I really do not recommend this place. The rooms are very cheaply made, there are plenty of maintenance issues and the staff is very rude and dismissive. The elevator is almost always broken, since the rooms are unfurnished, I had to be carrying all of my furniture to the 6th floor using the stairs. My room was really dirty when I moved in (I reported it- after arguments they eventually offered to clean it 2 weeks after I moved in, you can see some of the photos below) and even though I cleaned it very well before moving out, they still tried to charge me a cleaning fee (they dropped it after I brought up the condition in which they gave me the room). If you are insanely desperate and have to stay there, please be very careful when moving out as the inspector will try to charge you for everything. All the moving out documents are in Danish, so if you don't speak the language very well, take your time and translate exactly everything that he will put on the report. I was told that only some shadowing on the walls was reported, while in reality he wrote down stuff like changing sockets, painting the bathroom ceiling and much, much more. They will also freeze at least 2000 dkk "in case of your utilities being higher than expected", be ready for that. It's been over half a year I am waiting for them to return me the deposit and I still don't know what about the additionally frozen 2000 dkk.

Another place were they scam students. First of all rooms are given if not in horrible, but definitely in bad condition. Their "support" never works and no one cares much about you. Also their elevator (in case you leave on 8th floor you might need it) works half of the time and the other half its broken and is trying to be fixed for over a month. I had to move in fully with no elevator. Washing machines are terrible and dont wash anything. Finally, take pictures of EVERYTHING when you move in, because they will try to keep as much of your already insane deposit as possible. Rather than that the location is pretty convenient.Tho, would not recommend
Extremely expensive, make sure you take pictures of everything when you move in because they will absolutely keep as much of your deposit as possible when you move out. If you are looking for a social kollegium dont go here, it is a very good place if you want to be left alone and be independent. The apartments are clean and the kitchen and toilet facilities are nice.

If you have a bicycle, scooter or motor cycle do not park it there unless you have the utmost security/alarms on it, my scooter was stolen within 4 months of me moving there and my bike was attempted stolen a year later.

This is truthfully a lovely place to live, but they will absolutely crush your deposit. Take A MILLION photos at both move in and move out, and be ready to fight for your life for every last kroner. After living there for 6 months and leaving the place spotless, they managed to cheat me out of thousands of kroner in cleaning fees because I didn’t have the perfect images to prove my case.

Be aware of the scams. Make sure you don't pay too much deposit and take pics of the room when you get it and when you leave it. Be there at the inspection.

Nice, but not too social.
