The staff is nice, but make sure you get what you ordered and not something else.
One of the best Burger King burger I have tried. Juicy and good quality beef. Way better than the burger Kings in Australia. 😄
Convenient to eat here as it is at the train station and also near to the lake/Chapel Bridge. Fries is very nice,
Even though it may sound weird, I love eating at this Burger King branch. Staff is at times friendly but not overly attentive. Understaffing may be the cause.
The atmosphere here is what I like most about this place. It can get quiet sometimes, always air-conditioned, seating is comfy. I have my table mostly on the second floor.

Not nearly as strong as the King of Burger King's which resides in Waterloo, Ontario, but definitely still blessed. The king box has somewhat decent value, but overall wish things were slightly cheaper as they are in North America
I visited twice in two days and ate a hamburger set called Steak House. It was delicious, but the price is higher than that of other regions (steak house set about 18 francs). It is easy to order because there is a kiosk. There is a table on the second floor where you can eat and go, and there is also a clean bathroom. The Lucerne station restroom is 1.5 francs, so if you're going to eat, it's a good idea to use Burger King Lucerne.
Good, bigger and delicious burgers. We tried all the vegetarian burgers and everything was just lip smacking. They are fast with the order preparation, so you don’t have to wait much if in case you are very hungry. And they are open till late night, so yeah a life saver. Ambience is good and service people are friendly.

We ordered two double beef burgers and chicken strips.After ten minutes we got our food and everything was cold.I brought back to the cashier and complained.They brought us new burgers.
So….if you go there be careful….cold food and not friendly people.I think they are lazy.
