The most pathetic experience I’ve had at a bank. Each staff member they passed me to was more useless and clueless than the previous. Will be elevating complaints to a higher level.

We went to the Home Affairs inside Nedbank for a passport and ID renewal, after battling with the ehome afairs website the staff here Sello, Angie and Fikiswa made it all worthwhile with excellent service and we were out in no time. Well done
