Appalling doctor bedside manner! twice now the doctors rudeness and short tone and lack of medical knowledge is extremely worrying. Gardenia surgery on gardenia rd.

Called this morning to make a appointment for my mother,got the appointment same day.
Seen by Dr.Patel at Marsh Farm Medical Centre.
Dr.Patel is very professional,caring and helpful.

It can be hard to get an appointment but staff always point you in the right direction. Surgery offers wide range of services.

This surgery is the worst in every aspect it takes ages to get an appointment the receptionist is always rude no matter how polite I am and when you do the finally see a doctor he lies. I had a overactive thyroid for almost 10 years he told me I was fine multiple times, I moved surgeries and was diagnosed within a couple of weeks. I genuinely think this place needs shutting down.

Phoned at the required time (08:45) to make an appt with GP. No 14 in the queue. Not bad I thought, I will wait. gets through only to be told there are no appts left for today. I said it doesnt need to be today, tomorrow or next week will be fine. ''Sorry we cant book in advance'' phone again tomorrow

Worst doctor surgery in Luton looking to move I have not seen my doctor Dr Ahmed since I was a child I am 27 now?! don't know if he is dead or alive to be honest. When calling in they never have appointments and say to call back again at 8 am and they take round in a circle instead of just being bloody honest and tell us the truth. Receptionist are very rude and extremely desensitized to people in need and distress they are very aware that we have no choice but to deal with them since they are our doctor surgery so they talk to us like crud. I never go to this surgery any more it just causes more upset and stress I just go to the walk in centre or A&E you have a better chance calling 111 looking to change surgeries soon god willing at this point I will even consider going private just to get better attention, support and CUSTOMER SERVICE. Was given a blood pressure monitor for a week turns out blood pressure is high was sent a text message for an appointment, when I attended the appointment it was a nurse who said she's going take my blood pressure ( what a waste of time been doing that for a week) I thought it would of been a doctor to perscribe me medication. She said I would need to ring at 8.30am for a doctors appointment that's a joke can never get through its enough to give anyone high blood pressure . This is one of many issues I have had with this surgery after 52 years I am going to go elsewhere.

Disgusted, i have just called up to get an appointment for a cough i have had for over 3 months, mentioned i had pneumonia and was admitted to hospital last year and also wanted to speak to a doctor regarding a mental health issue and was told by the receptionist no appointments for today and to just go to the walk in centre or call tomorrow. This a terrible service i am in shock at how unhelpful the staff are and uncaring. I work so would be more convenient to pre book an appointment so i can get the time of work but not with this surgery you just have to call on the day! Ridiculous.
