Went there many times andU have to check the dates on some of the stuff for sure. Sometimes U get stuff that is expired or U only get 1 or 2 little bags. Sometimes a lot of it is candy and things not healthy

If you're looking for help from churches you might as well give that up their funds are not focused on people who need them yes they claim to be but when you're living in your car and you're driving Church to church do you know the only person who helped me was an employee she gave me gas money but other than that they're basically useless

Marking my 5th year of joing SBBCLI. From the time I googled a bible based church in LI, NEw York South Bay was at the top of the list. The first time i walked in I felt home and South Bay has become my home away from home since 2017. I met the most amazing Pastors and church members that now became my 2nd family in the US. 🥰😘😍

My wife and I have been blessed to hear The Word for many years at this church. He who has an ear let em hear!
I can never say those words without also hearing my wife echo, “Yes, and we should also be doers of The Word.”
Tip: Do not sit on the sidelines! If you see an area in need of service, bring it up to leadership and use your gifts.

December 11th, 2021 was my first time visiting this place - and the church itself was pretty neat and interesting! It was Do For One's sixth annual Christmas Party celebration - and the first one which was in person after last year's was virtual due to COVID-19.

From the moment I walked into South Bay, I felt welcomed. The church is very much about family and the community. There so many events that bring the congregation together for worship, education and wonderful fellowship. They offer a wonderful children's ministry through high school.

If you are looking for a church family where you can worship and learn about a greater understanding and relationship with God, you will be impressed with South Bay and all that is available.

I have been going to South Bay Bible Church for five years and I never had stopped learning about God . My faith and love for God keeps growing. Pastor Hawley is the most awesome teacher. The Church is filled with the most beautiful and loving people. Fellowship after the service is so uplifting. My whole family's life has changed since going to South Bay. Come to South Bay Bible Church you will be glad did.

I found South Bay Bible Church in my google search engine while trying to find the best church for me, when I entered South Bible Bay church, along with my family I immediately felt my heart leaping with joy as if it was telling me "THIS IS IT, THIS IS YOUR CHURCH!!", till this day I still feel my heart leap every time I enter the church. The Church members are very nice and welcoming. You might say "well everyone is nice at church" and you might be right but what I mean is they are Genuinely nice, and you can feel it. If you have lived in N.Y for a while you know how this state trains your senses, it helps you identify when people are trying to pull your chain or not. The building is very nice, but what is a church without a true man of God, this is when Pastor Hawley comes in, this man of God preaches the word of God without any filters, He isn't there to entertain you but to lead/have/create a solid relationship with the only Son of God Jesus. When the Pastor preaches you feel how the message slowly starts working inside of your soul, revealing all the small rocks that might be blocking your path towards God. If this isn't enough, the South Bay Bible Church also has another Pastor, Pastor Matt. Pastor Matt is, very dedicated to the Church and the members. He will always provide/show you the tools, you will need for your walk with Jesus Christ. Another way this pastor helps you have a relationship with Jesus is with his voice when he sings, the love you feel towards your creator (God) takes over your body and you are left with a revelation of how strong the love of God is and how much God truly cares about you and your family. Overall South Bay Bible Church's main goal is to lead you to have a firm relationship with Jesus, so one day you can go to your Father's house and be able to tell him face to face, God I love you.

I cannot say enough good things about our Church. Everyone there is always so welcoming and caring. My faith has grown tremendously since joining and I am so thankful for Pastor, his family and all the families there that have helped us along this journey. The nursery care is wonderful for our youngest, Ginny really goes over and beyond for the kids. And Kids Club really helped my oldest to understand more and she loves Ms. Kim and Ms. Maria! Also, this year we had a lot of sicknesses in the house and we were so thankful that we could watch it live online. We are so lucky we had a friend recommend it to us!

They help families that are in need of food, I believe they also have some clothing that you can pick from. They do provide some assistance with rent which is only up to about $500 which I am not sure that is very helpful in this area considering the average 1 Bedroom is more than double that.

If you are in need (spiritual,food,social services,help for expecting mothers,kids programs....)so many things just call and they will try to help you in any way.if they don't have the answer to your problem they will tell you where to find it!!! this is the place where I personally felt the love of God without discrimination

South Bay Bible Church is filled with the presence of the Lord! Pastor is an awesome teacher! The worship is filled with beautiful music and voices singing praise unto the Lord! Being baptized here has changed my life ! The people are kind and loving! You will be pleasantly surprised and blessed among them!

I walked through the doors and never looked back! You can feel the love of God in ever inch of FBC!

I enjoyed THE SUNDAY SERVICE

In a nutshell, the best bible based church on Long Island. The best Pastors, the best fellowship I have ever been Blessed to now be a part of. This church is so enjoyable and so spiritually enriched, we travel through 5 towns to get to it. My brother travels through more than 8 towns and more than 25 miles each way. Do not pass up a chance to check out South Bay Bible Church.I Believe, Like myself, you will not regret it.

Friendly and down to earth

I went here today to donate clothes ..and the donation metal boxes were located next to the garbage dumpster at the side of the building. It seems the place is also used as bathroom by God knows who, that place stinks so terribly..and those boxes could not take more clothes because those clothes got stuck..please do something about this. I was so expectant doing something noble but when I saw how donated items were treated...I felt so bad.

The Gospel is spoken here. Pastors are extremely helpful and it is a great place for the youth. Great youth programs.

I have been attending for some time now, and I really enjoy it here, It's a welcoming atmosphere and the congregation is multi-racial and multi-ethnic so you will feel right at home. If you're thinking of visiting, it will be a good time to reflect and experience the presence of God.

You can become a part of a loving family of believers or just come when you want to.
There are 9:00 AM very relaxed classes for Adults or all ages, teens and Children with child/baby care before and during the 10:30 Service. You will find the Pastors are soft spoken and the messages clear. You can ask most any of the regulars questions about the church. We have been there for over 10 years . If you like music you will be delighted with our Choir and singing during the service. Let this serve as an invitation to you.
