Was not worth it at all. Go with making your own shirts cheaper online and you'll have a better turnout.

Extremely unprofessional!! I called a day ahead the day prior to get business cards printed for an event. The man on the phone was not friendly but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. I placed my order for the next day. I arrived for pickup and the man in the shop couldn't locate my email. Then AFTER I waste my time resending it to him, he tells me he can't print it on the day of. Which is why I placed the order the day prior!!! Which left me with no cards for a business event.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Hallwear and I must say, I was very impressed with their services, especially with my last minute order. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and they were able to help me with a last minute gift for 5 senior athletes, that was needed in less than 2 hours. It was clear that they truly care about their customers and are dedicated to providing the best possible service and product.

We ordered a sweatshirt and hair bow for our daughter through Hallwear. We were blown away by the quality of the items. Our daughter is in kindergarten currently and I wouldn't be surprised if the monogrammed bow lasts through her entire K-12 career.
There is nothing better than a personalized gift which is why I always go to Hallwear to pick out the perfect gift for a friend or family member. Everyone loves apparel and it is always fun to go talk to the staff and pick out something school-spirited/ unique/or one-of-a-kind for a loved one. Sometimes I go in unsure of what exactly I want (like before Halloween this year- I just knew I wanted a Halloween shirt of some sort). The incredible staff showed me a variety of decals, and I picked out a shirt to my liking and I walked out of there minutes later with my custom shirt, literally made especially for me.

I called Hallwear with my shirt design in my head- but no idea how to make that idea into an actual wearable article of clothing. In a few minutes Carmen made my idea into a design, guided me through shirt styles and sizes and emailed me a mock-up for approval. The shirts are absolutely what I imagined and then some- the design is spot on, the colors vibrant, and the fabric is high quality. Most importantly the shirts are in hand in time for our event. Incredible service!! NYC Fast Print was able to do a same day last minute holiday card order with an affordable rush fee. The quality and service was exceptional. We will definitely recommend and use them again!
These guys turned it out for us! We had an event this weekend and needed two shirts printed. They got the job done in less than 3 hours and the colors are exact! We use Neon fluorescent pink in our design and we’re worried the print may not be able to print that. It did and we are thrilled! Very responsive and very grateful for this team.

Rude customer service, they rush/yell at you as If your asking for a favor! They’ll state they do anything, and once request is made, it’s “oh we don’t do that”. So stop saying y’all do anything. Waisted my time driving to the store from Long Island, and called ahead of time to confirm what I was asking for. On top they want all the money upfront with a 2 week turnover time. Yeah ok!

Recently open a finess facility in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Wanted to order merchandise that displayed our logo. Heard about Big Bang Screen Printing from a neighboring gym. Michael was very easy to get in touch with, and invited me to his warehouse in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. He offered me very helpful suggestions, and was very eager to assist me with my requests. To my delightful surprise, I received my merchandise two days early, and it was hand delivered personally by Michael. I am beyond satisfied with the printing results, and I will definitely place additional orders through Big Bang Screen Printing in the future!

Mikey went above and beyond in making sure my order was delivered on time and pretty much beat every price I was quoted which was just an added plus. If you need any type of t-shirts, sweater, tank tops he is your guy. He always answered my texts no matter what time it was. I used Big Bang after I had a horrible experience with New York City Ink when dealing with my client, Tarzan Tree Removal. The owner, Michael, was able to fix the other companies mistake by delivering me shirts efficiently, quickly and top quality. He is so easy to get in touch with, as he always returning my phone calls within an hour. Each season when I need new shirts I either shoot him a email or text, he sends me an invoice within an hour and the shirts are delivered that same week. I would never work with another vendor!
Big Bang Screen Printing did a great job of a first order of t-shirts for my company Beat The Bomb in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Michael was really easy to work with, he even improved my design with some 'distress' on the logo, and they shipped the shirts really quick. Our Hockey team was very happy with not only the turn around time, but the quality of our jackets and the prices. The font of the team name on the back of our jackets looked exactly like the picture we gave them. I bought a team hat from them about 7 years ago and have washed it a few times. It still looks new! This place is terrible!! My order should've took two weeks and instead took two months. The lady was constantly on her phone. If you walk in right now chances are, SHES ON HER PHONE!! Anyway, the jacket came out nice but the customer service sucks so if you have no patience for bs than don't come here!!

I have worked with Frank at Manhattan Screen Print multiple times and cannot say enough good things about his work ethic and dedication to outstanding products. I use MSP for both on-site screen printing and standard orders for branded / logo t-shirts, and the results have always been top notch. Frank can customize your production and provide best possible quality items suitable for your specific needs. What is even better is that the turn around time. These guys are really fast. We referred a screen printed shirt order for our valued customer to Apple Imprints Apparel, Inc. We pre-payed by check & placed our trust in Mary Poissant, manager & Lina Shelton, sales rep. BIG MISTAKE. The team shirts order was clearly specified in writing to ship in exact quantity yet Apple shipped it late and missing 4 shirts plus 2 wrong sized shirts. To make things worse Apple never informed us so we were blind-sided by our customers complaint. I urgently contacted Lina & Mary who ignored me for 12 days while my customer had 6 team members playing games with no shirts. When I finally spoke with Lina she apologized & promised to ship the correct shirts immediately. 4 days passed & she did nothing. When I spoke with Lina again she apologized again & stated she can't understand why Mary Poissant won't fix the mistake. I then emailed Mary a few times until she finally replied a few days later. She flat out refused to produce the rest of the order that she owed knowing how desperate the team was. She did promise to refund us immediately but never did. We refunded our customer yet lost their future business and their trust. To make things worse, we just found out that Apple failed to follow clearly written shipping instructions to Canada so we received an incorrect bill from Customs for $197.01 Mary Poissant promised to resolve that issue too but, once again, she did nothing. This company has no conscience and no empathy. Be careful.
