Went to the store after viewing their IG for the last 6 months, finally made it to the store with intentions of buying living room and bedroom furniture in CASH. I get in the store with 5k in my purse and NOT ONE PERSON came to help me after walking around for 15 minutes so I turned around and left, and no one tried to stop me or anything . So I went to living spaces and got just what I needed! NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE GAS COMING to that hole in the wall

I went in yesterday morning for my first time ever I was lost at first but thanks to Blanca she helped me out the whole time I was there very sweet and professional. I’ll definitely be going back thanks to her.
Such an amazing experience. We went in looking for a watch for my husband and ended up taking more stuff. We came across Anabel Cervantez which made us feel comfortable, not pushy like other sales people. She answered all of our questions with professionalism and made our experience hassle free. Even though we had her walk back and forth she never gave us attitude. Definitely, asking for her next time we shop! Thanks Anabel.
Store was hot Employees where not helpful. On line the store had the items Employees said they could not find it. I ordered it on line while in store. The Employee who was by himself in the pick up area was very helpful a very nice young man name Nathan. I still can believe that one person by themselves was more helpful then the 6 standing around doing nothing. Store was not busy and they still didn't help
I’ve never been to a Target with so many locked items and employees ignoring. What was supposed to be a quick trip, now has me waiting 20 minutes till I just decided to go somewhere else.

Walked in looking for beach toys. There were none. Very roomy store. Quiet. Was able to walk in and out with just a small wait time at self check out. The musician in the parking lot was awesome. Played my request immediately.
Elias in electronic sales has a great customer service. He helped me choosing the right Smart TV. Very professional, patience and attentive. Not only he helping me with my new TV, but he also helped me with a sectional sofas. He explained about factory coverage insurance and also if I was interested in purchasing additional insurance. Overall, I highly recommend Elias for any purchase anybody might want. Thank you Elias! 🙌🏼

Great customer service! Ivan from electronics was very kind. Ivan helped us out through our purchases, and gave us all the information we asked for. He helped us make three great purchases, and made sure to explain the purchase. He also gave us a few tips, and was very professional, but still funny.
I encountered Poor customer service by and employee and the supervisor in electronics. I was very disappointed and discourage from coming to this @target store again. I wanted to price match and use a coupon from my red cart wallet app which the issue wasn’t with the system or the app but more a choice of the employee not allowing me to do both, no where in there disclaimer or the app gave me an issue it was once again the EMPLOYEE and she said also mention is was the store choice as well and that she had receive and email not to allow customers to do this.
Easy Sunday drive. Free hot dogs summer weekends 1pm-5pm (we missed it!). This store has a very wide variety of options; baby stuff to huge TV's. Their prices are very good, less than department stores, they guarantee it! They offer credit o.a.c. The staff greet at the door, are very friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend this store location for those looking for designer accessories, clothes, electronics (Portable A/C), Apple Air-Anything, computers, and beyond!
Employees don’t respond to the sensors for items that are locked behind the glass. When you find and ask an employee if they can open the glass they just say to press the button. Terrible customer service. You should definitely shop somewhere else.

A couple of days ago I went with the intention of buying some sunglasses and the truth is that the attention from the girls left a lot to be desired, first I was standing in front of the counter for almost 10 minutes looking for someone to help me and the three ladies who were there They totally ignored me, I went up to one of them who was in the perfume stall, I greeted her and asked her about the sunglasses, first she completely ignored me, when I asked her again she turned to look at me with disdain and only told me that she was busy, that there were other ladies who could help me, of the other 2 ladies, one of them was only standing in front of the mirror looking at herself and combing her hair with her hands, I approached her and asked her if she could help me and she only told me that she was busy (because combing your hair with your hands is more important than customers apparently) and I call a third lady who for a change with a very bad face and bad attitude opened the glasses rack, I asked her a couple of questions about the glasses and asked her a suggestion to choose one and the way he responded made me totally unwilling to be in that place, it seemed that he was not interested in selling anything, I just thanked him for his time and left. The truth is that I no longer have the slightest intention of going back to a store that provides that type of service to customers and I’m even thinking of canceling the account. I would give it less stars but it cannot be less than 1 because of her very poor attention.
In a spur of the moment visit to Alexandria, found this quaint little shop that turned out to be nice surprise. Bruce was in the store and helped us find the perfect fabric for our special chair. We’ve been looking for the prefect fabric to match the elegance and design of the chair but couldn’t find the perfect one, until we found Bruce. Here it is…all done and ready for no one to sit in it 😂. Thanks for the help and professional recommendation on design…it’s beyond perfect now!

A friend told me they were approached by targets secret security and were pulled out of line and falsely accused of shoplifting/suspicious behavior last Sunday. After proving their purchase to the idiot left alone on Sunday (security) via ANOTHER target employee AND with receipt, this target employee let his sensitive ego get the best of him and violated my friend’s rights as a customer and refused additional purchase of items. When asked for the employee’s name or for a supervisor, target employees gave bogus and unprofessional answers. I have been going to this store for 10 years and will never visit it again. I wish it had happened to me because my lawyer would have been called before I left the store. Whoever left that boy alone that Sunday should probably make sure they don’t keep violating customers rights. Zero stars.

She was very Kind , Sweet & Very Helpful answering all my questions even about other brands. She explained how the Sexual Perfume was coming up & sampled everything and really LOVED IT! Her Attitude, Charisma & Vibe persuaded me to buy a few and my Wife and Mom Loved them . I will DEFINITELY return . Thank you Sandra .

We love this store! They have gorgeous furniture and accessories and since it is a local store, the pieces are unique. The prices are really reasonable and the quality is great. We always start here for anything we need for our house and have always been thrilled with what we purchase. Trini is very helpful and we have loved working with her.
EVERY single time I go to this location they NEVER have shopping carts in the store, even in the middle of the day when it is not as busy. They do have plenty of employees standing near the front entrance looking lost and like they have nothing to do and they don't care. It's a shame they don't care enough about their customers to keep carts readily available instead of making us go search the parking lot for one.
I am not from the area, and as it was on my way home, I decided to stop by. The restroom was dirty. However, they were cleaner than the milk section and didn't smell as horrible as the milk section. I have never been to a target with such a foul smell in the refrigerator section. The check out line was fast, which was a plus. I went a week ago.
Horrible customer service. Spoke with a representative by the name of AGUSTINA in the payment dept. She was so rude, all I wanted to do is to make a payment on the account even tho my payment is not due till next month. She stated she couldn't give me any info. Not only was her strive horrible, I had to talk to her in Spanish so she could understand I was trying to make a payment BEFORE MY DUE DATE. Some of the reps need better customer service training. I asked for a supervisor and she rudely hung up on me. Called again and was answered by DAVID he was nice and took my pymt. How hard was it to do a simple task. Never again am I buying anything from here. Still have the other half of my house to furnished, taking my money elsewhere.

Great store and great prices I went to the store looking for a mattress and I was extremely surprise with the variety of mattresses and the quality. The price and the help was really good. Visiting from out of town and decided to walk King St and shop the boutiques. This place is filled with all kinds of items, perfect for gifting or for treating yourself. Everything from Declaration of Independence rocks/pint glasses to themed match boxes. Staff was so friendly, the store was clean and well stocked. There's a small clearance section. Some items are a bit pricey but there were price points as low as $4 and others on the higher end. When I went there was a clearance sale on Christmas items and I got these adorable Alice in Wonderland felt ornaments. Their self care/body section was filled with quality salts, lotions, soaps and serums. I spent a good 30 minutes shopping their small store so that I could enjoy everything they offer. If you're looking for something unique, local and quality, check them out!
Unbelievable poor quality sofa! We can not believe how quickly (after 1 year w/ just two adults) it has deteriorated. No help from the store in Alexandria! Never again.
I was there yesterday and I purchased a popsicle and asked for my receipt. It wasn't until this morning that I realized that they charged me sales tax. They can't do that as the popsicle is cold food and I didn't eat it inside, there are no tables or chairs. How is this posible? I tried to call them to advise them about it using the number on the receipt and it goes directly to voice mail, which is full; then I tried to call them at the phone number on Google and it is the same story. It is unfair and illegal they do that. I'm considering reporting them to the proper authority.
Julian was beyond helpful and patient as my wife and I shopped around. He answered all our questions (and we had many) in regard to the products we were interested in getting. It took us about 45 min to look and shop around and Julian checked in to see if there was anything we needed. He was very knowledgeable regarding the products we purchased. The customer service provided was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend you ask for Julian if you need any help or information.

Very cute store in the old town Alexandria area! There are a lot of neat products here, and so much variety to look at. Some things are a little pricey here, but definitely work stopping by and checking it out while in the area! Glad we stopped by. And it goes back pretty far - it's larger than you might think!
Loved this store! It'll be on my list of places to recommend.

Purchased a vanity, it was delivered and assembled and there were damages. Let the lady at the store know that there were damages and she said she would not have a problem replacing it. A month later a new one was delivered and the drawers did not open properly. A video was sent to the lady at the store and she said she would be issuing a partial refund. After having numerous issues with the vanity and expressing my concerns the lady at the store, she stopped responding. She was probably hoping that the issue would just be dropped and she would not have to deal with it anymore. This is terrible customer service.

It's really tough to find affordable furniture these days. I traveled all over Pacific Blvd for a good deal on a Sofa / Love set. Yadira at Mundo Click came to the rescue! Not only did she give me a great price, she broke down my purchase to a few very affordable monthly payments AND she had the furniture delivered to my home quickly while taking out my old furniture. Thanks Yadira!!!!

Some really beautiful pieces in here! Not the typical "made in China" junk we're stuck buying in most furniture shops (and waiting 6-9+ mos for the pleasure of delivery). I purchased a couch, two arm chairs and a console table (made in North Carolina) and was able to arrange home delivery the following!

This target has a good alcohol selection. I can't speak for anything else because I didn't go in there for anything else but alcohol. If you're reading is right now you probably think I have a problem but I don't I'll just enjoying the weekend so be sure to check out the alcohol section because it's pretty good.
I absolutely love Random Harvest. I have purchased many items from them even when living in San Diego. Our yearly trips to Alexandria was never complete without a visit in and puchases. I now just relocated to Boston and I am waiting on a furniture shipment from them.

I had a very strange experience here on may 21, 2022. Walked in looking for armchairs (ready to buy some, too). The salesperson was helping someone else. Fair enough. After many minutes (5-7?), and no sign of her saying anything like “I’ll be with you in xyz minutes” I asked “should I come back, or ..?” “Sure you can come back” was her response (I guess I was expecting: “I’ll be with you in xyz minutes.”) The customer said “oh, I’ll just be a few seconds.” So we waited, and when she was free, I said “I’m ready for a sales pitch on those chairs.” I was told there really wasn’t a sales pitch, was given some very basic information, and informed that I could do my research on the web if I wanted to know anything more (I was hoping for a little info on the story behind the firm, who makes their pieces, and such). I really felt dissed. I do know I can do research on the web, but if I’m standing right there perhaps the salesperson could have done me the courtesy of giving me a tear sheet, a card, a brochure, something? I left wondering if there was a ethnic element to her response? That I was wearing a mask and she thought I was “liberal”? In any case, I left wondering why I was a person not worthy somehow of spending time with.

Ended up calling back a week later to order more furniture to add to our bedroom! I bought a new matress and box spring (not memory foam , not refurbished) in December 2021 and it sunk in on tge aide I sleep on already I paid $500. I only weight 140lbs. Bad quality for the price I am very disappointed that I will need to buy a new matress else where
I ordered custom couches choosing my own design, color and size. The quality over exceeded my expectations. The customer service experience I had was excellent as well. Friendly staff and timely delivery considering the current delay with Covid.

I want to thank Mundo Click for allowing us to get our fridge, stove, washer and dryer to out new home. It is very affordable and very great customer service was provided. Very nice people to work with they help you out to make sure you can get everything you need without having to do much so im so greatful to have gone there then anywhere else. Here is two pictures of my appliances that i got even my fridge still has the plastic on it but everything is brand new works perfectly fine. If ever have a problem I can always contact them and they will take care of it. The payments are very flexible they work with us and always there to assist with any questions or concerns that we have. I want to thank them so much for being so amazing with the customers and making us feel like we were at home when trying to figure out what appliances were more affordable to us but they offer serveral opinions and work with you till the end so everything works out good. I highly recommend this place to all friends and family to get their appliances there as well without having to get to a situation where you can get cant pay for what you're looking for.
Beautiful table!! Bench comes in handy with the kids and it’s so easy to clean and just aesthetically pleasing. It was also really easy to out together and had no struggle what so ever putting it back together. Bench fits more people than you can imagine !!
This is a great gift shop. Definitely something for everyone here. The woman at the register was very nice. Some items are very pricy and others are affordable, so seems like this place will fit most budgets.

Associate Joel gave me and my husband great customer service. He answered all of our questions and knowledge us more with some of the new items newest devices. The new location looks great. Though the place is smaller, the prices are still affordable. I will definitely go back and recommend this place to family & friends.

This is the only place on the planet that I would go to for slipcover fabric; and all types of lamps and accessories. Everything in the shop is of the best quality and the owner has exceptional taste. He has helped me decorate two homes and been an architect for a renovation of a third.
This place closes at 8pm. I arrived at 7:36pm, even called to make sure they were still open and what do I see when I arrive?.. locked door lights dimmed and there cash box at the counter no one in cute. Big disappointment

This is an amazing store. It is the place to go to for almost any occasion that you may need a gift including high quality souvenirs from your DC/VA experience. They carry wonderful tea towels that include ones depicting your university or state. They have a wonderful selection of soap and locations, specialty themed books, pillows and tee shirts along with fantastic greeting cards and children’s section. This is the perfect store to pick up and item or two to fill out that gift basket, VA/Alexandria themed item or hostess gift.
Wonderful custom made furniture. The female employee is so knowledgeable of all the furniture displayed in-store and in the catalogues. Prices are hard to beat considering the quality of the product are second to none. I've purchased a dining room table with 8 high chairs and 3 dressers. Merchant offers prompt local delivery. I definitely recommend this furniture store and their quality products. The store moved a few years back so make sure you have their correct address.
I love this store and the owner. Amy has exceptional taste and she cares about her clients. She has gone above and beyond my expectations in helping me decorate my home. Amy also has children, so she gets balancing beautiful design with messy little ones. I remember as a child, running and getting things from the Market Square shop, silver polish, candles, napkins, fabric samples etc. My mom would park outside and I would be sent to pick up these items.
