Completely dissatisfied. Five years ago they were wonderful with my invoice tickets, and two years ago great with my logo stickers for my truck. Several weeks later called and asked for stickers for my truck and kept being told call tomorrow. Three weeks I was told call tomorrow and I let them know how dis-satisfied I was about the service and they didn’t even make an effort to ask if I wanted they’re service. A business owners posture should always be 100% in satisfying they’re customers. Not sure if if their was a bias against me or not. Now three weeks ago I called and ordered more invoice tickets being they had my logo and templates already and wanted to really give them my business for service and make right on perhaps an honest mistake or Miscommunication. A week after I called and girl told me early next week they will be ready. I called later in that week and was told early Monday morning which was yesterday. I called yesterday and was told early this morning(Tuesday morning) so I called Tuesday afternoon and was told Wednesday morning. It was at this time I asked for owner bc now I’m being given a “run-around”. Owner gets on phone and I wasn’t very pleasant. So he told me he was on vacation, he’s the only one printing products, and if I want the invoices or not for tomorrow, I said yes, bc I need them. It’s for my business. I expected them last week. Than yesterday . Than today. And now tomorrow. Wouldn’t even consider my frustration. Unfortunately if they read they’re reviews they will know I will not be doing any service with them ever again and hopefully they learn something from my little rant when it comes to people, service and professionalism. It’s not ego for me. I was livid. I went to another nearby printing location. Brought my sample invoice and was told will be ready within 24 hours. That’s professionalism. That’s serving the customer. The attitude, the lack of effort or reciprocation for a failed service was just atrocious. You may have your same customers who may spend more money than my $200 for a service product and that’s fine. Good luck on building your clientele with that attitude sir. I’ll be damned if I treat any customer in my line of work the way I was treated. These guys are the best. I had a meeting in the city and had forgotten my materials at a hotel in another city. From 10 PM until midnight they worked with me to remake the piece. Look no further. This is now your print shop. I was in a terrible bind with a big / complicated job at the last minute. Carlos from ABG came to the rescue. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast! He got back to my request within minutes, walked me through the process, had me come in for a view of the mockups (fast), then confirmed all final details of the order before completing an excellent job - quite honestly, I've never had a better experience with a print service. Usually something goes wrong or excuses are made. Not here. You'll love them!

I've used ABG Print for quite a long time for large and small orders. The last job they printed for us, a saddle-stitch booklet, was perfect, as usual, and a big hit at our theater's soft opening. I truly appreciate how nice and attentive they've always been, and they're unbelievably fast when you're in a time crunch. There are massively popular print companies online whose business model incorporates only speaking with a client through email, not in person. That's not speculation; that's written within those companies' public policies. If you're dealing with a company like that, cut ties with those morons immediately and go to ABG Print.

Had a great intro to silkscreen class with Todd. He's an amazing instructor. Very patient and generous with his tips and tricks. It was a 4 week class, one session a week, from t-shirts and totes to paper prints, and I had a blast! Would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try the medium

Manny and his crew saved my butt and I am so thankful my law firm found these people! We called on a late Friday night looking to get literally thousands of documents printed, and when Manny picked up we automatically got this feeling that we were in good hands. He is professional, kind patient, and honest. All we had to do was email the documents and explain how we wanted them tabbed and printed, and it was ready the next day! They were even kind enough to bring their crew to meet us at FedEx. Upon arrival at FedEx, we had a total falling out with that office that refused to take our boxes and we had to get them to buffalo ASAP. Manny was such a genius, he hooked us up with her friends who were couriers that also worked 24.7 as he does. If it wasn't for his connections and ideas I would have never got my documents out in time. All the boxes were neatly packaged and labeled by the defendant's name, rates were also fair with 16 cents a page and 50 cents per tab. He also takes any credit card. I also appreciate the frequent status updates into the late night, his team works hard and I would definitely use them again and again.

I called at 10:30pm on a Wednesday night, requesting a small job to be ready the next day at noon. Carlos took my call, spoke to me personally (how rare is that!!!), and agreed to take on the job; he stayed in touch with me, sent me the specs and payment form, and VOILA! Ray & the BPL staff are immensely kind and helpful. I started regularly going to BPL for transparencies and exposed screens about a year ago and have never been disappointed. Recently, Ray even mixed some fantastic white ink for me to use for printing on shirts, and it's truly the best white ink I have used. Also, BPL is easy to get in touch with and extremely responsive. Long story short, BPL has great customer service & technical knowledge, as well as a clear passion for printing from DIY jobs to bigger jobs. Would 1000% recommend to anyone!

Happened upon this store while in Marquette and absolutely love it! Great selection of candles, soaps etc…. Bought a couple of candles and when I got home had an issue with one (wick/wax). Spoke Ryan about it and he was awesome! Took care of it right away! Customer service was impeccable! Unfortunately, I don’t live close enough to shop in person but I will definitely be ordering items online.

A former employee recommended this place to help me with a project. As soon as I walked in, one of the workers immediately turned me down and said he couldn’t help me because the material wasn’t adequate. He also mentioned how busy he was as he claimed “Friday was Monday” to him. I went around the corner to Narcisos and they took care of me for a low price. The material was able to get printed on and the product came out amazing.

Reply to owner: I’m not upset at the production time. I’m upset that the guy who spoke to me used a bunch of excuses to not do the work. He told me it was impossible. I wanted to drop it off for a week or two, he outright refused to work on it

Great place for unique U.P. clothing. Quality of everything is great. They also sell glasses, coasters, and other knick knack type of U.P. things.
I bought the ladies red and black flannel long sleeve embroidered with the U.P. in white stitching. So cute! The employee working was very polite and helpful. I saw a few more things that I wanted to buy in the future. The quality of the clothing is worth the extra price. I will return. They also offer shipping, but be careful on the sizes. Call ahead to be sure you get the right size. It's great to support a U.P. local store.

Kayrock is an incredible place, staffed by an awesome group of artists and craftspeople. Their prints and artbooks available for purchase are gorgeous, contemporary and affordable; this should be the first place people look to decorate their apartment! We are having a number of pieces framed by Anna (who is also an amazing multimedia artist); her attention to detail and level of service is impeccable. The framing here is gorgeous; it may seem expensive in comparison to a store bought frame but it elevates the work so much that I think it is VERY worth it when a budget allows. The community of people here is very supportive of each other and take so much pride in each other and their own work. This is definitely a business that you can feel great about supporting, and you'll end up with artwork that will bring joy for a long time.

Kayrock has printed thousands of shirts for me over the past few years and they always do a great job. As a graphic designer with varied jobs for diverse clients, I always appreciate the friendly hands-on staff and the easy conversations I have with with Karl about best approach and how to achieve the highest quality results. I honestly consider Kayrock to be a partner in my production stream and tap into their wealth of screen printing knowledge all the time. Whatever you're screen printing, you can trust these guys to do it right. They are super pros.

I printed totes for my business with Sasha. She had them ready on time and there weren't any headaches (usually when i print merch something goes wrong).

Item was out-of-stock, but they didn't tell me. Contact info on Paypal was wrong, so I couldn't contact them.

Needed the tote bag that cost $10 to ship to take less than a month to get here to send again for a present. They had no interest in paying for expediting after their poor service.

My experience with Karl Larocca and Kayrock Screen Printing has been disappointing to say the least. 20% of the tote bags I ordered were printed poorly and I am still waiting for a refund that Karl said he would issue a week ago. This was after much waiting and hounding via email. I am now forced to take them to court due to lack of a response. They will pack up bags that have an image printed on a crumpled tote, off-centered images, and bags with stray ink marks and charge you full price for them. Then Karl will give you no customer service, but plenty of attitude in return. Save yourself the headache and the money and use someone else.

Loved working with Sara at Kingsland Printing. I had tried contacting a number of other printers unsuccessfully. Sara responded to emails and calls immediately, met with us to go over the artwork and produced fantastic results in a timely manner. Will definitely use her again and highly recommend her print shop.

By far the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Their customer service can't answer the simplest of questions(ex. have you shipped my supplies yet? ex. what's the tracking number?). I've waited 4 weeks for my ink and still do not have it. If you order anything, make sure you call because it might be on back ordered(I found this out a week after I ordered supplies).
