The staff are very friendly and very helpful!
Nice cafe, with a good selection of coffee and pastry options. i had an iced latte and a cookie. Both were quite good. Nice atmosphere inside.
We casually walked into Paradeco just looking for a quick midday coffee. I ended up getting a matcha chai latte with oat milk and it was the best decision! The combination of the earthy matcha and the spicy chai was so delightful.
The interior was so cute; it was super retro with powerful teals and golds. I was a huge fan of the retro teal espresso machine, that with the round cups on top made it seem very cozy.
Really wanna go back and try their cold brew!

Very pretty coffee place! The food selection is small but good. Seating is a little small, as in small tables. They make a mean pumpkin spiced latte!
I rented this space for my 50th birthday party on September 2nd. The space was amazing and it was a blank canvas. So we were able to create exactly what we wanted. The staff was absolutely amazing and if I called for anything they were available. The rental fee does not break the bank. It’s super affordable and they have so many extras. The renal fee includes , rectangle tables, round tables, Wi-Fi, tv, microwave, microphone, etc. it also has a stand alone bar. It has a separate area for the kitchen. I mean all this and the fee was so affordable. The space is on the 3rd floor and it doesn’t have elevators. So if you’re ok with that, which I was it was a perfect event. It is next to a construction site, but the event was at night and it was totally quiet. We were able to bring in our own food. And if you choose to have alcohol it’s accepted. My 50th was one for the books! Thank you Hyattsville Business center you guys rock!!

This place is nothing short of perfect for any event very spacious. I would recommend this event space. Communication, professionalism they even out the tables up before you arrive. 💖💖💖
I watched a movie there, and the reception was good. There was a large snack and drink station available for purchasing refreshments to enjoy during the film. The restrooms were clean, and there were no issues with crowd management. However, I encountered three problems:
Firstly, the sound quality was a tiny bit lower than expected and it didn’t have a high clarity.
Secondly, I experienced a very strange and frustrating confusion. In the auditorium, there are two doors at the front. One is the main exit leading to the restrooms and ticket check, and the other is a direct exit to the street. When I wanted to go to the restroom, I mistakenly took the second exit, marked only with a large green exit sign without any description, and found myself in a long, spooky hallway with door after door. After passing through three doors and finding myself unable to return through them, I continued forward. I ended up in a closed-off part of the cinema and eventually made my way to the street, only to find myself on the opposite side of the building. I had to walk around to reenter the cinema and pass the ticket check again without a ticket. Thankfully, the attendant was aware of the issue and let me pass to return to the auditorium. He mentioned that many people make the same mistake. This was one of the most confusing and bizarre situations I have ever experienced.
Third and last, the seats were not entirely comfortable. When you leaned the seat back and laid on it, and someone needed to pass by, you had to bend your feet and then stretch them out again afterward. This was a bit uncomfortable, (I have an average height).

It's a beautiful space, very sad to see how empty it was. All of the major retailers have pulled out. A few mom and pop type stores remain, as well as a few good food options but overall it's kind of a graveyard. Very sad. Very beautiful.

Our daughtern’law was a vendor at The Gateway Market, super cute and fun! Very hot tho, but they splash pad was going so it cooled it a little. We grabbed a few sodas at Rocket Fizz, best candy store! I love The Gateway Mall!
I booked the space and then ended up not being able to use it (we had too many people RSVP) but Shala's support and customer service throughout the entire reservation, cancellation, and challenging refund process (not her doing) was so amazing that I had to share. Her responses were always prompt and showed that she had genuine interest in giving me the best experience even though I ended up not using the space. Her space is now at the top of my list for the next time I need one.
THE MOST PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL SPACE IN MANHATTAN. Walking into the Quest Workspaces at 48 Wall Street is a welcoming and cosmopolitan experience. Their business services are an exemplar of executive suites and the amenities are a refreshing delight. Having enjoyed this locale for several years (and for many more to come) it is highly recommend and I hereby give the staff the TEN stars they deserve!

Stopped by because a friend recommended and so happy we did! Fun atmosphere, friendly and fun staff, delicious drinks… can’t ask for much more. I got the seasonal drink that pairs strawberry + cold brew and my husband got a latte. So good we stopped by again the next day for traditional cold brews. There are alternative milk options, indoor and outdoor seating and the food looked incredible but we didn’t get chance to try.
I love the space at 48 Wall Street. It's a quiet and stylish work space. Very well decorated. Plenty of coffee and tea to keep you going throughout the work day. They offer fruit infused water daily for healthy hydration. Tim and Sunny will make sure you have everything you need to flourish and be productive while working. I've only been here a few weeks and I already love the culture they've build here at 48 Wall Street. Everyone is very professional but also friendly and fun. Couldn't ask for a better space for my office. Did I mention they have fruit infused water?

Our organization (Hear Your Song) has had an incredible experience with Quest Workspaces at 48 Wall Street. The space is neat and quiet, the kitchens have everything you could need, and the amenities such as the sound-proof booths, conference rooms, and small meeting rooms have been so useful to us. Most importantly, Quest's staff is so warm and generous. Sunny and Tim are two of the kindest people I've ever met, and they are always going above and beyond to help people out in whatever way they need. I couldn't recommend this office space more!
When your coffee friend tells you to go to a coffee shop, you go! This award-winning shop is beautifully designed and is undeniably popular from the line it had out the door! Being in this environment alone was really inspiring, but I also really enjoy my coffee and the pastry. They had some really interesting drink combos that I haven’t seen before, so extra points for that. If you’re in the Downtown St. Pete area, I highly recommend visiting this beaut 😍
We went there for the Exotic Car Show and it was a blast! The mood and feeling of Gateway in general was pretty cool. I haven't been there for a long time and certainly not at evening. I recommend it is a great place for date nights and for family. Something for everybody in a great atmosphere!
I haven't been here in years, and all i can say is the way they remodeled and painted the place is outstanding. The atmosphere is lively and is even better at night. There was even car shows. I wasn't able to visit most of the shops, but either way, it was great to venture back into the gateway born anew.
This center is exceptional ! I had the huge pleasure to host my book signing there. The owners Ana and Brandon were hands on and made this experience so smooth. They connected me with amazing vendors, decorated the room and made me personalize items to add glamour, class and style to my event.

I have only been to the gateway a handful of times, but everytime I have been it's been an awesome experience. Yeah you're gonna have your homeless around the area that is a city feel gonna leave politics out of that. You are also gonna have some loud drunks from time to time that's what you get with amateur drinkers, I remember my first beer too. All in all a great place to host events. Great stores and entertainment around. Keep the flow of social interaction get off your phones and go mingle in society.
Stopped here for breakfast during a one night stay in St. Pete. The design is beachhead art deco. The Ethiopian pour over coffee is the way to go even with tasty options of lattes and coffee cocktails. We had the kimchi hash and the mushroom BLT. Prices are a bit high but you can appreciate the quality and freshness of the ingredients. Bustling and pretty loud, but a spot outside proved just right for reading in the sunshine.
This place has called me 15 times in one day for literally no reason. Just to call and hang up. I have told them to stop and it’s completely unacceptable. I would not do business with them if that’s what they do to people.
I love the friendly staff here; they are always smiling and offering ways to help ease my stressful days. It’s a very clean and welcoming space; a perfect place for your Zoom calls and meetings. They have beautifully decorated walls in the meeting rooms with super thick walls (they’ve been tested) so no one can hear any of your business dealings. I would highly recommend this space for those looking for a “home-y” vibe in a very productive atmosphere. I especially love Sunny who is here every day and always so reliable and supportive on a personal and business level..shes the best! I wouldn’t want to work any other place.

Hyattsville Business Center is a fantastic option for professionals in this area! The space is clean, spacious, and quiet. The snacks and availability of the refrigerator and sink are extra perks. You can't beat the location; there are so many GREAT local restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. This is a perfect place to work and schedule a meeting with a client, while also having options to take them to one of the restaurants in the area.

I've been in this office space for over a year now and I always recommend it to my friends and clients. It's perfect for someone looking for home vibes in a busy work atmosphere. Walls are super thick which is perfect for all my calls. The whole space is always clean, bathrooms left immaculate and most importantly, the staff is the best! Always friendly, always helpful and willing to accommodate in any way possible. Love the team, it's my home away from home : )
We have been in our space a little over 2 months and I couldn’t have been happier with my decision. I had toured several other office spaces prior to this one and the office manager, Karen made us feel so welcomed and answered any questions that we had. Even now she is always welcoming when we enter the suite and helpful in any questions that we may have. The overall office suite has a shared kitchen and availability conference room which is always very clean and for the most part extremely quiet. Didn’t even want to write the review as I wanted to keep it a secret —please check out oasis the best
The office manager, Karen Fuentes, was very helpful with assisting us as potential clients with touring the facility located in Beltsville. The offices were clean and spacious. The amenities were explained in full and shown to us as well. We were offered a number of choices for office space including a corner section of the floor she was managing which may become available in the future. The visit was professional and informative.

I moved my law office to Quest at 48 Wall Street about three months ago. I could not be more pleased that I did! The space is absolutely beautiful, clean and quiet. The rent is fairly priced. The energy of the space and that of the staff is incredibly positive and it's been a joy to come to the office. Tim, Tanya and Sunny are friendly, so helpful and extremely professional. They really make the atmosphere a vibrant and happy one. Come to Quest-you won't regret it!
I was so impressed with Karen. This was the 2nd Oasis office space I visited & the Office Manager from another location called her & informed her before I arrived. Karen was extremely friendly & knowledgeable about my concerns for office rental. I appreciate her walking around to the different amenities the building offered.
Super fun place for kids basically any age. Went on a Sunday and it was pretty slow there so that was good since my daughter is only 2. She went to every station they had and was loving it. They have a little house with a kitchen and all the appliances, a farm with a life sized horse in a stable and then a mini market with registers to check out. Super cute! My daughter had a blast. Will definitely be back.

It was a wonderful experience to have my LEE prganization workshops in such a good vibe space. Terrace was so a wonderful place to take a fresh air breath.
I just moved into my office a month ago and I have nothing but good things to say! The prices are good, it’s quiet, has a nice kitchen/lounge area, and it’s clean. The manager Karen is very respectful and has great communication as well. She answers any questions I have and made sure my moving in process was easy! I definitely recommended this building!

terrible experience at the dc location on 14th st. wouldn’t recommend this at all. the staff constantly berate you for trivial rule following and don’t let you carry out basic business operations. pathetic experience, and the facility is majority empty, so i think that lack of business corroborates that well. technology also barely works in most conference rooms. better off at a wework or even a coffee shop lol.
I was a member of Creative Colony and loved my time there. The space is beautiful with plenty of desks that are easy to reserve, a phone room, a conference room, and even a soundproof space to record podcasts if that’s something you’re looking for. The other members are friendly and respectful of each other’s spaces. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to work and are tired of doing so at the home office!
I was lucky enough to work out of the Open Gov Hub for nearly 6 years. It’s a fantastic community and a beautiful place to work. The new space is even better designed for quiet work time as well as for collaboration across like-minded individuals and orgs — bigger, brighter, and with a patio to get outside! Highly recommend for individual hot desks, space for small to medium-sized orgs, or anyone looking to host an event.
I love working at The Hub. I have been using the space since the fall of 2021 and the staff have done a great job of keeping it Covid-safe and as an active co-working community.
I have been at Oasis office for a little over a year and so far my experience has been good but with a few hiccups. However, management finally took care of my concerns and things seem to be much better. Whenever an issue arises and I communicate that to the staff, the communication tends to be good and eventually things are resolved. Honestly, if you are a new small business and looking for a good place to get going without a bunch of rift raft in the workspace, this is a good location to start at! The rates are good and that definitely helps to keep overhead low. I rate it a 4 because of the past issues I had with the AC and complaining over and over and took forever to be fixed. It was so hot in my office during the summer! When they finally installed the AC some small damage was done to my furniture but I appreciate that Kapil had it repaired and it seems like the ac is working now, looking forward to cooler days this summer!
Nice space with great location and green/ sustainable practices. Appreciated all the drink and snack options. Wish these guys had more locations nationally. Staff was very nice and location was central to most dc stuff. Food was also very good although there were not a lot of options the food was well prepared and fresh. Lots of health precautions and very clean.
OGH has been a key home base, partner, and supporter of our organization. Not only is it a great co-working space (with great amenities) but it is an incredible community. Whether your an individual, small nonprofit, or larger organization working to make the world a better place - this is the community you want to be a part of.
The Hub is a great co-working space! From the leaders who manage the space, to the caliber of events held at the space, to the really cool organizations and companies that are members, the Hub is a great community to be part of! I especially appreciate all the COVID measures the place has taken — makes me feel very safe with all the precaution. I highly recommend the Hub as a working space!

Wow I cannot say better things about this co-working space. The staff is amazing and so helpful with anything you need. They have breakfast daily, snacks, and happy hour throughout the week! They also host small events to keep the offices buzzing and to get to know the other companies throughout the building.
The offices themselves are very large and the furniture provided is quality. The walls are thick so you never have to worry about having hearing a neighbor on the phone or anything. The views are amazing- you can see all the way to Big Bear on a clear day and Santa Monica in the other direction.

Ok let's be real, it's an office, and it's a really nice office. But what I can guarantee is that it has a better office staff than anywhere else in this town. You are treated like family here at Industrious by Jaycee, Praynka, and Lindsay. They go above and beyond the call of duty at all hours of the day. I probably would have moved out of here a long time ago if it weren't for them. So, Industrious corporate, take note, this is how you should train anyone who works for you. A+, 5-star, best of the best. (If you really want a criticism, it is, at the end of the day, a shared workspace...thus you share a kitchen area...and a microwave...meaning you share it with the lady who microwaves fish). But in all seriousness, it's a great space to work and even feels like a home away from home when you want to smash your head on the keyboard after a long day of work.
This is my first experience with Industrious/co-working office space, and so far it exceeds our expectations in terms of organization, work environment and communication with Industrious staff members.

Having worked as a private practice attorney for seven years, I was attempting to make a transition into a public policy career and needed to find a way to structure my transition and get a lot done without getting overwhelmed or discouraged. What should probably have been an anxious and challenging time was instead a really fun, pleasant experience --- largely because I spent each day at Creative Colony. I must have sent out over a hundred networking emails while sipping the French Press coffee, and I thoroughly enjoyed working in such a well-designed space with friendly, ambitious people. Shala, the founder, has a real eye for design and all the small details are *just right*:
- There is lots of light, including natural light from the windows
- The furniture and artwork are orderly but warm
- The WiFi always works, and printing is easy
- The coffee is great
- There are several places to have telephone conferences in private
- It's a secure facility
- There is plenty of desk space and comfortable chairs for reading
All in all, I feel confident saying that those of us who were fortunate enough to find this place are very grateful that it exists. The pricing is very reasonable as well. Great spot!!!

I love this place! Even though I have a home office, I find that working at the Colony provides many benefits. Tiffany and Shala are very welcoming, accommodating, and community oriented, as are the other members.

I usually work from home, so the Creative Colony is great for when I need to be fully "in the office" and dive into a big project without the usual distractions. Just enough buzz to keep me focused, but not enough to get me sidetracked. I can chat with the others if I want, or stay focused in. I have met some great people at the happy hours, and I even got a client referral from one of my fellow Colonists!
Quiet yet quaint and the surrounding restaurants will make you faint! The colony is at the top of my list of best freelance spots around the DC area. I would add the word "community" in a remix of the name, because the events and happy hours catered to freelance professionals focus on the very essence of what co-op's should be.
