Years ago I had a great experience with Spa Sydell, but couldn't find many locations available in the city. I finally found one in buckhead. I started visiting on a monthly basis and I love it. I now get my monthly deep tissue massages and the service is always exceptional. Highly recommended.
I went into Kate Elizabeth Medspa for Iv Drip therapy on a quick business trip to Idaho. The nurse Rachel was very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable. While there the owner Katie Baker showed me around for services I could tell my wife about. I was very impressed with the Medspa. It is very well put together and I can’t wait for my wife to experience a facial there. Highly recommend for men and women.
This place is amazing and very clean! It’s helping me on my restorative and detoxification journey! The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Sheila is the best and also Esme is so sweet! Thank you so much for such a great experience each time, each visit! This place is a must to try!
I visited and had my very first massage ever on 10/19/24 and OMG!!!!! My massage Therapist, Will, was absolutely wonderful!!! I will definitely be going back again. The Spa looks fantastic, very clean, and front desk staff were very friendly. I recommend, 10/10 👌🏼
Today I woke up so sore in my neck, shoulders and back. I called and made an appointment for a massage. It was a game changer!! Helen gave me the most thorough upper back massage and I left there feeling transformed. So grateful to have y’all in our neighborhood.

Had such a great experience here! My mom and I came in for a spa day. Fantastic atmosphere and smell, the champagne in the relaxation room was such a nice touch. Janie gave me such a great facial paying attention to my more sensitive skin type, and Suzi gave me an amazing massage. My mom was with Carol for her massage and facial and had her first dermaplane! She absolutely loves how her face feels and cannot speak highly enough about the service Carol provided.
I recently had an incredible massage experience, and the atmosphere was nothing short of amazing! From the calming ambiance to the soothing scents, every detail helped me fully relax and unwind. I came here on Wednesday for my birthday and it was the best and most relaxing massage I have ever had. The ambiance alone was so calming and soothing. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nicole was my therapist and she was the kindest and funniest person ever. It was my first time getting a hot stone massage and she made sure that I comfortable with temperature of the stones and even gave me a mini deep tissue massage because of some problem areas in my back. I will absolutely be back soon!!!!
Tried this place because of all the good reviews and I like to switch it up once in a while. Unhappy that they only gave a 50 minute spa massage when I paid for a full hour. The first 10 minutes was just soaking the feet. The massage itself was not bad but unlike other foot massages I have gotten in the city, they only do a foot massage with no neck or hand massage. I will be going back to my regular place.

I highly recommend Heather Reid for the Trilift procedure. I have seen an improvement in my skin tone and texture.

I'm pretty sure they give great foot massages here. It's hard to know for sure because they put me to sleep every time and I wake myself up snoring. It's quite embarrassing.
I have had a couple only decent massages but never a bad one and most of the time they are too notch. They apply good pressure without being painful and hit the foot, toes, ankle, and some calves.
Prices are about average at $50 for an hour. They have always been able to get me in the same day but there may be a few hour wait.

Sun is my esthetician and she has done wonders to repair my adult acne and dark spots. She is knowledgeable and provides the most relaxing facials. My skin is very appreciative of the appointments and I can always tell an immediate difference once my facial is complete.

I always have a wonderful experience with nurse Jaylen. She is very knowledgeable, and does a great job making sure you’re comfortable. Her customer service is top tier! I highly recommend!
I love this spa and have been going here for over 4 years with no regrets. I have brought some guest with me and everyone enjoys them. I had a $10 off for my birthday and the took my last minute for a 1 hour massage. I love that I can call whenever and book that same day. I will be back as usual!

First time & definitely not the last. I scheduled a Sunday 30 minute for my dad and I to try it out. We will definitely be back! My body feels AMAZING after a Deep tissue body massage. The masseuse for both my dad and I were totally great! Decent prices, pay extra $ for oil selection with CBD as a choice, cool! I chose lavender.
They were able to book a last minute Friday night massage. What a blessing! I can barely write this review, I’m so relaxed.

I went to Spa Scottsdale for a lymphatic drainage massage and I had a great experience! I had a friendly greeting when I arrived and I was placed in the relaxation room while I waited for my massage therapist. The room was such a mood! I loved the music and the ambiance. My therapist was Christine. She was kind and made me feel comfortable the whole time, which is very important to me when receiving massage services. She was also very knowledgeable about her practice. She made sure to educate me on what to expect after manual lymphatic drainage and provided clear instructions for aftercare. She answered all of my questions as well. The massage itself was fantastic. I will definitely be back!

I’ve been going to Spa Sydell for the past 3 years and it is amazing. Will is amazing and professional. He is always timely and friendly. He takes his time on massage and make sure that he is getting any pain areas.Its because of Will that I keep coming to this location.

Phenomenal spa experience and I am mind blown about my whole thing. First of all the scheduling was easy because my partner did everything. I could overhear the pleasantry in Shelia’s voice and she already made us feel welcomed. We were greeted upon entry and got checked in easily. She turned us over to Rachel for two of our three sessions. She also gave us a little tour and enlightened us on how things would go. For the last session Hilda was the icing on the cake. The care and quality of the staff was impeccable and all were very knowledgeable. If it sounds like I’m pumping this establishment up, I am! What a wonderful experience. I highly suggest Inside Out Restorative Spa and could go on for days. Thanks to the staff and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
This was the best spa experience I’ve ever had! The customer service was excellent and I left feeling so rejuvenated. Sheila and Rachel were so incredibly kind and informative about all of the services offered. You could tell they love the job and believe in the service they’re providing. As an athlete and a gamer, like many young people, I put a lot of stress in my feet, and metals in my body. Today I figured I would do something different, so I came to this spa, Inside Out Restorative, and it was one of the best decisions of my life. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, the employees treated me so well! They talked to me and treated me with an immense amount of respect and gratitude. Rachel was the employee who helped me and she was very professional. I got an Ionic-footbath which exposed all the metals and mucus in my body. This was all in the water and Rachel made sure to read the water to me so I understood what the color, stuff floating, and smell all meant. This was an amazing experience like no other, and I recommend this spa for anyone who wants a relaxing and cleansing experience. They are located in Woodland Hills, CA.
I came in for a prenatal massage, with a older/middle aged lady shortish blonde hair, unfortunately, the massage was not to my satisfaction, she was applying way to much pressure to my bones instead of my muscles, she clearly doesn’t know the physiology of the body, she also continued to ask me questions during my massage which did not allow me to relax and enjoy my time, it was pretty irritating. She was asking questions about my family dynamic. How many children I have, things that were irrelevant to my massage, then proceeded to talk about her family member who is also pregnant, and continued to talk about whatever she pleased.
I also had a facial done, by Jamie, and this is why I’m even giving the establishment 1 star, if it was just a facial done, it would’ve been a five star rating but unfortunately -4 stars are due to the lack of knowledge and respect, or overall experience during the prenatal massage.
Also, I paid over almost $400 for the services, which is completely overpriced.
Will never return here. And I suggest if you’re looking for a great spa, there’s plenty of other places that will be worth your while and your money! Look elsewhere I wish I did!

Best facial and massage I’ve ever had. Such welcoming and friendly service from the moment I called to schedule to the minute I left. My facial was with Karen and I will be making it a regular thing! Totally glowing and feeling brand new <3
Had a really great experience getting fluids before a flight. The nurse was extremely skilled; I didn't even feel the needle while placing the IV. 10/10 would recommend and go again!
My birthday at Spa Sydell was an absolute dream! From the moment we stepped in, we were enveloped in luxury and relaxation. The massages were heavenly, melting away all our tension, and the hydro facials left our faces glowing and rejuvenated. Although we got so lost in the luxurious lounge that we forgot to try the steam room, the ambiance was so tranquil and inviting that it didn't even matter. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience filled with pampering and indulgence. I couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate!

But I had Karen for a 90 min massage and then Suzi for a 60 min facial. Both woman were amazing. The massage the best I’ve had in a very long time and the facial was perfect. Dark rooms, nice relaxing music, very attentive to what you requested. The only reason for giving 4 stars is being of the esthetic of the “spa”.

Extremely rude and hostile staff. Likely unprofessional and mismanaged, too. First it was so strange I called many times that day only for the call to end as I introducing myself- Hi this is __ and I’m paying the bill from last appointment… - and before I finished the sentence the call would end abruptly. Then the third time as I was saying, “I’m getting my credit card from my wallet and the number is…(numbers)” one of the front desk ladies interrupted me as I was reading the numbers and shouted “LISTEN, you will NOT interrupt me while I’m speaking, OKAY?!” I didn’t interrupt her once as I didn’t even complete my first introductory sentence. What a nightmare. I completely froze with shock and hung up the phone.

I called again to pay the cancellation fee, because I hate owing people money and want to do the right thing, and notify the owner I will never be using their business again. She also told me the other person didn’t hang up on me repeatedly, their telephone was just having technical issues… lol.

I went here about 2 months ago and had a great experience with one of the esteticians but she is no longer there. I came back and saw Karen this time. She was a sweetheart and listened to my concerns. She offered a few upgrades in service to try to meet my needs but was in no way pushy. I loved that she explained everything throughout my facial and frequently checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable. I also loved that once the facial was done, she transitioned to the "relaxing" part, which included a much needed shoulder and arm rub. I've never had this during a facial but what a happy surprise. Unfortunately I live in NY but happy to see Karen again any time I come back! She truly is great!
Yohana came to my house within 2 hours of calling her. She was neat, organized and knowledgeable about the process. She talked me through all the products she was using and how they would help me. I would highly recommend!!
I work crazy night shifts and I’m always tired. After work I felt my body needed something because sleep just wasn’t enough. I was in need of a serious energy boost and was way too tired to leave my house and go out to get it. When I researched and saw that this company provided mobile IV hydration, I did not hesitate to call. The customer service was great and I was able to get a treatment the same day. The Nurse who showed up at my door was very pleasant and efficient. I decided to get the Power Up with a little Vitamin C & L-arginine added. It was exactly what I needed. I feel refreshed and full of energy. This was honestly so great. I feel good and will definitely be using them again. Thank you Ida Lee for an easy and efficient experience.
I’ve gotten IV treatments from QCCN several times now and I can’t stop! I love a quick hydration pick up or a biotin fix for trips, hangovers, and more. I walk away feeling relaxed, strong, and back to my former self. I honestly could go on and on about the excellent customer service from Yohana but you just have to book and experience it yourself! Highly recommend for going on trips, great for wedding days or even to aid in your self care day. Book now!
I’ve always received excellent service here. The nurses are amazing and from day one, I was treated like a VIP. I suffer from chronic issues and I haven’t gotten sick once since I’ve added iv infusion to my health protocol. The experience is relaxing, painless and comfortable. I highly recommend.
I had a great experience. This was my first time having an IV hydration therapy and it was everything that I thought it would be. They showed up on time, set everything up in an efficient manner. They explained to me the different packages and the effects and benefits of each. I had a clear understanding of each package before I made my decision. I chose the energy booster and It’s been about 12 hours and I can definitely feel the difference. I’ll definitely be using them again.
Absolutely loved the drip bar experienced. Nurse Claire and Nurse Ronnie handled me with care and sincerity. It was my first time and they made sure my daughter and I were comfortable and informed. On my second visit, Nurse Claire remembered me and asked about my daughter which I thought was so sweet. I got a chance to meet one of the owners Dr. Kelly was able to access my bloodwork and give me her recommendation of what IV I should get, to get my iron back up. It felt like a boutique experience. QCCN is amazing! Everyone was so kind and helpful and so willing to educate on their products before starting. Very professional, safe, and high quality. I got the power up drip which boosts energy and rehydrates with the alpha lipoic acid which helps enhance absorption. It takes like an hour after the infusion is completed to feel the effect of it but I felt AMAZING afterwards. I was feeling sluggish from working all week and this infusion helped so much. My headache went away. And I felt so revitalized! 10/10 - Highly recommend! And the owners are so sweet and personable. Definitely give it a try.

I decided to visit the drip bar because I’ve been feeling really under the weather lately. I’ve been working so hard to get settled into being a new mom, a new wife and starting a new job. Needless to say, I haven’t cared for myself as I have those around me…. But today that changed! I made an online appointment and rushed out the door! While in route, I received a phone call from Lisa. Lisa advised that I had actually scheduled my appointment for the next day, but she was more than happy to accommodate me today! Yay! She even recommend the perfect drip for the symptoms I had been having. When I arrived, the office was calm and quiet. Lisa got me checked in and set up for my drip! I’m already feeling better than when I initially walked in! I will definitely be returning and I’m bringing my husband with me!
