Less than 1 star. Not sure if their main office is in NYC or Philadelphia. Check out their reviews at the Philadelphia location.
For 10 years my money with them has dropped a total of approximately 30%. Yes, 30%. They work thru "financial advisors". I'm sure some FA's are good, but mine has collected his commission and then lost money for me. At least I let this guy and FS only have 10% of my money. Still terrible though. Terrible.
Oh, and my investment is NOT liquid. For years FS has simply told me (when you can get hold of them and not get cut off) that I cannot cash out, and they can't tell me when.
DO NOT invest with these people. Choose your financial advisors well. Better yet, get a Schwab account and actually make your money grow.
Btw, NO WAY anyone is posting a 5 star review for FS. None of those reviews give any facts. They're all plants. Fake reviews. Google should remove them.

After a 25+ Year relationship, they make a mistake and get caught by state tax board, and their response is to fire me as their client because I asked them to cover the cost of their admitted error! They didn’t even have the courtesy to place a phone call - I got a letter.
