All roads became their parking lot for car owners that causes traffic.
Great place to visit with family.
Accessible to airport and to lanang sm mall. Problem is its flooded during heavy rains. But still a nice place to live. Water is potable from faucet. Thats incrrrredible thing only in davao.
Very peaceful and quiet subdivision. Just deal with the rough side roads and you should be good.
