Ok masaya kahit hanapbuhay ang iniintindi ok lang, ang importante walang problema
Peaceful place to stay in. However after just 1 year of stay, room rent increased by 42%! Not sure if other tenants were increased with such percentage but in my opinion it's ridiculous. Decided to find a new place instead.
If your gonna stay in Davao and finding for a affordable place to stay, this is one of the options. Rooms are comfortable to stay in, air-conditioned and hot and cold options for showers.
