Great service by the coffee shop. However, their coffee cups were hot. They were hot right through to my palm.
The staff are legends, super friendly, 3 helping at the same time instead of sitting while one works. Great staff!

The forecourt is graced by Neill. In his white shirt, he was the epitome of excellence in service. I have really never had such a reception at a garage. I would drive back to that Shell just for him. He has also clearly motivated the other service guys and, despite being busy, there was a good bustle to get the job done. Well done Neill. An example of how it can be done.
This review is more specifically based on the experience at the Vida. By all means, the petrol attendant and cashier was super efficient and very helpful but Vacu’s service at Vida was exceptional and needs recognition. Like a true Barista he didnt finish off our drinks, he asked about honey/sugar and added it before adding the perfect temperature milk - warm enough for it not be drink ready, giving me enough time time to get to my car at-least - without asking he provided me with a cupholder and wrote on the cup to clearly mark the difference. Well done Vacu, Vida needs more of you!
Arrogant service at the Vida e caffé. Had to keep repeating myself with no "excuse me, hallo, thank you, pleasure" or any other decent behaviour. My last time there unfortuanatly.
Pathetic service couldn't use the atm because I don't work there but I'm a customer of old mutual going to be changing my bank soon.

Had great and friendly service when opening an account.
I don't know who rate this branch five stars. The most inadequate staff ever. No business teller. It takes more than 15 minutes to help a client at one of their tellers. Staff are slow, unfriendly and incompetent.
Thank you to the petrol attendants. Your service is always exceptional. From work I pass 3 gas stations to get to Shell in the Main road no matter how low I am on petrol. You are awesome!

Waited an hour and 5 mins for the two tellers too help the clients already standing in front of them and a further 35 mins to help me with a simple transaction. There was a long cue of clients building up behind me. Your service is exceptionally slow!
We went to the Home Affairs inside Nedbank for a passport and ID renewal, after battling with the ehome afairs website the staff here Sello, Angie and Fikiswa made it all worthwhile with excellent service and we were out in no time. Well done
