This location is short staffed and often out of stock on items. I went for cat food. Other Walmarts have a large, varied selection of wet food. This one has the same varieties every time I go. There needs to be more than one person available for the money transfer department. It is often without an associate and no one fills in if the associate is at lunch, late to begin or on a break. This location needs more carts for handicapped customers.
If I could give this Walmart a negative star I would. The money center is never open and when you ask an employee if it’s going to open they never know and don’t even take the time to ask someone in a higher position to get an answer. The self checkout is for cards only and then if paying cash there is only like 2 registers open with long lines. The laundry soap is now locked up and when I asked an employee if she could open it for me she had attitude. Something has to change.
This place has everything locked up. A thousand cameras and a bunch of new employees and still can’t figure out who’s next in line. Never would I buy anything in the elections department. And when I spoke to manager he just seem to laugh it off and say he was extremely busy. Like as a shopper we not busy. Shouldn’t have to take 1 hour in a store and you already know what you want.

I was last Sunday, September 3, I often visit this store, all the staff are quite friendly and helpful, it is always a pleasant experience, the manager Mr. Ramón is a very kind person and makes sure that the customer leaves satisfied. ..Thank you so much.
Dear Mgmt, can you please enforce your No Pets Allowed policy? I love dogs, but this is ridiculous. Service trained animals don't bark at customers inside stores. These are NOT certified service animals.

I recently visited the QC store, and I was quite satisfied with my experience. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff was friendly and eager to assist, which made my shopping trip enjoyable. They had a good variety of products, and the quality seemed reliable. Overall, it's a very nice store for everyday shopping needs. 👍🛒
This store is CHAOTIC!! Buy online instead, go a size up because the shoes fit small. It is not worth going to visit this store.

Zero star if possible! Horrible customer service and all the employees have a very bad attitude. I was inside the store at 5:30 and they said fitting room is closed. They just don't care about customers
I wanted to visit this location a few times before I gave my opinion well here it goes, after three shopping trips I found the store clean not very organized the employees helpful. The biggest issue when you leave the store there's always a line to exit because your receipt has to be checked, on my last visit I bypassed the lady for this but my boyfriend did not and she told him for us to never return to the store.
Love this brand!! It's always busy but quick to get you checked out.

This store has good discounts and the latest collection of clothing and footwear from Under Armour. I recommend visiting and shopping.
Went there for a few items with my niece and great-niece. Pretty much in and out, but what was especially great was everything we planned to purchase was in stock. Did some browsing and to the self checkout we were. Had to use assistant because 2 items were locked up. Didn't have to wait to long either for them to get the items. There wasn't any issues with the self checkout either. In general I would say it was about the same amount of customers you would expect from Walmart on the weekend.

Walked in randomly and found the entire store buy 1 get 1 free. Dumb luck day one on opening. Got a pair of those limited edition Rock 4 and those new red Currys. They are sexy shoes.

It was so crowded, you could barely walk around and look at items. Long lines. I feel like I got some good deals, but beware: the outlet mall is a tourist trap!

Yeah, it's a Walmart. You see your stereotypical Walmart crowd there. That might be fair or unfair, but you know what I mean. Whatever, cause I shop there too, so I'm not complaining or anything. For me the bottom line is the prices are generally really good. So that's what I care the most about. Furthermore, the curbside delivery service is great. If you plan ahead of time it's really a time saver. If you don't like the clientele, don't shop here. But if you like to save money, you'll get good stuff here.
Walked in looking for beach toys. There were none. Crowded store. It was a Friday night. Lots of shrink-wrapped pallets sitting in the aisles waiting for merchandise to be shelved.

Went there for Downy unstoppable... well.. ask 5 different employees for help in getting one out of the lock up shelf. NO ONE ASSISTED. Went to check out my other items, then saw a manager and explain my situation... he didn't acknowledge my frustration. So he went ahead to get me the item... went back to cashier... was told I have to get back in line.... REALLY!!!! I got so mad, I left the item on the counter and left and vowed NEVER TO SHOP AT THIS WALMART AGAIN!!!! They just lost a customer.
I had a great experience at the store. I was helped by Dylon. She was wonderful. She went above and beyond to search for my size in T-shirts. I will definitely go back and shop there.
Wasted 20 minutes waiting for someone with keys to purchase this nobody showed up walked over to electronics and asked an employee if he could send someone nobody showed then walked to the front entrance and asked another employee if he could send somebody he said they didn’t have radios to call anyone, left empty handed just wasted my time.
I had initially ordered a pair of shoes online and they ran much smaller than other companies I have bought from. The customer support on the phone was extremely unhelpful so I decided to see if it would be easier to go to the store.
However, the store layout is suboptimal and very crowded.
The employees were not engaging and I had to asked multiple people for help before I was able to get someone to get me shoes to try on to figure out the right size I needed.
While the shoes are comfortable, the whole hassle and poor overall customer experience would make me shy away from purchasing from them again

Typical outlet store. Staff are friendly and helpful. Some good deals, other items will set you back a few bucks. Check items over carefully, can find some shirts have snags or stains.
Asked an employee if I could try on a shirt in a fitting room today at 11am, and he said they were closed, and to instead try the close over the clothing I was wearing. Common, what kind of leadership and professionalism is this, I would expect more from a Lacoste store, so I ended up going to Náutica a couple stores down and their customer service skills is always above and beyond. They need to take a grasp on this employee because I shop here pretty frequently and their customer service is pretty poor, and it shows by the emptiness of the store.
We had such a fabulous day there that it's hard to review the facility itself, but everything was fine and we had no real complaints.
For the fifth star, it'd need seating in the West Rink beyond just the couple little benches at the ends, and space for hockey players to air out their gear between games at a tournament. But what was there sufficed, with a bit of creative effort.

I've been in this store several times and I've never felt not welcomed as this time it looks like they hired new sales lady even though it is slow the lady who works here didn't say anything just looked at us me and my friend. As an emigrant I try to not be paranoid about racial stuff but after I saw her reaction with an American dude who came in right after us she was so welcoming and asking if he needs anything that made me feel so uncomfortable

It's not everyday that I write a review such as this. First the basics. Walmart is a hypermarket that offers a lot of products, which include groceries, household products, electronics, etc.. I think the reason why it's so popular is because the prices here are noticeably lower than other supermarket chains. It also has this warehouse feel similar to Costco. But with low prices, there's always a catch, and that is, the Walmart experience may not be the best for some people based on different factors. Also when checking out, they don't accept apple pay and require you to download their app, which brings me to my next point.
This was my first time at a Walmart and I didn't notice that apple pay is unavailable. However, there was one Cashier and I think her name is Mike and she was so patient with me. She doesn't make me feel rushed at all and tries her best to make me take my time. Instead of making the customers behind me wait even longer, she set me aside while I get my payment method ready. She was also very helpful and told me how to pay up using the app. Once I'm done, she becomes charismatic with me. I would suggest placing a reminder to download the app if customers are used to apple pay. But because of Mike's charisma and patience, this place gets 5 stars.

Wife bought some shorts I just Window shopped. I am stocked up at the moment with UA gear, but they usually have pretty good deals here.
What a fiasco/scam! Went to checkout, only to find that both pieces that we thought were on sale, based on UA signage, weren’t on sale. We were so angry we just left the items on the counter and walked out. Manager was very rude. Here’s the thing….we’ve always been avid Nike, Adidas, Lululemon fitness apparel fans. Decided to give UA a try - they won’t get a second shot with us. Really frustrating and infuriating!
Place is always nice for sports wear and camping needs. The friendly welcome wasn't present when I entered the store which is different. Who ever was working that day needs to work on there customer service skills a bit. Other than that I recommend for any outdoor activities in general.
Leave all expectations of decent customer service outside.

Used to be a great gun store but in the last few year they have gone down hill now when you go in for gun supply all the shelves are empty and they don't even ask you if they can order you what your looking for.its more like a hang out fore the people working there and their friends kinda sketchy
It's an ok rink. The price is $20 for public skating which is quite expensive for 80 mins of skate time. You do get a nice view of the river but can be a bit hard to see from the rink as the rink is elevated. Rinks feel a little smaller than most which results in center ice being reserved for private skate lessons. It's the main all year round rink in nyc
This is a great place to shop. It's pretty much always packed, but there is plenty of parking, and they have a lot of product. It is kinda far from me, but it is much cheaper than other grocery stores so it ends up being worth it.
For being in a shady location, I was surprised to find that it has alot of deals and large quantities of products. It's next to one of my favorite stores , Gen X on Decatur. The staff was really nice and helpful.
Same prices as the mall and in some cases way more expensive. Under Armor is pretty over priced and over hyped anyway. The fact that they have $110 sweat pants is insane. They sell shoes worth about $30 for three and four times that price. Hard pass.

Large complex, quality ice, great seating areas. NO HEAT. No heat in the locker rooms, lobby, elevator or bathrooms. No where to get warm unless you happen to be the guy making the pizzas and standing by the oven. Also no hot water in the bathrooms for when you wash your hands.
The guys running the pizza shop/snack bar were very nice. Pizza was good.

Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Even if we didn't buy anything, and the owner knew it, (other than some ammo) he was really helpful and helped my wife try a few guns. We will definitely come back for a purchase after she shoots a few guns and decides on something. Prices are very reasonable as well. The only "problem" is that the store isn't exactly in my way (50 min drive for me).
Thought about it. Seems like a great idea. I laughed when I saw it and feel bad for those who spent money on this. The ad makes it look very cool. In actuality, you're skating around on a small surface and you're right in the middle of people looking at the views. To me it's a scam. My guess is most people purchase without seeing it and are disappointed.

I come here everytime i go to Auburn. I rather buy from Sierra a local family owned store than a box sporting goods store. They will always get my business. Thanks guys.

VERY VERY RUDE MANAGER (He has long hair)... I think he definitely has some problem and he needs to go for diagnosis. I got one shirt for my uncle as a gift... The size doesn't fit and came for an exchange. The store manager said there will not be returns or exchange for CLEARANCE item and he himself said there will be ORANGE color sticker on the tag. The shirt was not kept in Clearance section and there is NO orange color sticker on the tag. HOW DOES CUSTOMER KNOWS ITS A CLEARANCE? Thats the question i asked and he don't have an answer for that. when am arguing on this he lost his control and said that's all marketing techniques. How he had appointed as a MANAGER? GOD Knows. Nice rinks, primarily geared toward hockey, but they don't have seating inside all of them. Expensive parking and the constant stream of noisy hockey players through each rink can be frustrating if you're attending a figure skating event or similar, quieter performance. It's one of the best options for indoor skating in the area, though.
the mall close at 7:00pm today, i arrived at 5:55 the door was closed and the staff come out said they closed. so lazy

Walmart has everything you need in stock and that also goes for the customers. It's advised to be prepared for a fistfight anytime you take a trip to Walmart, but it's worth it. The store is clean and the people who work there are always willing to chat for 10 to even up to 20 minutes! This is the only Walmart near me but I can't wait to visit more.
Cool indoor rink on the piers. Well maintained, spacious. They provide skate rentals and other safety equipment as well. In the evenings, you can watch little kids play ice hockey. Its adorable
The team in this shops is awesome. Very good service, friendly and supportive. My girlfriend had a pair of shoes mixed up (a blue and a black) and two weeks later I was able to exchange it to one full pair without big issues. Reminder - keep your receipts at least until you know you got the right pair ;)

I needed a repair done on my bike, and went to a dedicated bike shop, they spoke to me with total disdain, then asked me for more money than the bike cost me. After that I came to this Big 5 to just get a new bike, I called and they remembered me later that day, the gentleman brought the bike to the front and said it would be there and I could browse as long as I like. Then brought it out to the car, not even making a face seeing we parked far. Everyone in there treated me with respect and was kind, which was nice after the way they looked down at me for not wanting a 700 dollar bike to just get to me school at the bike store. Great store, I'll be coming back.

The negative reviews are true I fear… the general manager, Ramon, suffers from bouts of anger that he needs therapy for. He yells at his employees over little things. Lacoste deserves better. Ramon and some of his employees talk terribly about customers as well. Godspeed you, Ramon. Get well and may your mental health improve, I worry for it.

I just left this store after a quick but enjoyable experience! I was greeted immediately and enthusiastically by the cashier and was asked if I needed help finding anything. I told her what I was looking for and the manager (I assume, he was wearing a tie), directly showed me where the product was and then took 10% off because the box was damaged. Both were so nice and so helpful, even first thing in the morning. Thank you both!!
AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Nolan and Cynthia went above and beyond. They're very Efficient and Courteous. Enjoyed shopping here. Very very poor service. I got one T-short from this store. I didn’t took that T-shirt out of my bag and I went to return that as the color which I got my friend didn’t like that. When I tried to return they said it had marks on it and their is no rag. I tried to explain that I don’t know it had tag or not. I don’t know how the mark came on as I didn’t take that T-shirt out of the bag but they didn’t return it. I mean how insane it is .. I wasted my 60$ on one T-shirt. I cant believe one star is the lowest. 0 stars could t start to explain this store considering the last 4 times i have went here, their doors were closed during regular hours! The last 4 and the last 5 out of 6 times. Would of much rather paid a premium and went to the old kenwood store, than to even think about shopping here. At least the kenwood store would be open during their advertised times. The last time, I showed up at 4:55pm on a sunday. Everyone online says they are open until 6pm, but their sign says 5:00pm sundays. Okay, that stinks for alot of people, but whatever, ive got 5 minutes due to a bunch of lousy workers are too lazy to change hours online. I go to walk in and the door is locked! I asked an employee folding clothes if they had a size 38 in a shirt my wife wanted. They suggested i stand in line at the cash register. Maybe the checkout lady could help. Considering im paying $300 for three shirts, i kind of expect a level of service thats better then Walmart. We just paid for what we already had and walked out. Probably wont be back. If you want to charge premium prices, the level of service needs to match the prices.

Father and son amazing people they take their time with you and make sure that if you ask a question that they answer it in a way that you understand. Very professional yet very personable. And the rates that they charge are very decent not trying to rip you off like other places I’ve been. And extremely honest couldn’t ask for a better gun shop. Or people to work with. I would recommend them to all my friends and I do.
A super center with well stocked. Little bit crowded during covid times. Well maintained and well stocked with ample car parking space. Easily accessible from interstate and main state roads. Tax free makes this store a crowd puller too.

There is one reason really why I’m writing this review though and it’s for the poise, patience and compassion that one of the staff had with me.
I was completely misunderstanding what was happening with the exchange I was doing and was starting to get a little agitated.
However, she was very nice through it all and is well deserving of praise. I wish I knew her name.
She was wearing a flannel type of shirt over a black shirt. She was helping me with a return of a shirt as well as buying some items. I had a gift card haha. She was amazing and I hope that she gets some sort of recognition for her amazing customer service. Thank you!

Awesome shop. They have been my go to for years. Super friendly people once you get to know them. I moved out of Auburn to Sacramento recently and still make the drive to them for any of my gun needs.
Great price points! They offered an extra 40% off for military, teachers, nurses, etc.
My husband got a lot of new workout clothes and a new pair of shoes for ~$150. They have nice pieces, in nice colors, in a great range of sizes, that don’t look like ugly rejected merchandise for the outlet.

Great selection great prices wonderful staff get in for great deals
Apparently they don't seem to understand what value a website is to their customers. Knowing that phone calls can be a real pain to a small store, I just checked the website for the hours of operation. It indicated they were open Saturday. I drove the 30+ miles to make a purchase, and the sign said open Tue - Friday. I just went back to Jackson and spent my money at the local shop there, which was open.

The owner & Son were both very friendly,knowledgeable & professional. Owner cleaned & test fired my Browning Challenger 22 lr pistol. Job was performed in a reasonable amount of time and pistol fires great. I highly recommend this gun store.
All around great. Adam was referred to me by my son Andrew and my friend Forrest. I'm certainly glad I took them up on it. Not being an expert by any means, I came away with an education on both the guns I was there about and left there very satisfied with the experience.
I went here for a hockey game. Parking in the garage is expensive ($33 for about 2 hours) and I'm not sure where else to park. They have a nice large elevator to take you to the rinks and wide stairs if you prefer stairs. When you go In it is a very large open area with tables to sit and eat. The snack bar has muffins, chips, bagels, pizza, garlic knots and some salad choices. Not bad but a few more choices for protein would be nice for our athletes before or after game meal. It is also a little pricey. A regular can of soda was $2. Pizzas start at $19.95 for a cheese pizza but it was good. The East rink where we played was nice because the netting doesn't go all the way around and you can take better pictures of the game. After the game my son said the ice was good so that's a plus. Locker rooms were clean but very small. The pro shop does sharpening and is nice, offering hockey and figure skating equipment. Overall this rink has everything you need to have a great time!

This is hands down the best place to buy a gun or even to gain some knowledge. Ive never felt more relaxed or confident buying any product then I did with Dwayne and Ken. Great service. Nice indoor rink with high quality ice and LOTS of kids learning various stuff. Their rented skates were really comfortable, among the best I’ve had. Perks available for new yorkers.
Great service, helpful with any issues you may come across, and are willing to put up with you not being properly prepared for a purchase. They certainly helped me, which is why BOTH my guns have been through this store.
This is my "go to" spot for any firearm purchase. I have always been treated more than fair when it comes to pricing, then add the friendly service and knowledge on top of it... when I walk out I feel like I owe them!!
I visited several gun shops but thought the staff and inventory were the best at Big Horn, and really was impressed by the knowledge and integrity of the staff, their friendly attitude, their willingness to answer questions and take the time to show me the different models and explain to me what I wanted to know.
