I've been coming to this place for 14 years, and they still have unique flavors of coffee you can't get anywhere else.

I understand if a place needs to close early, no worries. But when you see me walking up to the door of your business and lock the door right in front of me without acknowledging I am standing right there.... I consider it extremely rude. It would have taken 2 seconds for her to wave and say, "sorry we are closing early". Or open the door to tell me they are closing early. That would have also taken 2 seconds. I wanted to try this place and would have gladly came back at another time when they weren't closing early, but I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

Honestly, I feel bad but I need to give it 2 stars. I use to LOVE Sips and ALWAYS told people to go here, but although I can get over it going from a small homey coffee shop to a more trendy atmosphere, I can’t get over how much the drinks have changed! I can’t get a good drink made anymore. Every single drink I get now takes like hot milk. I used too ok be obsessed with their Pumpkin Spiced Lattes but today it tasted like a Milk Spiced Latte. No pumpkin flavor at all. It tasted horrible. The last time I came I had to get my drink remade and changed the drink too and still both tasted gross. The place is usually not clean either. I just don’t get why they can’t clean the tables and floors better. I went once in the morning soon after opening and I couldn’t pick a table to sit at cause they were all dirty.
It’s just disappointing.
I just wish it was clean and the workers learned how to make hot coffees the right way. :(

We went through the drive-thru since we had our dog with us. There was an outside order taker. She was so nice and helpful with our first time being there! She even offered our dog the pupcup, small whipped cream with a milk bone in it. Coffee was delicious! I got a Hot Sips Latte and my husband had a Hot Cappuccino. Highly recommended stopping by!

I would like to be able to give this place higher marks unfortunately that would not be honest. They are always really friendly, but they need to do a better job of keeping their lobby clean. One time we were there none of the tables were clean and there was trash on the floor. Some of the food and beverages are really good, but some are not. The apple cinnamon scones are good and they have a really great Reese's mocha. However, it's really been a hit or miss. Sometimes even the things you enjoyed before are not good. For instance, they have had really good bagel breakfast sandwiches in the past unfortunately the last few we have gotten there have been cold, almost frozen in the middle. My son tasted something bitter or sour on his Also, they actually got our order wrong. I imagine they would have fixed these things, but we didn't tell them. My teenage son really likes coming here, but I think we've all decided we've given them enough second chances. I don't think we'll be coming back.

Absolutely gem of a place for coffee lovers. Been there multiple times and tried variety of coffee, muffins, cream cheese, brownies and was never disappointed. Orange cranberry and double chocolate muffin are my personal fav. They have quite a number of options for a small cafe. I always wait for the pumpkin season of pumpkin spice latte here. Not a lot of place to sit as it pretty small cafe.

Service is quick and efficient. staff is always welcoming and cheerful.

I can not get enough of this place! My #1 choice to get my coffee and refreshers really just everything because everything they have is so tasty, and you can really tell its made to make the customer happy. The staff are beyond the nicest, most helpful I have ever had the pleasure to serve me. I have tried so many different things here, I really love the iced matcha latte! Asiago bagel there is my favorite. The poppyseed muffin is delicious also! So many amazing choices the list goes on and on! I would choose them over Starbucks or dunkin everyday all day any day!
