Visited for the first time on Saturday. Goat pack in the freezer was full of bones. I asked if they could cut me some fresh pieces. Fresh pieces were just bones @180kg definitely would not recommend going here. Drove all the way from Sandton to buy curry meat, ended up going home and seeing stew bones.

This particular butchery was always a “go to” . I purchased bulk sausages recently and the fat content was way too much. After all the fat was gone, all of the added extras to bulk the sausage up was exposed. I purchased patties not too long after that. Package read “Beef Whopper Burger”. Once again…measured a quarter cup of oil for a single patty.
Great quality, friendly staff and a variety of products including spices, baked goods etc.
Ordered a couple times online and received it without delays.

Terrible and unproffesional customer service from reception when calling to place order or to do enquiries. Sometimes can hear her shouting to other staff regarding your call or told to hang on and she dont return to the call

Never disappointed with their quality of meat. Great range and variety of products and the store is well set out resulting in a great shopping experience. Their braai chops and brisket are great for a braai. Their loyalty card is an extra benefit as you get cash back to spend on future purchases
No complaints when it comes to the meat itself; also Halal. The service is quick in general as this place is quite big. However I got very disgusted as I saw the lady serving ground meat with no gloves or some kind of plastic.
Not freindly at all from the security at the gate not allowing me to get in with my other bag from another butchery the reason being l might have pork in that bag. Staff inside very tense especially the lady cashier. I don't think will go back there because l like spending my money in a warm welcoming atmosphere.
