I recently bought a Ryker from a dealer so sadly I didn't have any history on it. Turns out there was a recall. Route 1 performed the recall and per request checked the fluids for me to make sure everything looked good. Also as I am new to Rykers I asked about a couple of sounds I was not used to. All was good and no charge! (I was planning to pay for checking it out). And best of all low key, no upselling! A great experience!
My experience at Route 1 with salesperson Mark was exceptional. His attentiveness and respect throughout the process made purchasing a small ATV, specifically the CanAm Renegade for my child, an enjoyable experience. Opting for the service package and extended warranty was a wise decision, ensuring long-term peace of mind.

While initially encountering some challenges with the service department, Tim Austin's intervention swiftly rectified the situation. His dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction truly exemplifies Route 1's commitment to excellence in customer service.

With the service package covering three years or six visits, I am confident that my ATV will receive top-notch care. Thanks to individuals like Tim, I can look forward to many thrilling adventures with the CanAm Renegade knowing that any issues will be promptly addressed. Route 1 has undoubtedly earned my trust and loyalty through their outstanding service.

I ordered a 2024 Cam Am Spyder from this dealership and the process has gone extremely smooth. The salesperson Aaron has been super responsive and I really like how easy it was to put a deal together with them. I am a boat dealer myself and appreciate a user friendly sales person and sales process. I was able to give them a deposit over Text message, I received a nice welcome letter, and the price was more than fair. This is the second purchase I have made with Route 1. The first item, a Polaris Sling Shot, went smoothly also, so it was a no brainer to return to them for my Spyder purchase. Also, their facility is top notch.

It's a nice place. I took sailing lessons with my son here, and we rented a boat to take out and practice. It has been good for both purposes. The lake is small, so you can't go on any big voyages, but you can at least practice the basics.

Went on the pirate ship trip with family tonight. Everyone had a great time partying like a pirate. Did a brief trip at the gift shop and it was beautifully set up, without the odd perfume smell of the local surf shop competitor. The marina was super clean, well situated, and well organized. Had a great time.and I'm sure we will be back. Maybe today to.check out the shop!

Cute store on premises that I visit often. Bought an adorable dress on sale in November without trying it on. Returned the very next day because it was too small. They wouldn't take it back because it was a sale. They would have had plenty of time to re-sell. My problem is that they were slow that day and 3 employees stood behind the counter with all 3 chiming in about returns and company policy. I thought one employee could of handled the return with no issues. Won't be back....overpriced anyway.

I’ve been doing business with Route One for years now. This is my second unit I have bought from them and that is for a reason they have always taken care of me extremely well from the purchase of the vehicle and working with me on price all the way to service and repairs, my salesman was Charles. Leedy went right back to him for my next unit always a pleasure working with him. I brought my new four wheeler in for some upgrades. And we ran into a bit of an issue with the transmission, Mike Fletcher the service advisor has always taken great care of me for all my service and repairs, extremely knowledgeable and a joy to work with. They had my transmission repaired replaced the next day Arsenio was my technician spoke with him in depth about the work we were doing and he did an amazing job. Had the bike ready to go the next day. It was a big job to complete, and he did not hesitate to get started that day. I greatly appreciate Route One and I will always continue to do business here!

They helped me successfully troubleshoot a propane tank issue, and while at it gave me a number of useful tips to help avoid the issue again. The fix was simple - I ended up needing to have the tank purged. Rather than charge me to burn off the remaining propane, they gave me the option to do it myself over the weekend and return on Monday for the purge. True professionals!!
Had excellent service from Pro RV Repair. The technicians were very prompt, professional & great with follow-up.
We had our water pump replaced & they also helped us (as newer RV owners) how to avoid such issues in the future.

Parts dept sold me a bad drive shaft, which broke a brand new bearing that I also purchased. They exchanged the shaft but refused to exchange the bearing while chuckling, so now i'm out 135 dollars due to their product. "EDIT: After speaking with parts department manager, He made it right. So point is If you seem to have parts issues just speak with the parts manager. Nice Guy and he understood."
Pro RV has serviced my travel trailer in the past. Took them up on their mobile service this time cause it was 50$ off and it was certainly more convenient. (Probably saved them space on their lot too.) Service person was Donny. He had an excellent sense of urgency. It was apparent he was very experienced at RV repair. He did some minor pex plumbing work(removed a built in water filter) and repaired my furnace. Did it in an hour and a half. Tried the furnace out it works great. Since trailer is in winter storage haven’t tried the plumbing yet. Looks like it should hold water. Great job. Did what they said they would do.

Decent little Marina. If you're a cruiser they advertise $10 a day to park your dinghy and go shopping or whatever else. We have a 13 ft Boston Whaler that is the tender for our trawler. We came in and the dock hands were very helpful and friendly. We paid our $10 and went on our way for the day. When we came back the manager told us that since we had a whaler and not an inflatable that he what have to charge us by the foot. The lesson here is unless you have a inflatable don't come here. I for one will not be back.
There is not a marina in the area like Lake Fairview for boat rentals on a lake. We had our sailing certifications, but needed sailing hours to increase our experience and abilities. Cynthia and her team are fantastic! The prices are great, and they offer as much help as you need to get out on the lake. They got us the time we needed to graduate to larger boats, and get out to the ocean. Great team, love them! Would recommend in a heartbeat for sailing lessons and boat rentals.
Route1 was awesome from the beginning, starting with the first phone call to inquire about product. The whole team was great. Our sales pro Robert took care of us and went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday special all while dealing with tight timelines to make it happen. He quarterbacked everyone to make sure I was a Happy Customer. Brittney was so helpful and Glenn made the paper quick and easy. True professionals. Thanks Route1 for adding another satisfied customer. Their inventory selection and facilities are great to boot. Highly Recommended. Looking forward to the next purchase!

Very nice staff and the facility is very clean.
Many thanks and kudos go to Pro RV Repair for making the replacement of my RV's house and chassis batteries quick and effortless for me. Stephine, the service manager, was very helpful in determining what batteries were required and she made the appointment for a technician to come to my location forty miles away for the following week. Donny, the technician, arrived on time and, with a few questions, went straight to work. He's both professional and friendly. The job was finished in under two hours. He left the area clean and was quite patient with my many questions. I'm delighted with my experience and Pro RV will be the first I call when the need arises. Thanks again!

These guys are the best. I’ve used route 1 so many times. 2015 outlander 800 XMR. 2016 outlander 570 XMR. 2018 Ranger 1000 EPS duel overhead cam. 2020 Defender HD10 XMR. 2023 super73 adventure R. 2023 super73 RX Malibu RSD. Every time I come in I’m never pressured into buying anything. They genuinely want you happy when you leave. Shout out to Christian, Bradley and Tim for always taking care of me with parts, sales and service. I’ll be seeing y’all again in the future.

Rose full service Marina is fantastic! Great friendly staff that help you dock. They monitor channel 9 for the marina. Good fuel dock service. Really good floating transient slips! Good restaurants within walking distance. Publix one mile away.
The technicians and quality of work has been very good in the 3 times I've used them this year. The office seems to be a bit disorganized in that one person handles parts/service, another handles remote service and then the office manager apparently runs this shop and another shop I believe. I sometimes felt like the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing and I had to talk to multiple people to get questions answered. Once communication issues were resolved, the actual work went well. They also made special effort to get me on the schedule quickly to accommodate me since I live in my RV.
nice area, beautiful views. over priced, and don't keep their word. no communication with slip owners.

Route one motorsports is a really good bike shop. They have everything you need from accessories to watercraft off-road vehicles ATVs, but not only that their service department went above and beyond to work on my dirtbike. It’s an older dirtbike and Mike the service advisor was really helpful in so many ways I definitely recommend if you go there talk to Mike he will definitely help you out with whatever you need he will go above and beyond to get things done they really have good stuff there too. Their prices are very reasonable and they’re very fast at what they do. They’re very quick and precise. Definitely will recommend to family and friends again ask for Mike in service he will take care of you.
Technician Tim was wonderful to work with. He did a great job with the repairs and kept us in constant communication with progress. The icing on the cake was how hard he tried to keep the costs down considering our trailer needed several repairs and was at the shop for some time. Will be taking my trailer back to Rv Pro when any future issues occur and we always have. I will be requesting Tim to do the work but I am confident any of the techs would handle my business professionally. Thanks again RV Pro and especially Tim!!

Excellent! We called other mobile rv techs and simply never heard back. Pro RV were here within a few days of us calling and the tech was great! We had furnace issues and no idea why. The tech did his best to diagnose and fix the problem. It seemed to be working until just after he left. But, we called and he came right back, the same day! He fixed it and we've had glorious heat with no issues. The tech was very personable, easy to talk to and it was obvious he was really doing everything he could without costing us more than necessary. We are very happy and definitely recommend.
What a wonderful Marina with nearby restaurants and a stunning view
It's a nice marina on Big Bear Lake. A gay men's group from Palm Springs and I took a paddle steamer lake cruise on the Big Bear Queen for about 1 1/2 hours, which was great fun, especially the wonderful commentary provided by the captain on the Intercom.
Took my older trailer in due to fridge not working. Did a multi-point inspection and gave me a report on each item. My technician Tim was very thorough and did a great job! Stephanie (manager) understood that I was on a short window of time and really helped to get my trailer in quickly for inspection. Very happy with the service I received!

Went to the pontoon boat rental booth and was not even greeted by the young lady who was working there. She was looking at a computer. When I asked her for a quote she responded " the prices are listed over there." The reason I asked her was not because I didn't see the prices but because the prices were do much more than they were online. Due to her lack of eye contact and obvious disinterest in us, we left. We went to HOLLOWAYS boat rental in Big Bear and were greeted with enthusiasm. Prices were about 50$ cheaper and the entire experience was awesome!
I love fishing at the point or adjacent beach that is close to the marina. I don't catch large fish, mostly pan fish. End up throwing them back though. No keepers. I do catch fish, so it's a win. Everyone is friendly and polite. All seem to enjoy their surroundings.
Love this little hidden gem.

It's a shame NPS is allowing this marina to become such an eyesore and not maintain the property nor water access way for safety as it should be. On need of repairs of some of the electric towers and waterlines. Could be a great place again.

Had an amazing time renting a sailboat!
-Super friendly and helpful
-Incredible prices
-Great selection of boats

And best of all—the lake is amazingly clear and clean! Very well cared for equipment and landscaping makes for a serene time.

For anybody living or visiting Orlando- come here and rent a boat!

Also, great selection of used boats for sale at reasonable prices.
Fort washington marina has declined from a destination for water travelers. The gas dock is not 24/7 no card swipe and go! The management refuses to dredge the waterways. Parking is not monitored meaning you can get blocked in. Debree floating around boats. No restaurant. Plenty of no's but the marina wants residents! Why?
Awesome place with a great view. Lots of boats, private access to the docks. Kind of a cool spot to see if in the area.

Great marina; clean and well managed. Great location, easy in and out. Close to the wharf and great parking.
Incredibly dishonest marina. Take your business to the many other marinas in the DC area.

I've been keeping my jet ski dry-docked at Rickenbacker Marina since February 2023, and I can't say enough positive things about my experience. The team at Rickenbacker Marina truly goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service, and I want to give a special shout-out to Christian and Emil, who are not only incredibly friendly, but their expertise is evident in the exceptional care they take with each and every jet ski. They're always available to answer any questions I have, and I greatly appreciate their dedication to keeping my ski in top shape.

I'd also like to mention the wonderful assistance I've received from Kristy and Tatiana in the office. They are friendly and knowledgeable, making the process of getting parking passes and requesting jet ski launches a breeze.

I highly recommend Rickenbacker Marina to anyone in need of dry/wet docking services or maintenance for their watercraft (I've already convinced my friend, Mohamad, to dry-dock his boat there!). Christian and Emil's exceptional work, along with the assistance of Kristy and Tatiana, have made my experience here truly enjoyable.

Amazing location. Amazing staff. Very easy to order a launch or get the boat on a rack. Love this place.
While planning our trip to the Orlando area for the typical amusement parks, we ran across Lake Fairview Marina. Having previously owned a 22-foot Catalina I wanted to introduce my 13-year-old grandson to sailing. We decided to give Lake Fairview a try. I was rusty with rigging, having not sailed in a long time, but everyone was extremely helpful. Once out on the lake my wife and I quickly retrieved some of our skills, and as we grew more confident we began teaching our grandson. He took to it right away and soon was at the tiller. Our visit was a highlight of our trip! If you enjoy sailing at all, a four-hour sail on Lake Fairview is a must, and it's a perfect place to teach a new generation of sailors.

This maybe my first review I ever did but I must say from the top down, the Manager/Dock-master Javier(Jay) and his staff hands down make you feel like you are the only one there and there are a lot of boats. The office staff is flawless and the deck hands are there for you above and beyond. They don't know the word "no", they get it done! Great experience all around having my boat and jet ski here!
This is one of the last bastions on any DC waterfront -- the last privately owned full service in the DC proper. I've never had a bad experience here. The staff, mechanics, and management are straight shooters and communicative. I hope this place never goes away.
Great service, friendly staff, fair prices on outboard motor tune-ups and winterization.

If you plan to rent a boat there beware of a parking scam. This is how it works...boat company offers free parking with reservation, when you arrive you go to the marina office and they give you a visitor parking pass. No instructions or map of where to park are provided. No visible signs where visitors can park. Upon return you discover the parking company that works for the marina booted your vehicle. You look around and notice that multiple cars received same treatment. if you don't believe me scroll down and read the other reviews from multiple people complaining about the same thing. Ironically, the city of miami sent the marina owners a contract default notice due to parking...they promised to pay the city $2M to build a parking lot but didn't. Now I know why. I'm sure people would prefer to just pay $20. for parking if there was an option or a place, instead of getting booted. BTW, don't bother to complain as they don't care and will blame it on you. Such a bad way to run a business, no surprise miami residents voted last year to not automatically extend their contract for 75 years and bid it out.
Limited Options - The only "do it yourself" yard with capacity near Washington DC which is a needed service. My experience - no response to phone calls & emails for over a week, the responses I did get only answered half the question, incompetent blocking of the boat, and my boat was broken into/tools and alcohol stolen. Oh did I mention the crew was 3 hours late showing up from the time they provided. I wish there was another option! Friendly locals in the yard and easy to do work there. New manager started 10/21/2022.

Smelled like fish.

Edit: 1 star to 5 stars

I have now realized why it smelled like fish, it was, in fact, because we were close to the bay. Great business guys though!
Nice local marina with great owners and services!
Purchased a motor for our inflatable dinghy. After searching multiple dealers in the area I found Washington Marina had the exact motor in stock. Emailed Tim and he replied, on his day off. All communication was done by email. I picked up the engine the next day. Tim took the time to walk me through the engine and the operation. Great experience and would highly recommend.
Great Marina, restaurant, beach, and ofcourse Flo's. This block or two is fantastic during the summer time!

Rented a pontoon boat from here. They were very nice and super accommodating. The boat was in OK shape, definitely not brand new. Let us bring our two large dogs and they had a great time! This was a massive pontoon boat and I thought the price was very reasonable. It is a busy lake out there though so it’s helpful if you’ve driven a boat before. If you haven’t, they do give you very good instructions. We had a great time and would rent from them again!
I’m new to the marina this year. Summer is great to work with. I love a the upgrades and hard work her crew has put in to improve the marina.

We rented a pontoon boat here and loved it! The staff is friendly, they give you a chart, an overview of the boat and a safety brief. They will tell you where to go and even rent fishing equipment/bait so you can create your own adventure. We went to Keewaydin island, found a ton of shells, saw some dolphins and cruised around for the day. It was a great time. Thanks Rose Marina for helping us enjoy our vacation!

I have used Barrons for 4 years to haul and store my J120 sailboat. Fred is a very nice person and easy to work with. They do good work and care about the customer. I also had my boat awlgriped and it came out very nicely.
I visited the Lake Fairview Marina to inquire about sailing lessons and ended up buying a beautiful small little sailboat. They were super helpful during the whole transaction, Cynthia even helped me negotiate a small discount on the boat. I'm yet to go back to take my sailing lessons ;) but I have joyfully sailed my little sailboat plenty of times.

They need regulations for non boaters parking, the people that were coming there as guest to someone who has a slip there, were taking all of the large parking spaces from boat owners that's trying to patronize the ramp. People were showing up there to just socialize and cookout. Is it a marina or a park to picnic and cookout?

We sailed on one of the tour boats around the lake for two hours. Very pleasant and relaxing.
Great environment, just a nice place to go with family and friends .
I have fished from the docks in the fall for panfish while and after boats were removed. It was much appreciated that fisherman were allowed to do so. It is my understanding that there are now signs for “no fishing” from the docks. Just checking to see if this is indeed the case. It would be unfortunate to have another means of access to good fishing be eliminated.

I made our reservation on June 14, 2020 for an 8 hour Pontoon rental for Saturday, June 27, 2020. We stopped into the marina the day before our rental to ask questions about fishing and what could be brought on the boat. Upon arrival, we were told that no reservation could be found for me and they were fully booked. I pulled the reservation up on my phone, plus the text message I had received from them on June 25, 2020, stating my reservation included life vests. The desk clerk said my name sounded "familiar" but still could not find my reservation. I asked for her to pull up the text message that was sent from their office phone, but was told they just got a new phone the day before and all text messages were no longer available. 😒 Knowing she made a mistake, she offered to give us the rental for the following day of our confirmed reservation with a $50 discount and could do nothing more. After speaking with my group, we decided we would take the offer and go out on Sunday. Big Mistake! Sunday was cold, windy, and the lake was super choppy. We were told that because of the high wind, all boats needed to be returned for the day. We were out for just over 4 hours. We paid for 8 hours. When asked what they planned on doing for us, they said we needed to speak to the owner and they would issue us a voucher. As I stood there on the dock waiting for the owner to come talk to me, who never came over, I was finally told to speak to the gal in the office. All she did was credit the difference and charged me for the standard 4 hour charge. Due to her negligence from the beginning, she failed to book our reservation, we missed the best boating day on Saturday, our rental time was cut in half on Sunday, and I paid full price of 4 hour rental. I will never rent from this establishment again. I am a small business owner, and I am appalled about my treatment as a paying customer.😤👎 Unfortunately, I can now relate to some of their customer's poor reviews.

Wonderful place, wonderful staff and family owned. Prices are always fair and reasonable, work is amazing! Highly recommend for any and all boat repair and services.
I bought an Inflatable Boat (a $5,000 Highfield Dinghy) from the owner of this marina. He promised me to get me the certificate of origin and did nothing but ignore my calls. Owner is a real jerk. I would not give him any business. He has 0 concern for his customers or people in general. Do not do business with Jim Svendsen.
The parts department here is top notch. I have a somewhat uncommon engine in my boat, and some of the widely available parts listings online are incorrect for it. They are the only place that has managed to help sort this out and get me what I need year after year. Their customer service is excellent, and overall this is a huge asset to the boating community in the DC Metro area.
What can I say about Barron's that isn't equally felt or already expressed by the whole of City Island? Jay and Fred have been friends, mentors, and kept my boat safe through all sorts of situations that I could never have navigated on my own, and without their guidance, I'd have a boat on the bottom of the sound by now.
The place is pretty run down. Lots of near derelict boats in the water and on shore. Restaurant is closed. Very shallow access for boats during low tide. Prices for boat slips are compatible to much nicer marinas. One complete floating dock is unuseable.

I've been to this marina several times. Very nice place, the staff i s welcoming, and they have a really great service team. Hard to find a marina this nice in the Northeast!
A local partner, left over from an age where relationships matter and trust comes foremost working with your mechanics. When looking for the true to their word experts who have had over 30 years getting boaters back on the water this is the go-to destination. When I’m out on the water I need to know my equipment is going to work the first time, that trust starts at the front counter at Washington Marina. I plan to be going back for years to come.
Awesome place. The crew was super helpful, they made renting their pontoon for a couple hours as easy as it possibly could be. We spent a great afternoon relaxing on the lake and drinking. Highly recommended!
Connie and Dean (marina owners) are hardworking and always fair. The marina looks better than it ever has due to their efforts, attention to detail and continual updating. We've been a part of this marina for nearly 30 years and 3 previous owners....so we have plenty of history with this business. It's not only a great marina but is also being managed so very well.
We have been coming to this marina for almost 20 years and have multiple generations of family who have enjoyed it for even longer. Connie and the newer ownership are fantastic to work with, and have the marina looking nicer than ever. They are passionate about creating a nice, clean, family friendly establishment and are exceeding expectations in all facets.
We enjoyed our intro to sailing outing with Steve. The entire staff was helpful and friendly from the very first phone call through to the end. We were made to feel at ease and confident with our first experience with sailing. I highly recommend you take lessons here or just rent a boat, kayak, or paddle board. You can even rent and relax in the tiki hut for a those without their sealegs.

We've kept our sailboat here for over fifteen years & have made many good friends in this working man's marina. It's a hidden jewel on City Island for the nautically-inclined common folk. The facility has been thoroughly upgraded with a modern office, showers/bathroom, ample parking in yard in off-season, security cameras present, shore power & water access. This is not a slip-based facility. Access to moorings almost 24/7 via manned launch. It's worth every penny!

I came here and looked at the gorgeous view. Too little, too late did I realize I was on the lake itself and not on frozen ice atop normal terrain. It was a fearful realization upon realizing that a good majority of people were even further in the lake than I was. The view however was gorgeous.
Bad experience. They did not finish the job and threatened with holding the boat if i did not accept it as it was. The bottom paint was peeling after 6 months, the gelcoat was done - some of it- as the boat was moving towards the water. Unpleasant experience. The quote was largely exceeded and forced to pay.
Stopped here for gas for the boat and ended up drinking some cold ones from the tap at the outdoor bar. Apparently we were a little early for this huge blue crab feast they were planning for later that day.. There were tons of mallets and bowls and they were bringing in more seats and setting up pavilions. Looked like some lucky folks were about to have a smashing good time!
We have kept our boat in the Wabasha Marina for 15 years. This present owner (Connie) has been very attentive to our needs and suggestions as well. The excellent head mechanic (Jason) keeps our boat in tip-top running condition. Everyone is helpful and attentive to our boating needs. The marina is also quiet and filled with nice people. We love it there and have no complaints. We are looking forward to next summer at the Wabasha Marina:))
