I’ve been to this location multiple times and have consistently had good facials with Lauren R. Today, I was offered an upsell for a product that was sitting on the counter when I exited. I declined the upsell, and now suddenly I’m told I have to pay a surcharge for my service. The person, who claimed to be the manager, could offer no written explanation for this sudden change. I’m sure there is some kind of commission gained for selling the products, and since I didn’t bite, they found another way to charge me. I wish I could add a photo showing this “policy”, but as I said, they could not provide anything that justified this new fee.
My hydra facial and derma planing with Nadia was so relaxing and my skin looks and feels super smooth and is glowing!

I’ve used Megan for sugaring and now I’ve been doing hydrafacials. She’s absolutely amazing at whatever service you ask! What a relaxing hour and now my face is glowing! I look forward to seeing her next time for another reboot!
I loved my experience with Jasmine! It was mine and my boyfriends first time getting Botox and we couldn’t have had a better first time. Jasmine was very attentive to detail and made sure we were comfortable with how many units she was using. She carefully mapped out all of our spots that she would think benefits us and gave her honest opinion! I’ll definitely be back to get my services done again from her.
Amazing! The service is second only to the atmosphere. Plans Spa created a beautifuly zen environment that puts you in a calm, relaxing mood for what can only be described as a top notch massage. The spa is nestled in an adorable quintessential Key West style building. If you are looking for a wonderful spa experience, look no further. I will definitely go back again.

Would have liked to get my haircut here because the reviews looked good however good luck getting a hold of anyone. Called them before I came in no one answered decided to go in person and check availability on just a simple trim didn’t need anything to much done. They weren’t to helpful they just told me come back the next day someone might be able to get me. Called the next day too before wasting a trip up there and still no answer. Looks like a nice salon but they are so disorganized, slow with responding, and unless you’ve been going here and know your hairdresser it’s impossible getting an appointment.
I was helped by Jasmine and I truly believe she’s the best of the best out of the rest I’ve met in the industry. She made my first Botox experience a very pleasant one and I’ll absolutely be coming back and making this a regular routine. Please come in and ask for her. I promise you won’t regret it. She will answer all your questions and make you feel very comfortable. I feel like a “NuMe”.🤭

I have been going monthly for hydrafacials and lash lifts over the past 10 months. I love this place and the staff there! My skin texture, appearance, and elasticity have all improved, I get compliments on my skin all the time now! I am partial to seeing Megann because she is amazing, but I have interacted with the other ladies there, they all seem very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend taking time for yourself care and going to skintuition!

This was my first time ever receiving botox and I was very impressed! I saw Lani at the Seattle location. Lani was very professional and ensured that I set realistic goals in regards to the look I desired. She educated me on the different kinds of treatments and the after care following my injections. The procedure itself was fairly painless and over within a few minutes. I will definitely be going back! I will be recommending her to everyone I know!
I saw Lani and had a wonderful experience! I came in for Botox but was curious about other services. She explained different treatment options to address my concerns and I appreciated that she wasn’t pushy and was very transparent about pricing. We decided on filler for my cheeks, smile lines, and chin shadow. The treatment itself went really smooth she made sure I was comfortable each step of the way. I visited NuMe over the weekend and had a great experience. Jasmine was wonderful and did a great job explaining everything I could expect from my service so that there would be no surprises. She also did a great job on the service itself and I can already start to see the results I was hoping for just 2 days later! Jasmine did an amazing job on my Botox, I’m beyond impressed with the results from the technique that she used. We achieved lift in my brows and eyes that other practitioners have not been able to, she really hit the nail on the head. Her application was also spot on, I was so relaxed that I started falling asleep! I will definitely be returning to Jasmine for all my future services, 10/10 recommend.

I love having the membership because it is so convenient, the only down side is it is so hard to ever book my appointment. I always have to book a month in advance and if i do need a last minute appointment it’s most likely not an option. The staff is great the massages are very enjoyable! I just wish they had more availability
My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage and were able to get in the same day we called. Thomas was extremely helpful and kind with getting us set up for the appointment and welcoming us in. We had Emily and Thatcher who both did an amazing job with the massages. We felt very relaxed and rejuvenated leaving! The spa is welcoming and cozy making a great environment to relax in.

Consider NOT doing the membership. Unfortunately, I feel they just rob you of monthly membership dues. They increased the price without notification. It’s extremely difficult to find an appointment. They don’t work with you if you have extra credits and charge you for every little move you make. What is suppose to be a stress free experience has caused more stress than relaxation.
Got a full set of hybrid eyelash extensions. Maria did a great job, it was very quick and painless. Not quite as much volume as I would have liked, but maybe I should have just gotten volume instead of hybrid. Super cute inside and really enjoyed my experience. I'd come back more often if it wasn't so far from me.
Carly is so sweet! She has the most caring, tender demeanor perfect for facials. Attuned well to what my skin needed. I was glowing afterwards !

Very good experience. A spa in Manhattan, right by broadway. We took the general admission, it was nice. Bath with hot water and lemons, salt steamed rooms and so many more. You're given tea and pineapple. They bring you cold water in the sauna too. Very good service. You're pampered like a baby.
I have been coming to Faina for over ten years, it is a relaxing, clean space. The massages and facials are wonderful, and they’re very affordable offering monthly and seasonal specials. Highly recommend.

Brad was amazing! He's a great teacher in addition to being a skincare expert. The facial itself was amazing, but his explanation of how to care for my skin was equally valuable. I was recommended some products but was never pressured or upsold - to be fair, the amount I spent on these products (which are working) is far less than the amount I've spent recently trying random products that never seemed to work for me. Now, my skin looks the best it has in the last couple years. So if you are like me and absolutely lost when it comes to skincare, this is a great place to get a crash course - and an amazing, relaxing facial. Can't wait to go back!

I have to say I hate writing negative reviews and I really try to look at the positive in all things / situations but I hope this review saves someone else from going through the weirdest massage experience you’ll ever have. First off the place is oddly managed and nothing I experienced was professional at all. From them making me pay upfront for my massage, to being stuck in the elevator with a Russian staff who was yelling at another staff through the phone on speaker to go to another floor to get to the massage room, to the masseuse I kid you not GRABBING my hand and pulling me from the elevator not releasing my hand even though I tried to as she pulled me into the room, and then she wouldn’t even leave the room to let me or my partner change out of our robes and get under the towel, my partner is a champ he just dropped his robe and flopped on the bed face down but I just stood there waiting for her to leave and she demanded i get on the bed so I just had to take off my robe and get under the towel right infront of her and the other lady who was going to massage my partner. To make matters worse, I booked a prenatal massage and although she knew I had to be on my side, there was no proper pillow set up and she just made me wedge a few towels underneath my stomach and leg awkwardly while lifting the sheet which totally exposed my bare chest. She didn’t do any proper towel placements for a prenatal massage to ensure my comfortability and privacy, basically having full views of my body the entire massage. I hate even having to write this because she was a sweet and I’m sure she meant well but I was SO uncomfortable I couldn’t even relax to enjoy the massage. I’m pretty sure she even pressed pressure points that you’re not supposed to press on pregnant women.. but I am trying not to worry about that too much. The selling point of the spa is the pools and sauna which my partner wanted to use after the massage but he was told that it wasn’t included in the package. So for nearly $300 we got uncomfortably massaged with light pressure in a bright room in the most unprofessional spa I’ve ever been to and didn’t even get to use the facility. AND they demanded we tip as we were about to leave… The only part of the whole experience that was enjoyable was the pineapple at the end which I could’ve bought for myself at the store for $5. Disgusted, disappointed and sad that my partner and I were robbed of a normal couples massage experience.
Hands down top 3 massage of my life. I was in heaven and wished I had booked for two hours. We came with a Bachelorette party and they were able to open specially for us. We felt so special and pampered. Do yourself a favor and go get one of the best massages of your life!
I just had a great massage with Joseph V. A phenomenally intuitive massage therapist! I instantly felt calm and relaxed. They were strong yet gentle, kind and professional. Also suggested some stretches to help maintain my problem areas at home. Thanks, Joseph!
I recently had the pleasure of trying the Hydrafacial treatment and it was absolutely incredible! I cannot recommend this place enough, especially with Brad as your esthetician. He was not only friendly and professional but also highly skilled. He took the time to explain the entire process to me, making sure I knew what to expect at each step. Would highly recommend !!

My husband and I enjoyed the 90 minute couples massage with Thatcher and Emily preforming the services. Both masseuses did a phenomenal job and provided maximum relaxation. The spa had a very quaint and earthy feel with light essential oil scents and relaxing sounds. Highly recommend checking out Prana Spa if you’re looking for a calm, relaxing experience. You are guaranteed to leave refreshed and ready to conquer the day.
Kimmy was absolutely wonderful. It was my first time at a spa and kimmy made sure I felt comfortable. I was gifted a half day program and I would absolutely do it again. I did the Enhanced Purification Program, full body massage and basic facial. Can’t wait to go back
Hope did an excellent job with my brows. I went with Hope based off the reviews and they were right. She listened to what I wanted and asked all the right questions to get an insight on what I exactly was going for. Love love love her work. And also she is very personable and fun to chit chat with. I recently got a spray tan by Alyssa Conte and she did an amazing job! The salon is absolutely beautiful. It’s very clean and relaxing from the moment you walk in! All of the employees are very welcoming and friendly. Alyssa was thorough on how to prepare for the spray tan and the aftercare. I got the express tan and I love how golden and glowy my skin looks! Definitely recommend Skintuition and Alyssa. Thank you! 😊
This is the best place for wax hair removal! I usually see Stephanie, she's so sweet and very quick and thorough, never misses a spot and makes you feel very comfortable. Nadia is great too!

Jennifer has been fabulous. My eyebrows get compliments daily. She is that good. Life changing actually. Transformed my whole face. Her facials also outstanding. she is the only person that has touch my my face for at at least five years. Micro needling is the best and I can say say I look 10 years younger, honest review and I appreciate her.
Edit: I did not have the best first experience at Faina however I am adding stars because of their prompt response and immediate rectification of the situation. It's clear that they are professionals that care about client experience. Im happy to give it a second try.

I had a great experience at Absolute Precision! Jessica was so friendly, asked a lot of questions to truly understand my skin and customized the facial to fill my specific skin needs. I really recommend!
They do not have the capability to provide massages to their members that continue to pay monthly. There is no availability for massages for months out and what is offered when you call to complain is at times that never works with your schedule. In the last year they have canceled more than 50% of the massages I did schedule due to employees quitting or deciding not to work. The only solution they can provide is to pay $20 a month to keep membership active while not accruing any benefits.
I have had 4 massages scheduled and 3 of the 4 have been canceled the day before. Each one I booked a month in advance. Super unprofessional!

The Thai Massage I received from Karen was by far the best one I have ever had. I went into that state of letting go of all my thoughts and stresses and just feeling at peace within minutes. It was well worth it and I will definitely be back soon.
My husband and mother-in-law both enjoyed their deep tissue massages. The membership was a bit confusing for me but I believe it's around $85/mo. If you want to transfer to a friend it's a $10 fee.
I have been a client of Lustre for a few years and my skin has never looked better. Jennifer is incredibly professional and kind- she really cares about her clients and never puts pressure to buy products. The studio is always very clean and I love the product lines. Jennifer does great work with eyebrows- I went from having none to very natural looking brows through the micro blading and powder process. I would highly recommend Lustre!!!

My last massage was terrible and too rough. I cancelled my monthly membership of $85 just to still be charged after cancelling because it wasn’t 10 days before the billing cycle but here we are a month later and I was just charged again from a place I no longer wish to visit. The employees are clearly not doing their job why am I still a member and getting charged?
Went here for the first time with my mom and really enjoyed it. Friendly staff, helped with the choice of service for me and my mother. Very cozy calm place. We opted for a scrub and one hour massage. The spa has absolutely everything from slippers to personal hygiene items. Before the scrub itself, we used the sauna, hot baths, Steam room, and then we went to the scrub. The scrub was painless very gentle, it was my first time when someone did a scrub for me with gloves and I was pleasantly surprised by the result after, my skin just shine and breathed. After the scrub, we went to another floor for a massage and it was so relaxing, all my stress was gone. At the end of all our procedures, we were served tea with pineapple. My mom and I were very pleased with the service and overall spa experience. The prices are quite adequate for Manhattan, I really liked that there are private rooms for massage and scrub that they are made separately. We will definitely come back it was a very cool experience. Thank you!
Esther is an exceptional masseuse who is highly skilled and attentive to detail. She creates a calming atmosphere and takes the time to understand her clients' specific needs and areas of tension. Esther's touch is both firm and gentle, and she is able to locate all of the knots and sore spots in her clients' muscles, working them out with precision and care. She regularly checks in with her clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction. Overall, Esther provides a truly exceptional massage experience and comes highly recommended.
Can't get appointments without booking well in advance and even when you do this, they cancel on you. I booked 4 appointments well in advance to ensure I got the times that work for me, and they've cancelled 3 of the 4 over the past few months. I have 11 credits that I've been unable to use. Just cancelled my membership that I have had for more than 15 yrs due to this constant problem with booking. Not worth it.

For the price, you really can’t beat it! I can’t recommend enough!
Oh- if it’s your first time, pay with cash if you can. If you pay with a card there is a 4% cc fee. No biggie? Just a heads up.

Words is honestly not enough to explain. I had an amazing experience for it to be my first time. Everyone was so kind, sweet, and very helpful. I saw Madison yesterday for a custom facial and a lash lift and tint. Madison is so professional and explains everything she is seeing and everything she is going to do and why in such good detail. Very easy to talk which made it a very pleasurable experience. The day after my facial, the dark spots I had have now diminished almost completely and my skin is glowing!! My lashes are perfect and just how I’d hope they turn out. I would recommend this small business to anyone looking to freshen up themselves 💕

And she had me laughing the entire time, not only did I get the best facial but left with abs from laughter. Laughter may not be guaranteed, but fabulous skin is!
I got my first facial ever with Kristina and she was absolutely fantastic!! She walked me through all the products she would use before we started, and reiterated the products as they were used throughout the service. It was incredibly relaxing and refreshing!! I scheduled my next facial as soon as I got out. The front desk ladies (Madison and Jai) were super helpful with the different enhancements I could add when scheduling my next appointment as well and answered all of my questions about my membership!
I decided to try and book a different massage place for my husband's birthday. The scheduling of the massage was straightforward and quick. However, we ran into some issues the day of. We arrived fairly early as was instructed for the massage in order to provide our massage preferences. The lady who we thought was the receptionist but was actually the female massage therapist did not ask for our preferences. The male massage therapist was late and we were ushered into the room. The therapist asked my husband the pressure and type of massage he wanted as he was laying face down on the table while my therapist asked me while I was sitting and facing her. My husband felt like it was strange and a tad unprofessional given the amount we were paying. The massage room was not insulated well from the construction sounds outside so that was also distracting, but it's New York City, so there's not much you can do about that.
The massage overall was a Swedish massage was fine but we were looking forward to the hot stone portion which I had indicated in the scheduling email that we wanted it. It was not made known to us that we had to request it in person. Furthermore, the price of the massage did not include tip which was a bit surprising for us and given the overall experience we felt it was definitely not worth the rate per hour. We were provided a 10% first-time customer discount in the initial email which was not deducted during our payment after the massage and the female massage therapist told me that there was no discount when I mentioned it. There was confusion all around and we had to retroactively receive the discount from the initial scheduling person, so it seems like there's some disconnect between scheduling and staff working in office.
Overall, it was unfortunately a disappointing experience as I was looking forward to giving my husband a relaxing massage for his birthday, but he came out feeling disappointed to say the least.

I booked my facial with Jessica! It was my first one ever so I wasn’t sure what to expect. She sat me down first and we talked through the products I use. She made me feel so comfortable. The entire process was incredibly relaxing and pain free- she also checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable as well which I highly appreciated. My skin was glowing for the entire day after my facial. I booked my next one for September right after and I already cannot wait. I’m so happy I decided to come here!

Highly recommend The Renaissance. John’s been my stylist for nearly 15 years and I always leave satisfied. His speed and accuracy is still impressive! Several of the ladies have cut my kids hair over the years and we’ve been pleased every time. The welcoming atmosphere is appreciated too! I relocated from the area 5 years ago but happily make the drive back every 5-6 weeks for my visit. Worth every mile!

Had a very positive experience here - the staff are helpful and the therapist was very good at being attentive to pressure, pain points, ticklishness and temperature without distracting from the relaxation of the massage. The environment is simple, clean and soothing. And the cost/value is excellent. Only two little negatives - it's a little difficult to figure out which is the right entrance the first time you go and there was a little bit of sound bleed from the nearby rooms.
I found this place on Google reviews and I want to confirm all the positive reviews about these guys. I want to start from first impressions. This spa is located on 48th Street, directly opposite the Rockefeller Center Square. A small cozy office and three separate massage rooms, quiet relaxing music, new tables and absolute cleanliness. Very friendly staff, separate appreciation to Alex who welcomed me and answered on all my questions. Everything is exactly at the appointed time, which is absolutely not typical for New York) But what prompted me to write this review is massage. I work a lot at the office and as a result is a constant pain in the back and the right arm. After a very busy day, I decided to order 1 hour of full body massage. The therapist immediately found out which muscles on my back were clamped and an hour later I came out a completely different person. Believe me, these folks are professionals and are worth every penny spent. Highly recommend and of course will come again.
This is the worst place to go for massages (especially deep tissue) that I've been to in Manhattan--and I've been to dozens. The masseuse had no idea what she was doing, performing the same 2 light strokes for 50 minutes. She didn't ask if I needed more pressure or how it was. I tried to tell her where to concentrate but there was no English. She just did whatever she wanted. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was because they were (from what I could tell) clean and reasonably nice. The sandals and robe were actually painful to wear. For massages instead try Haven Spa for the same price. My fiance and I are appalled at how boring and lazy the massage was. Would NOT recommend -- maybe I got a bad day but do not risk it! And if you are the manager please speak to your staff who gave a lazy deep tissue massage.
Dr. Michelle Radeka is absolutely amazing! She really made me feel relaxed and answered all my questions. Ive had both Kybella and PDO threads for my neck, and botox for crow's feet and i couldn't be happier. Lustre and Dr. Radeka will forevermore be my go to place to for spa work!

Jordan is amazing! I got my eyelashes tinted and curled and people thought I had fake lashes. She makes sure everything is perfect before letting you walk out. She makes you feel very welcomed and calm when in the studio. Also, her place is so clean and cute :) highly recommend.
The spa area of this place is fantastic. Kelly Smith is amazing for wax and facial services. Moving from Chicago, I thought I would never find waxing services in the area the caliber I was accustomed to but Kelly has surpassed all expectations. Highly recommend her for any spa services.

I took my girlfriend to the spa on her Birthday as a surprise and I had gotten us a couples package with champagne and chocolates. Our package included the massage, body scrub and facial. And I'm glad I had booked this because it was one of our most enjoyable experiences and my girlfriend was very excited and happy with the services she got. All of the staff were very attentive and acted in a professional manner. I would recommend this spa to anyone and we are planning to come back very soon!
I usually don't like facials however, this is the best facial of my life. I left the spa with glowing skin and felt very rejuvenated. I also want to shine light on the very relaxing and thorough couples massage I received with my partner. The massage therapists were very attentive as well as the staff. The overall atmosphere of Faina's European Day Spa was calming, relaxing, and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this spa for its overall wonderful experience, attention, and affordable pricing! I will be returning very soon.
This place has specials all the time, which is fantastic because I can actually afford to go here once a month! Everyone from the front desk to the therapists are all extremely nice and professional. The environment is clean and comfortable. I was there with a friend last time and we both left relaxed and rejuvenated. This day spa has the best massages in New York City and the best facials in Midtown Manhattan. I can't wait to go back and experience a Couples Spa Package!
