Early February 2022 sold my gas guzzling Ram 1500, loved this truck but truck means work...bye bye.
2 weeks before returning to Canada 🇨🇦 from 10 weeks wintering in Italy 🇮🇹 I continued my search for a second vehicle. I had been looking at a few used car dealers in Ontario but always gravatated back to Big Apple Auto for a few reasons.
During covid many changes occurred including the price of re-sale items, cars, trucks, boats, homes and many others.
I strongly rely on 'reviews' especially when traveling as well as many things and the reviews for Brad and Rick at Big Apple Auto were/are as good as they can get !!
I bought this Ford Edge sight unseen on my phone while sitting in a cozy little restaurant in the food district in Bologna eating fabulous pasta.
The photos Brad posted with this vehicle and the reviews were all I needed.
Seamless, pleasurable transfer to me and on my way.
To anyone looking for a good quality used vehicle...look no further. 5 ++ rating.

I really can't say enough about Brad and his Father at Big Apple Auto.
After losing my car in a not-at fault accident I was feeling really crushed; weeks on searching got me nowhere; over priced vehicles, lots of Km's, accidents, rust, etc..... Then I found Big Apple Auto.
Prices aren't hugely inflated, they treat you fair, and go out of their way to make sure you're happy with your purchase. People please, check Big Apple Auto out first before you go anywhere, you won't regret it.
Brad, I'll never be able to thank you guys enough for my new car (2011 Ford Fusion SEL for those reading).... and even though it sounds melodramatic, I stumbled on you guys at just the right time, I was just about ready to give up.... Thank you for the amazing car and thank you for saving my life.

It’s unfortunate there are only 5 stars because Brad went way above and beyond even 5 stars .Our Grandson purchased his first car from Brad . It is a 2007 Equinox.Brad delivered the car with a full tank of gas...and as a thank you to Ray had it rust proofed as well.As Ray was driving back to school in Sarnia two trouble lights came on.Ray returned home the following weekend and Brad took the car to be checked out.It turned out to be a transmission problem .Yes I did sign a 30 day 50/50 warranty agreement and was prepared for that.However the transmission had to be replaced and when Brad phoned to report that he explained he was covering 100% of the cost.This kind of customer service is totally unheard of in today’s world.I am giving Brad a 10 star rating....please support BIG APPLE AUTO.

Our experience with Brad at Big Apple Auto was second to none. Went above and beyond in all regards. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout our interaction with him and can't recommend this place enough for anyone in the market for a vehicle!
