I bought a strawberry nutriday yoghurt yesterday 09/12/24 and it had mold

Horrific experience I had at this store, I will never set my foot in there. The lady at the Internet cafe was so rude and lacked peoples skills and customer service, I had to ask her if she was not feeling well, she said no, she utterly disgraceful and couldn't care less what I said, but she when he buddy walked din she entertained so it was clear to me you only get service and a smile if she knows you, The other customers were complaining Aswell, I took my complain to the Manager who told me "Not Now " I quote . It was clear to me he was the reason he's staff lacked customer skills. I then went to the Supervisor who was the opposite I think her name is Busi. 2024/10/31 Manager on Duty and lady at the Internet cafe are the rotten apples of the business.

Whoever answers the phone, especially today is very rude shame, like spar doesnt want customers.

TODAY I WENT TO BUY SNOW BALLS FROM THEM PREVIOUS TO THIS I BOUGHT AN THEY PUT IT IN PACKETS AN GOT SMASHED BEFORE I REACH HOME I ASKED THE LADY AT THE COUNTER TO PUT IT IN A BOX SHE REFUSED AN ASKED HER TO CALL HER MANAGER THE STORE MANGER WAS NOT PRESENT AS PER THEY STAFF ON DUTY ANOTHER LADY WHO CLAIMS TO BE A THE BAKERY MANAGER COMES TO ME DIDNT EVEN LISTEN TO WHAT I HAVE TO SAY AN SAYS U CAN'T GET THE BOX FOR THE CAKES SHE LEAVE ME FUSRATED SHE WALKS AWAY I MUS GO ROUND THE HOLE STORE LOOKING FOR HER I ACTUALLY LEFT THE CAKES BACK AN DIDNT COME HOME WITH IT!IS THIS HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GIVEN I PROMISE TO MAKE THIS INCIDENT A ISSUES AN I WILL SURELY CONTACT SPAR HEAD OFFICE AN MAKE SURE THESE EMPLOYEES OFF YOUR STORE BE DEALTH WITH I WILL NOT TOLERATE SUCH FILTY ATTUIDES FROM YOUR POOR AN DESRESPECTIVE STAFF

Ordered some groceries via the spar2u app, very impressed that each item eg mushroom punnet and frozen goods were individually wrapped in a seperate packet before being packed into the paper delivery bag. Thank you for great service

Worst customer service experience at the cigarette kiosk!
Incident occurred on Sunday around 14:24.

It's now Tuesday and I'm still waiting for management to contact me regarding the experience.

So poor service all round!

So sick and tired of Spar Chatsworth's poor customer service ethics. The managers are too busy making stories at the podium, laughing and giggling and don't ever pick up the damn phones. You can call over 20 times and no one picks up the phone. They pick up the phone when they feel like. They can't say that they are busy, they only thing they are busy doing is talking stories to each other. Damn useless staff.

No prices and carrots are open all over the place

I frequent the store cause its close but the staff are so rude no professionals nor etiquette at all. The security racially profile which is hilarious coz the spar is located in a black era

Dear Chatsworth Spar , please teach your employees at the bakery counter how to smile ...please understand and make them understand aswell that we are customers we don't they attitudes..we are not the ones they should be angry with ..quick story around 11.00am yesterday I went to the bakery section and asked the lady for rolls .she turned around to serve me..I asked if there were soft. With a stubborn face she said u want the soft ones..I said yes ..she handed them to me without a thank you ..please get staff who are employed to Treat us with manners ...

Friendly staff, great management. Store is well kept. Great variety of cooked meals and sushi is fresh and delicious.

I’m disappointed by the service and the false advertising.
The specials are supposed to run until the 7th February today is the 31st Jan
I went in to purchase the two for 130/135 rand pump water and was told I have to pay full price as the promotion was finished- take note it’s the 31st January and I collected my 4 packs of water off the ON PROMOTION table! That’s just the start of it not only was I ripped off having to pay full price but I still got laughed at by the staff when my first attempt with my card resulted in it being declined (I’m a regular at this Pick ‘n Pay and to be laughed at and ripped off is heartbreaking) when will the ill mannered staff be called to order and have respect? One would never know.

This is a BIG shout-out to a gentleman by the name of Ziyaat(in the veg. & fruit section).Everytime I shop there he is always friendly, and asking if you are ok and how can he help. His knowledge of healthier eating to me was astonishing. He is on top of service! 👏👏 You get my 5's ⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Very cramped with stock and water bottles standing in the isles makes it difficult to manoeuvre through the shop with little to no space to pass by other patrons in some isles.

But pretty much everything you would expect to find in a SuperSpar.

Best spar I've ever been to, they have everything you'll need. JHB Spars should be taking notes.

Dirty. Also the music is unbearably loud and different sections of the store play different songs at once, very unbearable and inconsiderate of customers.

This spar is very nice with a wide variety of products. The staff are responsibly friendly sometimes you get the one with a bad attitude. Their ready made food is pretty good

I like the way they treat people. They have a good reputation and are very lucky to have such a good company 💖

Their opening time is stated to 8am but at 8 am we're still waiting for them to finish cleaning 🥱.

Variety of different veg at very good prices. Sometimes very fresh. Unlike some other veg stores in Stanger, they are honest at the tills and weight of products. Till staff are polite and efficient.

I'd shop more often if the store was neater and staff were more courteous and not be on the way all the time. Could do with less shouting across the store and better queueing.

Would also shop more if older and newer produce was not mixed and packed . Would rather pay more for the fresher product.

The times are wrong… it opens at 9am. I tried to do some shopping before classes and it’s literally closed. Please update the times online. I’m now gonna be late to class.

This store has very good coffee at a very affordable price. In-store foods are also delicious and of good quality. Lines are never long and service is quick. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Fresh produce is of very good quality and there is a big variety of fruits and vegetables available. Large variety of fresh meat as well.

Was at this Spar this afternoon, bought a mold cleaner, the cashier didn't bother to put it into those clear plastic bags that all household and items like that are supposed to go into and just stuck it at the bottom of one of my bags with cakes on top of it, needless to say the bottle leaked as soon as I picked the bag up, messing what is effectively bleach all over my brand new pair of shoes and my jersey. Thanks Heather Park Spar for properly training your staff and ruining my clothes in the process.

The staff at PNP Bluff have no professionalism.

I have had two encounters over the span of 1 WEEK.

Buying meat from the butchery not only takes long but the staff actually look at you waiting and ignore you.

The wine store in the grocery store is always closed and when I ask for it to be opened, a staff member rudely just told me to go to the liquor store.

It's only when I called the manager that I got service and when the manager went about his other duties, the staff continue to be rude.

My second encounter, today, trying to buy goods, a customers card keeps declining and we are told to go to another till and when we approach the lady at the next till, she rudely tells us to go back in the line and walks away from the till.

When I complained all the staff look at me and don't help, only when I called the manager (I had to physically go to the manager and get his attention because not even the supervisor yet alone the cashiers would call him) then they all had something to say in their defense instead of assisting me.

It seems the staff have no respect for customers yet alone their own manager. One staff member spoke so rudely to the manager when he questioned why I was not helped.

Poor service. Will not be going back to pnp bluff.

Store is clean and tidy but staff isn't that friendly. Do not advertise your store as a Sassa point then say there's no money, even if it is so, I think the mamagement is quite rude when approached. Cashier still helped us afterwards and was kind, maybe after the renovation, management needs a renovation too 🤔

My local pick n pay branch I've been coming here for a number year's now. Your store has good staff and is very clean, a pleasure to shop at. Unfortunately I'm sad to say about disappointed with what I saw. I see that your branch offers pension payouts. That's a great service to the community but there is small issue when doing that. It's old and sick people waiting in line. If it was me some younger person we can stand for hours but the olderly and sick can not. They do problems to stand even for 5mins but they have to in order to receive their Grant's. I saw someone leave today because he couldn't not stand for 20mins in the line. Please to managers of the branch do you mind providing chairs for the elders even if it's for a a little while. They are our community and your supporter's too. Thank you

I have enquired about my online order through Mr D which is over an hour late. Received no correspondence or communication. My order was picked at 10:45 and should have been delivered by 11:11. I am still waiting for the store to call me back as to when my order will be delivered....it is now 12:27pm
This is such terrible service from both Mr D and PNP.

firstly you dont deserve a rating.being a anchor tenant at this centre you show be responsible for horrible parking attendants .they are rude ,disrespectful and abusive.they have no repect for disable people.remember disability is not always visable.your store manager should address customer concerns with shopping centre management.these car gurds report to this management but that centre manager has no manners, in taking control of a complaint. she cant express herself poor ,lack skill and care.come on pick n pay its time you address this .i am disable with a vehicle disable sticker this white guard guard refuse to remove cone from disable parking.i had get out of vehicle remove cone and get back into vehicle and into the parking.

Well the whole Mega Philani mall is mothered by Spar. So everything else runs because Spar is there. Big credit for that. But on the flip side, that means Spar can't really prosper alone. Something like "If you want to go fast, then go alone, but if you want to go far, then go together.". So Spar has to go far, together with all the other shops. And I believe that it has that capacity. I've seen Spar rise up from ashes, back to life with my own eyes. So it has that capacity.

My concern, like any other business, Spar wants to prosper. But it seems to me that the only way they want to achieve that is by increasing product prices all the time, as if that's the ONLY way to generate sales and make the business prosper. "There's way too many ways to kill a cat" Spar! Way too many.

Capitec ATMs are very few considering the number of users around the area. Outside Muvo bus lines are inconvenient as people are exposed to the sun and rain when it's rainy.

Always friendly assistants. I love to support Local. Pick and pay has a wide variety of clothing made in South Africa. That is the clothing section not the groceries.

No sanitizer on site, not even trolley sanitizer. Their so called fresh meat iyo cha bandla. It is such a shame that this business is in an awful state like that. Was looking for to find something but the staff member was not helpful and rude. If you don't work in that department you call someone who does you don't just walk away from a shopper. If there was a way I wouldn't even have given them even that star.

I give it 4 because it really is a great store lines may be long sometimes but they move quickly but some days cashiers close tills even when it's not their break

Went in the mall to access PnP for some holiday groceries. Parking was mostly available and the mall was very quiet. Place is neat and clean with no noticeable problems.

The store is good. I went there for a Cabbage, your supplier gives you a dirty cabbage guys this was the only turn off for me, other than that yah I was happy. Everything else was clean except the cabbages.
We don't need to see this you should cut out the dirty part before putting it on shelves

Walking into the entrance, one can already feel comfortable and at ease, it is open and spacious and appealing, the very opposite of daunting and each time I have been there, it was not too busy which also made me feel like shopping was not stressful. As you enter you have a clear view and viewpoint of where everything is , you can see the iles, where the fresh produce is, where the tills are, and usually you can see a staff member be it a manager or supervisor , etc to easily walk up to should you have any direct questions to ask as you walk In. The staff are friendly, the store is neat and clean as well as presentable. Sometimes, perhaps in the late afternoon on a Sunday, there might be a tiny bit of lack of stock for certain items, otherwise you can usually find mostly everything you may be looking for. It is small yet harbors a good variety of genres of products and produce. The prices are fair and there us an ease of flow throughout the store that does not Confuse a person, which is pleasant. It is easy to navigate and not tiring or stressful, but surprisingly pleasant to shop there. What I love is that one can purchase freshly made food including sushi and some baked goods that are ready to eat and also of a variety that if you don't have time to cook for a meal for the family or yourself, but want something freshly made on the table, you can pick from a variety of different freshly prepared foods to make up a lovely and tasty meal for the table. They also have a small gift section which include items that I would deem as special. They often have flowers and even some potted plant gifts to purchase as well, which is always a nice touch to the atmosphere of the store as well as a nice touch to the atmosphere of your home should you purchase them. You will most certainly not become frustrated in the store, and the temperature of the store is very comfortable too. 👌

I bought hotdog rolls on 29/12/2021 and i would like to say they were the best. fresh, tasty and soft. thank you to the dedicated bakers.

Went there today to purchase meals for staff at my office. However, PNP are over staffed at the food area, but everyone is more concerned about what is going on with one another's cellphones, after waiting nearly 30 minutes, with no more that 2 customers infront of me. I had to make it known that i needed assistance, and was greeted with nothing but a horrible attitude.

There are so many fellow South Africans that lost their job due to COVID-19, that will appreciate and do the job more efficiently and effectively.

Maybe reconsider the staff you have under your employment.

A fantastic way to support local. I no longer shop at any retailers for fresh produce.

The staff are unhelpful and never offer help. When you make enquiries they look at you disdainfully as if they wish you hadn't bothered them. The queues to the tills are often unnecessarily long as the cashier staff do their jobs at their leisure and with much apathy. The kiosk is usually unmanned and if you call for service you will get big sighs and sullen eyes. Overall the worst PnP I have ever visited.

Big shopping centre on the bluff with a verity if shops,banks and eateries.
Clicks,virgin active,Nandos,absa,steers to name a few.

Google said this shop was open, 15:45 today and it's closed. Came all the way out here for nothing.

Love the organic vibe but a little disjointed and disappointing in the show room as its lacking an Advisor or specialist in the organic field.

Much better after the renervation. Clothing section isles can maybe be a bit wider. Staff is very helpful. But cheak the prices on the actual package vs the special price. They don't always change the lables. Lots of marked down items.

We are surely blessed to have simply the best SuperSpar ever here in Heather Park! Always stocked well and also the friendliest, most helpful, staff ever.

Convenient shopping centre. A little pricey. The quality is very good. Milk seems to generally cheaper than other stores. Plenty of parking. Cash withdrawals don't have bank charges. Very convenient.

The Heldervue Kwikspar is easy to get to with enough parking available. It’s clean and the staff are friendly. The sushi they sell is also really good and amazingly priced. You can call in advance and then collect.

The produce is excellent and the people are incredibly organised, quick to respond, very helpful and friendly. This is a really worthwhile service.
