The online delivery service is terrible. Trying to get someone to answer their phone or email is impossible. The customer service is very appalling. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. They've deducted money from our account in error and now getting them to refund it has been a battle! Absolutely fraudulent and and not in line with the consumer act. The owner, Diana, only respects people that make large purchases. Which contradicts their website which promises amazing service no matter how small the order is. Am very dissapointed to say the least

Amazing service delivery. I ordered a three tier cake and thirty cupcakes to match and it was all delivered in great packaging and on time. The creativity was even better and the taste was superb!! Would highly recommend Ashley to anyone.

Ashley was absolutely superb! I only gave him a picture of what my cake had to look like and I gave him the freedom to do whatever he wanted. He certainly didn’t disappoint. The cake was delicious, everyone at the wedding had cake and everyone raved about how delicious it was! He didn’t make me worry about his service, he was at the venue when he said he would be and even went beyond to make sure that I did not stress about anything. He was absolutely amazing! Las Paletas supplied a range of their award-winning ice lollies for our SA Weddings Bride of the Year 2020 event and boy-oh-boy can we confirm that they are as good as they say! Even though it was cold on the evening, they flew off the trays so quickly it was difficult to get your hands on one! Las Paletas is also super healthy, but you wouldn’t say it by their taste! These ice lollies were the perfect coolant to all of those dance engines.

We used Sugar n Ice for our wedding cake, and all I can say is wow, what a delicious cake it was! To be Covid safe, we used the cake jars we saw on the website. They also doubled as a thank you gift so it was a super good idea! Kate was so great at all points, super quick to respond, helped us out with a tasting and even personally helped us tie our thank you tags to the jars!
Again, the cake was super good, our only regret was that we didn't take more home after the wedding, because even after a couple of days into the honeymoon, the cake was still moist and delicious!

I'm a big lover of ice cream and have always enjoy Las Paletas since I tried it at a market years ago.
Love the variety that they have added to their choices.
Hopefully they will be more readily available in shops. I used to buy them from PicknPay. Their frozen lollies are made from real fruit pieces which is a definitely a plus factor.

Absolutely love everything about Las Paletas, from the amazing flavours to the ability to personalise the sticks for any occasion. They were an absolute hit at my wedding, and my guests still talk about it to this day. Super friendly staff, no artificial ingredients and just an all-around great company who we'll always support. I'm currently doing the Wedding Cake Course and my expectations have been superseded. Kate is simply the best. Her many years of experience in cakes comes through in her teaching. Mind blowing. I would recommend Sugar n Ice for all ur caking needs. Their cakes are out of this world. I will be back for more courses.
Delivered the perfect wedding cake, exactly what we asked for. Only complaint is that they don't deliver, but the packaging and instructions for assembling the cake was very good.
Las Paletas was an amazing addition to our wedding! Our guests absolutely loved all the ice- cream flavours...The peanut butter bomb will always be my favorite! The owners are great to work with which made it a great experience.
