Before signing the contract, the staff were very friendly and responsive. After the purchase, they hardly reply to our many calls and emails. The apartment handover is delayed so far by one month.

We can highly recommend Mr Norman Klump. Great and very fast service with a broad knowledge about real estate and law. In general, all contacts have been nice, responsive and a great support for us.

We bought our apartment in Berlin through Vandenberg. The whole experience was positive. Our main contact, Giulia, was responsive and helpful. She helped us with an excellent translator and with all of the arrangements for the Notar. Our first viewing was confirmed really quickly and we were met by Luca, another of the Vandenberg team, who answered all our questions and subsequently helped us arrange a second viewing the next week. A very efficient team.

I bought my apartment in Berlin in 2019 and thanks to Vandenberg and their agent Norman Klump everything went very smooth. From property reservation to viewings to contract signing. I was assisted in finding a financing broker, a notary and a translator. I was also helped in finding a company to renovate the apartment I purchased. They always went the extra mile to help and support me. Highly recommend!!
