Love Brooklyn Ninja Academy! My son did the summer camp and now a weekly class. The teachers are extremely helpful and responsible. We will be back again!
Love this place! We had a great experience with a private lesson and a wonderful competition experience. Very nice people who work there. Highly recommend!
My son (who is 8) gets really excited about his sessions with Kevin, which is huge. I let Kevin know some things my son needed to better understand and he tailors the lesson to include that. They also worked on focusing which is probably my son's biggest problem. I hadn't even brought that up with Kevin, but he just knows my son well enough to know he needs it.
Iona has been my son’s swim teacher for the past several semesters. She has been great with him. We love Emler’s for swim lessons. We are very happy with how our son’s are swimming. I have already recommended Emler’s to several of our friends.
We love Elmer’s and we have been coming here since our oldest was 6 months and he’s Almost 5! The staff is great and we have love all of our teachers! We have miss Ashton right now on Thursday’s and she is the best! She’s super patient and kind to the kids. You can tell she enjoys it!
My oldest loves the big slide (not every location has one) and the instructors are all awesome and very friendly! Ms Jen is the very best but there’s no bad instructor there. Both my kids love the water, have been in classes since 6 months old. I give credit to their extremely positive experiences at Emler Swim School! Can’t say enough good things about it!
Our first has been at Emler since 6 months old and loves it! The instructors are amazing: they connect with your LO, explain what the purpose of class components, and give great feedback. The front desk staff is always helpful in answering questions in person, on the phone or email. The only issue we have had is with the app and its bugs.

We highly recommend Zoey as an instructor! She is patient, engages with her class and communicates well on our LO’s progress. We love her!
The staffs were very friendly and my kids loved it. Her instructor Ashton was really good and they made a great progress. She makes sure the kids have fun just by doing a simple round up after each round during the lessons which my kids thoroughly enjoyed. She never hesitated to do the round up even if my daughter asks for it after multiple times after each round. It was a fun experience for my kids. Thank you Ms. Ashton!
We really like Emler, Ms. Iona and the management team have been very accommodating to our needs. Ms. Iona really cares and makes effort to make the learning experience enjoyable for my kid. The facility is great as well.
All the instructors are wonderful!! My daughter went from not being able to put her face in the water to being swim team ready. We've been here a few years and will stay. We have Kelly this semester and she's really inspiring my daughter to excel!
Our little one loves water babies! Lots of different activities are done during class and she enjoys them all. Our teacher Iona is very nice and explains everything as we do it!

As quoted by my 6 yr old daughter who recently had her first class…
I love ninja warrior because…
#1 it’s really super duper fun
#2the best coaches
#3 she loves getting ginormous muscles
#4 they have awesome stuff like monkey bars, side to side jump and rope swing.
(She loves the playground and was always asking for a harder challenge of an obstacle course so of course this made the most sense!)
Fantastic neighborhood gym for any parents with active kids. Highly recommended.

According to my kid, who’s taking a fall class: “I really love the spider wall and the fact that they have a portable buzzer that can be set up to create a race.”
We love this place. The coaches are fantastic. My kid feels challenged and has learned new skills he can use both inside and out of the gym.
Tuition for junior classes is significantly more than nearby tennis centers. Is their a reason? Haven’t attended any sessions but cost is a definite turn off
Decent place to send your kids for solid tennis techniques.
Highly recommend, coach Hong is very nice.
Etienne has arranged for my 11 years old son 1-1 training with Coach Cheikh during our vacation in NY. Etienne has communicated with me in a responsive, solution oriented and collaborative manner and followed up the trainings.
We were so lucky to train with Coach Cheikh. He’s a great coach, wonderful person and definitely knows how to communicate and get along with kids. He’s also explaining why the player needs to do what in which circumstances and I really see the sparkles lightning in my son‘s eyes while listening Cheikh. He also gives motivational speech and shares his experience during trainings and I cannot thank enough for his valuable tips and life lessons during and after sessions.
Overall working with Infinite Athletics was a smooth process for me and great experience for my son. I recommend Etienne and Coach Cheikh for parents looking for a basketball coach in NY.
My daughter and son spent a week at Infiinite Athletics basketball camp. They had a great time and learned a lot. Organization and communication by the camp staff was excellent. Thank you!
My son has attended summer camp with Infinite Athletics (IA) for two summers now. Coach Brower runs a very professional organization and works to make players excel and push themselves when playing basketball. But Coach Brower’s goal is always for the kids to enjoy their time playing basketball and teach them respect for the game and respect for each other. Coach Brower is very good at providing feedback both to the kids and to the parents. I truly feels he cares about the trajectory of each student/athlete.

My son has so enjoyed his camp sessions and wishes he could do them all summer long. I noticed a marked improvement in my son’s basketball skills after his time at Camp this year.

My son has also done private sessions with IA. I can’t say enough good things about IA, Coach Brower, and their coaching staff.
Our daughter had a wonderful time and learned a ton at basketball camp with Infinite Athletics! Thank you!!!

Hi if this place is open ???
My son Garrett said he learned so much, including his weaknesses and strengths, as well as, little details he needs to work on. Coach Longmire was awesome and he will definitely be back.
Jason is the best coach that we’ve ever worked with. There’s simply no one better for goalies in the DMV area and potentially far beyond, He delivers top tier skill, experience, and connections. And most of all he genuinely cares about the kids he coaches.
I have been wanting to sign up for a beginner class here for awhile. Have been in communication with Andy & the other evening he put me in a class with a wonderful instructor named Matt.

After I hit 3-4 forehands, Matt quickly diagnosed all the issues with my forehand. Matt helped me understand the proper grip & footwork for volleys. He even had this cool way to locate the continental grip on the racket.

Matt also mentioned the arm should be more relaxed when serving or stroking. I had no idea how I was going to relax my arm, but the other day I was serving during a practice match & voila my arm relaxed on its own.

Thank you, Andy & Matt!
I am 11 years old and Wolfe has been such a good experience and taught me a lot, throughout out camps and 1 on 1 instructional lessons. I personally recommend Coach Kevin because he is a very nice person and knows A LOT about the game and even more at the position.

Our son loves this place... and it's really helped him develop his core strength. The facility is great, clean, and well run. On top of that, the coaches are fantastic. (Wish I had coaches like that as a kid.) As a family, we look forward to going every week. Can't recommend it enough.
Our daughter loves it here so much! We used to go to their location in Manhattan and we were so excited to find out that they opened a location in Brooklyn which is much closer to our home. To be honest we would go no matter the distance as we have such a great experience here. The teachers are supportive, super encouraging and fun. They really challenge the kids and teach them ways to improve their strength so they can continue to get better. It's a great workout!

Excellent experience! Hosted a birthday party for my son and 20 rowdy boys and everyone had a very good time. Coaches were absolutely amazing (high energy, organized) and took the lead and parents were able to sit back and relax.

In the summer, decent courts. The rest of the year you pay $110 per hour during the weekday. For public courts. Not serving the community and price gouging those that can afford it.

We reached out to Etienne to request a small group for our 3rd grade girls. He was terrific in helping us put one together and get us a coach. Etienne was so communicative throughout the season and the girls enjoyed the experience. Coaches were great.

Hi, did this place reopen ?
I was driving by and the blinking lights really gave me a headache that’s rude fix it or I will come back.
Great place! Love the drill and games two hour ‘lessons’ ! Great team as well!
Rude in person and over the phone. Do they offer any adult clinics ?
Our son has had a great few weeks with small group sessions with the coaches at Wolfe. He’s only been skating a d playing for about 2 years and he wanted more one on one type instruction. We found that with the coaches at Wolfe and even though he’s a hit of a newbie, they made him feel comfortable yet they challenge him. Scheduling is incredibly easy and flexible. It’s been a great choice for us and he will go into the season with more confidence than last.

Wolfe Hockey has managed to commoditize the scheduling of ice hockey lessons, and provides the most customer-forward booking process on the planet! All available lesson slots are posted online — and as long as you book 6 hours in advance, there is no risk of the instructor not showing up. If only scheduling a doctor’s appointment was so simple, patient-centric, and commoditized!

And of course the instruction itself is world class — second to none! Highly recommend them!

My son learns to swim at Strongwater Swim. The instructors are mature, friendly and patient. I like the fact that you have the same instructor every week, so there is no confusion. Also the pool is big and not crowded, swimming groups are small.
I wasted money with other swimming schools before finding Strongwater. I would definitely recommend Strongwater for all ages if you really want to learn to swim.

Thomas has trained with Wolfe for many years! It is a great way for him to get a quick practice or refresher in and to get some ice time between games / practices. I would recommend it for anyone who has a specific skill they want to improve, or who has a long break between games and practices.
Coach Hong is nice, but the woman who runs the place was incredibly rude to my daughter. I'll never bring my kids back here.
Great for the kids to learn hockey skills that will stay with them!
Even though my time is not flexible, schedule is not a problem to me since I always schedule him ahead of time. There are some cancellations but those were due to the rain; can't blame the winter here. Parking could be tough, you just need a good parking karma.

My teenage son has trained with Etienne and Infinite Athletics for two offseasons now and they are outstanding. My son works on strength and conditioning for baseball and football. Etienne has a great rapport with his young athletes, he's flexible and easy to work with and is extremely knowledgeable and motivating. He's a great role model for young athletes and I would refer him without hesitation.

Infinite athletics does a great job of building the skill levels and confidence of all the children. The coaches are all caring and dedicated. As a busy parent, I really appreciated how organized IA is and how clearly they communicated! It was a great experience for me and my son.

Discipline, Conditioning, Skills, Mental & Physical Toughness, Developmental Goals - Implementation/Execution of Game Strategy. A loss is a lesson while winning is accomplishment well deserved. Thanks Winston!
We put Alex Stella in weekly training with Wolfe Hockey since December. This was in addition to Club and High School Hockey. Each week his technique and skills have improved. This wouldn't have happened without time and effort by all. Thanks to Jason and his Team. Well worth every $$ spent if you want success!

Thank You Jason

My son has been learning tennis at Hong Tennis Training Center since summer 2017. From the video you can tell that the coach did very good job. I am very happy for my son. The group classes are fun too. We travel from Virginia to here three times a week. Highly recommend!
Playing volleyball on the non-tennis courts. It's about 34 degrees outside and 40 here in the facility. There is a one-room restroom that is nice and warm. But I don't know how this plays follow any kind of code.
Nice facility - they have year round indoor tennis courts. There's also volleyball and badminton courts next door.
A family member trained with Winston and it was astounding to watch his growth as a soccer player throughout their time together. Winston focuses heavily on the fundamentals of soccer and is unbelievably knowledgeable about the game of soccer. Highly recommend for anyone who is serious about the sport.
Winston is a rare coach with a professional level understanding of soccer and an adept understanding of child development. It is impossible not to improve under his tutelage, and it is the good fortune of any player to be developing under his careful watch --- no matter what the age or what the skill level.

At 9 years old, my son absolutely loves soccer – the game, the culture, everything. He participates in Winston’s Golden Touch developmental classes. He very much looks forward to going each week, and is always improving, which fuels his confidence and love for the sport. Coach Winston and his staff truly want to see their kids succeed. Coach will often stop practice and remind the players what they should be focusing on. Proper skill development is his first priority. When Coach Winston speaks, it’s in a genuine way, and in a way that makes my son want to try that much harder so that one day he will reach the level of soccer expertise of his favorite players.

Benjamin Stoddert continues to peddle EBSCO's special brand of "school databases" at students - links directly through the pubic library from children's online school portals. Parents better wake up - 3 billion dollar, EBSCO at the center of a growing nation-wide scandal for its apparent role in marketing porn and sexual violence through K-12 "school databases". National Center on Sexual Exploitation named EBSCO to the 2017 Dirty Dozen List as a major contributor to the sexual exploitation of women and children. If parents don't demand accountability from this school, I predict there will be more violence. This appears to be a culture that fosters the sexual grooming of children. endsexualexploitation. org/ebsco/ Parents of children harmed by the sexualized culture at this school should take a close look at the potential culpability of 3 billion dollar EBSCO.

I joined a adult program for cardio a year ago , never had an issue , most employees are nice & professional, facility clean & calm. I gave one star due to the fact I came to the park to enjoy the weather & as I am 9 months pregnant I knew the facility had a restroom never had a problem coming into the center to use the bathroom before but today needing to use the restroom really bad the employee in the front desk refused me usage of there restroom , explained there was nothing she could do because it was a private facility regardless that I was once a member not to long ago & regardless the fact I was pregnant. I will make sure I will not recommend this tennis center to any friends & family due to this one employee who was sarcastically rude & had no remorse of how badly I needed to use the bathroom even though I was pregnant. Really need to train on being kind, kindness goes a long way.
This school has to many fights
Terrible, I wouldn't put my kid in this training ever again, kids come out of this training unsecure and unhappy, I play soccer my self for about 30 years now and this program has nothing to do with soccer training. It's who you know and how much you could spend.
A school where you cannot reach out to the teachers and the Principal and need to have an "appointment" I am going to highly question the credibility of the staff where my child is bullied by a certain math teacher! Failing a gifted and talented child and NOT A WORD OF CAUTION SENT TO THE PARENT, NO INTERVENTION, NO NOTES SENT HOME, NOT INFORMED THROUGH REMIND APP, this is highly questionable and demoralising for the child who DREADS GOING TO THIS SCHOOL NOW! My child who excelled in math now hates the subject! I will be taking this up with the Board of Education.
The entire show was in spanish (although not all the show is spoken) at the one I went in Newark, and I guess that's something to keep in mind, but they do perform great and fun shows for the family that I would definetely recommend.
I'm glad that African history is the focus. That's where history began, if I'm not mistaken.
Its a good school the teachers are cool and the kids are cool to
Not the worst school in Charles County but it definitely isn't getting better. I wish they'd be more proactive at working with the parents, and stop focusing on predominantly African studies in history.

Horrible customer service! I got free tickets thru a friend which included 4 ppl. 2 adults 2 kids. I went with my 15 yr olds & couldn't see the show bc a kid for them is considered under the age of 10. So basically they rather stay with the money then accommodate us. Bc of course the ticket specifies no return or exchange so they rather us leave without seeing the show. After we traveled from Manhattan to Queens. Very unprofessional.
