I joined SweatHouz 3 months ago, I have had the opportunity to visit two locations, but Midtown exceeded my expectations, everything clean, the comfort of the place and something that is missing from the other locations I visited was the service and customer attention but here In midtown the very friendly team especially Chris. They made our self care experience so much better!! Thanks Midtown Team

I've been here a couple of times. You never know who you're going to meet; I've had some amazing conversations, and always have a great time. There's plenty to do, whether it be sunbathing, chilling on the couch where people are always friendly, or the jacuzzi/sauna.

Session was excellent,but they do not offer you water before or after even if you’re about to pass out after your session and they do not offer you to use the restroom before or after session knowing you just detoxed for an hour!They did not valet my parking as described in message that they would,I paid $12.50 for an hour to park!They harassed me for a week to buy a package of sessions after I told them NO!
I will not be returning!

It’s been two months and I have the text to prove it. I also sent two emails and no responses at all. The treatment is disgusting that no one can hear what a client who has been paying and not causing any issues had to say. I found out they aren’t on the BBB but I’ll be referring this same message to them as well. I’ve never been treated so significantly and I recommended this place to several people which I didn’t receive credit for because they are so disorganized and it’s really simple. Also some of the staff is rude. They have a high turn over ratio because they aren’t hiring the right people. Before I cancel my subscription I had to let this out for anyone else putting up with this nonsense. One complaint for something that wasn’t right shouldn’t take 2-3 months with empty promises. Also it’s false advertising on a lot of there rooms. Which doesn’t get to the max heat they say it does.

I never know how to start a review. However, let’s start by saying that Belle Medical is life-changing! I went into the mindset thinking of looking for a place that can help me get my confidence back, and to be fair Belle Medical did that!

I was always welcomed immediately by the front desk, and I never once felt like I was walking into a medical office. I was able to talk to the treatment coordinator, she was always so understanding and quite frankly knew exactly what I wanted to boost my confidence. Then and there, I was set! BELLE MEDICAL was the one. We were able to schedule my procedure.

Day of my procedure, they treated my chin, abdomen, and flanks. During the procedure, I was laughing with my provider and medical assistant. Telling stories, felt like I was at the hair salon or talking to one of my best friends. Yes, I felt some pinching sensations in certain areas, nothing I wouldn’t be able to handle. By the end of the procedure, I knew my new life had begun. I was a bit sore after the procedure, but the girls in the office were right, nothing too unbearable. I went back to work within 2 days. Since then day after day, my boyfriend started noticing the difference and even said I got my glow back on my face with such a great attitude.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO BELLE MEDICAL!

I’m giving 3 stars as a member primarily because the gym is not very clean relative to other gyms I’ve been a member of.

The equipment is fine but it’s a very small space for the membership levels.

Amenities are basically zero but the benefits of the gym is that it’s very neighborhood centric and is only $60/month.

You get what you pay for here.

I had a 60 minute signature massage with Maria and it was fantastic. The bed was so comfortable and Maria made the whole experience so relaxing. She worked on the knots in my neck and I feel amazing. Thank you Maria!!

My mom, sister and I came here for a spa day on our girls weekend and had the absolute best experience. Atmosphere was spectacular. The staff was so kind. We were treated with champagne. We all did facials and full body massages and everything was incredible start to finish. I had Maria for my massage and it was hands down the best massage I have had. It was very relaxing! I highly recommend booking a treatment here and if you snag Maria then you are in for a real treat.

This gym is perfect for my needs. I’m beginning a weight training journey and it has all the tools I need to get in my workout so I can meet my goals. I like that it is a gym that is focused on enabling individual workouts geared toward gym users vs offering classes. Patrons are friendly and I don’t feel intimidated as I explore weight training. Overall clean and modern equipment.

Holy crisps - why isn’t every gym run like this. So easy to use and cancel. Pennies per
Month in terms of cost. Full offering and never closes. Love this chain, can’t believe more gyms don’t operate like this..

3 hours of Personal Training for $150, too boot.

Fun to go to, but the shower needs to be cleaned more frequently, and I went in the pool for maybe 15 minutes on Tuesday and now I have a sinus infection, the pool is green.

Love the Tuesday and Wednesday special for day time.

My first time there, I was a little nervous but it was a great experience I enjoyed the pool and the sauna meant a lot of interesting people I will be returning soon.

We have done our massage at this place one day ago. We both had very bad shooting shoulder and back pain after their massage. Upfront they charged their fees and at the end the lady was waiting with receipt to add tips. If the service is good people are willing to pay the tips. It was told as full body massage but they did only neck and back of my wife. We feel like we bought pain with our money. We don’t recommend this place to any person

I love this place. The dark room or play room, what ever it's called is too bright but otherwise I love it. There used to be a play room on the other side down the hall way. I miss that. I went to Flex this past weekend. Had a great time. But they really do need to do something about the lighting. The maze/dark room was way too bright. The big play room was so bright it was like my living room. I really like this place but they need to do something about the bright lights.

Paid for a 6 month membership, and had till 7:30 am July 21, had a young, short, man (Xavier) say nobody was supposed to be in room #10. Been to this location many time most give a courtesy reminder when time is up, but this employee will purposely wait for 1 hour to pass exactly then charge you $20 extra. When I was in a deep sleep, -This employee barged into my room like the Police without knocking and accused me of not paying for the room Very rude young, short, man, after later verification and that I had indeed paid for the room. The young man backed off. But never apologized. Very strange how am employee blamed a paying customer for their mistake?But very very rude young man...1 star

I come in all the time with my husband, but this time I brought in my son. This place is so good they always know how to take care of us. I wanted my son to have the experience as well.
We both got massage and facial.
I got a hydro facial and my son had a deep clean to take care of his acne. My skin was so radiant when it was done. My sons pimples seemed to be reduced.
The massage always seems to take away my stress and pain.
I highly recommend this place.

Just had my first experience at SweatHouz and loved it! The staff was super kind and explained everything, the facilities were great, and I left feeling very relaxed.

I did 60 min in the private sauna suite (about 30-45 minutes sauna and a 15 minute Vitamin C shower) and 25 min in the recovery room (with a 15 minute hydromassage & Celluma light therapy and 10 minutes with leg compression, venom back heated massage, and the hyperice massage gun). I initially went in thinking that I’d be so bored for an hour in the sauna, but it was so peaceful and relaxing - time fly by! Everyone should definitely try it out at least once

Maria gave the best Swedish massage I’ve ever had. Massage at the Plaza is a definite bucket list item checked off! The pre and post service champagne, light snack, and decadent facilities were an added bonus.

Walked in for a massage with my mom and sister. When we arrived they asked if we had an appointment, and took us right away even though we didn't. We were asked to pay first which was weird to me. And there was a sign outlining what was considered bad or good service based on how much you tipped. How can you decide how much you want to tip before you've even had the service.

We all had a 60min massages which were great to the point that we wanted to adjust our original tip. However, they had no cash to give us change and one masseuse was all too eager to take the whole $10.

Overall the massages were good but how they do their payment process leaves much to be desired.

I had an amazing experience at Guerlain. Zoraida, the masseuse who attended to me, had hands like an angel. I was feeling extremely stressed out prior to the massage, but after the session, I felt completely relaxed as if a weight of 100 pounds had been lifted off my back.

Casimir is a wonderful massage therapist. I recommend Sacred Rain highly. Great front desk staff too!

Maria - at Guerlaine Spa- is simply an excellent professional masseuse!
After her 1and 1/2 hour massage I have slept well for the first time in 6 months. She simply got rid of all my stress knots! Can’t wait to go for my second treatment.

Terri oh Terri she’s a firecracker and she’s amazing at helping you reach your goals. If I could this place 10 stars, I would. I literally came here on a whim as my flight was delayed and then cancelled. The staff, especially, Aaliyah, was kind happy and professional. It was clean and efficiently run. She was welcoming and explained everything to me and then on the second visit, explained everything to my son for his own sessions.
Love the clean towels and essential oil cold towel - my favorite is the peppermint. The vitamins c infused shower left a glow and softness on my skin. The hydro massage was...WOW. Everything was perfect on both visits. (I did the west midtown location in the same week but it fell short) This Peachtree location is what each location should look like.
I came here twice: once when i did a round trip to drop my high school son to an engineering forum at Georgia Tech and then the second was when I flew back to pick him up (we live in Las vegas). It is a perfect way to unwind before heading to the airport and I wish we had one of these in Las Vegas.

The staff was the standout. They were friendly and helpful and perceptive. Not as epic as the Flex in Cleveland but I like all the mirrored doors and clean with the right touch of sleaze. Certain parts were a bit too cold though

I love the zen vibes, the staff is super friendly, and it's always squeaky squeaky clean (I'm picky!) I definitely recommend you get the unlimited package. YOU'LL USE IT and it'll save you some mullah! :)

I have been enjoying for years. Only negatives - I wish the old Maze room was still there, Steam room is too hot, music is too loud and wish it had more of a selection as far as type of music, and wish I could kiss and hug in jacuzzi.

I had the best experience! The whole staff was warm and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and all of my concerns were addressed.

Honestly we've had couples massage before at different places and this was not the best experience. The people were very friendly. I still tipped well. It may have just been an off day for them...but im not feeling great about the $200 I spent for what we got. Firstly get in the room and 2 women come in to massage us. She was doing perfectly on me! But then she kept leaving during my massage. And suddenly a man came to massage me. So I definitely feel my services kept getting interrupted..and immedietly he and the other masseuse started talking and giggling to eachother.. was hard for me to focus on the massage and relax..& this man has a hard pressure that hurt me a lot. I would ask him to go lighter multiple times. He focused really on my upper back. Idk why. I thought it was a whole body massage. Didn't touch my feet even once and a foot massage I was most excited for. Not to mention they rub you with a rough towel most of the massage not even oil. We flipped over for the last 5 minutes and they said "finished " and ran out lol. Like I said they were nice people but I feel so sore today..I probably won't go back.

Great location, amazing gym! Perfect size and everyone here is friendly and fit (staff and members). All the equipment you’ll need and very clean facility.

I haven’t used this business yet, but I wanted you to know what to expect when you arrive. You will experience the most pleasant front office staff! Consultation with Terri was keen! I felt no pressure, and received a realistic and professional point of view. None of staff present looked as though they were picture perfect. but each had a natural beauty and a natural look. I felt comfortable. I will visit them this month, and look forward to working with them.

I absolutely love this place. They have all the best amenities one could ask for….private sauna, vitamin V infused shower, a beauty bar, and the list goes on. Personally, I do the unlimited membership and go every day but Sunday. I love it.

From the moment that I walked in the receptionist were very professional. they were kind and sweet and acknowledged that I was in the room. The doctor was very honest understanding and very genuine I appreciated her for her honesty. I would recommend my family to that facility anytime.

Came for my second consult with Terry. This time with my girlfriend as we both want to have work done. Terry was great she spoke to both of us, got all of my girlfriends concerns answered and we booked my liposuction session. I am super excited to have my procedure done mid May.

Decided to go here for my birthday instead of a massage chain and it did not disappoint! Kiki did amazing work! I am a dancer , educator and fitness instructor: She knew exactly where my knots and shoulder problems were! I felt revitalized afterwards and she checks in to make sure it feels good.I should’ve gotten the 1 1/2 hr sesión! There was some Thai like stretches at the end too. Definitely recommend to get your moneys worth. You do have to pay beforehand and if with card 2$ charge.

Just had a couples massage with Zoe and Lisa and wow! We are from out of state and typically book with super fancy spa places. This just became my new favorite massage spot and we will make it a point to visit here from now on. The place is clean and the therapists are very strong and skilled.

Always love this place. Great for relaxing and winding down after a long day or a long week. The hydrotherapy tub is great! I wish they had a cold plunge tub instead of the showers or cup, but that's my only complaint. The sauna usually get packed, but when you have a few people, it's really nice. I recommend coming before high peek times, which ar typically after work hours.

My experience at the luxurious Guerlain spa was nothing but an out of body experience.
The moment I stepped in, the adorable receptionists Cassandra, Mev, and Kay welcomed me with smiles and a drink of my choice, I choose Champagne, of course :)
Then, I was accompanied to the steam room and the shower, which I enjoyed as complimentary of my facial session. Right after, I was welcomed by a truly genuine warm heart lady, Antonina Dutu, the esthetician who gave me an hour of bliss. I felt deeply rejuvenated and deeply relaxed.  All I remember is the amazing velvety hands of Antonina massaging my face with a divine elixir that left my face soft and supple.
All together, this was truly remarkable and memorable time spent. That was nothing short of absolutely amazing. I'm definitely going back soon for another session. Thank you, Antonina and Guerlain spa, for this special time. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to spoil themselves with such a great experience.

Hello, I am a former employee. I worked there for less then a month. The owner Marlee dose not pay her employees. When I first started she had me clean up her emails. There were three emails of past employees asking for their pay. I decided that this company is not a good fit for me. I quit and I have not received any pay. It was for 50 hours at $17 a hour. I am a single mother and more important then the $700 I am missing from her. I will never get back that time with my two year old daughter.

My oasis in the heart of the city. A great place to get your clothes off, unwind and either soak in the jetted jacuzzi, sweat it out in the sauna, or lay out on one of the many deck chairs, taking in the rays. Even on cold rainy/snowy days, being able to sit in some heat is a pure joy. The staff and other members who attend regularly are all incredibly open and kind, creating a warm, welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. I hope to visit this place for many years to come.

We just had a couples massage and our masseuse Ivy and Zoe were amazing! They worked on muscles in our body that others have never done! She was able to get out a lot of my tension and I feel a lot better now. Hot stones were amazing! Highly recommend them! You won’t be disappointed!

Bad first-time experience. The machine wasn't that hot, didn't sweat at all (and that's the point). No one was on site to troubleshoot and text responses were slow and we felt rushed the entire time.

I gave a 20% tip $8 on $40); I OK’d a $1 credit charge. They told me they would charge me $49, which I approved; then charged me $50 (which I didn’t approve). I called to let them know I didn’t approve and to return the dollar, they only said sorry and did not offer to return the dollar. Why lose a customer over a dollar unauthorized charge?

Such a nice place. So diverse and body positive. Clothing optional. Everyone was polite respectful and kind. The deck was beautiful, the facilities were immaculately cleaned. The deep tissue massage was excellent. A little expensive but worth it.

The staff are very friendly and attentive. Offers Sauna plus Cold Plunge which is quite unique. Major bonus here is that the shower in your personal sauna suite so no need to move to another area.

My boyfriend and I signed up for our first session on Friday night. The facility and staff was very nice. After about 15 minutes in the sauna I got up to adjust the temperate and immediately passed out and now have a concussion from falling and hitting my head. I know this isn’t the fault of the staff, but the reason I’m leaving one star is because as a first time visitor we weren’t given any information into what temperate the sauna would be pre-heated to, how high it would increase so rapidly, or what a safe
temperature is. It started around 140 which was fine, but within 15 minutes and when I passed out it had increased to 180+. I’ve used saunas for years at my local gym and have never had an issue and know to drink water etc. These rooms get dangerously hot way too fast.

After researching many gyms in the area, Southport and Wicker Park Fitness are easily the best gyms in Chicago for the price. Always clean with well-maintained equipment, and have everything you could every need at a gym with a great variety of cardio and resistance training equipment. The gym is also 24/7 access for members, which has been greatly beneficial for me. You simply will find no better place to train for your money than at these 2 locations. In addition, the personal training deals are also unbeatable compared to any gym in or out of the city. They offer 3 sessions of personal training for $99 which is a price that no other gyms in the city will even come close to. Would recommend this personal training service and the gyms in general to anyone!

Detonix has a wonderful atmosphere! From the creative treatment room designs and the clean quality equipment, this is the best hydrocolonics therapy treatment in Arizona. I was quite nervous going into my first open colonics, being that it was my first ever experience with colonics in general, but Marlee and Kieran were both so welcoming and made me feel at home. I will for sure be back! 10/10

I have been to Detonix on several occasions and the experience has always been wonderful. Marlee Trowbridge, the owner, has great passion for her clients and takes great care of each and every one of them. I do not have words to explain how good my visits to her clinic have been! I had wanted to improve my breast after loosing weight not on my own accord. I went to Belle Medical after doing some research. They will be doing my fat transfer when I gain about 20 lbs. Everyone I came in contact with was professional, friendly and caring. I urge women to get this type of procedure over implants, it is safer and easier. You will see me again soon. Was a customer for 2 yrs. Missed a few appointments for sauna. With no warning cancelled my account. Machines on 75% of the time, if lucky, cleanliness 50/50.
They are using you to do their job. Turn machines timers up and clean the boxes. The opposite of what you are paying for. .

Southport Fitness is a very convenient, clean and well maintained gym! It's right next to the Brown Line station so it's really convenient to get in and out. The staff are also friendly and helpful!

Detonix Wellness Center is the place to book that appointment for your body, mind and rejuvenated sensation. You’ll definitely leave as a brand new person. The therapist and staff are amazing and sweet. They made you feel comfortable throughout the entire process of your visit… I’ll definitely recommend their services.

I felt so much lighter, and my breathing was way clearer… even my thoughts seems to be reactivated clearer, after my sessions. Your body will surely thank you for a well deserved cleanse!☺️🧖‍♀️😁😊🥰

I have had my own Sauna for the past 12 years, it's part of my self care … since my new place wouldn’t be ready til October … and I needed to stay on my program … I was so HAPPY to have found Sweathouz! It’s extremely clean, offers a Hydromassage bed and a Cold Plunge, all included in the monthly, unlimited price … which is unheard of … (coming fr CA, all of those services would be priced separately).

Everyone is professional and friendly … Caroline (first showed me around), I see Kayla and Dominique (greeting me at the door) and Brianna, the Manager, stays on top of everything (handling any issues quite easily) … you couldn’t ask for a better group. Just walking in, everyone is smiling … it certainly adds to my good day!

I love Sacred Rain so much! I have come many times to get massages from Renata and she is a talented, friendly, and thoughtful masseuse. She always asks about any problem areas and gives very individualized treatment. The facilities are clean, calming, and gorgeous, and the deck is truly a little oasis. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience! I had a 75 min deep tissue / acupuncture appointment a few days ago & couldn’t be happier. I was a little sore yesterday, which my practitioner warned me of ahead of time, but today I feel amazing. Nearly pain-free! I got there early & was given a brief tour of the facility & was very impressed. Super clean, very inclusive of everybody, & lots of amenities. Can’t wait to come back!

Visiting from Dallas and when I tell you that the service was exceptional you better believe me!

I wanted a sauna experience after my gym workout at the hotel and I saw YouTuber Kirah on Instagram visiting them so I decided to visit. and from point of schedule to departure, it was nothing but a seamless experience. I originally scheduled my sauna experience at an earlier time but due to some transportational “woes” I had to call and reschedule for at least 15 minutes thereafter. Once my travel arrangements were solidified I made my way of course still being a few minutes late due to not knowing where to park.

Upon arrival I spoke with the very polite lady (who also took my calls) at the front who not only scheduled it an additional 15 minutes out, but welcomed my delinquency with her clever plan to ensure that I would technically arrive on time. She provided the basic intro information and then went into the many benefits of the infrared sauna experience and what impact using the different color lights may have. She walked me to my sauna and explained in great detail the entire process.

Upon my departure she asked if i needed parking validation and I said no because I parked on the side of the street. I could tell that that was probably something I shouldn’t have done by the look of her face lol. (Luckily my car was still there). But even her genuine concern at that point made the fact that I might’ve been towed warming. Anyway whenever I am in Atlanta I will go out of my way to visit this SH. ❤️❤️

I went twice to visit to this location a day apart. The 1st time I came alone and it was a 5/5 rating experience wise. The 2nd time I came to be a support for a friend for her 1st visit. My 1st time was wonderful the young lady at the front really set the expectation and standard. I think she has blonde or light brown hair, her name isn't on the receipt. She sent me a text message asking me what Music I wanted to listen to, what color I wanted in the sauna, and what scent I wanted on my cold compress. She also thoroughly explained everything about the pod. This time that I came with my friend T and we booked under my friend's name. My friend got no text message asking her, her preferences and when we got to the place the associate named nakyia didn't give my friend a great 1st experience experience. This visit 3/5 rating. We had to wait at the door for a while for it to get opened although I was calling the number no one ever answered the phone. When we finally did get inside, myself, my friend, and another guy all walked in at the same time, she asked us were we all together I told her no only me and T were together and she paused and said she was confused. I don't know how she was confused when i clarified the man wasn't with us. I had to explain to her me and T were going in the same pod. If she was confused she could have asked if we wanted separate pods or the same pod instead of making us feel awkward. I told her it was my 2nd time so she could have explained too that I would get charged for being in the same pod as my friend and the process of how it works. I really should have gotten a referral rate in that case! We waited in the lobby about 10 minutes which put us past our start time and she wasn't going to explain anything about the pod before she left the room if i didnt inquire. She led us in the pod and asked was there anything we needed before we got started and I said yes, can you explain to my friend everything because it's her 1st time she looked at me puzzled and hesitated to start to explain but eventually did. She then started the time while explaining when she asked," was there anything we needed BEFORE she started the time.WE were on time by more than 5 min to this appointmentand to be treated so impatient! She said nothing about parking validation. I left out the door and had to go back in for her to ask, oh so you need parking validation. I wanted my 1st experience for my friend but no. She didn't tell us how to change the lights in the pod although she acknowledged it while eventually describing the functions of the pod. Im giving a 4 to average both times because the first time was a five🤙 and second was a 3👎

Very nice facility with Spa. Clothing is optional means Co-Ed without clothes. Kind of made me a little uncomfortable (not much I could get use it to it) but if that’s what you like it’s a good fit. My only thing is that I wanted some peace and quiet and the hot tub had a women in it that simply would not shut up and a guy showing himself off talking with her. So it ruined the experience for me.

When I tell you this is the absolute best place in Phoenix for colonics. I had digestive issues for years. My Dr recommended a series of colonics. I did extensive research, Detonix was the top choice. It’s cleaner than the board of health. Very serene, professional. They know their business. The owner is very proactive. She’s so knowledgeable. She literally got my stomach together in two sessions. You will not regret it.

10/10 would recommend. Easy access next to the brown line, extremely spacious floor which makes it easier to move around without bumping into others. Pricing is fair and upfront. All charges are fully disclosed on their website and at the time you sign up, no hidden fees. Very well kept as well.

Super friendly and helpful staff, i love that you get a private suite, and they have dyson hot tools & red light therapy in the beauty bar. There’s so much research on the benefits of sauna, plus i always feel super refreshed after!

Not customer friendly at all. Employing not legal practices. Using paying customers to do the cleaning and providing security to other customers. The first time I used the facility, they didn’t even send instructions, I had to call them and request the code to enter. No staff onsite at all time. Not safe. I went there 3 times and last time, door was not closing although I tried multiple times. No instructions was provided onsite. They charged me an extra fee although I explained the door had an issue and wasn’t closing. Facility that is not willing to assume responsibilities, don’t care about loyal customers. Don’t attempt to work on a solution despite of their broken illegal process. Dirty place on top of that. Disappointed.

It gets the job done and for a reasonable price! Checking in was easy and no issues with overall experience. It’s no frills. For me personally, I’m looking for a more spa-like relaxing atmosphere/vibe. For example: lights outside sauna super bright and distract from peaceful experience inside sauna; view from sauna is room door (i.e., staring at an ugly door for an hour); paint on walls and doors marked up/stained (not dirty—just a bit worn). Also, the sauna itself was noticeably on the cheaper end (was in Pink room). These are small personal things that matter to me.

This place in amazing and life changing. Marley takes care of you like you are part of the Detonix family. Was my first time and I did 3 sessions. I recommend the sauna too. Made me feel safe and comfortable every time to went in. I highly recommend this location if you are even thinking about health & wellness.

Visited today between 1130-1400 with my daughter. We had a stellar experience enjoying the deck, spa, and sauna. All facilities are very well kept and immaculately clean. The showers had dispensers with soap, shampoo and conditioner. Blow dryer available. Keyless lockers for your belongings. We were given a towel and cotton sarong to use. Next time I'll bring an extra towel from home. There were a couple water coolers and a hot tea station at the entrance with Stash teabags. If you want to relax, this is the place.

I've been coming here on and off for about a year now. I have always had a good experience. Self service, yet if there's an issue customer service is kind and responsive. A great way to relax in the Covid times considering you do not have to interact with anyone.

Wonderful first-timer experience! I did both the open and closed colonic each on two consecutive days. Marlee did a thorough job in explaining the process and what I might be feeling during the procedure. The facility was very clean and the atmosphere was relaxed enough for me to feel comfortable doing what I needed to do. Marlee was very accommodating and is super knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Detonix.

Absolutely amazing experience all around. Even communication between the owner and myself prior to my first session was absolutely outstanding. And the price is far better and far more affordable any other provider in the area by a long shot. Everything about this place was a five-star experience. Just what I needed. My wife and I recently had a new child and going to the gym has been difficult. She told me to check this place out, so i did very reluctantly. 10 minutes into sitting in one of the saunas and I was just warm, not really sweating. In the following 10 minutes I began to sweat more and more and more. I had the session reserved for 60 minutes but barely made it 30. I left feeling like a brand new person. I have since been using the sauna once every three days and am up to 45 minutes. I have lost over 10 pounds in a month and feel like I'm ready to get back into a work out routine. The hardest thing about getting back to the gym is the first day. I highly recommend coming here first to ease the pain. Not to mention the ample amount of benefits these saunas have on your health!

This place is a flipping mad house! No one knows what was going on, and even though there were more staff than customers when we were there, everyone behaved like they were in a hurry. But that didn't stop them from upselling me, so be careful - you might just get a 1.5 hour massage when you actually asked for 1 hour.

Regarding the chiropractor sign outside, there's actually no chiropractor there (at least no licensed one). It's 100% Chinese massage. If you ask, they will give some BS excuse on why there's a big chiropractor sign outside. It might have to do with them wanting to take insurance. They actually told me that if I had insurance, the massage will most likely be covered and had me fill out a bunch of forms. The tried to charge my insurance almost $1000! Not surprisingly, it was denied.

Tonight I had severe jaw pain (TMJ) and a headache so I scheduled an appointment with a new technician named Sharon. Sharon is highly skilled and knows specifically how to address pain with extremely strong hands. I left tonight feeling completely rejuvenated. I would strongly recommend Sharon if you enjoy deep tissue massage for pain relief
