Waited a week for one window. Excuse after excuse, finally got the glass, it was cut wrong, 1/2” too short. Called and asked for my money back. Never again!!!
This is a Beautiful house with lots of cool things ! But me and my husband went in this place and im guessing its the owner who followed us around like we were thieves .Well i will say we are not thieves ! People seem to judge people by there cover !! Well i will say i will never be back besides most of his stuff is way to big to fit in my purse so i say its very RUDE! And ALL SO u can order .most of this online!! i guess i can see that so sir i do apologize and your place is almost a one of a kind and you can not see all of it in one day! And also very well put together and very clean from like dust on your items ! Thank You for our visit cuz i dont live there but we visit often me more then him and ive been wanting to visit for a long time now ! Thanks again
Walked by on a recent visit, the statues/yard art caught our eye so we ventured in. It was the coolest/craziest place you will ever see. So many unique items, you could spend all day looking. If you are in the area, it's worth stopping by. It is walking distance from the Freedonia brewery.
This place is a must see in Nacogdoches. So cool.

A one-of-the-kind, must-see place. Each part of the house has different themed items. My favorite was the oceanic and Eastern themed room on the second floor. The home itself is an architectural masterpiece by the local legend, Diedrich Rulfs, and was a pleasure to explore. The owner, who is an SFA alumni who has been in Nacogdoches since the 60’s, helped to answer all my questions about items for sale. As a college student, many of the items were admittedly out of my current price range, but nevertheless, it was a pleasure to view the carefully curated collections.
someone was suppose to be here by noon to give me a estimate to fix some windows , and no one showed so i call and was told they still are coming out today well here it is 5:30 no calls and no one showed up ! NEVER WOULD I DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT CAN NOT EVEN show up LET ALONG CALL YOU TO LET YOU KNOW ! not a way to do business for sure , i find it really RUDE to have someone waste a whole day waiting and never show up or even call to apologize .......
Went to the store after viewing their IG for the last 6 months, finally made it to the store with intentions of buying living room and bedroom furniture in CASH. I get in the store with 5k in my purse and NOT ONE PERSON came to help me after walking around for 15 minutes so I turned around and left, and no one tried to stop me or anything . So I went to living spaces and got just what I needed! NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE GAS COMING to that hole in the wall

Roberto, Crystal and the Paris Frameworks team always take the upmost care and attention to detail to deliver exquisite quality to whatever your budget and timeline is. They communicate clearly and always deliver on those promised timelines. The on-site workshop makes a huge difference to artwork handling and their packaging and wrapping is excellent. I can’t recommend them enough.

The only issue is that there a few weeks behind schedule (they sent me a bottle of red wine to compensate for that) and the job was highly overprice. My next piece I got it done @ Blick, with the same quality and less than half the price. I will never comeback.

I have had great experiences at NuFrame. Numan and his team are kind, professional, efficient, and make the process easy. I’ve had three pieces done, and I’ll definitely be coming back. It’s well priced, and great service.
The house was loaded with interesting items, but the employee working there made us really uncomfortable. Didn't even smile when saying hello then followed us from room to room without ever saying a word. It was so weird we could only determine that we weren't wanted there, so we left quickly. Probably won't go back.

Buyers beware of their mattresses. This place Sold me a twin mattress with bed bugs. Returned the mattress and refunded the money. Didn't even apologize, the person who sold me the mattress didn't even seemed surprised when i told my son woke up with bed bug bites. Do not recommend this place.

I was nervous because I accidentally broke a frame at my friend's apartment. It was very old and definitely needed some TLC. NuFrame were extremely quick and did an excellent excellent job. I will certainly go back again.

We moved to the Upper West Side and set out to find a framer in the neighborhood and after thorough research we selected Paris Frameworks for our first try. They did a brilliant job. They have an incredible amount of frames and mats to select from and only use museum quality glass. The creative guidance provided by the team is second to none. The quality of the work we've received is the far and away above anything we've experienced before.

Called June 17...was told they would be out the following week. Nothing happened. Called again 2 weeks later..was told they would be out the following week...nothing happened...gave them one last try...they told me maybe Friday. Again, nothing happened. I'm out! I understand people get busy but if you cant do it let us know.
This is a ginger bread house. It's a beautiful place with lots of distractions but some odd inhabitants. We were welcomed by the...owner (?) and it got steadily more creepy from there. The owner kept probing us for information about ourselves, refused to tell us anything about the shop, followed us through every room and even cornered us in one. In the end we held our breath while we walked out of fear that something awful was about to happen. We were so unsettled by the experience we left the town immediately. Travelers do not stop here, something is really off about this place.
Wonderful experience and amazing service at Figueroa Furniture. Furniture arrived beautifully and sooner than expected. Ended up calling back a week later to order more furniture to add to our bedroom! Love waking up to our new bedroom set every morning 🌄 Don't hesitate to order from Figueroa Furniture...this place is the right place and is a win!

I bought a new matress and box spring (not memory foam , not refurbished) in December 2021 and it sunk in on tge aide I sleep on already I paid $500. I only weight 140lbs. Bad quality for the price I am very disappointed that I will need to buy a new matress else where
I had my eye on this "Love" artwork for months. I was so thrilled to finally own it and Mike hung it on our wall last week with great care. It's just so gorgeous. Thank you again Mike and staff for making my birthday wish come true.

This furniture store was great for me. YESTERDAY I Brought a glass table there and this lady name Maria was very kind and so helpful to me with my mother present. She answered all questions and gave good details about the merchandise. I also had interest in a area rug that caught my attention and she offered a really good cut down price on each item and I left out of there with both items at a really good deal for 2items. I was happy and got everything I wanted. I recommend people to shop and buy from them. Finally this man employee secured my items onto my SUV safely. They have great customer services to.

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon on a whim. I love spending my Sunday's in thrift stores and decided to stop here. When I walked in there was hand sanitizer to the right and a masked gorilla to the left. I was immediately greeted by Kristina, her daughter and the shop puppy. The shop is a feast for the eyes. There are beautiful chandeliers glistening above and gorgeous rugs on the ground. Kristina humored me by answering all my questions and even demonstrated the difference between Crystal and glass for me. I purchased a stunning gold chain link collar necklace for a more than reasonable, $15 and I can't wait to go back in a few weeks.

Wonderful custom made furniture. The female employee is so knowledgeable of all the furniture displayed in-store and in the catalogues. Prices are hard to beat considering the quality of the product are second to none. I've purchased a dining room table with 8 high chairs and 3 dressers. Merchant offers prompt local delivery. I definitely recommend this furniture store and their quality products. The store moved a few years back so make sure you have their correct address.
Mike and Gary are fantastic! I asked them to stretch and hang 3 very large pieces (all over 5 ft). They provided an extremely competitive quote (I went to 4-5 shops) and did a great job.

Tried for weeks to get them to repair some broken window panes. Never got a single call back. Now they say they are too busy for new business. I recommend you look elsewhere.

I've had multiple semi windshields replaced by standard glass. They've always done a great job, never had a leak or any problems. They are quick and do good work. Highly recommend.
Very unprofessional. I got windshield installed there and they got glue all over the inside of my truck. the manager was rude and wanted nothing to do with there mistake. Standard glass is a joke now that it's under new management. If you want good business then I wld recommend going to corner stone glass where they are professional and respectful to all customers. Located in ft Morgan out on hwy 34 towards brush. The price is right and you will get quality workmanship.
I had two pictures framed at this gallery. The staff was wonderful in making suggestions but I had the finale say and the framed photos were wonderful. They take such pride in their work. The price was reasonable.
