Worth a visit when in Freiburg. Especially when you have kids. There is a good playground and for parents good coffee by Cafe Marcel just few meters away. From here then you can walk or take the train up to the viewing station and get nice view of Freiburg and Münster
Super for relaxing, playing with your kids, celebrating your birthday outdoors. Nice gardening, pool, café and playground, close to the city center (8 min walk)

Lovely, clean park with playground area for kids. Great for picnic outings and outdoor grilling (only in designated areas). Also great for fitness enthusiasts who can go for a jog, or run up the hiking trails and stairs. If you like, you can go up the hill using the Schlossbergbahn. From there it's about another 15min hike to the top, where you can enjoy breathtaking views.
Great park! There is an excellent children playground with trampolines, sand, swings and climbing construction.
Beautiful place, full of attractions. It has a very nice park for the children with a lot of toys and lots of open space to have fun with your dog or the kids. Good for picnics as well.
A lovely park, with lots going on. We went on a sunday and there was a man doing an excellent bubble performance for children, and a silver band playing music. Also there's a funicular to reach a beautiful viewpoint over the city.
