street parking nearby. Not that much fishing action. Fishing licence is required for adults to fish here.

People always fishing on this dock post up all day and wont move for boats that need to dock. If you fish here, just remember its for boats and boats need to have you move in an emergency. Only a few places a boat can stop if theres a problem. Fish on main piers not docks
Good quiet place to fish and relax

Loved it! Caught 2 fish! Had a great day with the family.
Great campground. Really spacious sites. The lake was great for kayaking. The hiking trails were all very well groomed. The campground staff were very friendly. Will definitely be putting this place in my top 10 campgrounds.
Great spot to watch the sunset!
A beautiful place to fish or sit by the water and listen to music.
Had a lot of fun at the campground and surrounding park areas. Lots of trails to hike and our site was right by the entrance to blue trail. The underlook area is beautiful, as are the well-maintained trails and the main park area near the lake. There was a lot of algae or we would have kayaked. Overall we had a great weekend here
Nice hidden gem of a park. Great, well-maintained trails. Nice campsites. Seems to be a local fishing spot.
It was not crowded at all. A quiet place, tucked away in hilly, beautiful, farm country.
Crabs are nice size but slow. Fishing is ok with the right bait. This is a Sea Robin. Flying fish.

Really love the small family swimming area close to the pier only thing that sucks about it is how cold the water is otherwise it's a nice place to relax and enjoy the calm waves.

Nice spot to fish. I don't know what it is but the fish love bread more than live bait!!
Great place for those who love hiking, nature walks, and for those rock and precious stones enthusiasts. A $5 daily vehicle pass or $30 annual pass is a small price to pay for such a beautiful place. It's also a great place to camp, only downside to that is if your in an R.V. make sure you fill your water tank, as they do not provide water hook-up only electrical.

Nice place to get away from crowded beaches and village area. No waves here so small kids can enjoy the water.

During the summer days this little pier/ kid beach gets absolutely crowded. If you manage to find parking and find a spot. This is an absolutely great place!
We love the Pepper Langley fishing pier in Solomons Island! There are lots of separate fingers with little benches so everybody can have lots of room. There are the most amazing views in Southern Maryland from the end of the pier. Watch all the boats go by while catching an amazing sunset!

Nice place...
Pretty clean and clear waters. Unfortunately fishing was pretty dead as was crabbing currently, lots of little spot stealing bait. One person caught a small spot fish. Others caught 2 crabs while fishing with bloodworms. The public bathrooms are open to use ❤️
Great place to Fish and crab. Bring your license as Post police will fine (and remove you forever if caught poaching small/undersized fish and crabs). Post Police are very friendly and helpful. NRC- Solomons is clean and family friendly. Pier needs trash removed more regularly than once a month. Ugh...

Great place to throw a line in. Perfect for those with disabilities. Great views with picnic tables and clean restrooms. Boats going in and out . Plenty of parking.
Really nice spot to go fishing and crabbing. Make sure you have the correct permits because inspectors/game wardens go come through. They even have a place to clean your fish.
Nice🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🍹🍹🍹🍷🍷🍸🍸🍻🍻🍺
The park is a good area to take children for the 4th of July fireworks. There were people lined up to see them. It was an enjoyable experience.
Fireworks here were fantastic this year
Its a great spot to hang out and since its on base, the crowds arent like out in town. However, its a little run down and outdated considering its constant use. The base requires you to get an additional fishing license which is actually ridiculous considering you could just go fish anywhere else if you already have a state license....and the fishing pier doesnt have any good fish/crabs. The camping sites are adequate but overpriced considering their location, and the minigolf is in need of some repairs, arcade is obviously outdated, an the pool water is always a little murky. The beach front is great considering its never over crowded. The place should be 3 stars but i gave it an extra star because i understand how navy funding works, they actually do a good job considering

Game warden are hot here, I've never seen a boat put in so hot with fish n game.
No parking fee is required if you are a resident in Maryland. Always something to enjoy and I caught one for a dinner.
Great place to visit. It was a foggy morning and off season. Loved the mysterious view. Wanna go back in summer.
Beautiful place to fish, picnic or walk. Please be cautious ⚠️ if you are new visitor to the area! It has unstable wood columns and holes in the wood of the pier. Not very safe for small children 😕

Fun even in the dead of winter.
Decent fishing when the pier isn't too crowded.
We enjoyed our stroll on the pier, stopped by the Cone Island for Ice Cream, had lunch at The Pier Restaurant, and did some wine tasting at the Solomon's Island Winery Tasting Room.
A wonderful place to bring your children for a day of fishing !
It was a really nice camper cabin. I really liked the beds being in a separate room from the gathering area. The bathrooms at the campground were really nice. The playgrounds were great.
