Hired a management company called "INDIO Boutique" that are running a property into the ground. The property's in the sticks, not even "suburban" but in a G.U.D. area and they're charging for parking like it's Rockefeller Plaza, charging for every miniscule thing short of oxygen to breathe, and more. Please don't promulgate the undesirability of Edgebrook area by making it more transient than it historically has been, please. People here are naive, but after a few months of being nickel and dimed by fees they'll find $$ to move out of The Redford in no time!!! Be straightforward and FACE THE MUSIC of The Redford having a mediocre reputation and the years it WILL take to smoothe over that....IF THAT can every even happen, given it's a G.U.D. area in general since 1980 or so, LOL!!!! Get RID of INDIO and it's elitist, inflexible policies...get an ESTABLISHED Houston-based management company that meets the needs of the illiterate population who still signs money orders with an "X" which is common in Edgebrook area of Houston...takes money orders and checks for rent payments and doesn't demand illiterate people to be technology gurus...BE reasonable and not GREEDY and you'll succeed much faster in south Houston, Texas!!!!!!!!
